league of equestria

by thatguy45
a LoL crossover. the summoners are all killed, and the champions brought by a malevolent force to a new land: equestria

it was a simple plot. and an easy one to carry out, now that i think about it.

please describe the incident

is that what they're calling it now? i call it a campaign, but different strokes for different blokes, i guess. so, the first part was to get rid of the summoners. now, i know what your going to say, 'they were vital to the system', 'you've made a grievous mistake' but i say fuck that. isn't freedom more important?

you are dodging the question.

no i'm not, i'm trying to explain it so that your small mind can comprehend the why. i am quite mad, apparently. well, that's partly true. even i don't fully understand why. but i can try. okay. as i'm sure you know, i'm a scientist. i created, with the help of a few other scientist, a doorway. my greatest achievement. as per the course, i was the first, and last, to directly enter the portal.

it was horrific. ever had every part of your body, mind, and soul torn apart, and reconstructed? well that was what it felt like. when i finally regained consciousness, i was in a cell. in another dimension. you know how i know it was another dimension? it was ruled by talking ponies.

…please be serious, doctor.

I am! i'm being completely serious! it was ruled by a diarchy of ponies who moved their sun. they claimed i was found in an area where dark magic had been used recently, and that i was the prime suspect. i'll let you know, i tried my hardest to convince them that I wasn't the culprit, but they wouldn't have it.

they locked me up in a magic resistant cell in the depths of… wherever it was that i was. truth be told, i never saw the outside of the place.

then what convinced you to send the champions there?

the stories. after my first few months there, i was allowed to converse with my designated, 'redeemer' princess twilight sparkle. ah, she was a lass. everything i look for in a girl, actually, but she was pony, and i was a person, so C'est la vie. anyway, she stated telling me about her friends, her family, how she was raised to royalty, all the jazz.

about six months later, she let me have a few things. a rudimentary chemistry set, a couple of books, even a few pieces of metal to tinker with. when she wasn't with me, however, i was behind six sets of magically re-inforced iron doors, and i had nothing more than a bucket, and some chalk. but that was all i needed. within a year, calculations covered every wall of my cell, and my escape had started. long story short, i opened a door way back here, and it consumed half the castle in the process.

anyway, my eyes had been opened. i realized that the league was nothing more than a prison, forcing people to fight in glorified cockfights. so I had to free them. I had to kill the summoners. so, using a few techniques i had learned, i exploded the institute of war. but… i miscalculated.

you knew this would happen?

it was… a theory. a theory that i had invested little time towards, and that was my mistake. i did a few calculations, Correct this time, and they showed that the magical link between the champions and their summoners would be severed if they were exposed to the potent energy in the portal. there was no way i could possibly have saved all of them, so i did the next best thing. i set the portal to over load, and i threw the runes for all the champions i had, which pretty much all of them, i am a collector, after all, into the portal.

is that it?

well, that's my story. i was apprehended a few hours after the destruction of the institute. it wasn't like i tried to hide.

so what happened to the champions?

they're in equestria.
