Falling Through the Clouds
"AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!"
Over you and your friends screaming, you wouldn't be able to hear an atom bomb going off at this rate. You're falling through the sky, faster and faster, heading towards an untimely demise whenever you land. You have to be at least a few thousand feet up, and it doesn't look like there are any planes around to try and land on, so your only option is to just fall and hope you go limp on the way down.
The ground is getting closer and closer now, it's green not seeming very welcoming to your still descending self. You stare at the ground, only around a hundred feet down now. Green, more green, and even more green is all you see, not even a pool of water to land in, not that it'd help anyway.
You close your eyes and wait for the inevitable, but after awhile, you still haven't hit the ground! What's going on here? You land on the ground softly, with Anthony following suit.
"How the FUCK are we still alive after that shit!?"
"No... idea... bro."
You look around, but nothing is around that could've caught you, just trees, a few flowers, a yellowish-orange and a light blue Pegasus, and a lot of gra....
"What the fuck!?!"
"You're lucky we caught you two apes in time, or else you'd be pancakes right now!" said the yellowish-orange one.
"Anthony, did that thing just talk to us?"
"Yep."
"Either we died or I'm going insane, because last time I checked, animals don't talk, or at least they didn't on our planet."
"Are you two just gonna talk all day, or do you want a ride to Canterlot?"
"Just go with it?"
"Yep."

"So, here we are, at the end of our roads. You know I thought this would've ended the other way around for awhile, but you won didn't you?"

"Doesn't matter, no one would know what really happened here today."

"Except for the fact that I didn't study, I still ended up getting an A, so I guess not studying does get you further."

"I did that yesterday after school, so yeah, I guess I'll sit with you today."

After weeks upon weeks of tinkering with the mirror's teleportation ability, I think I've finally made it so we can explore other worlds and dimensions at the flick of a switch! After I moved the crystal frame back a bit, I was able to fit a system of wires and pulleys to make the mirror able to switch between dimensions after the switch is pulled to the corresponding dimension's name. "Fine Rainbow, I guess I was getting a little carried away there. Anyway, here we go! Spike, pull the switch to dimension 29-C!"
"Okay, one 29-B coming right up!"
"Wait Spike! I said 29...."

"All because some kid fell on his ass, you had tag banned at your school?"
"Yep, that's the jist of it! Oh and by the way, I'm pretty sure that it's still banned now!"

The portal expands, swallowing you and your friend into it, and closing soon after. No trace is left of you or your friend in this world, but in the next, your real journey begins.

After a long walk with those two Pegasi, you've learned you're now in the land of Equestria, a place populated ph talking ponies, pegasi, and unicorns. Sounds like it came right out of a girl's television show. You boarded a train after telling those two, whose names you learned where Spitfire and Soarin, about how you ended up falling in the first place. They tell you that it's probably best to talk to the princesses about this because they'd probably know about what happened. Hell, you've pinched and slapped yourself so many times now, you know this is either real, or you died, probably the latter.
"Well, that was interesting. You say as you step off of the train. I'm pretty sure we died, but I wouldn't rule out us still being alive yet."
"So now what?"
"Let's just go talk to these princesses and ask them to bring us back to Earth! After all we heard about magic and teleportation, I bet they could probably just teleport us home!"
"Alright, let's get to that castle then."
"And that's how we ended up like this."
"Twilight, are you sure nothing happened to the mirror?"
"Yes, princess, there were no cracks on either side of it, here in Equestria or at Canterlot High."
"Good. Let's not tamper with anything else involving other dimensions unless me or my sister is present, agreed?"
"Absolutely, you have my word!"
You walk out of the portal room to meet your friends, all wondering what had just occurred.
"Good news: the mirror's fine. Bad news: I'm not going to be exploring any other dimensions for awhile."
"At least none of us were hurt in that explosion!"
"What are you talking about?? My mane is ruined I tell you, ruined!!"
"Come on sugarcube, at least you weren't hurt!
"Well, I guess you are right, and I can always just brush it back after I treat it!
"Come on, let's go to the dining room and get something to eat with the princesses before the food's all gone."
"Alright let's go eat!"
