A cloudsdale wedding

Rainbow Dash lay asleep on her bed even though it was just the afternoon. Soarin was adding the final touches to the wedding invitations. As he finished he flew up to his bride to be's bedroom. He opened the door slowly and quietly as he whispered.

"Rainbow Dash?"

He got a groan in response, knowing it was his girl.

"Ok well, you leave me no choice..GERONIMO!"

Soarin yelled as he landed onto the bed causing it to wake up Rainbow Dash.

"AAAH!" Rainbow yelled.

Soarin flipped out laughing on the bed.

"Soarin! THAT'S NOT FUNNY!"

"I'm sorry it's just it's just." He said. "BWHAHAHA!"

"SOARIN!"

"Sorry Rain. Hey, who's gonna be your bridesmaids."

"4 of my friends."

"What about the 5th?"

"Oh, Twilight will be the one marrying us."

Soarin nearly choaked when he heard this.

"she WHAT?!"

"Hey, she's a princess, she had royal authority over me, and she's good remember, she's dating Flash?"

"Oh." Soarin said. "Right."

"Is something wrong Soar?"

"No, nothing."

"You sure?"

"Yea."

"Absolutely sure?"

"When I say I'm sure, I mean it Rain, trust me."

"Ok."

Rainbow Dash was meeting with her friends as Soarin was going to get decorations for the wedding.

"Hey guys!" Rainbow said.

"Hey!" all 5 friends shouted in unison.

"So I was wondering if..you guys would be my bridesmaids?"

"Absolutely darling." Rarity said.

"Sure." Applejack replied.

"I would..that is..if you wanted me to." Fluttershy replied.

"Absolutely-douply Dashie!" Pinkie Pie replied.

"Aren't I the one marrying you and Soarin?" Twilight asked.

"Yes you are, so your not a bridesmaid."

"Who are gonna be your flowergirls?" Rarity asked.

"I dunno, Scootallo Sweetie Belle and Applebloom are 30 now."

"Why doesn't Comet Sky go?" Applejack suggusted.

"Aw, Applejack, I don't wanna use your neice as a flowergirl, she should be a flowergirl for your wedding."

"Aw shucks sugarcube, that's might nice of ya, but y'all can use her." Applejack said.

"Thanks Applejack."

"Y'all are welcome."

"Wait, DO YOU NEED A WEDDING DRESS?!" Rarity said excited.

"No, I already got one. But you can make the flower girl and bridesmaids dresses."

"Yay!"

"So Pinkie, can you do the reception for me?"

"Of course I can! I never leave home without my party cannon!" Pinkie Pie said pulling out her canon.

"Where do you even keep that thing?" Twilight asked.

"I have party cannons all over Equestria."

"Cool!" said Scootaloo who flew over.

"Scootaloo?" Rainbow asked.

"Ooh, I see your getting married, who's the lucky stallion?" said Sweetie Belle.

"Soarin but.."

"Soarin?" said Applebloom who appeared as well.

"He's in the wonderbolts with me.."

"When's the wedding?" Scootaloo asked.

"In 4 months."

"Ok, can we come?"

"Sure."

"Jumpin Junebugs girls! Stop talking so fast!" Applejack yelled out.

In the crystal empire Junebug was walking aside Amethyst Star when she suddenly jumped up and down 3 times.

"You ok Junebug?"

"Yea but, I don't know what that was."

"Anyway girls, you can all come, just, try to be quiet there." Rainbow said.

"Of of course." Scootaloo said. "No problem, well, we gotta go, by Rainbow."

"Bye Scoots." Rainbow Dash said as Scootaloo and the rest of the band (which they named the CMC) walked or flew away.

"Well guys, I got some royal duties I gotta do for Princess Celestia." Twilight said.

"Bye Twilight." the 5 ponies said in unison as Twilight flew away.

"Rainbow dash, darling, I'm going to have to ask you what you need and what you want for bridesmaid dresses. I already have measurements of all our friends."

"Ok Rarity, why don't I come by at around.. sundown maybe?"

"Sure Rainbow darling, that'll be great, I'll even make tea." Rarity said as she trotted away.

"Well guys, I better go tell Soarin that I gotta meet Rarity."

"Ok." Applejack said.

"BYE DASHIE!" Pinkie replied.

"O-ok, b-bye R-rainbow D-dash." Fluttershy replied.

"Bye guys." Rainbow said as she sped away to the wedding decoration store.

This is where Soarin is right..hopefully...

Rainbow Dash entered the store and flew straight to the rainbow-coloured decorations. Of course, as usual, there was Soarin, her fiancé.

"Hey Soarin."

Soarin didn't need to turn around to know who it was. Rainbow Dash.

"Hey Rainbow." He said still facing the decoration.

Rainbow Dash decided to have some fun with Soarin. She put on her best Spitfire voice but it sounded like she had a cold. Luckily Spitfire had a cold.

"I'm not Rainbow Dash, I'm Spitfire."

"Sorry Spits, just need to find something perfect for Rainbow."

"You really like her don't you, why?"

"What do you mean by that?"

"Why do you like Rainbow Dash?"

"Oh boy Spits, where do I begin, first, those amazing cerise eyes of hers. I swear they sparkle whenever I look into them. Her hair also, when the wind passes through it, I swear it can glow."

"Anything else."

"I barely have gotten started. Even though she's a tomboy, she's beautiful, lovely, sweet, kind. She also is dependable, trustworthy, awesome, and don't make me start on her loyalty, she represents it after all. Everything about her is perfect, she may have a few flaws, but I look at her personality. Kind, sweet, caring, you know it. Wait Spits why do you even wanna know this?"

When Soarin didn't hear a response he turned around.

"Spitfi-" he almost finished.

He turned around to see a open-mouthed Rainbow Dash. He was shocked to see her. He thought she would be with his friends.

"Rainbow Dash, are you ok?"

When Rainbow Dash was on the same level as Soarin she kissed him. This time when they kissed, it wasn't usually like it was. Time felt like it was slowing down, like they were the only two ponies on the planet. Rainbow enjoyed the feeling. She explained to him why she was here and they both laughed at the situation.

"Well, the reason I came here is Rarity is making my bridesmaids dresses since I bought the wedding dress, and I just wanted to tell you I'll be there at sundown, but I don't know how long I'll be. I guess you can come if you want."

"Sure I'll come, I wanna see the bridesmaids dresses. After all, they are part of my wedding."

Rainbow dash chuckled.

"Then let's go Soarin, to THE CAROUSEL BOUTIQUE!"

Rainbow Dash then looked outside.

"IN ABOUT 4 HOURS!"

Soarin chuckled at the situation as did Rainbow. They looked around the shop for decorations. They found navy blue vases which they would fill with Rainbow's favourite flowers. They also found opaque rainbow ribbon. There was white tablecloths, along with place cards for the reception.

"Alright Soarin, that's enough for today, you only brought so many bits."

"True, and we have to visit that friend of yours."

"Rarity."

"Right. Let's go check out, remember you can get money off."

"Yea, that's, that's true."

They went to the checkout. Rainbow Dash recognized the cash pony as her consultant.

"Harmonic Brush? I thought you worked at the wedding dress factory?"

"Rainbow Dash, hey! guess who got fired from her last job?" She said with enthusiasm.

"Rain, how do you know her?"

"She was the pony who helped me find my wedding dress."

"Oh." Soarin said. "Is it nice?" he asked the counter pony.

"I think it is, now, if I remember correctly, both of you are wonderbolts making the price 20% lower and you saved the world 3 times so calculations..the total is 45 bits."

"Still a lot, but cheaper." Rainbow said tossing the bits.

"Thanks rainbow, now have a nice wedding!" Harmonic said.

"Bye Harmonic Brush, and one more thing, you can come to the wedding." Rainbow Dash offered while tossing her one of the nameless invitations.

"Cool, thanks, can my little sister come?"

"Sure, what's her name?"

"Lightning Orchid, she's in junior speedsters and she's a HUGE fan of you."

"Lightning Orchids you..your..your sister?" Rainbow asked.

"Yea, younger. So can she come?"

"Sure, and I knew she was in Junior Speedsters, she was my buddy for the wonderbolt speedsters event."

"Cool, well see you in....4 months." Harmonic said reading the invitation.

"Bye, now Soarin, we gotta go to Rarity's!"

The two pegasi flew towards the carousel boutique as the sun started setting.
