Applejack

Applejack was competing for the title of “Strongest Pony in Equestria”.  Among the other competitors were Big Macintosh (Applejack’s older brother), Rainbow Dash, Sunset Shimmer, Gilda the Griffon, and Bulk Biceps.

Applejack was the last competitor, but her skills didn’t go so well for her.  She was given the task of kicking the strongest tree in Equestria.

So, she kicked it, but got a severe injury.  In both of her legs, her shin bone and knee bone broke off so badly that they were completely disconnected.  Even though she was sent to the hospital for medical help, her injury was incurable.  The pain from her wounds weakened Applejack, and about 9:00 the next morning, she died due to severe leg pain.

The date of her death was September 19, 1996, and her age was 18 years old.  Her body was buried near the entrance of Town Square, the place where the competition took place.
