(Torian`s POV)

I awoke to the sounds of chirping birds in the morning sun as I also remembered that Minuette and I sealed the deal if you catch my drift. I walked into the kitchen to do something special for all my Ponyville friends for their hospitality and friendship by giving them a lovely picnic out near the airfield. So I got dressed and brushed my teeth before I went back over to the sleeping dentist and began to wake her up.

"Minuette, Minuette, Wake up." I said shaking her. The mare`s blue eyes fluttered open as they were set upon my own.

"Oh, hey Torian, what`s going on?" She asked as she yawned a little.

"I want to do something special for all of you as a token of my gratitude and appreciation." I told her which made her smile.

"Oh, what is it and who should I get?" Minuette asked further as she stood up.

"Its a secret, but I want you to get Twilight and her friends and meet me out in the field by the airstrip in an hour." I said with a smile.

"Oh, OK, Ill see you in an hour and I cant wait." She said while she trotted out the door and into Ponyville.

I began working on the picnic by filling it with fine apples, grapes, bananas, some bread and a bottle of the finest apple cider. Once grabbing the blanket I went out into the field I was about to set up the picnic when something caught my eye, a red claw-like object.

"What`s this, never saw that here before." I pondered as I approached the object. "Is it a claw from those timberwolves that attacked me a week ago?"

I reached down and picked it up to examine it when all of a sudden, it glowed and was sinking into my hands, and before I knew it, Darkness filled my sub-conscious.

(King Sombra`s POV)

Finally, I was freed from my magical anchor and have a body I can possess to reclaim what was rightfully mine, the only problem is is that this body wasnt a pony. Whatever it was, its going to have to do. I soon began getting better control of this creature and learned how to use my dark magic from the creatures hands. Then I heard trotting coming from behind me and one called out to the body I possessed.

"Hey, Torian, so is this what you were planning?" the blue unicorn called out, but I instantly recognized the purple unicorn with the baby dragon on her back, the ones who defeated me almost 3 months ago and I swore vengeance on them when I returned, which I shall receive.

"Torian, are you OK?" the purple unicorn asked with worry. So I responded to her with my evil laugh.

They gasped as I than used my dark magic to transform him into my-self, but in this creature`s body. I wore my armor, crown, and red cape as my eyes glowed green and the purple mist flew out the corners of my eyes.

"S-Sombra?, We thought you exploded by the empire`s light and love!" the purple unicorn stuttered in fear as I looked upon them.

"You fools." I hissed. " I used my magic to separate myself from my body before I exploded. I was in need of a new body to possess. Now I can reclaim what is mine." I then chuckled before the dragon stood up to me.

"We defeated you before, and we can do it again."

"How can you defeat me, I control your friends body here, so if you try to hurt me, hell feel the pain as well, Now feel my power." I said as my eyes glowed green and raised the right hand and dark magic formed from it. As the rainbow one flew straight towards me, A black crystal formed infront of me and her and the rainbow flew straight into it.

"Rainbow are you all right?" the pink one asked in worry.

"Yeah, but my head.." the rainbow one replied in slight disorder.

Then the purple fired a magic beam at me which I easily dodged and pushed my hand into the ground and from beneath the ponies, a large black crystal stalk grew and pushed them skyward before they all fell to the ground. This made me laugh as my dark magic subsided.

"You ponies are fools to try and defeat me, but as much as I want to stay, I have a throne to reclaim, hahahaha." I laughed as I shaped into my shadow form and slithered off to the Crystal Empire.

(3rd POV)

After King Sombra slithered off Twilight knew that her brother, Shining Armor and Sister in law, Princess Cadence were in danger since they rule over the empire, the only thing she can think of was a letter to Celestia.

"Spike, quickly take a letter." Twilight ordered as Spike got the scroll at the ready.

"Dear Princess Celestia,
Im sorry to inform you that King Sombra has returned. He has taken possession of Torians body and is off to the Empire, please warn my brother and sister in law about this and have the protection force field up so it will allow us to use the Elements of Harmony against him. I hope our friend is OK.
Your faithful Student, Twilight Sparkle."

After the letter was written, Spike rolled it up and spat fire upon it to send it to Celestia.

"So what now?" Applejack asked unsure of what to do.

"I`ll get the Elements of Harmony, while the rest of you head to the train station to go to the Crystal Empire." Twilight said as she began to go to her Library to get the Elements. The rest of the group, except Minuette was about to head off to the station when Fluttershy saw Minuette sitting down looking depressed.

"Um, Minuette, aren`t you coming?" Fluttershy asked timidly.

"No, I`ve already lost my stali-er boyfriend to an evil shadow king and there is nothing I can do." she then began to cry as she put her forehooves to her eyes.

"I believe I remember a certain human risked his life for yours from that timberwolf attack, I believe this could be your chance to do the same for him." Fluttershy said becoming inspirational as Minuette looked up. "He didnt run from a fight because he was scared, he did it to protect you even if he was and now its your chance to protect him and show him that you really care for him."

Minuette stood up, inspired to do anything for the human she loved and Fluttershy and her trotted off to the train station.
