Sonic Boom: When Worlds Collide

“YOU!” He said looking directly at Sonic, who looked back and forth, then pointed at himself in confusion. “You and I have some unfinished business…” Lyric said as Sonic rotated his shoulder.

“I have no idea what your talking about, BUT Im pretty sure it’s a bad thing.” Sonic said. Lyric roared at Sonic as his snake tail aimed at him charging a energy blast. “Ya…. Now I KNOW it’s a bad thing!” Sonic said and began charging up a Spindash. The Snake saw this and smirked, ready for Sonic as he launched at him. At the last second, he moved the orb that was holding his hands in the path of the spindash, destroying it. Sonic bounced off of it and into the arms of Rainbow Dash and Amy. “Huh?” he said before suddenly the four of them were lassoed up by a strange energy beam.

“1000 years later and your still just as predictable…” Lyric chuckled and pressed a button on his chest. Soon all the dead robots lying around the chamber came back to life and marched over to him. “Now then… Lets see what a thousand years will do to you Hedgehog.” He hissed at Sonic before sliding over to Rainbow Dash. “I cant wait to conquer your universe next You little pony!” Rainbow Dash growled and began thrashing out at the snake.

“YOU BETTER NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT LAYING A CLAW ON IT YOU JERK!” she yelled at him as he chuckled and blasted a hole in the roof.

“COME MY WARRIORS!!! Weve got work to do if we plan on ruling the Multiverse!” he said as he flew out with a few of his robots. Sonic stared in disbelief at what just happened.

“I cant believe it… He dodged my Spindash… Nobody’s ever done that before…” Amy shook her head in disbelief and turned to Sonic.

“Uh, Sonic, I think weve got other problems right now… like how were going to get out of here!” Sonic snapped out of it and looked over at Knuckles to see his arms were free.

“Knuckles, think you can call Tails on your communicator?” He said. Before Knuckles tried, they all suddenly heard the sound of tails spinning.

“Your lucky he doesn’t have to hehe.” Tails said as he flew in from the hole in the ceiling.

“Tails! Howd you get here?” Amy asked as he flew over to them and began tinkering on the energy beam.

“Well I was done at the lab so I thought Id meet you guys at Cliff’s. But when you guys didn’t show up, I decided I better go find you guys, and here I am!” Tails said as he clicked a button and the energy beam disappeared, causing the four to fall to the floor.

“Thanks Tails, but now we need a way outta here.” Rainbow Dash said as the remaining robots began marching towards them.

“I think weve got bigger problems at the moment Rainbow Dash.” Sonic said as he suddenly rushed behind her and kicked a robot that was about to strike her. Rainbow then jumped into the air and flew straight at another one kicking it off the edge with a mini Sonic-Rainboom. Knuckles grabbed two robots by their heads and smashed them together in glee. Amy slammed her hammer into the ground, causing a few robots to bounce into the air. She then swung her hammer at the robots, and smirked as they flew out of sight, putting her hand up to her eyes. Tails jumped at the last robot’s back, tearing into its wires and reprograming it to run off the edge.

“Ok, NOW we can worry about how were getting out of here.” Sonic said as Tails began walking over to everyone putting a bracelet around their arms.

“Uh, Tails… Friendship Bracelets? NOW?” Amy asked as Tails chuckled.

“Not exactly. I reprogramed them some sort of enerbeam.” He said as Rainbow Dash looked at hers.

“Huh, really? We might be able to use these to get out of here!” She said. Knuckles activated his enerbeam and grabbed a rock with it.

“Knuckles… what are you doing?” Sonic asked as Knuckles begun to swing the rock over his head and threw it at a statue.

“KNUCKLES! TRY AND LEAVE THE STATUES INTACT!” Amy yelled as the statue fell into the chamber wall, revealing a blue rail.

“What? I made us a way out of here!” Knuckles said as Sonic ran over to the hole.

“Hes right… for once. He did make us a way out! Follow me!” He shouted as he jumped off the platform.

“SONIC!” everyone shouted before seeing a blue enerbeam shoot up and grab onto the rail, pulling Sonic with it.

“You heard the hedgehog! Lets get going!” Rainbow Dash said as she jumped off, shooting her cyan enerbeam at the rail. The trio nodded and shot their’s at the rail and began following.

Sonic swung over the trees and flung himself all over the rail. “AWW YA, THIS IS AWESOME!” He yelled as the rest caught up with him. Before they could say anything, Lyric suddenly blasted through a wall and flew infront of them.

“I FEEL LIKE MY OLD SELF AGAIN!!!” he yelled as he turned around and growled at the sight of Sonic following him. “I SHOULD JUST CRUSH YOU HERE AND NOW!!! But… I MUST RETURN TO MY LAIR!!!” he said and began flying away.

“HES GETTING AWAY” Sonic yelled as he got off the rail and landed on a pathway, giving chase instantly. Rainbow Dash, Tails, Amy, and Knuckles followed suit and ran after Sonic. Lyric growled and begun blasting at boulders to block the road. However, Sonic began sidestepping all over the place, dodging all the falling objects.

“BEGONE!!! He yelled as he blasted a massive boulder, having it land on the path before the gang and launching them away from him. “Finally… I can continue on with my plans…” The Snake said as he clicked the button on his chest again, teleporting him away.

Lyric reappeared in his lair and begun punching buttons on the console. “Now that that miserable Blue Hedgehog and his Girlfriend have freed me, I can return to conquering both of their Dimensions, as well as the rest of the entire Multiverse!!! AH HAHAHA!!! But first… I need an army… and I DON’T have the time to build a new one… Hmm… perhaps I can find others in the multiverse who are just as evil as me to help me…” He said as he grabbed a crystal fragment and shoved it into the computer’s power source. The computer begun scanning throughout the entire multiverse. Suddenly the screen to the left of it begun showing a spaceship flying throughout the cosmos.

“Hmm… I wonder…” He said as he typed away, and sent a message towards the ship. “Attention, This is Lyric of Dimension SB2WWC5, requesting an audience with the leader of your star ship.” Suddenly the screen changed from the ship to what appeared to be a massive robot.

“I am the new commander of this ship. You have 1 Astro-Cycle to tell me what you want, before I destroy you!” Lyric chuckled to himself.

“You can try all you want, but the only way you could get to me in the first place is if I willed it.” The robot growled and replied,

“Just what do you want with me?” Lyric smiled folding his arms.

“What if I offered you a chance to take over the Multiverse?” he asked the machine. The robot thought it over and smirked.

“Id say you just made yourself a partner.” The robot turned towards his crew and shouted, “DECEPTICONS!!! WE WILL SOON BE RULERS OF THE ENTIRE MULTIVERSE!!!” Lyric’s jaw almost dropped at what he saw next. An army of Hundreds of Thousands of Robotic warriors as large as his old titans stood there, roaring in conquest. Lyric soon began to smile.

“Perfect. I shall summon you once more as soon as I regain the power I need to break holes in the fabric of reality.” Lyric said as the robot leader turned around and nodded.

“Very well. In the mean time, I have a brother to FINALLY destroy… Galvatron out.” With that, the screen went dark and Lyric chuckled.

“With an army that large, I could win for sure… But why stop there?” Lyric punched in a few more buttons and soon got a picture of a strange island. “Hmm… I wonder what kind of evil lives here…” he said as he punched in another message. However, before he could finish, the screen once again activated, showing just a pair of red eyes.

“Don’t bother with your message you worm… You grabbed my attention the moment you spied on this island…” The being said as Lyric turned towards it, smiling.

“Very well then. I am Lyric of Dimension SB2WWC5. I am here to make a most excellent offer.” The Dark one nodded, allow Lyric to continue. “I am offering you a chance to join me and my new associate Galvatron in CONQURING the Multiverse!” The pair of eyes blinked and chuckled darkly.

“A chance at ruling over more than just this island? How could I not accept? With skill of creating armies, I know I will make an excellent addition to your army. As long as my actions keep my sister Celestia asleep for all eternity.” She said as Lyric smiled hissing.

“Then I shall contact you when I re-obtain the power I need to break a hole in reality to bring you here.” The Dark one smiled, and nodded.

“Very well… Nightmare Moon out.”

Eggman growled as he spun around in his chair. “How am I going to be able to take down Sonic and his friends now that they have reinforcements?” he asked himself. Suddenly, his computer suddenly went off blaring stating. “OH COME ON!!! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO THINK OVER THAT BLASTED ALARM?!?!” He screamed as he turned around only to have his jaw drop as he saw a Wormhole appear in the room. “Oh Hoho… Maybe I can get some reinforcements as well… ORBOT, CUBOT!!! BRING IN THE EGGMOBLIE!!!” Eggman shouted as his two minions appeared bringing in his pod.

“Here you go boss, all cleaned up just like you asked!” Orbot said. Eggman jumped into the pod and turned it on.

“Ill be back. Im going to see where this Wormhole leads. Hopefully Ill find more minions to replace the ones YOU let get away!” Eggman said as he flew into the Wormhole. He remerged a few seconds later and asked, “Oh, and can you make me an Evil Ham and Cheese Sandwich when I get back? Thanks!” With that, he went back into the portal. Eggman emerged over what appeared to be a school.

“A SCHOOL??? THAT’S WHERE THAT BLASTED WORMHOLE LEAD ME TO? A SCHOOL??? UGHHH!!!” However, before Eggman could vent out, he noticed a young girl walking around and oddly enough, singing on the roof of the school. “Hmm?”

Eggman smirked when he saw the girl suddenly have magical wings appear around her. “Perhaps This isn’t a total bust…” He said as he suddenly flew over to her as she turned around and fired a net at her.

“AHHH!!!!” She screamed as he flew towards the Wormhole with her.

“OH BE QUIET YOU!!!” He yelled at her as he saw three more girls run onto the roof.

“SUNSET!!!” they screamed as Eggman flew into the portal.

“Hmm… Those girls sounded a lot like my captives I had earlier… Oh well.” Eggman said to himself as he reentered his lair, releasing the net and dropping Sunset onto the floor.

“Ow… Where… Where am I?” Sunset Shimmer asked she looked around the room she was in. Eggman landed next to her and stepped out of the Eggmobile.

“Your in my liar… Sunset, is it? And now your going to work for me!”  Sunset gulped, then looked as a door opened up with two robots entering.

“Heres the Evil Ham and Cheese Sandwich you ordered.” The red one said.

The Yellow one noticed Sunset and asked “Wow, whos the girl?" Sunset blinked and looked herself over.

"Wait... I didnt turn back into a pony?" She asked as she got up. Eggman scanned her over and grinned.

"Hmm... You poss strange abilities... I think you will make an excellent slave..." Eggman said as he pulled a lever and had a glass tube slide down over her. Sunset screamed again as the gas with nanobots hidden in it began spraying on her, turning her into a mobian.

"What? Whats going on? What are you doing?" Sunset asked.

"OH HOHOHOHO Im just going to make you my servant is all!" Eggman said he implanted a device into the back of her neck. All of a sudden Sunset Shimmer screamed and dropped to the ground... only to stand back up with her eyes now blood red.

"What can I do to serve you Master Eggman?"
