I always admired that sweet, music loving girl…well part pony girl Lyra heartstrings. her admiration for music; her happy go lucky attitude, the way she seemed to want to be friends with everyone even if she was a little resereved and shy. I thought she was maybe the one, I wouldnt let the fact that she was an anthropomorphic pony get in the way, the 21st century is a lot more open now..until..along came Bon Bon, and Lyra told me how she feels for her. Granted we were mostly "just friends" up to that point, but I was so close to telling her how I really felt. Now its like the my own "heartstrings" are severed and my heart has been torn out and crushed in her hand, even after she said it changes nothing and we can still be friends she wants us to still be good maybe even the best of friends.
