Conversion Bureau: Journal of a Convert

Entry 4 – Thursday 5/17

Funny thing I just found out while continuing to clean out the dorm room.  Julie’s name isn’t Julie anymore! Her new pony name is Azure. I felt so embarrassed that I was calling her by her human name when for a month she had a pony name! She said that it was ok because I didn’t know. This made me think: what should my name? It has to be pony sounding and of course it has to represent me. I guess I have a few days to think about it though before Conversion Day.

There’s so much I have to learn about being a pony. Julie, I mean Azure, said it’s like learning to do everything over. Walking, writing, eating, all of it has to be relearned. Add to this the fact that if I become a Pegasus I’m going to need to learn how to fly and if I’m a unicorn magic. Thankfully Azure mentioned that there are classes provided to teach new ponies how to do these things. Oh well, I like learning new things.

Sorry about the short journal entry these days. Hopefully tomorrow I’ll have a better one!
