Author's Note

This chapter was a bitch to write because of having to address two characters with the same name, so I put all of the words SCP-106 (or the SCP Rainbow Dash) in bold, and left the cannon (am I using the right form of this? Eh.) Rainbow Dash's words normal. I also referred to The cannon Rainbow Dash as Dash, or Dashie. Except for when I'm only working with one Rainbow at a time, then I just leave their speech normal.

Fight scenes are so much easier to do when you isolate them, but transitioning between them is the hard part. I am hopeful for this chapter, I tried to experiment with it and this was the best result, tell me what you think in the comments (or don't, I don't care). There was also some character building to Rainbow, but you won't know what it is until the next chapter.

Fun fact, this chapters name has Almost nothing to do with the chapter :pinkiehappy:. Wait, that's not a good thing :facehoof:. Finally, Cliffhangers, yay!
This is also the longest chapter I've written. (For now) I've been wasting enough time, until next time

The Rage of the Twin Demons

Canterlot Prisoner Report

The prisoner named 'Phoenix' has been apprehended, and without incident or resistance. The prisoner claims audience with the Princess. When searching through the Equestrian database, there is no information on this pegasus. All we know is his appearance and his name. The only thing odd about the prisoner is that he has no cutie mark, despite being in his late adolescent years.

When questioned, he would only responded to ten questions, these are his answers; This was all that he said, other than that he was silent. The one thing odd, was that after the final question, a laugh can be heard in the background, followed by a scream. All we now know is that the prisoner is loose, and most likely on his way to find Celestia and Luna
Where do you come from? - Gaia.
What is your full name, or nickname? - SCP-682-R. Nicknamed; Phoenix.
Where do you live? - The SCP foundation, location classified.
What species are you? - Originally, I was a hybrid of a pegasus and a phoenix. Now, I don't know.
What?! Do you know what caused this? - Yes. Liquid spectrum.
How did a liquid rainbow cause this? - It was boiling, and it entered several cuts on my body.
So, why is that important? - Because Liquid spectrum is unstable! When inserted, forcefully or otherwise, into a pony's bloodstream mutations happen.
Like what? And why should I care? - Classified. As for the why. There's another like me in this world. We came together, reborn at the same time. Twins, if you will, born through hatred, fear, and rage.
There's another. Who is it? Tell me! - There's another here, yes. It's classified, you also shouldn't anger me.
Final question. You must be honest, why do you seek an audience with the Princesses? - Simple, I require information, and your so called 'harbingers of knowledge' will provide me with answers. If, like you, they wish to live.

End of report

'I need to find my way into that castle, then I can finally reunite with Phoenix.' I think as I fly through the skies towards a town called Canterlot. The only thing confusing me is when asking around that rustic village from before, when ponies kept saying I was there when the Princess took away that transforming pegasus. I asked where she took him, yet they said I was at the event. But I wasn't! I was walking my way through that damn forest! No matter, I will get my answers.

"Finally, I'm finally in this fucking city." I say with hushed malice.

"Oh hey there Rainbow Dash! I didn't know you wanted to see Celestia early." I hear a voice say in excitement. 'wait, do I know her? Shit! Gotta make up a good lie.'

"Oh," *cough* "Hey, I crashed into the castle due to the reflection. Who are you again?" I lie sounding as sincere as possible.

"Silly Rainbow, my name is Twilight Sparkle. We're friends, remember." She says buying the ruse.

"And uh, this Celestia, does she know where Phoenix is?" I ask, shifting my position slightly, trying to watch the sky.

"Yes, I don't know why you want to see him so badly, after all, he murdered an Ursa Minor. Why would he do that?" Twilight says, on the brink of tears. Just before I respond, I catch sight of another pony that looks like me, only she's heading this way, and fast.

"I don't know, maybe you don't know him as well as you think." I say beginning to warp into the ground, trying to minimize the Spectra residue. I slightly panic seeing how that other me is about to land, but luckily for me, my head disappears just as the other me lands.

"Yeah, I guess we don't him as well as we think, thanks Rainbow."

"For what?" I hear the other me say, as I try to mentally map out this castle. 'Ah ha! Now I only need to find the throne room.' I mentally cheer, as I begin to reemerge inside one of the palace rooms.

"Hey man, do you know why we guard a bedroom during the day? I mean, what pony tries to rob from their Princess anyways." one guard says to another.

"I don't know, but do you have any idea what that weird circle is doing on that wall over there?" the second guard says. 'perfect, I'll force these two to give me what I want.' I think darkly as I start to emerge from my dimension back into the physical plain. My head emerges first, and the first thin I see is two terrified looking guards holding each other and cowering in fear. I smile devilishly as I pull my body out of the wall, coating it in the spectrum like mucus coating my body. As the rest of my body comes through the wall I smirk at the two guards ponies in front of me.

"Hey there fellas! You look like you know this place pretty well. Which way is the throne room and the dungeons?" I ask the guards.

"L-look, just go down the hall and to the l-left. Just leave us alone." The guards plea.

"See, I would do that, but then you two can run off and alert the others." I leer as I start sauntering towards them, "Instead of allowing that to happen, I'll kill you both!" I shout, lunging at the terrified guards. I'm able to make contact with one, coating his cannon in corrosive spectra. He begins screaming in pain as his skin is eaten away, and the bone revealed in certain parts. His partner looks at me in terror, watching as I readvance on the first guard. Insteads of touch him and dissolve bits of the guard, I grab hold of him and begin to fuse into the ground, along with the guard.

"That bitch is a psycho! I have to warn Celestia!" The guards tirade is cut short as soon as I drop the body of his dead and decayed companion in front of him.

"GAH!" The guard screams in fright upon seeing the skinned and mutilated corpse of his friend.

"If you don't want to be skinned alive like your friend there, then you'll give me what I want. Now, tell me... Where are the dungeons?!" I shout in a distorted rage.

"Go to tartarus you bitch!"

"Strike one." I say flatly as I reach my hoof up and touch the right side of his face. He starts screaming in pain as the skin on the right side of his face starts melting off.

"I'll never tell you anything, do your worst." The guard spits. I say nothing, but comply with his demands and coat his entire right side. It starts to melt off, and in some places, all the way to the bone.

"Final chance asshole. I'd start talking if I were you. Or, I could always finish what I start." I say moving my hoof over the left side of his face. At first he says nothing, so I move my hoof closer; ever so slightly getting closer to his face.

"Alright! I'll talk! Just don't kill me!"

"Start talking." I say in a whisper.

"The dungeons are located right under the throne room, down a passage to the left of Celestia's throne. the Throne room is located at the end of this hallway, just up ahead." The guard says pleadingly.

"Thanks for the help, but you're no longer useful to me, or suitable to be a guard. You won't be missed." I say dragging him into my pocket dimension. I reemerge right in the hallway I was just in, and begin walking. When I hear voices come from behind me I mentally panic and fly to the roof of the hall.

"I'm telling you Princess, there was screaming coming from this spot."

"Is something wrong Princess?" That Twilight mare asks. 'If the white horse is the princess, then I just need to scan her mind for a few seconds... Bingo! Dungeons located.'

"Yes Twilight, I fear that somepony tried to take my life, but failed. Yet, they killed my two guards in a very gruesome manner." The 'Princess' turns to the guard on her left and orders him to do something interesting, "I want the bodies hidden, cover up the evidence. Nopony must know there was an attempt on my life. As for you, Twilight, gather the rest of the Elements of Harmony and meet me in the throne room." It takes every ounce of control I have just to not break out laughing.

"They're in for a big surprise once we're through with them!" I cheer, fazing into the roof, and emerging in the dungeon threshold. I start wandering aimlessly for a few minutes before hearing a voice I've been longing to hear for some time now.

"Simple, I require information, and your so called harbingers of knowledge will provide me with answers. If, like you, they wish to live." I hear him say; realizing it's me he's talking about, I enter an enraged state and slaughter ever guard personnel in the dungeon chamber.

"Took you long enough Rainbow. What kept you?"

"Good to see you too Phoenix." I say sarcastically.

"Alright look, their so called 'Princess' is right above us. I propose that we go up there and give 'em a what for!"

"Easy Rainbow, we'll go up there. But, I will have no killing. Not until we've gotten our answers about this universe." I say menacingly. Before Dash can question what I mean, I sprint ahead of her and up the stairs leading out of the dungeons. After a couple of minutes of running around, I find the exit, and break through it. I run through the Halls for few moments, before I see a guard ahead. I rush into the room, and pin the guard onto the ground.

"You! You should be in the dungeons, after you betrayed us." Twilight says.

"Twilight, I'm sure we're both reasonable ponies right? Well you're reasonable anyways, me, not so much. But anyways, I want answers and your Princess is going to give me what I need." I start saying, my pupils becoming serpentine, and my teeth sharpen. "Otherwise, we're going to have a certain mess on our hooves." I say snarling and leaning towards the pinned pony's neck.

"You shall not harm my Student, or any of the Elements of Harmony!" Celestia says.

"Yeah buddy! You've another thing coming if you think you can hurt us!"

"Oh, Rainbow Dash! I'd like you to meet A good friend of mine." I say glancing behind the group.

"Who'd be friends with you?" Rainbow asks.

"Me!"

"Ah, Dashie, so glad you could make it." I say holding back a laugh looking at their confused faces.

"Come out and say hello to your dimensional counterpart!" I yell with enthusiasm, as the Rainbow Dash I know begins to faze through the floor right in between the group. Their looks go from serious to confused into petrified.

"It's been so long since I've seen my old self... Damn, if I didn't dissolve whoever I touch, I'd give you a big ol' Cloudsdale greeting." Rainbow says to her counterpart. She starts to circle around the group of gathered mares, leaving a path of spectra in her wake.

"As interesting as it is to meet Rainbow's counterpart, but why does she look so disfigured?" Twilight asks.

"I look like this thanks to molten unrefined spectra. The fire didn't help either, but hey, what can you do?" Rainbow says as she approaches Twilight.

"Um, h-how does w-whatever you said cause t-that?" Fluttershy asks.

"Yeah! I've worked with rainbows before, and they've never caused injuries like that, ever." Dashie adds.

"Well, normally, you're right." Rainbow says, in front of Fluttershy, "But, our dimension functions differently than yours. The air offers less resistance, weather can form on its own, and the rainbows aren't made of just liquefied light." Rainbow growls.

"Then what are they made of?" Dashie asks.

"I'll tell you. The rainbows in our dimension are made from super-heated, supersaturated, liquefied light particles." Rainbow explains, looking directly at her counterpart.

"What my companion here is trying to explain is that spectra, in its unrefined form, is highly volatile, and you shouldn't get any of it on you. Since the results tend to end with the death of said poor unfortunate pony." I say, interjecting into Rainbow's near rant.

"I WAS GETTING TO THAT!" Rainbow shouts, getting into my face , "Don't you ever interrupt me again." Rainbow threatens. During the pause, I notice one of the guards reaching towards the ring of spectra.

"Don't Touch that Ring." I shout, but it was too late. The guard touched the ring with his hoof, which then began to dissolve, leaving only a mangled stub of burned flesh and charred bone. "I warned him." I say casually.

"That's awful! Why would somepony even work with that stuff?!" Twilight shouts. I walk up to her and whisper, "It pays well."

"Enough! Why have you and your companion come here?" The Princess demands.

"Why, it's always why. Why do we exist?" I begin.

"Why are we here?" Rainbow adds.

"Why do you act like this? Well, we are here because we won our freedom." I explain.

"You won your freedom? Darlings, you two look like you could've just taken it." Rarity states. We pause, a deafening silence fills the throne room.

"No, we couldn't." I say after a few moments.

"Come again?" Rarity says.

"There is no escape from that place, no freedom, no hope, only despair and fear." Rainbow says, "You are an experiment, meant to be tested on, or destroyed. We, along with four others, were are nothing but experiments."

"That's awful." The group gasps.

"We don't need your sympathy!" Rainbow snaps, "As far as I'm concerned, all of you are disposable."

"Princess, what do we do? We can't just put them back in the dungeons." Twilight asks.

"Twi, Ah'm not one ta' judge, but don't y'all think they shouldn't be 'loud ta' roam 'round unchecked." Applejack says. Once she finishes, a group of guards, and a very pissed off looking blue alicorn comes barging into the room.

"FOUL BEASTS, HOW DARE YOU ASSAULT OUR SISTER AND THIS COUNTRIES HEROES!" The blue alicorn yells, flying in front of her sister, along with a small group of guards.

"Twilight, you and your friends need to go and get the elements, hurry." Celestia says, before she teleports the mares out of the throne room. I place a hoof on Rainbow's shoulder and shake my head no.

"Alright, practice time. We haven't had to fight together since we first met our dimension's Fluttershy." I say getting into a fighting stance.

"Agreed, now. Let's do this."Rainbow says entering her own fighting stance.

"Very well, we agree to this frivolity, just know it shall be you who falls." The blue alicorn says.

"Careful Luna, the stallion can change his form, and that Rainbow Dash can dissolve ponies just by touching them." Celestia warns as she stands beside her sister.

"Thank you sister, let us battle!" Luna shouts as she shoots forwards towards Rainbow. I burst forwards to intercept Luna, only to instead slam into her side, sending us both spiraling onto the floor.

"Sorry there Blue, but you're my fight." I say lunging forwards. I extend my left hoof and punch her on, what appears to be, a black colored necklace cracking the moonlight gray gemstone located on the middle. I pull my hoof away, shaking it a couple of times."Gotta say, that hurt more than I thought, good thing I'm adaptable." I say firing a yellow beam, similar to the one Celestia hit me with before bringing me here, from my mouth. Luna quickly dodged and fired a dark blue beam of energy at me. Now, being me, I stood there like a dumbass, and took the attack head on. The beam hit me at the base of the neck, traveled through my sternum, through my heart, and exiting right at my barrel. Luna looks shocked, as do her guards as I fall to the ground.

"Alright White, let's dance." I growl as I start to advance on the Princess. She retaliates by shooting me with a beam of energy from her horn. The beam makes contact, but does nothing except remove a patch of spectra near my cannon. I take her moment of surprise to phase through the ground, laughing as I do so.

"Ha, You can't hope to win." I say just as I fully enter my personal dimension. I place a few notes in some of the old brick hallways, and one right inside of my main chamber. I decide that this place needs some life to it, and I know just who to bring. I laugh demonically, sending a chilling echo through the halls. I exit the dimension, and phase out of the floor right behind Celestia.

"Let's go!" I shout, grabbing Celestia, dragging her down into my personal dimension. She tries to do everything to get out of my grasp, from attempted teleportation, to attacking me directly. To no avail, as I finally drag her into my dimension. I drop her off in the main room, with six different paths to take.

"Alright White, you've got however long you need, all you have to do is escape. Oops!" I say, as I violently break her left hind metatarsus, causing her to scream in pain, "Can't let you expect to escape easily." I chortle in glee.

"I've got to get out of here." I hear the Princess say along with the pounding of her hooves on the stone floor.

"No, that wasn't meant to fell thine adversary, only stun him." Luna says in shock.

"Well, I'd say it stunned me, just not in the way I thought." I say through barely contained anger. I decide to give her a taste of her own medicine, by shooting her with her own attack. I open my mouth and charge up the attack, shooting it at her with the same force she hit me with.

"Princess, lookout!" One of her guards says diving, and pushing, Luna out of the way of the attack. The guard takes the full impact of the beam, which goes straight through his armor and him.

"NO!" Luna cries out, picking the guard up and cradling him.

"It's alright, your highness... I-I was able t-t-to save one of our l-leaders.... P-Princess?" The guard says, his blood pooling around him and Luna, "Promise me... y-you'll... kill... this... b-b-bastard..." The guard says with his dying breath.

"Well Goddamn!" I whistle, "It seems that one was defective." I notice Luna stand up, and start to generate a black aura around herself.

"You. "YOU HEARTLESS MONSTER!" Luna shouts as her aura starts to circle her, lifting her off the ground. "I had hoped to never use her power, but in this case I'll make an exception!" Luna shouts, transforming into a tall black alicorn with a star like mane, and blue serpentine eyes.

"Now, It's your turn to DIE!" Luna yells in a rage as she shoots a powerful beam of energy from her horn. I dodge it this time, not looking to be able to throw around one of this countries leaders.

"Finally, and all it took was that walking can to kick itself to start a real fight.

"That. Guards." Luna says, punching me across the room, "Name. Was." She says flying over to me. I expected to be punched again, only this time she kicked me several feet into the floor. "Morning" She states punching me across the throne room, sending me through several columns and the main entrance, "GLORY!" She yells, appearing in front of me outside the throne room. She proceeded to pick me up, and throw me upwards, through the ceiling of the castle. I kept flying upwards, through a few floors and eventually the roof. I open my wings and start to hover, when I saw Luna, no, that thing flying up towards me.

"Enough!" I yell as I intercept that thing. I grab it and throw her downwards into the floor, making a small crater upon impact with the ground.

"Come on Tia, You're almost done with the Pillars of Time." I say bored, Celestia was fun at first, but then she just started over analyzing every room in this place. I've had to resort to basic jump scares.

"Well, I'd be don faster if you hadn't broken one of my legs!" Celestia retorts.

Did I break your wings? No, now fly already." I demand in irritation, Celestia smiles and flies to the end of the pillars. "Good, now drop down, you won, so I'll heal you and return you to the throne room." I state in defeat.

"Is something wrong?" Celestia asks.

"Well, its just that Phoenix gets to be with other ponies, while I can't get within four inches of them." I say with heavy anger in my voice, "I wouldn't mind as much, if ponies didn't try to run away every time I get near them." I say in defeat.

"Miss Dash, I promise that you will be accepted by my little ponies, along with your companion." Celestia says endearingly. I smile and nod towards the hole at the base of the platform. Celestia enters the hole and I do as well, taking both of back to the throne room, which is completely destroyed.

"Come on beast, I thought you were supposed to be ever adapting? How come I'm using you as a mop?!" That thing taunts.

"Because, I don't want to hurt you." I growl in anger.

"Too bad, because I want to hurt you!" She shouts, before rushing forwards and smashing me into the ground. In my brief moment of air time, I noticed Rainbow and Celestia standing there awkwardly in shock.

"Oh, look, your sister's here." I say smugly. She looks over and gasps, ,quickly transforming back into her normal self.

"Sister, we didn't mean to use the Nightmare's power, but thine opponent killed Morning Glory without remorse. We took appropriate measures." Luna says defending herself.

"Whatever the reason, I'm just glad you're alright." Celestia says comforting Luna. At that moment the girls return to the throne room wearing necklaces and a crown, all staring daggers at myself and Rainbow.

"Princesses get down, we are going to use the Elements of Harmony on them!" Twilight shouts.

"No! Don't do that!" I shout.

"Why?" The six mares ask.

"Because, I'm an ever adapting force, watch." I say as I connect Celestia and Luna's horns together, and hit the bases of each, causing them to fire a large connecting beam. I jump into the beam, and only my head is spared the agony of disintegration. The girls and Princesses all gasp in shock, each wondering what to do, only for my body to start reforming. Starting with my cervical vertebrae, then my thoracic and lumbar vertebrae. Next, came my sacrum and caudal vertebrae, then my scapula, rib cage, humerus, and sternum. Then, my radius, carpus, cannon bone, and phalanges formed, along with my femur, tibia, patella, metatarsus, knees, and rear phalanges.

My sinews and muscles started to grow back next, for which, I stand upright, startling the group gathered around me.

"How are you able to survive that?! Let alone regenerate at all!" Twilight shouts in surprise, "Also, how did you do that?!"

"W-Well." I say with some effort, "I said I can adapt easily to any situation, so it was a demonstration of my regenerative capabilities." At this point my muscles started to regenerate, allowing me to stand.

"But, you should be dead! But you're not!" Twilight exclaims.

"Yes, we get it, but I've been recorded functioning with 99% of my body destroyed. It also doesn't help that I'm normally locked in a steel room, constantly doused in hydrochloric acid." I state looking directly at Twilight. The girls all look at me in shock and sorrow.

"Now why would somepony do that? Ah reckon they might be going outta their way to harm you and ya friend." Applejack states, the girls all nod in agreement. Dashie starts laughing at their ignorance.

"Ha! If you think the foundation was cruel, then you'd really hate what is located there." She states, "For example, there's an crystal there."

"Crystal?!" Rarity interrupts.

"Yes, a crystal. Now, this crystal, when physical contact is made. The crystal will cause agonizing pain, then, when you're pleading for the pain to stop, several crystal shards will burst through your skin in controlled areas. Next, several large shards will explode out from inside of you, killing you instantly." Rainbow lectures as she recalls what she learned about the crystal. The ponies all pale during the description. I notice that Fluttershy looks like she's ready to faint at any moment.

"Dashie, stop talking about the foundation, we wouldn't want to give any of these fine ponies nightmares, now would we?" I leer. Dashie nods reluctantly and walks over to where I am, leaving behind her signature spectra trail.

"Well, as much as I like talking about myself, I'm sure the Princesses here would like to talk to us about our current situation. In private, preferably." I add at the end, trying to clue Celestia in on the hint I'm dropping. Thankfully, she does.

"Right, Twilight, I want you to take your friends to your old bed chamber, please, make them feel comfortable after this... Ordeal." Celestia hesitates at the end of her sentence, trying to find the right words to say.

"Oh! Kind of like a sleep over!" Twilight says with excitement, "Come on girls, follow me!" She exclaims, running ahead to the throne room doors, while the other mares run after her, smiling like nothing ever happened. As soon as they exit the throne room, I swear there's music playing in the background.

"Do any of you hear that annoying peppy music?" Dashie asks with clear anger in the tone of her voice.

"Yes we do, but after a thousand years of random songs and strange background noises, you tend to just ignore them." Celestia states, "Now then, down to business." Celestia says in a low serious tone, "Just what are you two?"
