Rainbow Heart 3
Chapter 4 Reflection
Previous ChapterNext ChapterIn the heart of the Everfree forest a fog appeared. It was Rainbow’s Moon’s camouflage that proceeded him wherever he went. It was here he looked into his reflection from a river of water.
I looked deeply into myself and my soul. I was not alone in my body. I was one with my lover forever now. The past was behind me, the present was here, and the future was in front of me. Now was the moment for me to save Equestria once and for all.
Using Alicorn magic, I materialize a town out of nowhere. It was Double Rainbow’s ultimate magic power. I created a town named Ponytown with my own my castle. Rainbow Moon’s Lair, my castle. It was a highly mechanized city with traps set all over. Some of it looked like rusty metal with gears and was highly mechanical. Some of the parts were old and rusty, some of the pieces were brand new, and all of the components were working together as a whole. There was barbed wire all over. It was created by magic. In my machine castle there were deadly traps. Large piston, cylindrical like traps smashing up to the ceiling and others crushing down into the ground on a rhythmic flow, specifically synchronized. Besides the pistons were, large circular saw blades, chainsaw like blades, razor blades, axe like blades designed to chop, rectangular crushing metal blocks in a machine like design to squash ponies besides the cylinders, and large knife blades designed to slaughter anypony unwelcome into my castle, The Machine Castle. There were many other traps, technically, the palace was one large trap with all sorts of blade traps. I designed the castle with my own spa and fashion design rooms. There were also ponnequins (mannequins), various dress forms, different models of pony anatomy, massage tables, massage chairs, sewing machines, and all the other equipment and items needed for my personal pleasures and passions. The castle itself was my new home. I planned to turn this machine city into a location on the map of Equestria, named Ponytown. My town may be a one-horse town now at the moment, but it will become fully populated soon with the Elements of Disharmony bearers living here. They would draw all the dark ponies here to study and use their gifts, their talents for good.
I entered my fabulous palace and sat, resting on my throne. I was still Rainbow Heart, but I was now Double Rainbow powered. Now, his thoughts were mine and my thoughts were his. We knew everything about each other. It was me and my kindred spirit now intertwined forever. I remembered all the good times and the bad times. I went over everything in my mind that has happened so far in my life. The reflections were of my former self Rainbow Heart and all that had happened in my life up to Tracker’s death.
I remembered how I got my cutie mark. It did not symbolize gay love per say. It was meant to show my love and kindness, but also my acceptance of diversity of everypony. It did not mean I was every gay pony’s love toy. It appeared when I realized I was full of love, kindness, and accepted everypony for who they were.
I was born in Ponyville. I moved to a new town being built named Bucktown. I started a spa named The Rainbow Spa. I moved there to fill the relaxation needs to the town without a spa. The town had a large lake and downtown was built on it. My spa was on the outskirts of the town where it was the cheapest to find real estate. The building was a dump, but it was my dump. The best I ever had done was use my magic to brainwash ponies, usual between fighting lovers to rekindle their love. The worst I had ever done was us my magic to brainwash rich ponies who were stingy on their tips in order for them to give me more money. As a result of my brainwashing spell, they’d give me more money. I mean, come on. A five bit tip by someone wearing $2000 bits worth of fashion clothing was being stingy and unreasonable, in my opinion. Sometimes for the right client, mare or stallion, I would summon my orange tentacles, using my tentacle spell, for a happy ending, but who hasn’t in the spa field. I admit, I gave a few ponies happy endings to their massages. So what, it was the tentacles touching the private parts and not me. I really needed the money to run the business which wasn’t doing the best.
I must admit. It wasn’t the first run in with disaster Double Rainbow and I had had. There was one other time before the Canterlot Wedding event. It was where I first met my Double Rainbow. Double Rainbow was born and grew up in a city called Ponyburg, but his family came for a smaller pony tribe in Equestria, which was why he was colored so exotically. Maybe that is why I found him so erotic.
We moved to Ponyville, my hometown, after the accident together. We seen each other first at a bowling alley in the center town between Bucktown and Ponyburg. We never talked but seen each other. It was a bowling meet up for ponies who liked rainbows. Double Rainbow apparently had a crush on me and so did I have a crush on him. One day we met at one of Bucktown’s beaches. We ended up talking to each other. The first date was I going to Double Rainbow’s place. We eat pizza off the same plate together. Double Rainbow was kind and always helping other ponies at his own expense, believing in Karma and that it was his sole responsibility to save ponies by doing good deeds daily. Things from there went on. I have had mates before, but he was the first to try and take care of me, realizing that he had his own fall shorts that I disapproved of. The business was not profitable, but since it was a new town and it was the only spa in town, profits were slowly coming in. I lived upstairs above the spa. Double Rainbow was over when the fire took place.
Then one night a wildfire broke out on the outskirts in the new construction zones. When Oopsy Daisy caused the fire incident, The Rainbow Spa, I witnessed it destroyed by flames and an explosion.
“Fuck! My spa! No!” I shouted enraged as I watched it be destroyed.
The rest of the town burned. There was nothing that could have been done.
I left and moved in with Double Rainbow for a little while in Ponyburg. Bucktown and Ponyburg were about an hour walk away from each other. Then we decided to move to Ponyville due to its location and ease of traveling, besides it being my hometown. The townsfolk seemed nice when we visited too. Then the Canterlot Wedding tragedy took place.
It was so god damn unfair. First I lost everything I owned. But gained eternal love, so I recovered. But then I lost the only other thing I had, true love. By that I really did lose the only thing I had left. What else was I supposed to do? Using Double Rainbow’s Book of Shadows that he had entitled, “Rainbow Storm,” I raised the dead innocent ponies, but didn’t have the heart to disturb my lover. I wanted to, but was scared. I felt with time the zombie ponies could help me, after I helped them reacclimate back into society, with my lover. No one knows how one will react once they have be returned to the living, especially with less than desirable deaths. I hoped that after I raised him I would receive his love again even though he was different and I had changed. He did still love me, but he had changed as well. Our love was still strong. Hypothetically, it was all we needed.
My oldest saying was, “Rise to the challenge.” And I did that. I became everything I wanted to be for the most part. Not everything worked out in life. “Master the Game.” Was my new phrase. I had learned from Double Rainbow to to reform all the evils of Equestria. My traps were better than Double Rainbow’s. I would save Equestria. I would succeed in this endeavor.
I, Rainbow Moon, stated, “Balance must be restored.”
I have been reformatted. I will carry out my dead mate’s quest. All the villains that have plagued Equestria will be slain for their evil. It will be retribution. Now was time for retribution against all the villains that have attacked Ponyville and Equestria. I was on a mission.
