Kessler sprang to his feet when the explosion was heard.

"Scheiße! Who the fuck shot us?!" demanded Kessler.

"Scanning Potential Targets" began the Monitor as it rotated itself to face the ones who would dare attack it.

Longsword watched in awe as the Behemoth walked over the great wall with ease and ignored everything else in its path. Then he heard a whizzing sound as a shell went over his head and hit the Behemoths leg. At first Longsword thought the Behemoth was dead since it stopped moving, but then to his horror the Behemoth turned around at started to look at them.

Ironclaw watched in amazement as the tall Behemoth walked towards the battlefield, he thought it was one of the Ram's greatest inventions. But as the behemoth stated walking towards the wall, Ironclaw thought of it as an enemy and ordered his tank to fire a shot at its leg. BOOM! went the cannon as the shell went to its target and scored a direct hit on its leg, Ironclaw laughed as the behemoth stopped walking.

"Hah! Didn't even stand a tank shell! How weak!" exclaimed Ironclaw as he picked up his binoculars and scanned the behemoth. But to his horror the iron giant turned itself around and looked at his forces.

"I think we got its attention sir" said his Griffon tank driver as he continued to peer through his drivers port.

"No shit" replied Ironclaw.

Kessler looked at the large group of ponies and Griffons that was standing before him in the screen.

"Who...the...fuck...shot us?!" asked Kessler.

"Still looking sir.........I have found the likely suspect, tank to the north at 11:00'o clock" replied the Monitor as it began charging up its weapons.

"Question that stupid motherfucker, why the fuck did he shoot us?" said Kessler in a very angry tone.

"Roger" replied the Monitor.

Ironclaw kept watching the behemoth as it continued to stand in silence and look at them, then he heard a loud whirring coming from the behemoth. Like something big powering up. Ironclaw jumped in his seat as a voice came from the behemoth.

"You are causing damage to state property, cease immediate activity and present yourself" began the Monitor as it said its standard protocol demands with an added sentence.

Ironclaw gulped as the behemoth asked the question in a dreaded voice.

"This thing talks?!" thought Ironclaw as he started sweating with fear.

"Umm sir? I think it means you" said his driver as he pointed a talon at him.

"Shut up you dolt!" hissed Ironclaw as the driver scurried back to his own job.

"Get the air force on the radio" ordered Ironclaw as the radioman passed him a headset with a microphone attached to it.

"This is Ironclaw, all air force personal in the area start surrounding the behemoth. Attack on my mark" ordered Ironclaw as he heard a chorus of "yes sir" and "understood"

"Did you get that sir?" asked the Monitor.

"Yep, pretty foolish if you ask me. That idiot bird doesn't know we intercepted his transmission, and not only that we now know who shot us" replied Kessler.

"Orders sir?" came the Monitor again.

"You do know I don't have to keep telling you what to do. Remember I gave you the freedom to handle hostile situations" began Kessler as he sat down his chair and resumed staring at the Griffons and ponies below.

"Oh right...complete control eh?" said the Monitor as it started scanning its potential enemies and began finding the best way to minimize damage and not harm civilians. Not that it cared for the lives of the ponies they will just be merely caught in the crossfire.

As Ironclaw watched the Griffon air force form a attack position, he radioed in the nearby remaining tank forces and ordered them to all aim the behemoth.

"All tanks fire on my mark" said Ironclaw through the radio which got a collective response of "yes sir"

"Will these creatures ever learn?" said the Monitor as it began locking on to targets. It counted at least 20 tanks and more than 50 Griffons in the air, "Nothing the rockets can't handle"

Longsword watched as the enemy tanks and air force started to aim for the behemoth. Using this opportunity, Longsword and his remaining small force slipped away unnoticed into a nearby bush and galloped for their lives to wherever they were safe. As Longsword skidded to a halt he turned around and saw the behemoth opening its pods at its side revealing a black surface with circular holes in it.

Ironclaw watched as the behemoth opened its pods and revealed a black surface. He tensed up as the behemoth spoke again.

"You failure to appear has been noted. Last chance come out now and it will be all over"

"Hey you big bucket of bolts!" yelled Ironclaw, which caused the behemoth to focus its full attention at him.

"You are the criminal, come forward quietly and lay down your arms. Resist and you will be dealt with accordingly" boomed the behemoth.

"Hah try me! I am the leader of the Griffon army and you would be a fool to challenge the mighty Griffon empire!" Ironclaw yelled at the metal giant.

"Very well" said the behemoth as it switched to battle mode and the rocket pods were all charged up and ready.

"ALL TANKS FIR-" began Ironclaw but was soon cut off as a full missile pod unleashed a salvo at Ironclaws tank which resulted in it disappearing in a fiery flame due to the immense firepower packed in one missile.

The other tank crews watched in horror as their leaders tank disappeared in with a huge explosion and in a fiery heap. The remaining tanks panicked and fired their shots at the behemoth. As the shells hit their target the Monitor could only laugh as they didn't do any damage not even scratch the paint. As the behemoth kept on walking and firing more of its weapons it exterminated everything in its sights.

The Monitor activated its machine gun turrets and fired at every Griffon it saw. It fired all its rockets at separate targets and eliminated them in one swift stroke. It released more rockets, this time at the flying Griffons which ripped them apart with ease. It returned its attention back to the ground troops and released more missiles at any stranglers. It moved forward and stomped on a Griffon that was trying to crawl away from its dead tank. It fired it machine guns non stop mowing everything down in sight.

Officer frosty crawled out from his dead tank and looked around at the carnage that unfolded before his eyes, One metal giant managed to wipe out the first attack force and they so foolishly decided to attack it in the first place. He looked up to see a giant metal foot come down on him and he closed his eyes waiting for his demise, "SPLAT"

Longsword watched wide eyes in horror as the giant behemoth slaughtered everything in its path. It even wiped out the new Griffon weapons which even the Equestrian army had a hard time fighting. He watched as the slaughter continued as fires erupted all around it which soon started to spread to a nearby forest. He quickly ordered his small force to make a run back to base as fast as their legs can carry them.

As the Monitor kept on killing Griffons, their numbers started to fall quickly with every missile salvo and machine gun fire. The Monitor soon activated its infrared scanners and spotted very few targets left, it used its machine guns to ravage its targets. Soon only one target was left and he was hiding behind a sandbag. The Monitor aimed its machine guns at the scared shitless Griffon and unleashed the remaining bullets in its clip before reloading. It returned back to normal mode and looked at the destruction it caused, barely anything survived its destruction and it wasn't even using its Laser Cannon.

"Elimination of hostiles has been complete" said the Monitor.

"Those Griffons are fools to try and attack us, now then lets proceed to the ponies capital and lets find out what sort of country were in" replied Kessler.

"Do you know where it is? I mean, its not on your map or anything" said Kessler questioningly.

"I have managed to spot a castle in the far west that seems to be on a mountain, I must get closer to give a full detail report" said the Monitor informedly.

"Eh proceed, try not to step on the ponies, and if they try to attack us just ignore them" said Kessler while yawning.

"Roger" replied the Monitor as the Monitor started to move forward.

Longsword watched in horror as the behemoth turned around and started walking towards the wall.

"Sir its approaching us! What do we do?!" asked a officer in a very scared tone.

"Just pray it doesn't attack us soldier....just pray" replied Longsword.

As Longsword watched the behemoth come closer with every thunderous footstep, before he realized it the first foot went over the wall and landed with a heavy thud. As stallions scrambled out of the way of the huge foot, the second one came over followed by the last one and soon it started making its way into Equestria.

"Sir its in our borders! What are we gonna do?!" asked a nervous stallion.

"I want tabs on that thing, follow it wherever it goes. If it reaches a town or settlement, evacuate them and make sure the civilians don't get in harms way" as he looked at two pegasi who both nodded in response and flew after the giant.

Longsword prayed that the giant behemoth won't attack anybody else as it just defeated the Griffon army in quick succession and not even the Equestrian military could stop it. As Longsword watched the behemoth disappear over the evening Horizon he plopped down on his rear and heaved a sigh of relief. Today had been a long and terrible day, "Long and terrible indeed" he thought.

As the Monitor walked through the silent still night, the only thing that could be heard was its loud footsteps that echoed in the distance. It knew there were two flying horses or "pegasus" following it, but it ignored them since he was told not to attack any ponies even if they attacked first. The Monitor began doing diagnostics checks to its troop pods and began resupplying them and cleaning the troops inside by just dousing them with water. It them moved on to scanning its hulls for any damage, so far no damage done to its armor only just some scratched paint. It still had the iron cross labeled on its legs. It ran more scan on its weapons and found that they were still in check. Only one thing stood out, instead of a number sign the number was an infinite symbol, even its machine gun rounds were infinite. This mean't that it could fire as many rounds as it wants. It finally did a system check on its power core, not that it didn't have to worry about it since the german nuclear powered engine could run this thing for more than 100 centuries. As the Monitor ended its scans it plotted the remaining time left till its arrival at its destination, estimated time left is around 7 hours and 36 minutes until it reaches its destination.

As the two pegasi were busy stalking him they kept using clouds to hide themselves, but the infrared scanners could easily spot them through anything. The Monitor began compiling data about these types of species so that it could study them later for weaknesses just like the rest of its enemies. Even the Griffon anatomy was easy to record since there wasn't much to learn about griffons. It would present this research to Kessler when the time comes to battle these creatures.
