Your Fluttering Heart

You've waken up, ate breakfast and are now unpacking more of your stuff. As you open one box you are excited to see your bird houses. These brought you a lot of joy at tour old house, listening to birds sing and watching them hop in the grass. Excitedly you pull the box outside ready to put them all up. Once you have the third one up you hear a quiet voice, "Oh my, these bird houses are beautiful." You turn to see Fluttershy looking at the ones you put up. "Thank you,I made them when I lived in my old house. I used to take care of animals there." After you say that last sentence you see Fluttershy smile, "I could help you hang these up, if you don't mind that is." the pegasus says with her head down and her foreleg rubbing the other. "I would love your help." You say with a smile as you Fluttershy let's out a squeak as she hovers slightly over the ground. You both start putting up birdhouses while your mind races "Say something, but not something stupid, be funny, don't mess up." you think to yourself. "What kind of animals did you take care of?" you hear Fluttershy ask you.
"Um all kinds I guess." You say while your mind screams "I said not to say something stupid!" causing you to feel nervous. You hear Fluttershy giggle and say, "I take care of animals too. Would you like to help me sometime?"
"I would be happy to." You respond with a smile losing your feeling of nervousness.
"If your not busy when we're done putting up these bird houses I could use help getting supplies." Fluttershy looks at you hiding between her mane with a slight smile. "I don't have anything planned for today." You say forgetting all about unpacking. You start putting up the birdhouses a little faster than before, eager to help Fluttershy. You two finish hanging the birdhouses in no time.

"So what all do you need to get in town?" you ask her

"I need to get some food and bandages for the animals." she awnsers with a smile
As the both of you walk through town you both tell each other of animals you've helped and adventures you've been on. You both are getting along great and smiling and laughing. You both reach your house after getting Fluttershy's supplies. You now have a frown on your face and you're about to say goodbye when Fluttershy says "You can come and help me if you aren't busy." You light up and say yes.

You follow Fluttershy to her house in awkward silence as you look at Fluttershy she has a most adorable smile and you catch her looking at you few times, when she notices that you see her she darts her head and her cheeks turn a subtle shade of red. Once you have made it to her cottage and stare in amazement of all of the animals in her yard.

She introduces you to a small white bunny "This is Angel he's my pet bunny."
"He's cute" you tell her as she puts her supplies onto a table. The two of you then start feeding and taking care of several injured animals. As you're wrapping up a squirrel's injured leg you notice Fluttershy standing next to you. She eases closer to you as you continue caring for the squirrel. You finish wrapping the squirrel's leg. You take a deep breath with your eyes closed and say "Fluttershy, I was wondering if you would like to go on a date with me." Your heart beats faster and your mind tells you you asked her to soon.
"That would be wonderful" she tells you with a big smile
"How about tomorrow?" You ask
"Okay" she says hovering a bit above the ground covering her smile with her front hooves.
"I'm still not sure what there all is to do here in Ponyville, what would you like to do?" you ask
"Oh, uhm you could meet me here for tea at lunch and we could go from there." She tells you happily.
"That sounds great, I didn't realize how late it was I should go, good bye, I had a lot of fun today." You tell her noticing the setting sun.
"Goodbye," she says "I'll see you tomorrow"

You skip home ecstatic about your plans for tomorrow.
