Chapter One
Unknown region of space, year 3256, UEF/Cybran/Aeon Coalition, one month after Seraphim Defeat.
"Sir, we have located an active Quantum Gateway near this sector. Should we enter to see where it goes?" The UEF symbiont asked.
"Yes, we should. Tell the Cybran And the Aeon ships to enter as well." Sargeant Errens of the United Earth Federation replied.
"Yes, sir." The symbiont said, turning towards his screen. Two images appeared onto the bridge window.
"Sargeant. Are you sure we should enter this gate? We do not know where it leads. It could be dangerous." Commander Andrews of the Cybran Nation asked.
"Yes, I believe so. If this leads to a possible Seraphim controlled planet, we must do our duty to destroy him. We cannot let the Seraphim rebuild they're army." Errens answered.
"I agree with Errens." Champion Selena of the Aeon Illuminate added.
"Very well. Let us proceed." The Cybran gave in after a while. The ship flew into the gate, and we were off.

"My lord, we are picking up some distortions from the warp. We believe these are warp storms. Should we continue?" The Navigator asked.
"Yes, we must continue. We must reinforce Baal before the Tyranid get there." Serrus answered, leaning back in his command throne.
"Very well." The Navigator said.

Discord felt something. "Hm, let's take a look at what has trespassed." He cast his gaze to the warp, looking for the intruder.
"Oh, a Space Marine fleet, eh? I wonder how they even got to this area." He said after a few minutes. He thought back to the time before he had first taken over Equestria, when the deal had transpired.
"So, Celestia, why have you called me?" Discord had asked.
"We are at great risk, Discord. I know of the ones from beyond our world, and what would happen if they found us. If they came to Equestria, we would all perish. I beg of you, please create a storm in the warp around our solar system to keep them out. Hopefully, we can survive." Celestia replied, shuffling around. It was not in her nature to make a request. Discord thought about it for a while.
"Hmm, I suppose I could. But what's in it for me?" Discord had askes.
"If you dont, they will definitely come after you as well. if they attack us, they will kill you as well." Celestia had answered.
Discord was shaken out of his memories as another disruption in the warp demanded his attention. He looked over to where it was, and was shocked to see a group of Warships he had never seen before also entering the warp storms. "Oh, come on! Really? Why do these two groups have to be heading right for Equestria?! Then again, how are they still alive? The storms should have destroyed them by now. " Discord asked himself.
"Perhaps, while I was in stone, the storms dissipated a bit." He answered after a while.
"I guess I had better tell Celestia. Nah, ill give her a suprise. " He said, and teleported into reality.

"Happy Birthday, Applejack!" Pinkie exclaimed, bouncing up and down in excitement.
"Oh, thanks Pinkie. But ya'll didn't have to do all this for me." The orange pony said.
"Um, are you crazy?! Of course I did! You Are the owner of Sweet Apple Acres, home of the best apples and apple cider in Equestria!" Pinkie said, somehow floating in the air. She then dropped to the ground.
"It's time for presents!" Pinkie said, and ran into another room and pooped out with a bucket load of presents.
"Here! Open this-" Pinkie started, suddenely dropping to the ground in a spasm of twitching. Everypony knew that this was her Pinkie Sense acting up, and everypony ran to help her up.
"Pinkie! What happened?" Twilight asked, nervous.
"A doosey, that's what. Were going to have visitors!" Pinkie said.
"What kind of visitors, Pinkie?" Applejack asked.
"Aliens of course!" Pinkie said matter-of-factly.
"Aliens?! Are you serious?!" RD asked.
"Yep! I'm going to go get some decorations for the welcome party!" Pinkie said, and ran out the door.

The ship shook violently, and Serrus could hardly get up. "My lord! The small distortions have exploded into massive warp storms!" The Navigator told me.
"It's too late now! We must continue! The Emperor Protects!" Serrus replied. And we shot through the storm.

"Commander, the Gate seems to be full of some sort of storm. Perhaps ths is a new trick by the Seraphim?" The UEF commander reported.
"Possibly. But either way, we must continue, Sargeant Errens. We cannot let the Seraphim rebuild." Commander Andrews replied.
"Yes, Cybran." Errens said, cutting the link.

Suddenely, Celestia felt a slight pop as something broke into the universe. She put down the newspaper she was reading and looked outside. She had very good sight, and saw two dots in then night sky that were moving, fat faster than a star. She did not know what or who it was, but she could tell that whatever it was, trouble would follow.

"Sargeant Errens, my scanners detect a uncharted system in front of us. Should we investigate?" Andrews asked.
"Yes. If the Seraphim are there, we will purge them. If not, we should at least set up a base of operations, just in case a new enemy attacks while we are there." Errens answered. He had noticed that the Aeon commander had been silent.
"What troubles you, Selena?" Errens askes.
"Nothing, but I have a feeling of something about to happen." She replied.
"Well, if so, we should get to the system and set up a new base." Andrews said.

"My lord, our scanners have detected a planet up ahead. This planet does not match any of our charts, but there are signs of civilization there. Could it be one of the lost human civilizations of Old Night?" The Servitor told Serrus.
"Hmm. It could be. We must be sure." Serrus said after a while.
"Let us move in." Serrus said after another moment of thought.
"My lord, should we not continue to move towards the Baal sector? Our brothers need us." The Navigator asked.
"Unfourtunately, we cannot. The Warp Storm had caused our warp drives to short circuit, and the warp storms continue to rage on. We would be destroyed." The captain answered.
"I see. Should we stop at this sector to make repairs?" The Navigator asked.
"Yes, but we should also make sure that that indeed is a human planet." Serrus replied.
"What of the other ships? Have we heard from them since re entering the material realm?"The Navigator asked.
"Our scanners do not pick up any ships in the sector as of now. They probably had dropped out of the warp after encountering the warp storms. We are alone here." A Techmarine said, walking up to them.
"I see. Well, then let us move. I will send out messages through the Astronomicon to see if there are any others nearby." The Navigator said, and the ship began to move towards the sector.

"So, uh, Twilight. How was Pinkie's party?" Spike asked when Twilight came back.
"She said that Aliens were coming. She knew with her Pinkie Sense. I'm going to prepare just in case she is right." Twilight said, rushing past him.
"What?! Aliens?! Oh no I better- *Burp*" that last part was because Spike had coughed up a letter from the princess. Twilight picked it up and read it.
My Prized pupil, and fellow princess,
Last night I had seen two... things from space. They were growing bigger, and I get the feeling that they are on the way here. I have mustered the Royal Guard to prepare for a possible Invasion, and to be a honour guard if these aliens come in peace. I request that you and Princess Cadence head to Canterlot Immediately. We must welcome them with open arms, or with an armed force. Please hurry.
Princess Celestia
"Spike, we need to head to Canterlot immediately. The princess needs us." Twilight said, not realizing that she had read the letter out loud.
"Um, Twilight? You read it out loud. I'm ready to go to Canterlot already." Spike said, shuffling his feet.
"Oh, did I? Anyways, we should at least tell the girls. If not, they will probably worry." Twilight said, blushing in embarrassment.
"Ok! I will go tell them right now!" The purple dragon then ran off. Twilight sighed. She looked up to the skies above.
"Are there really aliens out there?" She wondered out loud.

"So, what should be our next plan of action?" The Space Marine asked. Serrus and the other members of command had gathered in the briefing room to discuss the next plan of action.
"I say that we send in a single squad of Astartes, plus some supplies to set up a base of operations. Then, we can bring in someone to be an ambassador for the humans down below. Do you agree?" Serrus asked.
"I have calculated the possibilities in your plan, captain, and I agree. Sargeant, do you agree?" Magos Merrsiun of the Mechanicum answered. The Blood Angel sargeant studied the table for a bit.
"I agree. I will assign a squad to go to the surface. We should drop in during the night, when we are concealed in the darkness. We should then land somewhere near civilization so we can communicate efficiently. I believe I know just who to send in." He said after a while.
"Very well then. I will await your squad." Serrus said, and departed.

Somewhere in the Equestrian badlands
"Quantum gate jump successful. I am now scanning the surroundings for Mass deposits." Captain Errens said, and activated the ACU's sensors. The scan showed multiple amounts of mass deposits all over the desert.
"Sir, there are many mass deposits in the current vincinity. I am now beginning to construct a base." Errens said, and began placing mass extractors above the areas in which there were deposits. After a while he had gotten a working command base, and had begun to construct some scout units to move around the area.
"Andrew, Selena, you are fit to deploy. My base is set up." He said, and the ground in front of him exploded as two ACU'S stepped out onto the desert.

Canterlot
"Princess Celestia, we came as fast as we could." Twilight said as she and her friends burst into the main hall of the princess's castle.
"Twilight, and the rest. I am glad that you arrived. We have mustered the guard and have deployed them across Equestria, to all the towns. If anything should happen, they will report to Shining Armour." Celestia told them.
"Um, your majesty, just what exactly is happening?" Rarity asked. The princess regarded her.
"Twilight has not told you? Well, to put things short, we believe that we may be facing aliens, and a possible invasion." Celestia told them. Everyponies mouths dropped to the floor, but jumped back up as the mane six began to ask questions.
========
Somewhere in The Equestrian Badlands
"Jeez, I wonder why they sent us here?" One of the other guards asked.
"Princess Celestia herself said that we may be facing a possible invasion, and she wants us to be here to protect the civilians, as well as report our findings to captain Armour. Now, hush up and keep walking." The captain of the squad answered, and the rest of them continued onwards, not knowing what to expect. Suddeney, the quiet of the land was broken by a harsh noise, a sort of prolonged growl that hung in the air.
"What in Celestia's name is that?" One guard asked, tightening his grip on his spear.
"Group formation! Keep your eyes open!" The captain barked, and the squad automatically bunched up, holding they're spears in front of them.
The noise continued to get louder and louder as whatever was making that noise came closer. Suddenely, a big, metal box on strange wheels rolled out of nowhere.
"What is that thing?" Someone asked.
"It looks like some sort of armored carriage. Prepare for combat!" The captain barked.
=============
"Andrew, Selena, one of my scouts have detected some natives nearby. They are lightly armoured, and have only spears. They appear to be equine in form. What should we do?" Errens asked.
"I say we bring them back, for questioning about the seraphim." Selena answered. "I agree." Andrew said. Very well. I will get the scout to bring them back to base." Errens said, and activated a communications device, which he then linked to the scout's broadcast system.
========
"Attention, equines. I doubt you can understand me, but I would ask of you to please follow me to the base for some questions. Afterwards, you will be free to go." The metal carriage blared.
"Why should we?! We don't even know what you are!" One of the guards yelled at the thing.
"Well, that helps that they can understand us, and talk too. Please follow me. I promise that you will not be harmed if you do, unless you show any aggressive actions. Now, please follow." The carriage answered.
"Fine! We will follow!" The captain answered. The other guards looked at him.
"If we follow it back to its base, we can gain some valuable Intel for Shining Armour." The captain explained, and the others nodded in agreement.
"Ok then, please follow me." The carriage turned around, and began moving back to where it came from. The small guard squad followed, they're spears held tight.
Later
When they arrived, they were amazed at what they saw. An entire fortress of metal had been constructed, with a mix of different types of buildings all built around d eachother. Giant buildings with tubes sticking out in front stood guard in front of giant walls. Three giant metal bipedal creatures walked around, occasionally creating a building out of nothing. But one of them was walking over to the group. Each step of the monstrosity shook the earth, and it's glowing eyes looked like the creature was considering wether or not to step on them. Suddenely, a door in its boot opened, and a bipedal creature that was clearly made of flesh stepped out. The person looked like a bald ape, with hair appearing only on its head. it's eyes examined them, and then it spoke.
"Follow me." It said, and walked back into the giant. The guards nervously looked at each other, then followed the person into the giant.

Everfree Forest, 12 at night
When the Thunderhawk landed, the squad of marines jumped out, fanning out across the clearing. Their Bolters looking out in front of them, they advanced, searching the forest for signs of movement.
"All clear on my end." Battle brother Arigon called into the vox.
"Same here." Brother Fellius repeated.
"All clear. Setting up heavy weapons." Brother Carrion said.
"Good. Set up a defence line around the perimeter." Captain Meridion ordered. Each Marine began to set up.
"Apothecary Gordion, what do your readings on the air here say?" The captain asked. The Apothecary looked up.
"The air here is much more cleaner than Holy Terra, and is safe to breath." He stated. The captain nodded, and took his helmet off.
"Tell the men to begin setting up the base." He ordered. The apothecary nodded, then ran off to the Thunderhawk as another ship landed.

"Captain, we detected a influx of energy on the planets surface. We believe that it renders as a teleport flare, but the readings are different." One of the Servitors told him.
"Let the Magos take a look." Serrus said, and the adept took a look at the Servitors screen.
"It is right. Something big was teleported down, but with a different type of technology from what we use. It is abnormal." The adept said after scanning the screen.
"Well then. Scan the area for any ships. We are not alone. I want our friends below to know of this as well." Serrus ordered.
"Yes, my lord. Beginning scan now." The Servitors all said in eerie unision.

UEF, Cybran, and Aeon Coalition base.
"So, what are you?" One of the guards asked.
"Me? I'm commander Errens of the United Earth Federation, and it is our job to unite humanity once more." The commander answered. Before they could ask him another question, he asked his first one.
"But what are you? You seem equine in form, but yet some have wings, whilst others have horns, much like the mythical unicorns and pegasi of Ancient Greece." He asked. They stared at him, mostly because he called them a myth.
"Well, commander, we do indeed have unicorns and pegasi here In our world, and yes, some of my squad mates are some of them. We, as a whole, use the term Pony for our race. There are three types of ponies in this world: Earth Pony, Pegasus, and Unicorn. There are, however, four princess's who are Alicorns, which are a combination of the three types. Now then, why are you here? Our world does not have any human residents, so what buisness do you have here?" The captain asked.
"That one is easy. My species have recently fought- and won, a war with another species called the Seraphim. They had this idea of killing off my species as a whole, but we managed to stop them, and are now hunting down the remainders. We cannot let them rebuild." Errens replied.
"So, what are these metal things in this area?" One of the guards asked.
"Well, the unit we are in right now is called the Armoured Command Unit, or ACU for short. It can deploy onto a world, and build an entire base and army on the fly. Makes it easier to transport. How technologically advanced are you ponies?" Errens answered.
"Well, compared to you, we are in the primal age I'm guessing. We use spears and magic as weapons, have trains, and are a peaceful species. We have been in a few wars, but those were mostly territorial." The captain answered.
"I'd say somewhat between primal and industrial age. So, why were you out here?" Errens asked.
"We have orders from Princess Celestia to defend our towns from something, and report any unusual activity to our superior officer, captain Shining armour." The captain answered.
"How does your machine work, anyways?" One of the guards asked.
"I guess I could show you." Errens said, pondering.
"Sure, why not. Follow me. I'm about to show you how an ACU works." Errens said after a second. The ponies eagerly followed, hoping to learn something new.
Later
"So, this is the control center. Computer, load up the tactical image." Errens said, seating himself into position. The guards looked up as the screen blinked into life, showing the current area.
"This is a view of the land. The ACU can control an entire army with this. It enables me to see the battlefield at all times. The area you can see is land we discovered. The black areas are undiscovered territory." Errens zoomed in onto the ACU.
"This is us. I can click on spot for a selected us it to move to. Watch." Errens clicked a location outside of the base, and the ACU walked over to that spot. They could feel the machine moving under them.
"The ACU also has the ability to attack or defend if necessary. The right arm of the ACU fires a laser beam that can be overcharged to do overwhelming damage to an opponent. Watch." Suddenely, the ACU on screen shot a small laser into the ground.
"And here's an overcharge." Suddenely, the ACU fired a massive energy blast, turning the ground below black.
"The ACU has the ability to construct buildings. As seen up above, I will build some point defence turrets over here, where there is an opening in our defensive line." He then pressed a few buttons, and the ACU began to construct a few turrets.
"And tada! Instant defence! Now then, I will let you return to your homes." Errens said, and led them out of the ACU. After they left, the other commanders began to ask him some questions.
"Did you learn anything, or did you explain your entire ability to the aliens?" Selena asked.
"I told them some things so they could learn to trust us. Anyways, I planted a tracing device upon one of them. Now, I can gain intelligence on the area that they walk around in. They are like scouts for us now. How are the gunships doing?" Errens answered.
"Good. Whatever flew onto to this world will have to be careful in the air now, what with all the ASF's you made." Selena said.
"Good. I will send them out to scout immediately." Errens told them.

"Sir, we have detected a fleet of Unkown spacecraft that have just now appeared, using some sort of primitive light speed technology." A Servitor said.
"Send them a vox hail. See if they will respond." Serrus said, his grip on the command throne tightening.
"Link established." The Servitor said. A screen flickered to life, and what looked to be a captain appeared on screen.
"Hello, my name is Admiral Joseph of the Empire. State who you are, what rank, and to whom you side with." The person said. Serrus relaxed a little.
"My name is Captain Serrus. I am captain of this vessel, under service of the Blood Angels Chapter. I serve the Imperium of Mankind. What buisness do you have here? And what is this empire you speak of?" Serrus asked.
"Do you honestly not know of the Empire? What hole have you been living in ?" Admiral Joseph asked.
"I assure you, we have been in no hole. And also, we do not know of your empire. We serve the Emperor of Mankind, and we ask you to explain why you are here." Serrus answered, gripping his chair.
"Very well. We were travelling to one of the rebellion systems to attack, and destroy, the base rumored to be located there. Unfourtunately, our fleet had encountered some unknown space storm of sorts. We then ended up here. Now then, why not explain your reason for being here?" The Admiral asked.
"Fine. My fleet was heading to the Baal system, so we could reinforce our brother Blood Angels there against the attack that is coming their way. While we were traversing the warp, however, we encountered a massive warp storm, and had to translate into real space. And we ended up here. The rest of our fleet are believed to be alive, but had exited the warp before us. We can only pray that they are okay. We have sent messages out to the area around this system, hoping to establish contact with them, and we only hope our message got through." Serrus explained.
"Interesting. We have never heard of this 'Baal' system, nor have we heard of this Imperium that you speak of. For now, we shall not fire upon you, and I hope you will do the same, for your own sake. In the meantime, we shall send down a squadron of soldiers to prepare a small fortification." The Admiral said, then cut the link.
"Who does he think he is? Does he truly believe that his small fleet can take on our ship? We ought to show him our true firepower!" One of the Sensory captains said.
"Calm yourself. He hasn't heard of the Imperium, so he does not know our true power. But, he is also a member of a lost human civilization, so we should attempt to bring them into the Imperium. We shall hold fire, unless they give us reason not to. In the meantime, let us speak to our troop below. We should tell them about this recent change of events. Give me a vox link to the sargeant." Serrus said.
"Yes, my lord. One moment." The vox captain replied.

"What was that weird metal bird thing?" Rainbow asked, floating next to Twilight. Last night, a big, winged metal box had descended into the Everfree forest, making enough noise to wake half of Equestria.
"I don't know, but I think we should get the others and go find out." Twilight replied, and ran off to find the rest of the mane six.
"Good idea." Rainbow said, eager for another adventure.
Later
The mane six had begun to walk through the Everfree forest, keeping a careful eye out for poison joke, or something worse.
"Are you sure that the bird thing flew into here? Because so far there isn't anything. Just plain old Everfree." Rainbow said, kicking a rock around for fun.
"Well, why not go fly and take a look." Twilight replied, slightly irritated.
"Sure thing, Twi!" With that, Rainbow Dash shot up into the air, turning to scout around the vincinity.
"Well, that solves one annoying problem. Let's keep moving girls..." Twilight muttered, and the group trudged on.

"So, to cut it short, there's another group of humans out there. They are landing somewhere on this continent, and we have been ordered not to fire upon them. Are we clear?" The Captain asked. The squad nodded in agreement.
"Good. Maintain area perimeter observation. We just need to wait until the tech priest finishes establishing the power to the base." The captain barked, and the squad of Blood Angels fanned out to the perimeter. Overnight, the construction crew had demolished a small spot of the forest, and had set up a large building, with the symbol of the Imperial Aquila looking over the land. While the marines were keeping an eye out on the ground, none of them expected an airborne opponent. Just Rainbow Dash's luck To be a pegasus, it seems.

"What did you see?" Twilight asked as Rainbow flew back to the group.
"There were these giant metal guys standing on two legs, holding what looked to be some sort of box with a hole on the side. There was this massive building, with some sort of doubleheaded Eagle symbol strapped onto it. Other than that, nothing. The stuff was over that way." Rainbow pointed with her hoof over to the direction she came from.
"Well, we should probably go back and report to Princess Celestia. Then, we should have the Everfree off limits. We call in the Royal Guard, and with Princess celestia, go meet these things. Let's get a move on." Twilight said, twirling around and heading back to Ponyville.
"Uh, guys? Where's Pinkie?" Rainbow asked. The girls looked around, realizing that their pink coated friend was not present.
"Where could she have gone?" Applejack wondered. "Probably towards the weird building." Rainbow answered, facehoofing herself.
"Pinkie!" Twilight yelled, but the Pink mare was too far to hear it.
÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷
"Captain, sir! I just saw some pink... thing run through the woods. Should we follow it?" Brother Arigon's voice asked. "Negative. As long as they stay away from the base, they are of no concern to us." Captain Meridion answered, looking over the building. Arigon nodded, but had been certain that, just before he saw the pink flash, he had heard a voice calling out from the jungle....

Chapter Five: Pinkie Meets the Angels of Blood (and gives them cake)
Imperium Equestria Base, Everfree Forest. Time: 4:20 PM
Pinkie Pie had been observing the newcomers for about five minutes, trying to keep herself from leaping towards them with party cannon in tow. She had spent ages learning to read body language, after the accident with Gilda. She could clearly see that these guys were very tense, holding their metal boxes, and one of them with lots of gold shiny things on his armour was gripping the handle of what looked like a crocodile sword, with razor sharp teeth. Pinkie knew she didn't want to learn how sharp and dearly the weapons were, so she had to think of greeting them like any normal pony, except with a little of the Pinkie flare, as Rarity would call it. Trying to focus on one thought at a time was almost impossible for Pinkie, what with her mind running at Sonic Rainbow levels per minute. But she could think on it, since it meant planning a party and meeting new ponies, or whatever they were.
When she finally reached an idea, she smiled.
*********************
As the Sons of Sanguinius looked through the dense jungle, they had not expected any of the wildlife here. Wolves made out of wood, what looked to be a cross of a Lion, Scorpion, and bat trundle past, and, as Brother Arigon had seen, a Pink blur. Captain Meridion had gone back inside to ask why the power wasn't on schedule. Though the Marines had expected something to come at them from the trees, none had expected something to appear from behind the Astartes.
"Hi! I'm Pinkie Pie! What's your name? Do you want some cake?" A small, pink Equine looking thing asked Brother Fellius. He jumped, searching for the source of the voice, before looking down at the small Equine.
"Excuse me?" He asked, slightly concerned that A, a native had gotten past them, and B, wether or not he was insane in thinking that the creature had talked.
"I asked you what your name was, and if you want some cake!" The creature asked again, holding up a plate with a large, very colorful peice of food. Fellius immediately was on guard, pondering wether or not if this beast was some sort of hallucination, or a real native. This question was answered when Arigon leapt over, grabbing the Pink creature, who somehow managed to hold onto the cake.
"Hey! What was that for?!" The Equine, clearly a female, asked, causing Arigon to drop it from suprise.
"The Xenos can talk?!" He asked, looking at Fellius.
"It would appear so. Should we purge it, brother?" Fellius replied, gripping his bolter tight.
"Yes, I believe so." Arigon said, bringing his bolter to bear in front of the equine. Fellius did the same, but just as they were about to fire, Captain Meridion stopped them.
"Hold your fire!" He belllowed, walking towards the two.
"With all due respect, sir, why? Is it not a filthy Xeno?" Arigon asked, biting back his disgust.
"It is, but it is the first native of this planet, and we need to gather as much Intel as possible before deciding anything. And also, I believe that it was trying to offer some sort of pastry, possibly a peace offering. Though how it knows how to speak Low Gothic is beyond me." Meridion answered, looking down on the small Xeno.
"Yes sir." Arigon replied, pulling his bolter back and turning the safety on. Fellius did the same.
"Good. Now, little xeno, if you would follow me please." Meridion said, turning around and heading back to the command center. The xeno looked at Fellius and Arigon, smiled, and bounced after the captain.
"It disgusts me that he let's the xeno not only live, but also into the command post." Arigon said once they were out of earshot.
"Indeed, but the Captain is right. We do not know anything outside of this clearing. We should gather as much Intel as possible before storming out of the forest, Bolters blazing." Fellius replied, returning to his position. Arigon snorted, but returned to his post.
*********
As the mane six watched, Pinkie was led into the strange structure that Rainbow had mentioned earlier. The two pointing their metal boxes had seemed quite angry for some reason.
"What now? We don't know how to get in there! How will we get Pinkie out?" Rainbow asked, scared as they watched from the cover of the bushes.
"Don't worry, Dash, she should be fine. I think they are friendly, if for the moment. We can stay here until she leaves. I'm going back to Ponyville to send a letter to Celestia. After that, I will return. Don't get caught." Twilight said, calming Rainbow Dash right before she ran back into the forest.
"Well, let's hope she is right, for Pinkie's sake." Applejack said, looking back to the fortification.

Somewhere near The Crystal Empire. Time: 5:00 PM.
while ponies and humans met, there was another strange occurence, as a small vortex popped into existence, and six multicolored beings fell out. Each one had armor that was almost grafted to the creatures, and each had strange masks. As they got up, they took a look around at the frozen tundra. The green one spoke up.
"So, Let's agree to never leap-jump into a swirling vortex without Smart-thinking again, alright?" He said.
"Well, let's make sure to beat them before they jump into the vortex, right Kongu?" The red one asked, looking around. "Where are we anyways? It looks almost like Ko-Wahi." He asked. They all looked around, unsure on how to proceed.
"While it does seem like Ko-Wahi, it has a different feel. This place almost seems.... happier." The Blue one said.
"Yeah, sure. The barren and frozen wasteland seems like a happy-cheerful place. And apparently I'm a Mauka Tiger." The one called Kongu snorted.
"I can see a town far away from here. Perhaps we should go there?" The Brown one asked.
"Yeah. Let's go find out where we are." The red one said, and the rest of the group followed.

A/N Now I know what your thinking. One of two things. First, "really? Bionicle? That was your choice?" And the second being "where are these things from?" If you dont know what they are. To answer the first question, I put them in because I had grown up with these things, and they seem like something that the Space Marines wouldn't open fire upon literally two seconds after meeting it. And also because they have somewhat of a similarity with MLP, and because I want to branch out a bit. Since this is the first story on FIMFiction, I want to get the attention of many people. Now to answer the second question. Bionicle is this old toys made by the LEGO company on the year of my birth, which is the year 2000. It was about biomechanical beings, and I'm not going to explain this because it's too long for this. Go look it up. Back to the story! [i/]

Imperium command base, Everfree forest. Time: 5:25 PM
So far, all Meridion had managed to get out of the Pink creature was it's name, the name of the country, and a massive pile of cakes from Emperor knows where.
"Ms. Pie, I thank you for the pastries, but may we please get back on topic here? I wish to know more about this land before I decide wether or not I should make an assault, or a peace treaty. Now, who are your leaders?" Meridion asked, trying to regain control of the conversation.
"Well, there's the two Alicorn Sisters, Celestia and Luna, who raise the sun and the moon for our day cycles. Then there's Cadence, ruler of the Crystal Empire to the North, and Twilight, the princess of Friendship!" The pink mare answered, visibly trying to keep calm and not bounce off the walls.
"Interesting. Perhaps I can meet one of these 'Princess's' you speak of? No offence, but it is near impossible to keep you focused on one conversation." Meridion asked, trying to be polite.
"Sure! Twilight is over in Ponyville, the town just next to here! I can go bring her here!" Pinkie answered, and Meridion sighed.
"Very well. Perhaps, though, you can go with a Marine, so we know for sure that you aren't bringing back an army." He said, and the Pink mare nodded, right before she hopped out of the room. Meridion watched her go, then sighed.
"I hopeople this 'Twilight' is more reasonable then that one." He muttered to himself, before activating his vox.
"Fellius, this is Meridion. We are letting the xeno return so she can bring back a more... understandable person, and one of the rulers of this country. Please accompany her so we know she isn't bringing back hostiles." He ordered, and cut the vox link. He looked at the pastries, and, since even if they were poisoned it wouldn't do anything, grabbed one and took a bite out of it. An explosion of taste swarmed his mouth, overpowering his taste buds. His eyes went wide, enjoying the taste. He ate the rest of the cake he had bitten into and walked out, heading back to the clearing.

Chapter Six: The Toa Meet Discord and the Crystal Kingdom
Frozen Tundra outside of the Crystal Kingdom. Time: 6:00 PM
As the Toa continued, Kongu could almost feel like they were being watched. He also felt... different. At least, the tundra they were on felt like it. Little did he know, they indeed were being watched, but not by any pony....
**********
"So, this is what my first little portal brought in. I was expecting something a little more.... Chaotic. Then again, I could just make a few more portals throughout the multiverse. I'm sure that my fellow Chaos Gods would be well okay with it, especially if I could cause enough chaos to bring them here. But, then again, they were a bit angry when I told them they weren't allowed anywhere near Equestria, considering that I had made my claim to it. Oh well, enough exposition for the readers, let's go greet the new guys!" Discord thought, and then disappeared and reappeared in front of the six.
"Why hello there, mysterious travellers, what are your names?" Discord asked, even as they all brought they're weapons out and pointing at him.
"What kind of rahi is that?" The black one asked.
"Oh, I'm not a rahi, whatever that is. I'm Discord, Spirit of Chaos and Disharmony, though now I serve with my friends for a good cause. Anyways, what are your names? I don't believe you answered me that." Discord replied, bowing politely.
"What should we do, Jaller? I don't trust it one bit." The white one, towering above the rest, asked the red one.
"For now, we should trust it, Takanuva. We need as much information as possible." The red one, Jaller, answered. He turned back to Discord.
"Greetings, Discord! I am Toa Jaller, leader of the Toa Mahri, and a Toa of Fire. These are my brothers and sister, Hewkii, Toa of Stone, Kongu, Toa of Air, Nuparu, Toa of Earth, Hahli, Toa of Water, and Takanuva, Toa of Light. Where are we?" Jaller said, introducing each of them. Each Toa nodded when they were mentioned.
"Well, my friends, you are in the land of Equestria! Home of the ponies, and now apparently the gathering point of the multiverse! I will be your guide here! That city you are walking to is called the Crystal Kingdom, or something like that. It will take forever to get there on foot, so why don't I make things a little bit easier, eh?" With that, Discord snapped his fingers on his paw, teleporting the six toa and himself through the warp and into the Crystal Kingdom Square. Each of them collapsed, gasping for breath after witnessing the terrors of the once peaceful warp.
"What in Mata Nui's name was that?" Hewkii asked, trying to stand up.
"Oh, that? That was nothing, just the Warp. Not a big deal. But here we are, the Crystal Kingdom!" Discord said, showing off the kingdom in all its glory.
"Well, then. Thank you for your assistance, Discord, but where are the Matoran of this world?" Hahli asked, looking around.
"Matoran? What are those? Anyways, we have the Crystal ponies!" Discord replied, pointing to the small Equine cowering in fear.
"Crystal... Pony? What in the name of the Great Spirit is a pony?" Kongu asked, looking at the thing.
"Why, it's this little thing!" Discord said, suddenely holding the thing in his arms, and giving it a noogie. All of a sudden, the Toa and Discord were suddenely surrounded by a squad of armed ponies.
"Lay down your weapons and surrender!" One of hem, obviously a captain, ordered the toa. They looked at him, and Kongu burst into laughter.
"Your actually think this small force can defeat a Toa-Hero? This is too much!" Hesaid through the chuckles.
"But, in the end, I think it's a good idea to not quick-make you our enemies." Kongu added, lowering his weapons to the ground. The others did the same.
"Good. Now then, you will come with me to see princess Cadence. Follow me." The captain said, heading towards the center of the city. The Toa looked at each other, shrugged, and followed him. Discord, however, still had spears pointed at him.
"Well, I can see you guys have things good here, so I'll just be on my way now." With that, The Draconequus teleported away. The guards looked around, until the captain told them to bring the Toa's weapons.

Celestia's quarters, Canterlot Castle, one minute after The Toa capture
Celestia was mad. More angry than ever. And she knew just who to blame. Using a spell, she pulled Discord from wherever he was before and brought him here. In a flash, he popped into existence.
"Oh my, Celestia, what ails you old friend?" Discord asked, looking at Celestia.
"I thought you had Equestria protected from possible alien attack!" Celestia roared, walking up to Discord.
"Well, I did, but all those years in stone must have caused the storms to weaken a bit. And besides, they've all been here before, they just don't realize it." Discord replied, spinning a cane with a symbol of an eight point star.
"What do you mean?" Celestia asked, her curiosity getting the better of her.
"Well, you see, this all happened a long time ago, before you and Luna, and before my current reincarnation. Back then, Equestria was the center of the multiverse." Discord began, snapping his fingers. The world around them vanished, replaced with an image of a planet she did not recognize.
The world was shrouded in fire. As the pair flew in, it was obvious that there was a war going on. Celestia saw humans and others alike clash with eachother, even some ponies, though they were being used by humans.
"You see, back then, many of the multiverse's finest armies would be sent here to wage war, for, as this place was the center, they could control basically all travel between the multiverse." Discord explained, and they zoomed into the front of a massive portal, with warriors appearing by the hundreds.
"Through this chaos, I was born." He added, and they flew next to what looked like the beginning of a black hole. It vanished in a bright light, leaving in its place a baby creature. Though like Discord, it was different entirely. It had parts of many of the current species that fought: the arm of a human, the other arm of a ork, the leg of a toa, the wings of a guko bird, and the head of Discord.
"Was that..." Celestia began.
"Yes, indeed that is me. Anyways some pony took me in, and somehow lived long enough to raise me to adulthood. I had seen enough of this violence, so I traveled through the warp, and pleading with the rulers of the armies that were invading Equestria. Eventually, they agreed, though it took alot of threatening and begging. A few ponies had been left behind by the humans, and we're exposed to some sort of radioactive material, which made the current creatures of Equestria. I don't remember who the material came from. Anyways, I taught ponies the language of what is called low gothic, as well as being called english." Discord continued, and they flew through time, catching only glimpses of Discord's attempts to get the rulers to withdraw. They then found Discord speaking with the ponies of Equestria, as well as the other species.
"We had piece for a time, but then my brothers found me." Discord said, looking at the ponies.
"Brothers?" Celestia asked.
"Yes, my brothers. The humans call them the gods of chaos. Anyways, they found us after about three thousand years of me hiding our universe. By now, Equestrians had begun to prosper, and you and Luna were born." They flipped past a few thousand years of peace to two little fillies with wings and horns.
"You two were unique. never before had a Alicorn been born before. And that is what caused the Chaos gods to find us." Discord toled Celestia, and they zoomed out to the warp area. Celestia could see a fine border around Equestria, but it began to crack.
"The Chaos that ensued from your birth began to weaken my barrier around Equestria, allowing the Chaos gods, or at least one of them, to slip through." Celestia saw a swirling mass of chaotic energy slip through the barrier.
"I noticed this, and thus engaged this god, who was Tzeentch or something like that. I beat him back and resealed the barrier,at the cost of my first life. " they popped into the future, where The past discord fought Tzeentch in a losing fight. Past Discord had just barely managed to shove Tzeentch past the barrier, Blood and guts spilling out of him like a walking corpse of Nurgle. With a last burst of power, Discord sealed the barrier, with Tzeentch wailing upon the barrier without avail.
"As I died, a small fragment of my memory escaped, and lodged into your mind. Can you guess which?" Discord asked, and Celestia thought for a bit before realizing it.
"The old war..." She muttered.
"Bingo! Anyways, when I finally revived, it turns out that Tzeentch had placed a small amount of his chaos into me, but not enough to make me evil immediately. It slowly grew inside me, and when I finally turned rogue, I had made the warp storms to keep anything from getting in, at your request. And you know the rest. " Discord said, then snapped his fingers, and they returned to the present.
"Wow, I had no idea..." Celestia muttered, looking up at Discord.
"Of course you didnt, you weren't even born yet when it happened. And anyways, I cannot restrengthen the warp storms anymore, because my time in stone removed my connection to them. I can also sense a chaos fleet incoming, along with a few others I might add." Discord replied, suddenely with armour.
"How long until they arrive?" Celestia asked, panicking, before a thought arised.
"Wait, if the barrier is still going, because you said that the storms are weakening, then how is a chaos fleet going to get in here?" She asked, confused.
"Well, I didn't realize they had worshippers at the time, which in the human times was called time the Horus Heresy. so gods can't get in, but the worshippers can. They will be here in about... five weeks? We need to unite the current species on the planet before we can fight the chaos. Are you with me?" Discord answered grimly, before holding out his paw. She smiled, and put her hoof in his paw, shaking it. The deal was done.

Crystal Kingdom
As the Toa were escorted through the castle, they couldn't help but notice the stares from many of the guard there. For some reason, they were not biomechanical, like the Toa or the Matoran, but completely organic. This confused them greatly as they entered what appeared to be a throne room, where a Pink mare with wings and a horn, obviously royalty, sat, along with a pale white colt with blue hair and just a horn. The guards around them bowed.
"Your majesty, we bring to you these creatures that appeared in the middle of the town, thanks to Discord. What do you make of this?" The captain asked. The pino one looked at the six Toa for a few moments, then spoke.
"So, creatures, what buisness do you have in my kingdom?" She asked, and Jaller stepped up to explain, causing the guards to raise their spears.
"My name is Toa Jaller, I am a Toa of Fire. These are my brothers and sister. We come to this world in pursuit of a great evil From our own world." He explained, before pausing, probably for the question they all knew was coming.
"What evil do you speak of?" The pink one asked, and Jaller sighed as he started to begin the tale, but was cut off before he could start by Takanuva.
"I shall explain it, for I was once a Chronicler, and thus fluent in story telling." He said, looking at Jaller. Sometimes Jaller forgot that this massive toa of light had once been Takua, his best friend. Takanuva took a deep breath, and began his tale...
As the Toa fought against the hordes of Rahi, Bohrok, Rakshi, Visorak, and Makuta alike, they knew they were facing a losing battle. The Piraka had returned as well, granted new life by Makuta Teridax (this is the time after Mata Nui was banished.) and had been attacking from almost nowhere, and slipping back into the horde. As they fought, a bright light appeared from up above, as the roof to the cavern exploded, revealing a squad of seven Toa, with three in massive assault vehicles. One of the Piraka, Hakaan, took notice, and shot a heat beam at the red one. Instantly, a shield sprang to life, deflecting the beam.
"Toa Tahu! And the others! It is great to see you!" Jaller said, shoving off a visorak. The Toa Nuva rushed in, Midak Sky blasters and Ghost cannons blazing into the crowd. The Toa Nuva retrieved the Toa Mahri, lifting them out of the area. The three vehicles covered their retreat, blasting anything that got too close. The Toa patted eachother on the back and embracing their comradss, before remembering where they were, and quickly escaping. Some of the Rakshi took flight, attempting to shoot down the retreating toa, but with multiple attacks from both Takanuva and Lewa, the monsters were quickly destroyed. The Thirteen Toa ran back to the Coliseum, the Center of Metro Nui, trying to get back to the defense of the Matoran who hid inside. some of the Matoran, like the Matoran of light for example, chose to aid in the defense. Scores of lives were lost as the ever growing tide of enemies pushed forward, hoping to break the defenses. Suddenely, and without warning, a portal burst into existence, and many Rakshi, Makuta, and Bohrok, as well as a few Visorak, were sucked in. The Toa glanced at eachother.
"I don't know where that leads, but those monsters need to be stopped before any harm can come to whatever is on the other side." Nuparu said, automatically getting protests pushed into his mask.
"Look, I know the Matoran come first, but what if there are Matoran on the other side? We need to defend them. And also, if the city does fall, it can act as a backup exit. We just need to clear a path to it." Nuparu explained, letting his words sink in.
"I don't like it, but he's right. I'll go, along with the rest of the Toa Mahri." Takanuva said, shocking everyone. Nuparu nodded solemnly, gazing over the battlefield that was once his home. As the Toa got ready, Tahu walked up to Jaller.
"I hope you know what your doing, Jaller." He said, placing a hand on Jaller's shoulder.
"Don't be quick-worrying about us Tahu! Get back to the Katoran! Let us quick-worry about what we are doing." Kongu interrupted, and Tahu only smiled as he went back to the other Toa Nuva. Jaller felt a wierd sensation, like he wasn't going to see this place for a long time. Turning back, Jaller looked at Takanuva.
"I'm ready." He said. Takanuva nodded grimly. Using his power, the Toa of Light had lifted each of the Toa and togrther, they flew into the portal.
As Takanuva finished the tale, the pink one studied them, her face an expression of horror at what they had just been through. After a while, she cleared her throat.
"I thank you for your tale, mr. Takanuva. but I must be sure that you speak the truth, so I do not accidentally bring harm to my citizens by letting you free. I shall read your memories, just to be sure." She said, and walked up to the tall one, and, realizing that she could not reach, floated up to his hesd, and tapped her horn against his mask. Instantly, a rush of memories flew into her head, and she tried to stem the tide to almost no avail. A thousand years of memory flooded her mind, but yet she also felt another mind probing hers as well, gathering information on her world. She tried to block it, and focused on looking through his latest memories. She saw all that had transpired up to this point, the Fall of Mata Nui, the reign of Makuta, the portal, and ,retina Discord. Once she had gathered all that she needed, she cut the link, and slumped down to the floor. Takanuva, however, had stayed upright, processing the information he had gathered from the mind reading.
"I'm guessing you found what you were looking for, Princess Cadence?" He asked as the guards rushed to her aid, and helped her up.
"Yes, Takanuva, Toa of Light, I have. You and your brothers and sister are free to go and hunt those vile creatures, but do not think this means I excuse you from reading my memories." The princess said, standing upright.
"You did the same."Takanuva replied.
"Only to make sure you did not mean any harm to my people!" She countered, feeling a little flame spark in her head.
"And I did so because we needed Intel on this land, and now we have it. Goodbye, princess Cadence." With that, the Six toa moved to leave, but the guard stopped them, only to be called off by Cadence.
"Let them pass, they face a foe that is a danger to our people. We must put the city on lockdown, and send a message to my aunt." The princess said. The guards nodded, and allowed the Toa to pass. They left, leaving Cadence more worried than ever in her life.

Chapter Eight: First Contacts
Chapter Eight: First Contacts
UEF, Cybran, and Aeon Coalition base
"Commander Errens, we have two contacts. One is over where the unknown aircraft had landed, and one is walking up to the base. It appears like one of the Equines. What do you think we should do?" Selena asked. Errens though for a moment, before he spoke.
"I shall go greet the equine. I want a small group of Obsidians to head out to the unknown contact. Send some other crew members to set up communications with whatever landed." Errens ordered. Selena sent a blip, showing her acknowledgement, and a small squad of three Obsidian, along with an armoured transport carrying the negotiators, drove off to the East. Errens looked back to where the Equine was coming from, sighed, and began to march his ACU forward.
Somewhere in the badlands.
Princess Luna and her small guard force felt the ACU before they saw it, which was suprising, considering it was so massive. The Princess and her Lunar guard halted, feeling the ground treble under they're hooves, when a massive machine walked out from the distance. Luna's teeth began to chatter as the ACU marched forward. The Lunar Guard were terrified. Though they had seen some nasty stuff, they knew for a fact that they could not, no matter what, defeat this engine of destruction. The ACU stopped a mile away, almost glaring down upon them. Suddenely, a loud voice, rivaling that of even the Royal Canterlot Voice, boomed across the desert.
"You may come over to the ACU. I will be waiting for you at the feet of it. Bring only two of your guards. The rest are to wait there." The voice ordered. Luna gulped, then chose her two best guards of the group, then walked towards the ACU.
When they arrived, they were met by a bipedal creature, as tall as Celestia. He nodded when they walked up to him.
"So, I take it that you are a negotiator? To negotiate peace between our two races?" The creature, a male by the sound of his voice, asked.
"As a matter of fact, I am. I am Princess Luna, Co-ruler of Equestria, and I welcome you to our planet. So, where shall we discuss the peace?" Luna replied, analyzing him.
"Follow me." He said, and climbed into the foot of the ACU. The guards and Princess looked at eachother, then walked inside.
They had been led up flights of stairs to what appeared to be a conference room. The man sat, and gestured for the others to do the same. They sat, though the chairs were uncomfortable for them. There was a moment of silence before the man spoke.
"Right, I forgot to introduce myself. I am Sargeant Errens of the United Earth Federation, and commander of Seraphim Hunt Group #55. We came to this world hunting down a alien species called the Seraphim, who's goal is to make my species extinct. If we did not find one, we would at least set up a command center to make for protection of the planet if a threat appeared. Though we have not located any Seraphim forces on this planet, we have noticed shuttles landing in a forest far away from here. Our radar dubbed them "unknown units" and we are even now scouting to see what they are. We hope we do not disturb your people, as we do not want to have to fight on any front. My terms for peace are the ability for our forces to roam freely across the planet, so we can set up proper defence near cities in case of attack. I will now hear your terms." Errens told Luna. Luna thought for a minute before speaking.
"While it does seem you come here to do us no harm, we cannot be fully trustworthy of you. We request that you give us control of some of your technology, so we do not get attacked and easily crushed of you cannot defend us properly or if you turn on us." Luna told him, and he thought for a moment. Well, it's not like we are giving them all our technology... I suppose we could give them some UEF tech, perhaps an SACU." He thought to himself, not knowing that Luna could read his mind. After a few moments of thought, he finally spoke.
"I suppose we could give you SOME of our technology, as a form of trust. I will give you one Support Armoured Command Unit, or SACU. That should be all you will need." He told her.
"Just one? Surely that is an insufficient number, seeing that you have so many forces from what I hear." Luna replied.
"Well, an SACU has the ability to construct a base on the fly. It has the potential to make an All by itself. Whoever uses it will have to be trained in its use, so i will send an instruction manual or something. If that is all, I shall send you on your way. An SACU will be teleported to your capitol by tomorrow. I thank you for your time." Errens replied, standing up and holding his hand out. Luna smiled, and placed her hoof in it. They shook hand/hoof, and Errens led them out of the ACU.
Once Luna was outside of the machine, she let out a sigh of relief.
"That went much better than expected. I'm glad we can to an agreement." Luna said to the guards as they walked back to the other guards.
"Indeed, your highness. I do not think we could win against a machine like that. Anyways, let us head back to Canterlot." One of them replied, looking over to the guardsponies they left behind. Said ponies were trying to beat the heat, and had set up a sort of beach like area. They were all sitting under parasols, with beach towels as well. Luna wondered where they had managed to get that out here, or how they managed to bring it along. She cast The thought aside and trotted over to them.
"Let us return to Canterlot, my guards. We must tell my sister about our agreement with the aliens." She declared, and they quickly disassembled they're little camp Before they all began walking back.
Meanwhile....

Everfree Forest, Imperium Forward Operating Base. Time: 6:45 PM
As the Astartes and Twilight returned to the camp, multiple thoughts raced through Twilight's head, much like The Running of The Leaves. She looked up at the warrior, feeling tiny. She only went up to about his knee in height, and she could tell that, if he wanted to, he could easily crush her skull in an instant. As they walked into the clearing, Twilight saw alot more of the creatures around than earlier. People were walking around, setting up a multitude of devices around the area. She spotted a couple of men who were more machine than flesh in red cloaks mumbling next to a machine. She looked up at her escort.
"So, what exactly are you?" She asked, and he glanced down at her.
"I am a Space Marine of the Blood Angels Chapter, protector of mankind, and destroyer of the Emperor's enemies." He answered calmly, and they continued in silence. When they walked up to the building, another of the Astartes was waiting for them.
"Brother, you are dismissed." The marine said, and Twilight's escort saluted before walking back to the clearing. The Astartes captain looked down upon her.
"You are Twilight Sparkle, correct?" He asked. She could only nod. "I am Captain Meridion of the Blood Angels Chapter. Please, come inside so we may Talk." Meridion asked, gesturing for her to go In side the building. She gulped before nodding again and slowly trotting inside. Meridion brought her to the interrogation room and sat down. Twilight followed suite.
"Now then, Ms. Sparkle, I would like to know about your species. First of all, who are your rulers?" Meridion began, folding his hands together. Twilight took a moment before she could find her voice.
"My species is led by four Alicorns, me being one of them. I would like to ask you some questions as well, so perhaps we could do one of those 'I ask a question, you answer, then ask me a question, and so forth?" Twilight answered, trying to be as diplomatic as possible.
"Very well, but I will not share any classified information. And that counts as your first question. Now then, what is your military like?" Meridion answered, leaning back in his seat.
"As of now, we only have the Royal and Night guards, who are armed with spears. Why are you here?" Twilight asked, trying to get as much info as possible.
"We were en route to the Baal system, but a warp stor took us off course, leaving is stranded here. What are you exactly?" Meridion replied, seeing the hunger for knowledge in Twilight's eyes.
"My race are what are called ponies, and we are a very peaceful species. We give nothing but trust and friendship to guests To our country. Also, who do you work for?" Twilight asked, very curious. Meridion sighed.
"I serve the God-Emperor of Mankind. He is our ruler, who, while his body is dead, his soul continues to guide humanity through the accursed warp. He is the reason why humanity is not enslaved to the deamon gods of Chaos. Where is your capitol city?" Meridion answered, making a symbol of the Aquila on his chest, which confused Twilight to no end.
" the Capitol of Equestria is Canterlot, and that is where my peoples rulers, Celestia and Luna, reside. What are Space Marines?" Twilight replied, looking at Meridion's armour. He chuckled.
"Space Marines are the pinnacle of The Emperor's genetic experimentation. We are the bane of the Emperor's foes, and we live only to serve." He answered, feeling pride well in his chest. And they continied like that, one asking a question, and the other answering before launching his or her own. As they spoke, a man suddenely burst in.
"Noble Astartes! Some sort of craft just landed outside of the forest! It looks manmade, but we have not seen it before!" The man said, and Meridion stood up.
"Forgive me Twilight. I must go to see what the fuss is about. You are free to leave." Meridion told Twilight. She nodded, then ran out the door. Meridion looked to the soldier.
"Now then, show me where this craft landed." He ordered.
Warhammer 40k: The Multiversial War of Equestria
Deep under Canterlot mountain
Deep under the mountain that held Canterlot, a large, powerful machine awoke from its slumber. Though it had spent millenia underground, it was still very much functional. It could sense what had happened so far up above, and could sense that it's counterpart had awoken too, along with three blips that it did not recognize. As it activated, the cavern it was located in was aglow in light, which most ponies thought was some sort of natural event. It began its system start up, checking it's weapons and nano building arm. It knew that it would be a while before it could resurface, but it also knew that when it did, there would be another war. It was prepared. The last CORE Commander was ready.
Equestrian dig site in the mountainside of the northern mountains.
As Lucky Shoes walked around the camp, she was trying to hold in her excitement. Just yesterday, they had discovered what appeared to be a massive, bipedal, and completely metal machine! They did not know what it was, but the only thing that was on it, besides the metal, was a single, strange symbol.
She wondered what the symbol meant as she walked towards the site where the machine now sat in. When she arrived, she held out her ID to the guards, and they stepped aside to allow her through. She trotted down into the recently dug crater, stopping only when she was next to the machine. She studied the area that would be it's face. She tapped the thing, even though she had done this a million times. Someone then tapped her shoulder. She jumped before turning to her friend and fellow archeologist, Daring Doo. She smiled.
"Little bit jumpy, aren't ya?" Daring joked, chuckling a tiny bit.
"Yeah, but we ARE in a dark, creepy cave. What did you expect?" Lucky replied, giving a playful shove. They then turned back to the device, and stared up at it in awe.
"Wonder what the princess's will say when they get the letter we sent about this thing.." Lucky asked, gazing at it. Daring shrugged.
"I bet they will reward us greatly for this find. I mean, look at it! It could be a lost civilization that came before the founding of Equestria, or it could be an ancient alien! Who knows!" Daring replied, waving her arms around for emphasis. Lucky tried to withhold her laughter at this display.
"Maybe. But even so, we should probably dig up the last of it. There's only a little bit more left." Lucky said, grabbing a shovel and floating down. Before she could, however, there was a massive noise as the wierd glass in its head burst into a green light. Daring backed away, out of fear and awe, as the great machine came to life. It raised its arms, breaking free of the railings as it attempted to leave the cave.
"How does it expect to escape the cave? We are inside a mountain, for Celestia's sake!"Daring shouted over the sound of it activating. Almost in response, the machine raised on of its arms, and a great light flashed just before there was a sound of an explosion. When Lucky could see again, there was a massive hole where a wall was standing just a few seconds ago. Her mouth dropped as the machine stepped through the hole and out into the open lands of Equestria. It moved it's head around, almost like it was searching for something, before it began slowly walking towards an open plane. Lucky just stared at it as it trudged off into the distance, taking a few seconds to realize that Daring was trying to get her attention.
"Lucky! You in there? Come on! We gotta go to Canterlot and report this!" She yelled, causing Lucky to blink as she reorientated herself to the world around her.
"Your right. Let's go!" She replied, and they shot off towards Canterlot.

Equestrian North. Time: 10: 00 PM.
As the great machine trudged forward, it was aware of organic life actually living in this planet. Back during its time, to be organic was a fight for survival in itself, what with the CORE threat endangering all organic life. It walked onto the frozen tundra, and, with its scanners, located multiple metal deposits. It began constructing it's base, thinking on the fight to come. It remembered it's reason for being here: To hunt down the last CORE Commander and exterminate him. It did not know why it was underground when it reawoke, but it knew that the CORE Commander was still alive. That needed to change.
For if the ARM Dream of a free universe without the constant threat of the CORE, the Core Commander needed to die.

"Captain Serrus, do you read me? This is Captain Selenus of the BattleCruiser Chaos Crusher, of the Raven Guard Chapter. Broadcast code 222-586, we received your message and are now moving in to aid you. Please respond." The Captain ended his mesaage, and the psyker sent it out into the Astronomicon. He turned back towards the window, looking into the deep darkness of space. One of the tech priests suddenely called out.
"My lord, multiple warp breaks have been detected. Your orders?" He asked. Selenus instantly replied as such.
"Power up all gun battery's just in case it is of an enemy sort." He ordered. The techpriest simply went to worl, signaling all men who worked the guns to get to battle stations. After the signal was sent, Selenus looked out to the window, only to turn away quickly as a tear into reality from the warp appeared. A small fleet of ships flew out. After the warp tears vanished, Selenus looked back to the newly arrived fleet. As soon as he saw the markings upon the ships, he knew what to do.
"All starboard Lance cannons, fire at will! Destroy the Chaos Scum!" He shouted. Soon after, the roar of energy being released from the starboard side of the ship sounded throughout the deck. Soon after the first barrage, it was met with one from the enemy. Explosions ran throughout the ship as void shields failed and energy blasts shot through into the hull of the ship. There were just too many enemy ships, Selenus knew just from looking. He activated his vox.
"Captains of the fleet, I want half of you to continue towards the sector. We will hold off as many of the foul bastards as possible. You must alert Captain Selenus of the approaching enemy. That is my last order." Selenus ordered, then cut the vox. He looked down to his strategic view to see Tha most of the fleet had broken off to continue onwards to the sector. Hopefully, Selenus and his Battlecruiser plus a small fleet could buy enough time for them to escape. He turned to a techpriest.
"Get whatever space marines that are on board and send them out in boarding torpedoes. If we are to fall here, we will go down fighting. May the Emperor take our souls." He ordered, and the techpriest relayed that message throughout the ship.

"My lord, we have received a message from an imperial ship. May I relay the message?" The Psyker asked. Serrus pondered for about five seconds before answering.
"Yes. Relay the message." He answered, and the psyker began his message.
"Captain Serrus, do you read me? This is Captain Selenus of the BattleCruiser Chaos Crusher, of the Raven Guard Chapter. Broadcast code 222-586, we received your message and are now moving in to aid you. Please respond." The message ended there. Serrus merely sat there in his command throne for a moment before motioning for the astropath to come forward.
"Yes, my lord?" The astropath asked.
"Send a reply to them. Tell them this:
This is Captain Serrus. We have received your message. At the end of the message we will send you the coordinates, but we only need to repair the warp drive. Also, we believe that we have discovered a lost planet of humanity, and have sent marines down to aid in setting up a forward base." He then gave the coordinates and was about to have the astropath send it when the sensors wenter off, revealing a small fleet of Warships bearing the Imperial insignia nearby. He then told the astropath to cancel the message.
"Hail them." He ordered.

Everfree forest
As the space marines, plus some guardsmen, moved towards the landing zone of the Unkown unit, Twilight had secretly followed them, though it was difficult to keep up with them due to the thick forest and the marines superior speed. They ran out of the forest to be greeted by a truck of some sorts. Twilight hid in the brush while the marines and guardsmen slowly moved up to the machine. Suddenely, the door opened, and a few humans walked out. The marines raised they're bolters.
"Identify yourself." The captain ordered. The humans raised they're hands.
"We are the delegation of the Coalition of the United Earth Federation, Cybran Nation, and Aeon Illuminate. We come only to discuss peace. We wish no war. If you would be so kind as to find us a suitable location to speak." One of them said. The captain lowered his bolter, but everyone else kept theirs raised.
"Very well. You may follow us to our headquarters where we will discuss. Follow." Meridion replied, and the group trekked back through the forest.

As Jaller and the rest of the Toa went through the frozen tundra on the private train, they tried to formulate a plan on how to proceed. What they didn't expect, however, was to see a giant, mechanized machine trudge past, on its way to an unknown destination.
ARM Commander POV
As he walked through the frozen tundra, he noticed the tiny train below him, and was careful not to destroy it. His sensors picked up a massive amount of metal to the north. Unfourtunately, there wasn't much sunlight, so solar generators were out. But the wind was quick, so wind generators would make a fine replacement. While he walked, he thought about the other three blips on the other side of the continent. If they were CORE commanders, he would have to annihilate them. Hopefully, they were more ARM commanders. He continued to think on this as he walked closer and closer to the north pole, just west of The Crystal Kingdom.

In the area underneath the Everfree Forest, a great chamber sprung to life. The only source of light were six green pillars, casting off an eery glow . Even deeper inside was the master of this chamber, and also the source of all dark things in the Everfree, like the Cockatrice, and the Timberwolves. The dark being gazed upon his chamber.
"It seems that more strange creatures have arrived. Soon, my plan, which has taken a thousand years to create, will finally commence." The being rose to his full height, about three meters tall, his massive, mechanical legs supporting has weight with ease.
"Soon, it will be time. Time to take over Equestria for the shadows. And to secure a new base for the Makuta." The Makuta, a being named Terilax, said, mostly to himself.
"I shall build an army, one that no man, pony, or other could possibly defeat." He said, and dove his hand into himself, pulling out a struggling Kraata.

"So, you are part of a group of humans who had been in a thousand year war with eachother, but stopped to defeat a filthy Xenos race bent on destroying you? " Meridion asked the diplomat, a man named Eric.
"Why yes, sir. Now, I've answered your questions, can you please answer mine?" Eric asked. The Space Marine Captain sighed.
"Very well. But, as I can guess on what your first question will be, I am a Space Marine, a warrior of the Holy Imperium of Man, a universal Empire that has fought for survival for over four millenia against Xenos, Traitorous Heretics, and worse. We space marines are genetically modified soldiers made for war, by the Glorious God-Emperor himself. He is the ruler of humanity, and is our savior. Anything else?" Meridion replied, explaining it all in one go. Eric gulped.
"Yes, that's all of my questions. I pray that our two factions of humanity may come to a peaceful solution. If I may, I will return to my base, and report my findings to my superior officers." Eric answered, standing up, and, after receiving confirmation from Meridion, left the room. After a few minutes, a scout reappeared from his stealth field.
"I am tracking him back to his base." The scout marine said, holding out the tracker. Meridion nodded.
"Good. Human or not, we cannot be too trusting. We all know how well that went." Meridion replied, taking the tracker.

As the train arrived, the Royal Guard awaited the Toa. When they exited the train, they were escorted to the castle. The guards, though blank faced, were all hesitant. They were scared. Hahli could tell from their body language. When they arrived at the castle, most of the guards left, while the rest remained with the toa, bringing them to the throne room. Celestia awaited them. The guards went to their posts along the walls. Celestia greeted the toa.
"Greetings, and welcome to Canterlot. I am Celestia, Princess of the sun and Co ruler of Equestria. My sister, Luna, Princess of the Moon and Co ruler of Equestria, is not here as she has other.... buisness to take care of." Celestia told them, and gesturing for them to introduce themselves. Jaller started first.
"I am Toa Jaller, Spirit of Fire, and leader of the Toa Mahri. This is Toa Hahli, Spirit of water, Toa Kongu, Spirit of Wind, Toa Hewkii, Spirit of Stone, Toa Nuparu, Spirit of Earth, and Toa Takanuva, Spirit of Light. We came here chasing after monsters from our world that came here through a portal. They are very dangerous, and need to be found and dealt with as soon as possible." He recited, having already explained this to Cadence.
"Well, Toa, I welcome you to our world, and will be glad to help you remove these creatures from my world. I must know what they look like, so we can know to beware of them." Celestia replied, still smiling.

As Sweetie Apple brought down another group of apples, she heard a strange chittering from the trees. She glanced around, and, seeing nothing, looked off to investigate . As she galloped, the strange noise got louder, until it sounded like it was everywhere at once. She then noticed the webs. Wierd, green, and thick webs coated the area and as she watched, giant, metal spider like creatures descended down from them. Like the webs, these ones were green, though there were some reds, blues, browns, and others. Suddenely, a wierd energy radiated from one of the green ones, and a energy blast shot off of its back, hitting Sweetie directly, and paralyzing her. As the creatures got close, she got a nice, good view of the mouth of one of them. It was a whirling mass of saws, creating a shredding sound as it began emitting webs from it. Sweetie did the only thing she could do: she screamed.

"The Base, QAI, has been completed." The Seraphim told the AI.
"Good work. Now, Prepare the Quantum Gateway for my arrival. Is the base within expected parameters?" QAI replied.
"Indeed, my lord. I followed your plans to the letter. There was a small town of local inhabitants, but it has been eradicated. I await your orders." The Seraphim Commander, Thel-Kurador, answered, prepping the Quantum Gate.
"Very well. I will gate in ten minutes.QAI out." The machine then disconnected the channel.

As the Griffons pondered as to what the explosion of light was, some had even gone off to explore. None had returned. Suddenely, a glowing orb of light sprang up from that area. As it came down, it burst into multiple pieces of light, which all slammed down into Griffinstone and causing havoc. The griffons began to panic, some fleeing, some rushing to grab weapons. Then the mechs came. Giant, sleek Illshavoh's stormed into the city, crushing and burning the city to the ground. Any who tried to fight were turned to ash by the energy shots. Gilda, being one of the smart ones, had ran, and now watched her home get destroyed. A single tear fell from her eyes as Griffinstone was turned to rubble. She looked back to the surviving griffons.
"We have to go. We must warn the other species of these monsters. Equestria is the closest, so we survivor should head there." She told them, and they nodded, and began to fly towards the griffon-Equestrian Border.

As the pony enjoyed his coffee, one of the fellow borderpatrolponies burst into the house.
"Sir! There's a massive amount of Griffons heading towards the border! We believe it's an attack!" The pony told him. He looked down at his coffee. He sighed, seeing as he wasn't going to be able to enjoy it for a while. He got up off the chair.
"Let's go take a look, shall we?" He said, and the guardspony nodded, and led him to the griffons.
Later
"So, why are so many of you rushing towards the border?" He asked the lead Griffon, a female name Gilda. She was exhausted, but she managed to get out a few words
"Griffinstone (pant) Destroyed. Giant creatures. Must warn others (pant) of this threat." She said. He motioned for one of the guards.
"Send a letter to the Princess's about this. Also, send for some transports. Try to see if we can get those lazy UEF guys to give us some." He ordered, and the pegasus gave a quick salute before flying off. With that done, the captain turned back to Gilda.
"Don't worry. We are sending a message now. However, we will be needing some questions a answered about these creatures. And what they look like. Is that ok?" He asked. Gilda nodded before sitting down to take a small break. The rest of the griffons, about Thirty or so, did the same. After a couple of minutex, the Pegasus came back.
"Sir, the message has been sent, and has a response! It reads,
Dear Captain Raising Sheilds,
I am pleased to inform you that the UEF transports are enroute and shall be there soon. Though it does concern me about these creatures the griffons mentioned, I believe that the combined efforts of the humans and ponies will be enough to stop them. However, I want you to order all of your border patrol to return to Canterlot along with the griffons. We wish to not to let any more innocents die to these monsters.
Sincerely,
Princess Celestia

After Celestia sent the letter, she turned back to the Toa.
"Unfourtunately, my dear Toa, it would appear that your 'Rahi' are not the only thingo we have to fear. You see, we have in fact met otherworlders besides you. Creatures calling themselves humans. They have great war machines, and they're greatest foe might be here. The city of Griffinstone has been destroyed, a nation far to the west, and one of the toughest our great nations have to offer. Besides the Yak, of course. I can only pray that with the combined might of the humans and the Toa, we can win this. If you'd like, I can schedule a meeting with some of the humans. According to Princess Twilight, some have a bit in common with you." Celestia explained, not pausing for a breath. The Toa looked at one another.
"I believe that meeting our soon to be allies now would be good, as to set up better relations. We will leave the planning to you, your majesty. But we wish to use your guardspony training grounds, as to hone our skills for the upcoming fight." Jaller replied, and the princess nodded.
"Very well, you may use the training grounds, just don't hurt any of the guards. We may need them." Celestia told them, and they walked off towards the training fields.

As the members of the Imperium raised their shields to prepare for the coming assault, Captain Serrus contacted the Galactic Empire's Fleet.
"Admiral, I have grave news. A Battle fleet of heretics have come to this planet. We must prepare for battle." Serrus told him after the link was established.
"Yes, our sensors have detected these ships you spoke of, as well as another fleet far away, but they will be here soon. Have you had any contact whatsoever with your soldiers on the ground?" The Admiral asked. Serrus shook his head. "Have you at least sent them a message to warn them of a possible invasion?" Another shake of the head. "Might want to do that before the battle begins. Just in case we fall." The Admiral told him. He nodded, and told one of the Servitors to establish a vox link with the soldiers below.

As Meridion once more spoke with Twilight, a soldier came in.
"Captain Meridion. A vox call has been sent to us, asking for you and the rest of the squad." He told the captain. Meridion sighed. He looked over to Twilight, who just looked at him, puzzled.
"I will be right back." He told her. He then got up, and followed the Guardsmen to the communications center. When he entered, he saw that the rest of his squad had already arrived.
"Captain Meridion, so glad you could join us. We have important matters to discuss." Serrus said from the monitor. Meridion stood next to his Battle brothers and gave Serrus a salute, then stood at attention.
"Unfourtunately, my space marines, the Chaos filth has somehow found us here. We must expect a ground assault, so we are sending down some more squadrons to aid in the defence. How have the local relations been so far?" Serrus briefed them. Meridion stepped forward.
"Sir, we have made contact with the local population, and while they are not in fact human, they seem to be of a Terran origin. They are of equine form, and we believe them to be some form of Human Experiment left to its own devices. In fact, I was just now speaking with their diplomat, a female named Twilight Sparkle. But, I must also tell you that we have indeed met other humans, but they are not native to this world. They have told us of their weaponry, but they said that they are wanting peace with us, and are in fact here to hunt a previously unknown Xenos Species Called the Seraphim. If you would like, I could arrange a meeting for both of these leaders to join in a conference." Meridion then finished his report. Serrus scratched his chin.
"Right now, we will have to meet these two leaders to discuss how to deal with the heretics. I want you to bring the diplomat you currently have here, and send for the leaders of the other humans. Do it now." Serrus ordered. Meridion nodded and went to fetch the purple alicorn. When he returned, she walked forward.
"Greetings, Captain Serrus. My name is Twilight Sparkle, The Princess of Friendship. I hope that our two species can get along-" She started, but was cut off by Serrus.
"Yes, miss Sparkle, I know who you are. But we must put aside the pleasantries as we have urgent buisness to discuss. One of our greatest enemies, the Chaos Filth, has found their way here, and, if we do not set up defence soon, will destroy your planet in the name of they're dark and false gods." Serrus told her. She paled a bit, but then spoke once more.
"My world has had its own Chaos in the past, which we defeated. It's name was Discord, a Spirit of Chaos and Disharmony. We have, however, managed to change his heart, and now serves our leaders, Celestia and Luna. I am certain that we can aid in dispelling thsee other chaos creatures." Twilight told them. Meridion nodded. Before Serrus could say anything, Meridion stepped forward.
"My lord, she has told me about this 'Discord', and from the way it sounds, this creature was not like the Chaos we know of. In fact, it seemed to be a different form of chaos entirely. It was more like what the people of ancient Terra would call a 'Playful ghost'. Though it could bend reality, it did not do what our enemy does. I believe that, now that it has been tamed, it can be of great aid in our coming fight against chaos." Meridion stated. Serrus pondered this. He looked to Twilight.
"Xeno, are you able to contact this creature named Discord?" Serrus asked. She nodded.
"I can bring him here now, if you would like." Twilight replied. Serrus nodded his consent. Twilight then began activated the summoning spell, and Discord appeared. When she looked up, every space marine had their bolter pointed at either her or Discord.
"Meridion, is this creature a Psyker?!" Serrus asked, seeming a bit furious. Before he could answer, Discord spoke up.
"Oh, Serrus, you don't have to worry about that. This world uses something that is not at all connected to the warp, and also, it doesn't have the capability to control someone's mind." Discord said, laughing a bit. "Now, why not put those petty weapons aside, and let us have a talk in a civilized manner." The marines did not lower their weapons. Serrus glared at Discord.
"And how do I know to believe you, Chaos Scum?" Serrus asked.
"Oh please, if they, or I, for that matter, had allied with those dumb old Chaos Gods, don't you think k we would have automatically attacked you? Just look around the planet! Do you see any of those disturbing chaos symbols?" Discord replied. He had a point. Serrus growled.
"Fine. We will talk, xenos. Since you apparently dislike the Chaos gods, we will at least consider a possible truce. Lower your weapons." Serrus answered, and the marines lowered their weapons. Twilight breathed a sigh of relief. Just then, four more humans entered, three of them in clothing different from the rest.
"And who is this?" Serrus asked.
"My name is Commander Errens of The UEF, Cybran, and Aeon Illuminate Coaliton. I represent the UEF, or United Earth Federation. These are my coworkers, Commander Andrews of the Cybran Nation, and Champion Selena of The Aeon Illuminate. What do you need?" Errens answered, pointing to each of his colleagues.
"Long story short, the Imperium of Man's greatest enemy, the Chaos Legions, are en route to this planet, and want to destroy us, as well as this planet. We need aid in the defence of this planet. Will you help us?" Serrus explained.
"Sure. Might as well, since they are going to destroy us anyway if we don't. We can give assistance in the ground and orbital defence. What do you have?" Errens answered, looking at Serrus.
Aboard my ship, we have 50 Blood Angel Space Marines, with ten in Terminator Armour, three Dreadnought's, five Land raiders, seven Thunderhawks, one Stormraven, three Rhino's,a company of Imperial Guardsmen, one Baneblade, and one venerable Dreadnought. In the other ships, we have a full company of Raven Guard Space Marines, three Terminator Squads, a dozen land raiders, a war hound Titan, ten dreadnoughts, 2 Baneblades, a Company of Guardsmen, three wings of Thunderhawks, and more." Serrus said, looking at a chart. He looked back. "Does that sound like enough?" He asked.
"Hopefully." Errens replied.
"Well, that should be it. Xenos, go tell you leader about the coming attack, and tell her to warn her citizens to evacuate. This whole planet is going to be a warzone." Serrus said, ending the meeting.

As Celestia sat upon her throne listening to the usual rant of Prince Blueblood, Twilight burst into the room. The guards all moved in front of Celestia, cutting her off. Celestia waved her hoof, and the guards backed away.
"Celestia! We have a problem!" Twilight said, stopping to kneel quickly before jumping back up. Blue blood looked over at her.
"Well, I'm sorry, Princess Sparkle, but I was having a debate with her about taxes, so if you don't mind-." He started, but Celestia cut him off.
"What is it, Twilight?" Celestia asked.
"The Aliens that I wrote to you about, or at least I think I did, they have some enemies that have followed them here! We need to ready the Guard!" Twilight told Celestia quickly.
"Aliens? What Aliens? Aunty, what is she talking about?" Blueblood asked. Celestia facehoofed.
"Blueblood, if you will excuse us, me and Twilight must have a private conversation." Celestia ordered Blueblood, and he walked out. She turned back to Twilight when suddenely, a few explosions from outside took other of their attentions from eachother to the window. As they looked, a massive, metal pod opened up, revealing massive bipedal creatures in heavy armour, with large claws that sparked of electricity. One of them also had a block with two circular tubes poking out of it. They looked to eachother, then ran to the door. Twilight looked to Celestia.
"Those would be our new alien friends, the Space Marines." She sqeaked. Celestia pointed to a guard.
"You there! Go and tell the guards to let these creatures through!" Celestia ordered. He nodded, then ran out the door. Celestia looked to the sky to see more of these pods breaking the atmosphere. At least fifty of them. Then the door opened. As Celestia turned, she saw one of the Giants from earlier. He stepped towards them, and in a rusty voice, spoke.
"Are you Celestia?" He asked. She nodded meekly. "We have been ordered to protect you and your sister in the coming invasion. We will take over for your personal guard. I am captain Meridus of the Blood Angels Chapter, captain of the 25th squad of the fifth Company. We are at your service." Celestia was about to say something when the remaining guardspony spoke first.
"I'm sorry, but I cannot entrust her majesties life to some aliens. How would I know you won't Kill her?!" He said, leveling his spear. Captain Meridus looked at the guard, then laughed.
"Xeno, if I had been ordered to kill her, I would have already, and you couldn't do anything about it. Though, I would like to see how skilled her original guard was, I don't have the time. We must prepare. The enemy will be here soon." Meridus told the guard in a very low voice. The guard cowered in fear before running off. Meridus laughed again, then turned to Celestia. "Now then, your highness, we need to talk battle plans. I can set up a conference with Captain Serrus to discuss our battle plans, but she needs to leave." He pointed to Twilight with one of his claws. She gulped, nodded, and teleported away.

"Champion Selena, I want you to send a Galactic Colossus and a squad of restorer's, plus a group of mobile flak and tech 2 engineers, and move them to the equine-Griffon border. Use the engineers to set up point defence. Commander Andrews, send some of your own machines to assist. Build whatever is necessary." Errens ordered, and then ordered a Fatboy to the border as well. They had just received the descriptions of the destroyers of the Griffons, and it seemed that they had indeed been Seraphim. Now they had to prepare. As Errens continued, a plane was shot out of the sky. He looked to his feed a d saw that it was a Seraphim Spy plane. He cursed under his breath.
"Selena, Andrews, set your Air Factories to pump out ASF'S. Expect an enemy Awassha." Errens ordered, then activated his own air factory.
÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷
The CORE Commander had just finished building a Krogoth when a strange, Alien air unit flew over his base. The antiair units immediately opened fire, and the Krogoth fired one missile, which took out the plane immediately. The commander walked over to the wreckage of the plane and scanned it.
Scanning, scanning....
Unknown Alien Machinery. Scans through its database have pinpointed it's origin, as well as species name. Seraphim are now considered a hostile force. Move in to destroy.
The Commander sent a order to the Krogoth to move towards the Seraphim base. The Krogoth immediately began walking in the direction of the Seraphim. The Commander then sent advanced scout planes to the other unknown base.
All enemies of the CORE Empire will be destroyed.
÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷
As the ARM forces began to move out, the radar detected an Unkown enemy aircraft moving towards the base. The advanced fighters easily wiped it out. The commander scanned the wreckage.
scanning.... scanninng...
Unknown human machine detected. Scans show unexplored area to have a human base. UEF forces detected there. Begin loading of transport with commander. Meet the new human forces. Alliance required. Do not open fire.
As the Commander read the scan report, he was excited. A surviving race of humans? This meant that he was not the last human alive. But, he must not take this trip lightly. They might attack out of suprise. So, along with the commander he loaded a radar jamming unit as well, the flew out to the UEF base.
÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷
The Seraphim Commander was not happy. His spy plane had just picked up an unknown base from an unknown faction. That wasn't the bad part. What was a problem was that it had sent a massive machine to the Seraphim base. It was a long way from here, but it would be here soon. He activated his communications device.
"My lord, there is an unknown faction sending a massive experimental class unit towards my base. What are your orders?" He asked.
"Destroy the machine. It can't be that bad. Just send some gun ships or a Awassha to destroy it." QAI ordered. The Seraphim nodded and sent a Awassha to destroy it.

Krogoth POV
As the Krogoth continued towards the Seraphim base, it detected an unknown air unit flying towards it. In response, it prepared it weapons. Missiles were loaded, the plasma guns were heating up, and the Most powerful weapon, the Annihilaser, was prepped. When the massive machine came in, it was noted that it was a Seraphim Experimental. The Krogoth fired the laser, cutting down half of the machines health, and the missiles fired, knocking the health down to near zero. The Airborne experimental then dropped a bomb right on top of the krogoth, and when the smoke cleared, the Krogoth was alive, with one-seventh of its health removed. The Krogoth fired it's laser once more, dropping the Awassha out of the sky.
The CORE Commander sent the revivor machine to the wreckage. Soon, it would use the Awassha against the seraphim.

Chapter Fourteen: Light Em Up!
Badlands
"Commander Errens, we just got a radar signature of an unknown unit. When we noticed it, it had just beaten what appears to be an Awassha." Andrews said. Errens looked to the screen that held his face.
"What? So there's someone else capable of fighting the Seraphim? Well, that's all the better! ...huh? What's this?" Errens replied, looking to his map. There was a radar blip of an air unit flying towards the base from the North. As he watched, it dropped another unit blip, this time a ground unit. Errens set a squad of Mech marines to scout the unidentified machine. The air unit flew away, leaving the unknown unit alone. Suddenely, a communication request from said unknown unit popped in. He hesitated, but answered.
"Hello, I am The last Commander of the ARM Rebellion. Who are you?" A voice asked as a human face appeared on the screen. Errens looked at him skeptically.
"I am Commander Errens of the United Earth Federation. State your buisness." Errens replied, staring into the other commander's eyes.
"I have come seeking an Alliance. The ARM Rebellion has been fighting our enemies, The CORE, for 4,000 years." This caused Errens to jump. As the ARM continued to speak, Errens stopped listening and was pondering over the prospect.
4,000 years?! How have we not heard of these guys?!
".... and so, we wish to form an alliance with your faction, and defeat the CORE Empire. Will you accept our request?" The Commander finished. Errens blinked back to the screen.
"Ah, yes. Sure, why not. We need all the help we can get against the Seraphim, and can also aid you in your problems. Right now though, we are preparing for an enemy attack. Even now, the Seraphim have naval ships moving across the ocean, with many air transports moving in behind them, guarded by Air Superiority Fighters." Errens replied. Somehow, the ARM Commander managed to tilt his ACU's head.
"Seraphim? Air Superiority Fighters? I do not know what these are, but I can lend my assistance in the form of Kbots, Vehicles, and some Air units. Once I reach the sea I can supply you with Naval forces. Perhaps we can share our technology after this battle. But for now, I shall head to the ocean to prepare. I take it you have a defence force there?" He asked, running off a list of his forces. In all honesty, Errens did not know what the Kbots were. So, he ignored the list and nodded.
"Yeah. We set up a large Naval facility that is even now mass-producing Battleships, Destroyers, Cruisers, and Submarines. If you'd like I can escort you there." Errens answered, moving his ACU to head towards the sea. The ARM Commander nodded, and followed Errens as they marched towards the Naval Facility. The ARM Commander quickly ordered a good half of his Air units to meet him there. This list included: Brawlers, Pheonix', Hawks, and Lancets.

Champion Selena's ACU
As Selena walked through the corridors of her Armoured Command Unit, she thought back to the conversation with the ARM Commander.
Errens is a fool. This Arm guy is clearly going to betray us. Errens is a weak fool. He shouldn't be the one leading this operation, it should be me.
Selena looked back to the last part of that thought. Why the hell had she thought that? She knew that Errens was a good Commander. He had fought hard and long in the Seraphim War, and had actually managed to beat some of the rotten bastards before the hero who finally stopped them. So where did that thought come from?
As Selena walked on, lost in thought, a Cold, evil laughter that could not be heard, but could freeze the heart of even the greatest commander resounded behind her.

Orbit Above Equestria.
As Serrus pondered the latest news from the planet below the warning claxon sounded. He sat up right in his throne, looking around.
"Commander! The Chaos fleet is about to get into firing range! What are your orders?" One of the Sensory captains asked. Serrus sighed, then activated his vox link with the other Captains in the fleet, as well as the rest of his ship.
"This is Captain Serrus! The heretic Scum are about to get into firing range! Prepare your weapons! Get boarding Torpedoes ready! The Emperor Protects!" He boomed into the vox. He then closed it, and pulled out a necklace with the Aquila of the Imperium strapped to it. He lowered his head and made a quick prayer.
"O Eternal God Emperor; who alone spreadest out the heavens and rulest the raging of the warp;
Who hast compassed the void with bounds until day and night come to an end;
Be pleased to receive into thy Almighty and most gracious protection the souls of thy servants and the fleet in which we serve;
Preserve us from the dangers of the void, and from the violence of the enemy;
That we may be a safeguard unto our fellow man and his dominions, and a security for such as pass through the void upon their lawful occasions;
That the inhabitants of our Imperium may serve thee, our Savior and that we may return in triumph with the fruits of our labours;
And with a thankful remembrance of they mercies to praise and glorify thy Holy Name;
Through thine eternal rule;
Amen."
Somewhere in an alternate universe, The God Emperor spoke his annoyance of someone worshipping him like the UltraSmurfs.
As the fleet got into firing positions, Serrus grasped his throne in a tight grip, hoping that the Emperor heard his prayer.
Then the battle started.
Lance fire flew from everywhere, and Thunderhawks flew about the Void, engaged in combat with enemy Thunderhawks. The bigger vessels fired salves of Lance fire, as well as a few Warheads, straight into their opponents. Two Dauntless class ships were destroyed in a battle against an enemy vessel, but not before they landed a large amount of damage and twenty or so Boarding Torpedoes. Serrus sent a silent prayer to those in the two ships, hoping that their souls go to the Emperor. Suddenely, a warning shot up.
"Enemy boarding Torpedoes detected!" A voice rang out.
"Destroy them! Don't let them land!" Serrus ordered, then switched to a vox that connected with the remaining Astartes aboard his vessel.
"Enemy Boarding Torpedoes have been detected. Be ready to fight them off." He told them, then cut the link and looked back to the battle. Suddenely, another voice rang out.
"Enemy drop pods detected heading towards the planet!" It said.
"Shoot them down! Kill as many of them as you can!" Serrus shot out, knowing that the Space Marines below would be able to despatch them.
"But sir, if we don't focus fire on the Torpedoes, we could get boarded! We have to choose one or the other!" Someone said. Serrus gritted his teeth. The Thunderhawks were too from away to intercept them, and the other ships were engaged in combat. He sighed.
"Target the boarding torpedoes." He ordered.

Blood Angels Command post, Canterlot.
"Sir! Enemy drop pods are descending from orbit!" A vox relay soldier shouted.
"Prepare for battle then." The commander replied. Celestia and Luna merely watched as they formulated battle plans to combat the invaders. They felt useless.

Thought of the day: The foolish man puts his trust in luck, the wise man puts his trust in the Emperor.
"My lord, we are about to enter the warp." The Servitor told me in a bland tone.
"Good. We must make haste to Baal." Captain Serrus of the Blood Angel battle group Gamma replied. The door to the Strategum opened, and two Space Marines entered.
"Captain, how much longer must we wait?" Sargeant Tormaddus asked.
"We are about to enter the warp. No worries, except for the usual Warp concerns. Is that all?" Serrus replied.
"Yes. If you need us, we will be in the barracks." He said, and him and the other Marine left. Serrus sighed, and turned back to the strategum.
"Begin Translation into The warp." Serrus ordered.

Equestria, year 1026 of Celestia's reign,Ponyville
As Twilight trotted through Ponyville, she was prepared for the worst. Pinkie Pie had given her and all of her friends invitations to a party, and considering how wild her parties are, anything can happen. As she got closer to Sugar Cube Corner, she saw Rarity out in front. "Hey Rarity!" Twilight called out. Rarity's ear twitched, and she turned.
"Twilight! How are you, darling?" She replied, trotting over to Twilight.
"Good. The meeting up at Canterlot went by smoothly. I cannot tell you any more than that, unfortunately. It's confidential." Twilight told her friend.
"Oh, but of course, my dear! I understand Completely! Royal buisness and whatnot. Well, I am sure that you would be tired after all that, but I'm sure Pinkie's party will be able to loosen you up a bit." Rarity replied, casually waving her hoof.
"Anyways, why don't we go inside? I'm sure Pinkie is waiting for us." Twilight said, and we trotted Inside.

Warp, year 500.6, 41m
"Are we certain that this place exists?" One of the cultists asked.
"Yes, indeed it does. A world completely untouched by our lords chaos. But, never fear, we will be the ones to claim it in the name of Lorgar." The Word Bearer priest replied, gaining a cheer from the fellow Word Bearers.
"We shall taint it with our chaos, and choke the life force out of it. The dark gods will be pleased to learn of this world's capture." He then added. More cheering.

An unknown quadrant of space, near the Equis Sector
As the warp tore through reality, a small group of ships flew out. The ships were brutish, covered in spikes and whatnot. Though people might expect chaos, or tyranids, or whatever, there was one thing that you never expect.
And that thing is the Orks.

Equestria, the Griffin kingdom
As Gilda walked through Griffinstone, she felt content with herself. After Pinkie and RD's visit, she had indeed managed to get the griffins back on their feet. Now, the griffins had set to work on repairing the city, and it now had visitors almost daily. She felt content at her work. As she walked around the outskirts of the town, she noticed a bright flash to the north. She looked towards it, before covering her eyes at the sheer intensity of the light. Moments later, it dissipated. Another moment passed, and the Shockwave hit. Some houses went flying, as well as airborne griffons.

As the energy of Quantum reentry dissipated, the commander began to examine it's surroundings, utilizing seismic waves eminating from its feet to detect mass deposits. The commander inside spoke through to its superiors, using a language that no one would understand.
"Es reel ull. Rafada trey Seryphiam outpook operationales." It said. It began work, constructing strange yet delicate looking machines to bore into the mass deposits. It then set to work on power generators, and then radar and construction factories. Unbeknownst to the Coalition, this commander had arrived. Out of range of even an Omni Sensor Array, the Seraphim had made planetfall.
