Doctor Whooves: Friendship Games Part 1

"This is where I saw it." Adagio said, opening the door of the closet.

The Doctor entered, and pulled out his screwdriver scanning the room. He flicked open his screwdriver, and read the readings. He walked over to a corner, kneeled down, and scanned it. "Is this where you saw the Cyberman first?"

"Yeah." Adagio said, kneeling beside the Doctor. "It just appeared. One second it wasn't there, and the other second, it was."

"There's an unusual amount of Artron Energy here." The Doctor said, checking his readings.

"Artron Energy?" Adagio asked.

"It's kind of like radiation." the Doctor explained, "Those who travel through the Time Vortex absorb Artron energy in the form of background radiation. Harmless stuff, but, when there's too much of it, it can be disastrous. Only in the TARDIS is it truly safe."

"There's a lot here, but not enough to cause an issue. It's just residual energy from the Cyberman. It's possible that this Cyberman was filled with a unusual amount of energy, and was teleported across time and space to here." The Doctor reached into his pocket, and pulled in his 3D glasses.

"What're those for?" Adagio asked.

"They detect void stuff." The Doctor took off the glasses and handed them to Adagio.

Adagio put them on, and looked at the corner, and saw a lot of green dots, floating around. "What is..."

"You see?" The Doctor said, "Void stuff. It's like background radiation. If you've been through the void, it's around you."

She looked at the Doctor. "You have it too."

"Yeah, it was a while back, but, yes, I've been through the void. A few times." The Doctor said. "So has Twilight, but, not the rest of you."

"So, the Cyberman was through the void?" Adagio asked.

"It would seem that way." The Doctor said. "I'm guessing it's one I defeated earlier, back in 2007."

The Doctor stood up, "But, it would seem to be the only one. Small accident, that's all. Everything should be fine now." The Doctor turned around, and saw Adagio standing unusually close to him, cornering him. "What're you doing?"

"Seizing the moment." Adagio replied.

The Doctor shifted uncomfortably, and leaned back, trying to get away from Adagio. He looked at his feet, and saw blue electricity cackling around them. "Oh no."

"What?" Adagio asked.

"Get back!" The Doctor shouted, pushing Adagio away.

"What the hell-"

"The Artron Energy is combining with the Void Stuff!" The Doctor panicked, as the electricity turned green, and travelled up the Doctor's waist, "I'm going to be teleported to another place in time and space!"

"How do I stop it?!" Adagio shouted, panicked.

"You can't!" The Doctor said, fear in his eyes, "But, you can get me back!"

"How?!" Adagio shouted.

"Twilight can do it!" the electricity was now around the Doctor's entire body, "Tell her she can follow the signature by reversing the feedback loop of the-"

There was a bright white light, and Adagio was knocked to the ground. She rubbed her eyes, and looked at where the Doctor was standing. "Doctor!? Doctor, where are you?!"

The Doctor slammed onto the floor, with a loud bang. "Time tunnel." The Doctor examined his surroundings. He was in a similar closet, but, the coloring was different. And, there was some machinery around, and a large diagram on the wall. It was covered with papers, and photos, and red string all leading up to one thing: Canterlot High School. "Hm..." The Doctor said, running his hands along the string. He looked around. There was a lot of different hand-held devices on the desk, and several more photos.

"Let's see..." The Doctor peeked into the hallway. They were dark colors. Purple, green, it was actually kind of ugly.

The bell rang. "Oh no." The Doctor slipped back into the room, as he heard several footsteps. He heard someone fiddling with the doorknob, and dove into a corner.

The door opened, and closed again. "Let's see..." a girl's voice said. A voice the Doctor recognized. "If I'm right, I should be able to figure out what's going on! But, I'll need to check the school before the Friendship Games next week..."

Next week? the Doctor thought, I thought they were tomorrow?

"I might have to take a bus there." The girl concluded. The Doctor heard her raveling through papers, and decied it was time to slip out. He tip-toed to the door, trying to avoid being spotted by the girl.

Then, the floor under his foot squeaked. the girl whipped around. "Hey! Who-who are you?!"

The Doctor got a good look at her. She wore a Crystal Prep uniform, but, had lavender skin, violet eyes cover by think glasses, and blue hair, neatly tied up in a bun.

The Doctor narrowed his eyes. "Twilight?"

Twilight's face turned from fearful, to shocked.
