The peaceful silence Luna had enjoyed was destroyed when Twilight spoke up as the group walked to Ponivile.
"He might have been harsh but he did use facts and he did save us."-She said to no pony in particular.

"You can't be serious Twilight he made Flutershy cry."-Rainbow protested.

"Uhm well he uh is s-scary but um he only said what uhm he did because he um believed in me and he did protect us even after I failed."-Flutershy said meekly as she lowered her head.

"No he didn't princess Luna protected us." Rainbow protested yet again not liking that her friends are defending the human.

"And he protected me and by extension you miss Dash. As strong as I am I couldn't have defeated the dragon while keeping up the barrier."-Hearing Luna say this Rarity decided to speak as well.

"Yes and he even sacrificed his clothes in the process. They might have been mismatched but the starry motif on the shirt and the design of the jeans were both wonderful. I know I will make him an attire he could use to fight so that this travesty doesn't happen again. As thanks for saving my life of course."- As she heard the last bit AJ spoke up.

"Well shoot, ah neva thought of it like that but ah guess we do owe im thanks fer that don't we. Ah think ah'll give im some of the apple family sider."-At these words rainbow landed and looked at the ground in shame.

"Oh me too, me too If we are all thanking him I will make him a supper duper party to make him smile."-Pinkie said in an enthusiastic tone as she swung her hooves in the air.

"While I am sure Night would appreciate the gratitude as soon as we ensure that you are save in Ponivile we must head for Canterlot ."-Luna said in a calm voice.

"But, but the party." Pinkie said as she somehow instantaneously appeared in front of Luna and adorned pleading eyes.

"I am sorry but my sister must know what happened so we can decide what to do if more dragons appear. I know, you all have invitations to the Grand Galloping Gala if you want you can thank him then as Night will be attending. As for you miss Rarity I can have his measurements sent to you if you wish."-Luna said without missing a beat and walked past Pinkie. As she did Pinkie cheered up a bit at the mention of the gala.

"I guess that means this is goodbye for now princess we reached a few minutes ago as we spoke. At the least we can send you off from the train station."-Twilight said in a hopeful tone.

"And please do send the measurements I cant wait to design unique clothes for a one of a kind creature."- Rarity said as the group reached the train station.

"Princess please tell him that I will make sure to make him smile at the gala."-Pinkie said as the guards and Luna carrying Night on her back entered the train. A royal cart was added especially for them as soon as Luna had expressed the wish to travel to Canterlot, despite her stating that it was unneeded.

Luna had Night lean against her and watched him sleep as she thought of how she had felt his feelings of giving up. {If Twilight wasn't there I would have left him die left myself die. But I could always make a new body for myself so why was I so sad? Did his feelings pass trough the bond so strongly that I lost myself in them? I must be even more careful now especially since he now has a Favour he could ask me at any time. What will he even ask for?} As Luna thought this Night began to open his eyes and move startling Luna.

{Ouh my head hurts, what happened.}-As Night thought this he awoke to the face of Luna staring at him. Startled he tried to back away but was gripped by her magic as he felt a falling sensation.

"Guards please leave the cart now that Night is awake I have matters to discuss with him."-Luna said in a commanding voice. Once the guards left Luna cast a silence spell over the cart before she spoke again.
"Josh Rovers you saved us and as we agreed I shall grant thee a boon so long as it is within reason. I wo"- Luna said hesitantly but was cut of by Josh.

"That would not be necessary I merely saved the others because you wouldn't leave them and if you died so would I. Even if my death is meaningless I would prefer to know that I tried everything I could to survive."- As Josh said this Luna felt relived and distraught at the same time. Happy that she didn't owe Night a favour but also unnerved at the memory of how she felt when Night had given up on surviving. It was a cold and empty feeling that Luna had not felt before.

"T-That is nice to hear however I would need your help again. I must request that you allow me to use magic on you during the Grand Galloping Gala. Afterwards you will end our false relationship. I know that you do not enjoy magic being used on you but I need you to attack only with words as should you use weapons I am certain that my sister will imprison you."- Luna said hopefully.

"Why would we need to wait for the Gala? Its in more then a week." Josh asked perplexed as to why he should wait. It only made it so the deceit was more likely to be discovered.

"It has to be where ponies will see it or else my sister might be tempted to use magic to fix it or maybe imprison you as punishment. And It has to be my fault so that the ponies will support your decision. Of course I will consider it a favour since I will be using magic to control you." -Luna said calmly.

"Very well you reasoning seems sound so I won't question it. You will continue my training in magic once the deceit is ended correct?"-Night asked fearing that he might have to risk killing himself while trying to learn magic on his own.

"Of course I will if I don't you might end up hurting my subjects we won't be able to go out of Canterlot for a while thanks to you killing the dragon. Without a doubt other dragons will seek vengeance for their young once they learn of it and will seek both our lives."- Luna said in a slightly irritated voice.

"Now lets plan how you will break up at the gala. We need specific words and movements so its not misinterpreted in any way." -Luna said calmer. "Firstly ...
