A Tale of Many Worlds

Mabel opened her eyes slowly, for some reason her head was killing her. She tried to remember what had happened, but she couldn't. Mabel tried to take a step forward and found herself taped to a wall. Several ponies and creatures were passed out on the ground, and it didn't look like they had partied too hard. Instead it looked like they were attacked. Mabel could barely see in the darkness, and could only make out four figures, one was Sonic, one was Fluttershy, one was Dipper, and the last one appeared to be another hedgehog like Sonic.

"Sonic? What's going on?" Mabel asked, which made the four of them turn their attention to her.

"Mabel! Just stay calm! We'll handle this...!" Sonic began to say, but the other hedgehog kicked Sonic in the chin, and caused him to fall onto the floor. Mabel could only watch as Fluttershy began to back away, but the figure punched her stomach, making her collapse onto the ground. The figure moved forward and lifted up Dipper by the front of his shirt and began to reach for him. Dipper was dropped and Mabel could see the figure was holding something, she saw a golden glint and the hand shaped mark and realized what had happened. The figure had taken the Journal.

"How pitiful... You can't even protect yourselves from me this time... Perhaps it was because I caught you off guard." A pair of red eyes lighted up, and they stared directly at Mabel. What moved to her was not a hedgehog, at least not a living one. What had shown itself to her was a machine, it was made to look like Sonic, but it was obvious that it was a fake.

"This journal holds many secrets... My master wishes to use them... I thank you for your cooperation." The robot said, as it reached towards Mabel and produced a single syringe. The robot injected Mabel with the liquid inside and she felt dizzy before passing out...

Mabel woke up and screamed, she punched at the figure before her and let out a shout. "Get away from me you robotic freak!"

"Mabel! It's me! Sonic!" Sonic yelled, and Mabel stopped punching. Sonic had several bruises covering him, and Mabel noticed that she was in her and Dipper's room.

"What happened!? Where's Dipper!? What happened to Fluttershy and the Journal!?" Mabel asked, now fearful of the future. However Sonic had been blocking Mabel's vision, so he moved. She saw Dipper lying in the bed across from hers, he was staring at the ceiling, while Fluttershy stood by his side.

Sonic turned t face his wife and said "I hope their all right..." Which confused Mabel, Sonic obviously knew that they were fine.

"Who are you talking about?" Mabel asked, and Sonic gave a soft smile before replying.

"Well partly you two. The other part our own kids.." Sonic said and Mabel began to piece things together.

"Fluttershy are you...? Do you mean...?" Mabel began, and Sonic nodded with a nervous smile.

"OH MY GOSH! YOU'RE GONNA HAVE PEAGAHOGS! Or would that be Hedgeasus?" Mabel asked, while they all turned their attention back to Dipper.

"He's been like that for about an hour or so... We'll leave you two alone... Once you two are up for it I've got something for you both..." Sonic said, before he and Fluttershy left the room.

Mabel moved over to Dipper and hugged him, Dipper returned the hug and the two stood there in silence. They left their room and began to move towards Sonic who sat with a white rabbit on his lap.

"Oh. So you two are ready I take it?" Sonic asked, before gently nudging the rabbit. It rolled its eyes and jumped onto the floor while Sonic moved and returned with a red book. The twins let out a gasp as they saw that it matched the journal that had been taken, however the number on the cover read 'four'.

"Where did you find this?" Dipper asked, and Sonic shrugged.

"It was on our doorstep, there was a not on the inside cover." Sonic said, opening the book.

What was inside made the twins feel nervous.

"Dear Pine Tree and Shooting Star,

It's been a while right? I guess I should start out with  the exact date of your deaths. P.T. yours is X/XX/XXXX. S.S. yours is XX/X/XXXX. Pretty neat huh? Well now to the important part. As you are hopefully aware, our world has merged with this world that has merged with hundred of others. I think this book should come in handy. I made it myself, as a little sorry for me coming back to defeat you in the future gift. I tried to match that little book of yours P.T. so it should fit nicely in your jacket. Oh and before I forget... You can't trust them... Not them, those guys... Over there... Do you see them? Good.

From, B.C."

Dipper groaned before slumping onto the ground.

"Can't he just leave us alone?" Dipper asked, while Mabel sat by his side.

"You know this B.C. guy?" Sonic asked, grabbing the twins by the back of their shirts and lifting them onto their feet.

"Yeah... His name is Bill... Bill Cipher... He's a mind demon. He tried to take destroy our uncle's business and life." Dipper explained, and Mabel then moved to add her comments.

"Not to mention he's a big fat jerk!" Mabel yelled, but Fluttershy walked in with a few plates.

"I fixed us some breakfast... I thought we could use something after all that happened." She said, which made them feel a little better.

"Thank you, Fluttershy. I'll clean up. I have one question though... Why did you use triangular bread?" Sonic asked, as he took his plate from Fluttershy. On there was a few eggs and a single piece of toast, and it was perfectly in the shape of a triangle. Suddenly an eye appeared on the toast and Sonic dropped the plate. It fell to the ground with a crash and the piece of toast began to float upwards. It turned yellow and randomly pulled out a top hat and black cane.

"HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA! Looks like I crashed this party... Oh wait... That was last night... Let me try again... Looks like I'm part of a nutritious breakfast! Wait... Oh forget it, I have arrived!" The triangle shouted, but Sonic made his hands into fists and took a step forward.

"I don't know who or what you are, but I will not let you hurt anyone here!" Sonic shouted, he jumped at the triangle who stretched himself upwards. Sonic disappeared inside of the triangle, who took out a rather large pocket watch. He stretched out again and Sonic launched out. (1)

"Listen here Prickly, I'm not here to hurt anyone... Yet... I just came by to see if the twins got my little gift." It said, which revealed its identity.

"So you're Bill Cipher. What's the big deal bursting into our home and ruining the food that we were going to eat? You just took money out of our pockets basically! Wasted!" Sonic yelled, ignoring the name that Bill had given him.

"Look if it makes you feel any better I can pay you back for the eggs and the single slice of bread." Bill said with an annoyed tone.

"Forget about that! Just get out! I'll find a way to kick your butt and I will!" Sonic shouted, but Bill looked at the Twins.

"A little known fact about that book. When you encounter something new... Check the Journal... It'll automatically update itself to help you out." Bill turned to face Sonic and began to laugh again. "It was nice stopping by, but now I've gotta get going. See yah later Prickly, you too Toots." Bill then disappeared and left them standing there.

Sonic had gone red with anger. "How dare he! Burst into our home, ruin our perfectly nice morning, and call my wife 'Toots'! I can't believe him!" Sonic shouted. While Sonic began to calm down the twins had begun to flip through their journal, knowing that there would be a lot to learn and find out.
