Phagy (Re-edited)

The Tenno of death Thought about ignoring the pony, but the cold chill he received down his spine. Made him hastily take his weapons and place them on the table. The AkMagnus laid paired, and the Ether Reaper leaned on the side. But as he removed the Phage from his back he was met with a problem.

It squirmed and mewed pitifully everytime it was brought close to the table. The Tenno felt terrible for it didn't like being left in strange places. He looked conflicted between the table and the sickly green eye that matched his in color that stared at him pleadingly (Trust me on this one). With a sigh, he held the living beam shotgun and walked back to find the pony to explain.

When he came back to the main room, it seemed everything had returned to somewhat usual standards as everypony and Tenno were paired up talking about the new marks. Chroma and Bloom were recovering from the magical shock they'd received with the other CMC's. The hybrid noticed the Nekros looking out of sorts and trotted over followed by her friends.

"I'm Applebloom, Are you ok?", He looked down at her

"You're the Pony... Tenno," he spoke like the words were weird to get out of his faceplate.

"And you're a Shaman?" she asked interestedly. "Like Zecora right?"

"If this Zecora communes with spirits and draws power from death. Then yes I am like this Zecora." He said a little pretentiously. Bloom rolled her eyes.

"Then whats the matter?" she asked bluntly causing him to glare at her unimpressed tone.

"The pink one told me to leave my weapons, But this one is fussy..." He trailed off like he was embarrassed.

, "It's a Phage, a decent beam shotgun type weapon made from infested tissue," Chroma began to explain, but Bloom's eyes went wide in panic hearing the word.

"INFESTED?" she cried out loud.

"It's none contagious and safe to be around unless it's fired at you....I still recommend washing your hooves after handling." Chroma finished before she could go into a full panic mode. Nekros somehow managed to look more annoyed at her outburst. By this point, all the frames and ponies started to gather.

"What's going on?" Frost asked, and Nekros seemed embarrassed.

"Well it's," he trailed off and Frost tilted his head to look at the shotgun.

"What do you mean? whats wrong with your weapon?" The bony frame didn't speak merely went to set the thing down only for it to start wiggling and grunting. Every Tenno and pony promptly took a step back and stare at the dark horror before them.

"What? Why? How there suppose to be like lab made inactive!" Volt shouted hiding behind Vauban who stared at the weapon with an amused posture. "we made those in a BioLab there not suppose to be all alive and shit!" He flailed his arms

"well, mine just has a bit more, Personality." He brought the weapon close in a protective manner.

Fluttershy hovered closer looking at Nekros asking permission to approach. He looked at her a bit confused but slowly held the Phage out for her to see. She looked into the Green eye the white part she assumed was light being reflected moved to look back. Which gave Bloom chills. But Fluttershy cooed softly to the weapon. Putting a gentle hoof on its spine "Your a cutie aren't you" Whether it understood fully or not it mewed happily wiggling its prongs at her tone. "Are you hungry little one?" she asked, and Rainbow who was hiding behind the chain of Vauban and Volt Poked her head over Volt's shoulder.

"Flutters I think it wants to eat us." Volt nodded rapidly, agreeing with that thought. But the yellow pegasus ignored them.

"What does he eat?"

"Mostly what I shoot him at but he'll eat anything Vaguely organic." Nekro's said proudly. Fluttershy scooped up a cupcake and brought it over.

"See if he likes this." It looked at the sugary treat and used it's front prongs to grip it Firing its corrosive beams intermittingly testing its meal. It let out an unholy screech that made everyone except Nekros and Fluttershy cringe. Then ate it happily.

"Seems like someone enjoys the cupcakes." Pinkie said as she walked in balancing another tray of them on her head.

"No I was feeding um, Whats his name?" the shy Pegasus asked.

"Phagy." Nekros let out with no small amount of embarrassment.
Volt and Rainbow turned to each other and utterly lost all of there shit falling to the ground laughing hysterically. Nekrose's annoyance hit its peak but Fluttershy flew into there faces looking disappointed.

"Hold it right there Missy I know for a fact you call your tortoise "Tanky" and absolutely adore that animal more than anything." She scolded Dash in a motherly tone. The cyan mare looked really sheepish. Volt was taken back then looked Dash straight in the eyes.

"That sucks, but she's got nothing on me." And proceeded to continue to laugh. Till Nekros stuck Phagy's prongs to Volt's smug faceplate.

"Good feeling is gone." He let out lamely and hid behind Dash.

"Hey! that thing would probably go through me faster than you Mister space ninja!" She cried out.

"Ya, but as it goes through you, I can make my daring escape."

"What about Loyalty you ass!"

"Does that mean all the time?" He asked, and Dash shot him a hard look.

"Yes!"

"Fine!" he switched places standing heroicly between the Phage and Dash. "Then I'll sacrifice myself so you can flee." He let out dramatically

"I can't let you as the element of Loyalty I'd never let my friend take the hit. So that means!" They hugged each other

"We'll die together." They finished together.

If Nekros had eyebrows, it'd be twitching. His eye drifted away to see Pinkie crying softly into a tissue. Muttering something about a tragedy of friendship. He looked back to see the pair had booked it the second he looked away.

"Silly frame as if I'd ever be that mushy!" Dash mocked from a distance. Pinkie started jumping up and down cheering he almost missed what Volt said

"Ya Loyalty is making a dramatic distraction so everyone can get evac." He heard the two high five more than saw it. He was about to vent his anger when a hoof held a bright green Cupcake to his faceplate.

"I know you have a mouth open," Pinkie ordered, and He didn't know why he actually did open his mouth plate. But she wedged on in it and gave another to Phagy with a pat.
Frost seeing the frame out to explode stepped in. Putting a calming hand on his shoulder.

"First try to food before blowing." Nekros took the whole thing in one bite more out of spite than anything. His whole body changed straightening in surprise.

"By the void tell me there is more!" Frost lead him to the table. Where Nekros Tenno reaper of souls became Nekros Devourer of sweets, no Cupcake was safe from his reign of terror.

Sweetie, Bloom, and Scootaloo were sitting together talking about Bloom's talk with the Lotus and Teshin.

"Was she scary?" Sweetie asked, and Bloom shook her head no.

"Nah she seemed really nice and caring, but between her and Teshin you really feel like a foal. But Teshin is like granny smith but a hundred times more intense and he's on his way here!" Bloom suddenly panicked. Excalibur sat next to the little Tenno

"Peace little Tenno, That's one reason we're here to help train you and prepare." She took a sigh of relief, and Cal's steady hand on her shoulder helped.

"What about school?" Sweetie Belle asked nonchalantly eating a cupcake. Causing Bloom's face to erupt in pure terror.

"Ah forgot about school!" she lamented and smacked her head on the table hard enough Animated James felt it and caused her shields to flare.

"Huh, at least we know those systems work," Cal grunted.

"Ah was gone what close to a month, That's got to be a ton of homework I missed!" Her lamenting continued

"actually while you were missing everypony was really worried. Cheerilee only assigned I think three things to try and teach but the whole town was searching. Now that I think about it we should probably take down all those Missing posters." Scootaloo swooped in to calm her down. The thought that everypony cared so much filled her with happiness.

"Ya, when things didn't look good the whole town had a vigil for you," Sweetie added sadly.

"Wait, so most everyone thinks I'm dead?" Bloom asked raising an eyebrow. The thought turned her insides into a knot.

"Not me I always knew you were ok." Scoots added toughly, but Sweetie wasn't having it.

"Na uh you were crying with the rest of us even Diamond Tiara, and Spoon were down." Sweetie hugged Bloom remembering the vigil. Bloom appreciated it. Chroma used an arm to pat Sweetie's back

"I'm surprised Applejack let you out of site. She yelled at everypony at the Vigil Big mac had to drag her home." Scootaloo said casting a glance at the Farm mare.

"It'll happen I think she's in shock right now," Bloom said but kept the other thought to her self. The thought that Aj didn't believe she was actually AppleBloom. That thought hurt her. Chroma heated up to comfort her and Sweetie let out a pleased "oooooh" Chroma lifted the arm he had placed on the other fillies back, and Sweetie looked at the two. Cal looked at them also curious.

"What was that?" Scootaloo asked

"Chroma got really warm all of a sudden, and it felt really good on my back," Sweetie exclaimed.

"He does that when I'm worried or get stressed, It helps," Bloom said nervously.

"That's really sweet of him." Sweetie let out. Scoot looked at the pelt with a tiny bit of longing. What she didn't expect was that the hide was watching her. It unwrapped from bloom and pulled all three into a hug and heated up. Bloom Relaxed, Sweetie, smiled But Scoot's eyes grew misty, and the Pelt let out a concerned rumble.

"He want's to know if you're ok. Scoots are you ok?" Bloom asked noticing her friends trembling lip. Sweeties head popped to the side to look at her friend. The bashful filly pawed at her eyes

"I'm fine *Sniff* just really happy your back Bloom."
Chroma lets go floating up so Sweetie could rush over and put Scootaloo in the middle. So she could be hugged from both sides. Chroma wrapped them all up and heated earning a smile from the flightless filly. Excal looked at the group and directed his voice to Chroma.

"How do you not suffer internal Failure?"

"What do you mean Cal... Do you?" Chroma asked.

"Yes." He answered simply before a line of blood fell from the crevice of his Helmet. All four screamed in unison Chroma, and Bloom reunited, and he walked her through the simple steps to revive a fellow, Tenno. After the green mist washed over the Fallen Frame his hand shot up giving a thumbs up. Somewhere else Bloom's Ordis updated Sweeties profile from potential to Lethal Adorableness
