Ponysona 3: The Nightmare Hour

After everyone left I secretly followed them to find out where they were going, I was curious about this Tartarus they were going to, I stayed silent the whole time. I got hungry along the way so I took out some chips that I had in my bag, but after I did that I was tackled by something, It must have been a shadow, it was heavy and I was scared to death, but it then started licking me, I remembered StarFly saying that shadows didn't act friendly, they would attack you on sight, but this didn't feel like I was being attacked.

I pushed it off of me and saw it was a dog, it was cute looking, it had purple fur, and looked a bit like a dragon. I stared at the dog for a while until I stood up and realized I had lost track of the others. "oh no, i lost them." I thought to myself, I started to get scared, the dog probably sensed I was scared and started to tug at my pants leg.

"What is it, do you want to show me something?" I asked, I didn't know why I asked, but I did.

"woof." The dog seemed to reply, it then started to lead me somewhere. I walked in silence with the dog, not knowing why I was following it, but I felt it was trying to help me. "woof, woof." The dog said, it then sat infront of a tree with a hole in it.

"You want me to stick my hand inside it?" I asked.

"Woof." it replied. I stuck my hand inside the hole in the tree, and I felt something inside, it was small, and made of metal. I pulled out the object and saw that it was a gun, it looked like the ones that the others had, I even tried to take out the clip, but it didn't come out, which lead me to believe that it was the same type used by the others.

"You want me to hold onto this?" I asked.

"Woof." I looked at the dog and gave it a smile.

"Thanks for showing me this, I should keep this with me just incase." I said as I slipped it into the belt of my shorts. I walked with the dog some more, it was a nice dog that talked with me.

"Woof." The dog started growling at something, I looked towards where it was growling at and I saw a huge monster, it looked like the knight chess piece.

"Wait, that looks familiar." I said, my head started to hurt and then I saw a memory.

"Silver Screen!." I heard a voice yell, it was my mother's voice, I looked towards her, and I saw her being impaled by a spear, blood was everywhere, but it didn't stop there, it picked up my mom, and tore into her, her body being ripped in half, my father was clinging onto me as he ran from the monster that just killed my mom.

"Don't worry Silver, i'll protect y-" My dad started, but then he was also impaled by the spear, he started to gurgle on the blood welling up inside his mouth, the spear was pulled out and he fell forward, dropping me safely on a bush he looked at me. "Silver Screen, do not-"

That was all I could remember, my parents being killed right infront of me, their blood covering my infant body, my father, trying to tell me something.

"You, you bastard!" I yelled at the monster. "You killed my parents, now i'll kill you!" The monster looked my way, and then started to run towards me and the dog, it swung at the dog first, launching it into a wall. I pulled out the gun and started to shoot at the monster, but the gun didn't work. "Why isn't this working, the others have these."

"Point the gun at your head, then pull the trigger." I heard a voice say, not thinking about it I listened. I pointed the barrel of the gun to my face and got ready to pull the trigger, but I was scared, I couldn't do it.

"There it is!" I heard a familiar voice say, I turned around and saw the others running towards me.

"Galdia!" Star said as he shot himself with his gun, a thing appeared and then fought the other monster, but it was no use, the first monster took out whatever it was that Star called out, and then wiped everyone out.

"No, not them too, I won't lose anyone else!" I yelled as I pulled the trigger, a sensation of nothingness overtook my body, my mind was clear, and I felt as though I was floating, I opened my eyes and felt power surging through me. "Makatuzizu!" I yelled, then something came to my side, it was a pony dressed in armor, with a lance ready to fight.

"The kid has a persona." I could hear Sentinel say.

"Galdula!" I said, the pony on armor rushed towards the monster and pierced it with it's lance, the monster was then engulfed in flames and disappeared. "I did it? Wait the dog!" I ran to the dog's side and picked it up.

"That's Rusty, if she can function during the Nightmare Hour, then she must have a persona." Twilight said.

"Quickly let's get back to the dorm." Silver said.

Back at the dorm I was sitting on the couch, about ready to fall asleep, but I had to stay awake and explain what had happened.

"I still can't believe you managed to kill the shadow with one hit." Swirl said.

"I can't believe that Rusty's a persona-user." Sentinel said.

"Yeah, she found me following you guys, and she lead me to this gun, and I......used it to kill the shadow." I flopped onto the couch, and fell asleep.
