Adagio rushed into the gym, stopping just in front of Sunset and Twilight. Pinkie was already decorating the gym, and the Cyberman bits were being cleaned up.

"Adagio, are you okay? You look pale." Sunset said.

"We have a problem." Adagio said.

"What kind of problem?" Twilight asked.

"The Doctor. He's gone."

Sunset's eyes widened. "What?"

"Twilight, is that you?" The Doctor said, his hopes raising.

"How do you know me?" Twilight asked, covering her notes.

"It's me. The Doctor." The Doctor said. "Don't you remember me?"

Twilight stepped back. "I've never seen you before in my life."

"What?" The Doctor said. "Hold on, I heard you say the Friendship Games are in a week, correct?"

Twilight debated answering. "Um...yes?"

"So, if they're tomorrow, but yet they're a week ahead, and you should be at CHS by now so..." The Doctor rubbed his chin. "Oh, of course!" He shouted catching Twilight by surprise, "This isn't just another time, it's another universe. The Artron Energy combined with the Void Energy, and cause be to travel to the void, so, I travelled to a parallel universe, where everything is similar, but, different. No wonder you don't know me."

Twilight simply stood there. She had absolutely no idea what to think of this strange man, who apparently knew her. "Okay...who are you?"

"I'm the Doctor." The Doctor explained, grinning. "I am the oncoming storm, the bringer of darkness, and my home is another world. And, right now, you're the only one who can help me get back."

Twilight adjusted her glasses. "Right, um, I'm just gonna go see Principal-"

"No!" The Doctor shouted, pleading. "Please, I'm trapped here, from another universe, and I need your brains to help me get back. Help me Twilight Sparkle, you're my only hope." The Doctor chuckled at his reference.

Twilight licked her lips. "Why me?"

"It's your closet." The Doctor said. "Plus, I know you, and know your brain power, and, between the two of us, I think we can send me back."

Twilight looked up at him. "How do I know I can trust you?"

"You don't." The Doctor admitted. "But, I know, deep down, you feel like you trust me, because, your mirror universe counterpart knows me, and trusts me. If you don't trust me, let her trust me. I need your help, Twilight."

Twilight straightened her tie. "What do you want me to do?"

"First, we need to find a way to send them a message." The Doctor said, and scanned the corner he appeared in. "There's still a massive amount of energy here, we might be able to send them a message, but, it can't be anything tangible. We need to use sound waves, or something fights, and our voices won't work. It's a too complicated pattern, but, something simple might be able to go through."

Twilight was already on it. "I think I have something." She pulled on a new tab on her computer.

The Doctor skipped over, and looked at the tab. "Oh, you are brilliant, you are." He kissed her forehead, and grabbed the keyboard, and began typing. "Let's send them a message."

"Are you sure this is where you last saw him?" Twilight asked, scanning the area with her magimeter.

"Definitely." Adagio replied. "He said you could save him by reversing the feedback loop of something. He disappeared before he could finish."

"Well, I am detecting energy," Twilight explained, standing up, examining her readings, "It's kind of like static electricity, but, more tangible, and there's a large amount of it here. But, what was that other stuff you mentioned? Void Stuff?"

"Yeah," Adagio confirmed, reaching into her pocket and pulling out the Doctor's 3D glasses, "Here, look through these."

Twilight took them, and placed them over her regular glasses, and looked into the corner. "Whoa..." She said, "There's a lot here."

Adagio scratched her head. "So, happened to him."

"Judging by these readings," Twilight explained, "I'm guessing the Doctor was sent to another point in time and space, where's he trapped. Being here, there's not much we can do for him, at least not that I know of. However, wherever, and whenever he is, there's the same, if not equal amount of Artron Energy and Void Stuff there."

"So, why doesn't he just walk back into the energy, and come back here?" Adagio asked.

"It doesn't work that way." Twilight explained, "From what these readings tell me, this energy teleported the Doctor to a random place. While there is an trace of the previous journey left, it's more just an after image than anything. The only way to travel back here using the energy is by stimulating that exact part of the energy. It's a mish-mash of different times and places, and unless we can pick out that exact one, we can't help him."

"So, what do we do?" Sunset asked.

"Nothing." Twilight said. "There's nothing we can do."

Both Sunset's and Adagio's head sank, but, Sunset heard something. It was a low beeping. "Anyone else hear that?"

Twilight perked up. "It sounds like...beeping."

"Where's it coming from?" Adagio asked.

Twilight raised her magimeter, and scanned the area. "That corner, where the energy is."

"What is it?" Sunset asked.

"It sounds like...Morse Code." Twilight said. "Oh, perfect!" Twilight exclaimed, and ran out of the room, coming back with her laptop, and a microphone connected to it.

"What are you doing?" Sunset asked.

"If that's Morse Code, than it could be from the Doctor." Twilight said, setting up the microphone, "If he can send a message to us, and we respond, than maybe, just maybe, we can bring him home."
