Rainbow Dash and Soarin knocked on the door of the carousel boutique. It was answered by a white unicorn.

"Hi Rarity."

"Hello Rainbow Dash, oh I see you brought Soarin."

"Yep." Rainbow replied. "He's here to help out, he's got a nice fashion sense."

"I dunno whether to take that as a compliment or an insult." Soarin asked

"Compliment, darling, compliment." Rarity replied.

"Anyway Rarity, dresses?" Rainbow brought up

"Oh, of course Darling, one second, do come in, do you want some tea?"

"I'll have some, Soarin?"

"Sure."

"Of course, darlings." Rarity said as she used her magic to pour 3 glasses of tea.

She used her magic to levitate the cups to Soarin and Rainbow Dash.

"Thanks." Soarin said.

"You are most welcome, now to the dresses."

Rarity sat the two down at the table in her kitchen where she took out the patterns of the dresses.

"So darlings, Fluttershy's will be light, misty green with a black rim, along with some sparkles and glitter on her black shoes."

"That looks very nice." Soarin said. "What do you think Dash?"

"I like it, now onto Applejack's dress."

"Of course darling, now Applejack's dress is brown with green stripes and a red rim. Her shoes will be brown leather boots with red laces.

"Wow, I really like that one." Soarin said.

"It's beautiful. I have a suggestion."

"Of course Dash, what is it?" Rarity said using her magic to get out a pencil and notepad.

"I think for her rim it should have leaves on it. Just my opinion."

"Wow Rainbow dash, you have amazing fashion sense." Rarity said. "This will look amazing, now onto Pinkie Pie's dress."

"I can't wait to see what you've come up with." Soarin said.

"For Pinkie Pie, I am gonna use the same dress from the royal wedding but I'm adding pink shoes that tie around the hoof, similar to yours."

"Ooh, that's nice." Soarin said.

"It's beautiful Rarity. I love them."

"And now onto my dress. My dress is a blue, sparkly dress with sapphires encrusted into the rim. The shoes will be light pink."

"Wow Rarity, that's lovely!" Rainbow Dash yelled.

"It's gorgeous. Well, we've gotta get going, it's getting too dark." Soarin said.

Rainbow Dash looked outside to see a beautiful original Luna night.

"He's right, we'll talk more about it at the pony pet play-date tomorrow."

"Bye darlings."

"Bye Rarity." Both said in unison as they set down there teacups and flew towards Rainbow Dash's house. The stars were beautifully layed out as Soarin and Rainbow Dash walked into their house. They had decided after they get married, they would move into Rainbow's home.

"So Rainbow, when do you think Rarity will have those dresses done?"

"I dunno, maybe a week, they look more complicated than most of her designs, but they'll look great." Rainbow replied as she and Soarin plopped on her couch.

"I can't believe were doing this."

"Doing what Soarin?"

"Getting married. I never thought I would marry the mare I admired since the best young flier competition."

"Well, now you can think it, cause it's happening."

"I hope." he thought aloud.

"What do you mean by that?"

"Oh, nothing." He lied.

~1 week later~

"Hiya RD. Big day is gettin closer ain't it?" Applejack said while tossing a stick for Winona.

"I know." Rainbow said unexcited.

"Y'all don't sound very excited? Y'all ok?"

"I'm exited, but, Soarin a week ago said that he hopes the wedding happens."

"Sugarcube, the wedding isn't for another 4 months, I'm sure he's just nervous. It'll be fine."

"Thanks Applejack. I hope it'll be fine."

"Don't think like that sugar, now where's that Tank of yours."

"He's over there with Opalescence."

"Well sugar, y'all better talk to Rarity, see how your bridesmaids dresses are coming."

"Ok, thanks Applejack."

Rainbow Dash flew over to Rarity.

"Hey Rarity, how are the dresses?"

"They're almost done, I just need to add the touches to my dress and it'll be all done."

"Ok, so, tomorrow?"

"More like 5 minutes."

"Oh, thanks."

"No problem darling, I brought it with me while Opal plays with your pet. Need to add some sparkles here and layer that oh and of course backstitch that. Oh, and I can't wait for the wedding. Does Soarin know who his best mare or stallion is gonna be?"

"No, I've gotta go home! C,mon Tank!"

As if on cue the tortoise flew up towards the sky behind the cyan pegasus towards the cloud home.

"SOARIN!"

Soarin jumped up in surprise.

"Whoa Rain, what's wrong?"

"Do you know who is gonna be your best mare or stallion?"

"No, not yet at least."

"Pick somepony!"

"Hmm.."

"Think."

"I know I know...how about...Spitfire?"

"Sure."

"Ok, well I gotta ask her. Bye Rain, and you might wanna get back to your friends."

"Ok, bye Soar."

Rainbow sped back down to the pony pet play-date where her friends were.

"Hey guys, I'm back."

"Oh good, darling, I finished the dresses."

"Thanks Rarity, now can I view them on the bridesmaids?"

"Oh of course darling! GIRLS!"

All the girls ran to the carousel boutique except for Rarity and Rainbow Dash.

"How did you-what?" Rainbow asked.

"While you were away on that wonderbolts tour we made a code. When I scream girls we all run to my boutique, but if I say it in a regular voice, they just listen."

"Oh, well, let's go."

Both girls made it to the boutique.

"Now, since Twilight is performing the ceremony, I didn't make a dress for her, sorry darling." Rarity said.

"It's ok Rarity." Twilight replied.

"Now can I see the bridesmaids dresses?" Rainbow asked.

"Oh, of course Darling. Now let's begin with Fluttershy."

The shy yellow pegasus walked up wearing the exact same dress Rarity designed.

"Now of course, when she's actually at the wedding, her hair will be the way we promised." Rarity said.

They went through every dress that Rarity promised.

"Wow guys! That was AMAZING! Thanks Rarity."

"Oh no problem Rainbow darling, it's my generosity."

All the ponies laughed.

Meanwhile...

"Spitfire!" Soarin yelled.

"Soarin?" Spitfire returned.

"There you are." Soarin said as he flew towards her.

"What are you doing here? Don't you have a wedding to plan."

"That's why I'm here."

Spitfire looked confused and raised a brow.

"What do you mean by that Soarin?" Spitfire asked.

"I was wondering if you would be my best mare, it might be a little awkward, but, I'm just asking."

"Ok Soarin, I'll be your best mare."

"Cool. Thanks. Well, I've gotta go check out bridesmaid dresses."

"Bye Soarin."

"Bye Spitfire." Soarin said as he flew down into the clouds.

"There's only one bad thing about this?" Rainbow said.

"What is it Rainbow?" Twilight asked.

"That Soarin isn't here to see the dresses."

As if on cue the light blue stallion burst through the doors panting.

"I'm..here..."

"Soarin! These are the dresses." Rainbow said.

Soarin looked up to see the dresses.

"Wow, these are better than the pictures. They're awesome! I love them!"

The rest of the ponies laughed.

"What? A guy can also have fashion sense."

"Oh Soarin, anyway, did Spitfire agree to be your best mare?" Rainbow asked.

"Actually yes, yes she did. Now I found a nice venue for the wedding the exact day and time we want it." Soarin said.

"Amazing, where is it?" Rainbow asked excitedly.

"The Canterlot castle, I know you wanted it in Cloudsdale, but this is all I got."

"It's fine. Anything that's available the day and time I want it is perfect." Rainbow replied.

"Well darlings, it's lunch time, what do you say about us all going to Hayburgers?" Rarity asked.

"Sure." the other 6 ponies said in unison
