Rick has been a shy and seclusive person of humble growth ever since he came to Equestria, much like in his previous life back home. However, when Twilight invites him to the Grand Galloping Gala in the hopes of getting him out of his seclusive shell, an odd, unexpected incident occurs. One of which during, what starts off as a simple meeting, winds up pushing Rick together with one of the most well-known and powerful ponies in Equestria.

Will she be able to help him exit his self-made shell of timidity? Or will he simply end up pushing her away, as he involuntarily does everyone else?

This story is actually an idea given to me directly from another of my readers! He asked me if I could take it up, and I figured that, since he had done so much for me, I would do what I could do! And so, story credit does well to Papa Bear!
