What In Equestria?

Well everypony this is a shorter chapter but still as important as the rest. In all this might be my third fav chapter i have wrote in this story. I hope you all enjoy reading it as much as i enjoyed writing it.

What in Equestria?

Chapter 16

While I was on the way to get ready for dinner a scroll appeared before me, I took it and opened it.

Dear Andrew,

I need you to run to Manehattan on a bit of business; you should be back home in about thirty minutes if you go now.

Your student,

Princess Celestia

I let out a little laugh as I read the last part. Well it looks like I am going to have to get ready later. So I teleported to Manehattan, I was a small walk from city hall. On my way to city hall I passed an alley way. I thought I heard something and looked in the alley, but I saw nothing so I continued on my way to city hall.

After the little meeting I had with the mayor I was about to teleport back to Ponyville, but something kept bothering me about that alley. I walked back towards the alley trying to shake off that there was something there but it would not go away. Once I made it to the ally I looked down it and saw nothing, but I could hear what sounded like somepony sobbing. 'That’s weird I can hear them but I can’t see them, maybe they are cloaked.’ “Umm hello is anypony there?” I called into the alley. The sobbing stopped and could no longer be heard. ‘ok this is getting kind of creepy.’ I was now standing in the middle of the alley way, I could hear something breathing softly.

I started to scan through the alley, then I got near a dumpster and on the other side was something. I slowly walked around to see a unicorn sitting there, she looked scared to death. She was a light cyan blue almost like Rainbow Dash and had a mane that was a mixture of silver and white. I was trying to think of away to talk to her or say something in a way I wouldn’t scare her away. Then I got an idea, I went and sat on the opposite side of the alley. She was looking at me while I hung my head down, the only way I could see her was for me to keep scanning.

“You know you must be quite the talented unicorn to use that spell and hold it for so long.” I said as softly and friendly as possible. Now I knew I had her interest since her face had a totally blank expression. “And, before you even ask, yes, I can see you.” I said looking directly at her. Then without warning she fainted, right before she hit the ground I grabbed her with my magic and levitated her up to me. She was quite skinny; it had looked like it had been awhile since she had eaten anything. She must have been very exhausted from using all of her energy on that spell to keep herself hidden, that and she hardly had any energy to use in her condition.

I teleported her and myself to a clearing near Ponyville, I walked up to a certain spot in the clearing and disabled some of the magic that was keeping a door concealed. I walked in through the door and brought her inside. ‘Man I can’t wait to show this place to everypony tomorrow’ I thought. It was my own new house; it was very big but not quite a mansion. I brought her to one of the many bedrooms in the house, laid her down, and covered her up. I knew it wouldn’t be to long before she woke up, and I still had a few hours before I had to meet up with Ditzy and the rest of them to go to dinner.

I sat in a chair near the bed and started to read through some of my notes for the upcoming night. Then out of the corner of my eye I saw the blue unicorn starting to come to, I sat my notes down and went up next to her. “Ahh. Where is Trixie?” she said in a sort of moan with her eyes closed. “You are in my house.” I said softly. She slowly opened her eyes and looked around; at first she didn’t see me. “Why is Trixie here?” she asked, her voice sounding rather raspy. I summoned up a large glass of apple juice and held it in front of here. She quickly took it from my hand, not noticing it was a hand and not a hoof. She quickly downed the entire glass. “Well I brought you here because you were in rather rough shape, that and I think you might be sick.”I said, and then to confirm my suspicions she started to cough hard.

“Well you are not leaving here till you are at least better.” I said staring at her. “Well Trixie thanks you for your hos…” she froze before finishing, she was just staring at me, her eyes wide. “I figured this was going to happen, hold on.” Then I teleported Celestia into the room with me. “Celestia could you calm her down please?” I asked rubbing the back on my head. “Yes, no problem at all Andrew. Hello My Little Pony, I can assure you that you have nothing to worry about at the hands of Andrew. Trust me, he is one of the nicest “stallions” in all of Equestria. Not to mention he is my teacher. So I promise you that you can trust him.” she said walking closer to Trixie. Trixie just nodded to what the ruler of Equestria told her. “Thanks Celestia.” I said breathing a sigh of relief. “No problem Andrew but from now on could you please call me Tia?” she asked still looking at Trixie. “Yeah no problem Prin… Tia!” I tried to correct myself quickly.

After a little more talking I teleported Tia back to the palace. “Oh! Where are my manners? You must be starving.” I said looking at her. She just nodded slowly, then I summoned an all you can eat buffet in front of her with just about every food there was to offer. Her eyes became very large once again at the sight before her. “Enjoy!” I said spreading my arms to the food. She dug in trying just about every food that was there. After about an hour of eating she leaned back against the head of the bed. “How are you feeling?” I asked sitting in the chair next to the bed. “Oh, Trixie is feeling much better. Thank you so much for helping me.” She replied.

“If you don’t mind me asking, how did this happen to you?” I said sitting on the foot of the bed. “Since you helped Trixie, yes Trixie will tell you how all of this started.” She said getting more comfortable. “Do you mind if I sit next to you?” I asked. She shook her head, so I got up beside her on the bed. “Well it all started in Ponyville.” She said. “Hold on it started in Ponyville? You are in my house in Ponyville!” I said looking at her in astonishment. She froze at my words. I could see tears start to well up in her eyes. “Don’t worry, whatever happened will never happen again, I promise.” I said putting my hand on her shoulder. “Ok, well I was performing one of my shows that I usually did in my caravan. I would travel all around Equestria and do magic shows for Everypony but while I was doing my show there were a few ponies that disliked what I was doing.”

After about an hour her telling me the story, I felt like I was going to bawl like a baby. “But I remember the name of the pony that did this to me…” she paused. “Who was it?” I asked awaiting the name of the pony that hurt this poor innocent soul. “It was… Twilight Sparkle and her friends!” she cried while saying her name. I froze at the sound of the name that she said. I felt anger towards Twilight forming inside of me. “That’s it I can understand the day Twilight nearly went crazy because of not being to send a letter to the Princess but this is too much!” I yelled scaring Trixie. “I’m sorry I didn’t mean to scare you.” I said.

Right after apologizing I teleported Twilight and her friends along with Celestia to the room. They were all standing at the front of the bed with confusion all over their faces. Trixie was now under the covers hiding from them. They all started to become scared of the look on my face. “Ok I know you all are wondering why I brought you all here. The reason is I have a bone to pick with a couple of you.” I said. They all just grew more scared. “My guest if you would please show yourself if you would be so kind?” I asked in a soft voice. She slowly brought the blanket off of her. Once Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Twilight saw her they all screamed in unison “TRIXIE!” their voice were all nothing but pure hatred. “HOLD YOUR TOUNGES!” I screamed in a voice that killed the royal Canterlot voice. My glare at them was one of death. “You turned my hair green!” Rarity screamed after I told her to shut up. “I warned you!” I said making her mouth disappear.

“Twilight aren’t you supposed to be studying the magic of friendship?” I asked. All she did was nod. “Ok, and the four of you pretty much ran her out of town even after her home got destroyed, and everything she ever had getting destroyed along with it. That and apparently you didn’t like her boasting, which makes no since because you all are friends with Rainbow Dash here and she is boastful about herself all the time and you don’t run her out of town.” I said turning around not wanting to look at them.

The four of them were just about in tears, but I had to finish them off. “Twilight would you please read this out loud for all of us to hear please?” I asked, as I handed her a scroll. She opened it and just about broke down at seeing what was inside.

Dear Princess Celestia,

I have learned a very valuable lesson about friendship. I was so afraid of being thought of as a show off that I was hiding a part of who I am. My friends helped me realize that it is ok to be proud of your talents, and there are times when it is appropriate to show them off, especially when you’re standing up for your friends.

Twilight Sparkle

Before she could start to cry, “Twilight now you tell me is that what you truly thought. That she was trying to hurt you all. Her special talent is illusion magic, it is what she is the best at and she had no friends to show off her talents to. That friendship report makes no sense at all, because you totally went against what you said to the Princess. Trixie will you tell them what you were actually trying to do please?” I said stepping aside as she tried to walk up next to me. She was still very weak and still hardly able to stand on her own hooves. I moved close so she could balance herself against me. “All I really was doing was my original act. That and I was try to make some friends, I have been on my own since I was just a young filly. But when you all started to get mad I had no idea what to do, since I never had friends before.” She was crying by the end of her speech.

“It all makes sense now, the way you were acting. You were acting that way to try and become friends with us, they were pretty much pranks like Pinkie and Rainbow pull on ponies all of the time. Yet we turned on you like you were an animal that was trying to hurt us.” Twilight said with tears streaming down her face. “Now I’m pretty sure you all have something you would like to say?” I said crossing my arms and looking down on them. The four of them looked at each other then looked at Trixie and then looked at the floor, “We’re sorry Trixie, will you forgive us?” they were all crying awaiting the answer from Trixie. “I will forgive you all on one condition.” She said looking at them.

They looked at her to see what the condition was. “You all have to be my friends.” She said shyly scratching the floor with one hoof. They looked at each other real quick and smiled, then turned back to Trixie. All six ran up to her and hugged her. “Of course we will be your friends!” they exclaimed. They were all crying and hugging each other, I looked over to Celestia whom was also crying. Even I felt myself tearing up at the sight before me.

“Ok, now that all the bad is out of the way it time to make a path towards the good, and Twilight, Celestia, and Trixie be ready for tonight, Trixie I am going to show you something you won’t soon forget.” I said looking at them still hugging. “What are you going to show Trixie?” she asked with a confused look on her face. “You will see tonight.”I said smiling like a fool.
