Princess Twilight & Sunset Shimmer's Battle

Sunset Shimmer and Princess Twilight stood there in shock. Twilight Sparkle was no more, and in her place was Midnight. Midnight Sparkle looked around her, viewing all possible angles of entry to Equestria, her sights in particular set on the Tree of Harmony, and the Elements. Sunset Shimmer stood forward, and picked up Twilight's spectrometer. Princess Twilight looked Midnight in the eyes and saw herself, well, before she met the Mane 5 , alone, insecure, easily manipulated. "Twilight, you CAN'T do this!" the Princess yelled out as Midnight eyed up the Tree of Harmony, but swiftly turned around to view her counterpart.

"Don't you get it?! There's a whole other WORLD right there in front of me, and it's just FILLED with MAGIC!!" Midnight yelled as she opened another rift to Equestria, revealing Twilight's castle. Princess Twilight was shocked and scared at the same time, and Sunset Shimmer rushed over to Twilight's side once again.

"Yeah, we know, but you're destroying THIS world to get there!"

Midnight turned to face Sunset, who was holding her spectrometer. "So what?! There's more magic there, AND I WANT TO UNDERSTAND IT ALL!!!" Midnight threw a large beam of energy onto the ground, tearing the ground open and exposing another entrance to Equestria

Princess Twilight began to glow as she became filled with Equestrian magic, provided by the Element of Magic. She sprouted wings, ears and her hair grew longer. She had "ponied up" and was ready for a battle, charging at Midnight with a powerful shot of alicorn magic. Midnight absorbed the magic into her own attack and shot it back at Twilight, injuring her badly. But the Princess of Friendship wasn't going down without a fight so easily, and she continued assaulting Midnight with magical blasts.

After a few minutes, Princess Twilight was growing visibly weak, and Midnight wasted no time. She started absorbing the magic out of Twilight. All Sunset could do was watch in horror as the Element of Magic was sucked right out of Twilight, who could only writhe in agony as her Element was taken from her "No....Ugh...Stop.....AAAAAAGGGGGhHHH!!!!!" Princess Twilight screamed as the last few drops of her Element was stripped from her, sending Twilight's limp body crashing to the ground.

"Yes, YES!!! At last, I have the magic to RULE Equestria, AND EARTH!!! Mwahahahahaha! And the Princess of Friendship is NO MORE!!!!"
