Twilight awoke with a start as she kept hearing Spike in the distance yelling at her to wake up. As Twilight sat up, her vision was blurry and she could barely hear anybody. She rubbed her head to make the blurriness go away and regained her hearing. She looked around the room to find that it was still dark but no Spike was around and the only light coming through the window was a glowing orange light. Twilight looked at the window and stared at it, she saw orange colors that represented flames. Which meant that a house was on fire. Just as she pushed herself off the bed, a pony crashed into her window and landed on her table top with a bloody body. Twilight flinched at the blood but rushed to the pony's aid, she lifted up his head but dropped it immediately in shock as the pony had no mouth. In fact his whole face was gone leaving a brain there, as Twilight scrambled away from the body she couldn't hold the urge to puke. She pulled the nearest bucket like object to her and vomited inside, after releasing all her stomach’s contents she looked back at the dead body again which stared at her with a look of mercy. Twilight quickly bolted out of her room and made her way downstairs to the main hall.

"SPIKE! SPIKE! WHERE ARE YOU?!" yelled Twilight through the empty halls.

As Twilight ran for the main door she could hear screaming and sound of fires burning the area. She quickly dropped to the floor as an explosion erupted outside causing an earthquake throughout the castle. As she made her way towards the door a boulder slammed into the right side of the castle entrance wall leaving a huge hole.

"What in Celestia's name is causing all this?" thought Twilight as she returned her attention towards the door.

Twilight gulped as she pushed the door open, expecting to see the royal guard or maybe her friends waiting for her outside. Instead she was greeted with a fiery scene, all around her houses were on fire and ponies were dying left and right. Twilight rushed towards Lyra, who was trapped underneath a pile of burning wood. As Twilight used her magic to levitate the burning wood, she managed to see Lyra wiggle free from the area. Seeing as her friend had escaped freely, Twilight approached her friend and tried to ask questions but was soon stopped in her tracks as Lyra's head was vaporised in an instant. Twilight walked back from the body as it fell to the ground motionless, she turned to wherever the shot came from and saw with pure terror as a bipedal like creature was now looking at her with its one eye. Twilight immediatly teleported to random location as far away from that thing as possible. She looked around and found herself standing in the town hall. Everywhere Twilight looked, fires were burning, not a single house was left untouched. She looked at a nearby house and turned away at the sight, burning at the base of the house were two ponies. Their skins were charred and it was hard to tell who it was, except for their cutie marks which was barely visible. The two ponies were Derpy and Dinky, both died when the house was set on fire. Twilight walked around the carnage as tears started to form in her eyes, she saw Vinyl lying there with her body pierced by a wooden spike. She saw Octavia, or whatever was left of her as she hung from a nearby sign. She saw Mayor Mare as her body was hung to light post with her insides hanging out and blood still spewing everywhere. Twilight couldn't stand it anymore, she wanted to run away from this horrible place and never come back.

"Twilight!" came a familiar voice as her ears perked up.

Twilight turned around and saw Applejack with a sleeping Applebloom on her back.

"Ohhh Applejack,"-said Twilight as she hugged her friend-"make this stop, do something! Anything"

"Ah don't know what to do sugarcube. Ah don't know" replied Applejack as she pulled away from the hug.

"Wheres the rest of the gang?" asked Twilight in a sad tone.

"Ah don't know where the rest are, Ah only know that Dash helped me escape the farm but...Ah'm not sure if she survived" said Applejack as she took off her hat as a sign of respect for Rainbow.

"What do you mean? Wheres Granny Smith? Big Mac?" asked Twilight concerningly.

"They‘re dead. Killed by those ruthless machines" said Applejack in a deadpanned voice.

"Oh...I‘m sorry," replied Twilight as she looked at the floor but then looked back at Applejack instantly, "Where is Spike?! Is he ok? Where is he?!"

"Ah'm sorry to say this Twi' but, he was the first to pass. Got eaten instantly by those machines, poor guy didn't stand a chance" replied Applejack.

"AND YOU DIDN'T SAVE HIM?! NOT EVEN HIS REMAINS?!" shouted Twilight as she looked at Applejack sternly.

"We tried our best Twi'" snapped Applejack,"but we couldn't do squat when one of those things killed Big Mac"

"But still…" began Twilight as she broke down into tears, saying sorry to the baby dragon for not being there for him.

"I know it‘s hard Twi' but we need to move, I think that machine is still following us" began Applejack as she picked Twilught off the ground and they began running towards her castle.

As they approached the first steps, Pinkie all off a sudden bumped into them causing Twilight to fall to one side.

"Oh sorry didn't see you there Twi'" Pinkie said apologetically as she reached out a hoof to pull Twilight back up.

"Its no big deal Pinkie" replied Twilight as she was yanked off the floor.

Twilight looked at Pinkie and noticed something odd about her, her straight mane had returned but she still kept that happy voice of hers.

"Pinkie we need to get inside, now!" began Applejack as she opened the door. As soon as Applejack opened the door, the same metal dog that was found in the Everfree was standing there. As Twilight took in its features she looked at it with wide eyes of pure terror as its teeth was covered in blood and so was other parts of its body. She could see the many strands of hair that was still stuck on its bloody teeth. The most noticable was the rainbow colored strand on it lower left teeth.

"Twi' run for it! It‘s the same one that killed Rainbow" began Applejack as she turned around and started galloping away. But before she could even reach the first step she was tackled by the metal beast.

Twilight watched in pure utter horror as her friend was tackled to ground. She tried to help but couldn't move as her mind was traumatised by the events that were unfolding before her. She watched as the dog pinned Applejacks hoofs to the ground, making her immobolized for the whole thing. Then the dog opened its huge jaws and snapped down on Applejacks right hoof, servering it and spraying a large amout of blood everywhere. Twilight continued to watch as her best friend was bleeding to death and she couldn't do jack shit. The dog then took one of its paws and extended a single claw from the rest. It instantly jabbed the single claw into Applejacks left eye and watched her scream in pain. Twilight stood there with tears falling from her eyes, she wanted to help but she couldn't do anything. The beast then jabbed Applejacks right eye which blinded her forever, it then removed its single claw and retracted it. What it did next was beyond traumatizing as the dog chewed down on Applejacks head ripped it clean off, revealing her spine.

Twilight was disgusted by the sight and wanted to look away. But no matter how hard she tried she just couldn't do it. The dog then spat Applejacks head out sending it into a burning house, then it picked up her body an started tearing it apart like it was some sort of toy until nothing was left. The aftermath of the torture resulted in limbs everywhere and bones lying around with guts lying on the floor in a bloody heap and torn up orange fur laying everywhere. Twilight closed her eyes as she decided she had had enough of this nightmare she turned around to face Pinkie, who was just blankly staring at the floor.

"Pinkie who did all this?" asked Twilight in a shaky voice, not caring that she was going to die because her time was up.

"That" replied Pinkie as she pointed her hoof behind Twilight.

Twilight turned around and spotted a large behemoth looking at the two of them, the fire provided little light in the night sky as the only thing you could describe the behemoth was its glowing red eyes. Other than it stood on three legs, its menacing red eye meant death to all it saw.

"Is it gonna kill us?" asked Twilight as she looked back at Pinkie but realised she wasn't standing in the same spot she was as before.

Before Twilight could speak the world around her went black. As Twilight woke up in a dark area with only a bright light shining at her, it didn't take her long to find our where she was. She was on a disectting table, and there was blood everywhere. As Twilight tried to move, a deep voice came from the distance.

"Move all you want, the chains will never break"

"Who are you?" croaked Twilight, she wanted to die since her friends are mostly dead and what use would the Elements be with dead bearers?

As Twilight tried to respond, the dark room became illuminated as the walls hung its trophies many prized kills. Instead of seeing animal heads Twilight found the bodies of her friend, or whatever was left off them hanging on the walls like some hunters trophy collection. As Twilight counted the bodies of her friends, she noticed only two were missing, her and Pinkies body weren‘t there yet. As Twilight scanned the trophies she noticed how oddly they were hung which made the place even more sicker. Rainbows body was hung upside down by her tail and her stomach was cut clean open, revealing the inside contents. Fluttershy's head was hanged like a normal dear head, only this time her eyes were lifeless and her face was all bloody. Rarity didn't even have a body, for her body was disposed off and only the skin was left. Since the skin off

Rarity remained, what better use then to use it as a display carpet. As for Applejack, only her bones were placed in a glass casing which didn't even offer much.

As Twilight finished staring at the trophies, she turned to her right and saw Pinkie lying unconccious on the table. Twilight tried alling her name but to no avail. As Twilight desperatel tried to call her friend,Pinkie was zapped with some kind of electric bolt which shocked her awake.

"Let us begin" came the deep voice again as machines started to power up.

"What did we ever do to you?" asked Twilight.

"I was given an order by my superior and I will not hesitate to carry out that order" replied the voice.

"What did we ever do to your superior?" asked Twilight again.

"He has his own reasons" said the voice again.

As soon as the voice finished it‘s last sentence, a saw dropped down infront of Pinkie and several tubes pointing lasers dropped down from the side. As the saw started spinning it quickly powered down as the voice said.

"Eh I‘ll make the pink one‘s death quick"

And with that the black tubes which shone lasers began melting the metal slab and with small movements and precise calculations, the lasers all moved at the same time and cut up Pinkie‘s body. As Pinkie tried to scream she was immediately cut off as the first laser cut through her voice box, muting her forever.

As Twilight watched her friend get instantly sliced to bits, she thought it was over. But as soon as she turned away Pinkie‘s body exploded, sending the servered limbs flying everywhere and splattering blood all over Twilight‘s mane and coat. As Twilight flinched at the smell and sight she saw a saw drop down in front of her followed by multiple knives. As Twilight tried to move away from the objects her mind raced with fear as she wanted to escape this horrible place but her body wouldn't even respond to her one bit. As the first knife came down to her face, it slowly taunted her by moving down and up her chest, searching for a good spot. As the knife kept taunting her it suddenly dug itself into Twilight‘s chest which resulted in lots of painful shrieks an screams. As Twilight kept on spazzing out due to the immense pain, the knife slowly made a cutting sound as it moved down her body cutting open her stomach and making the gap wider. As Twilight screamed at the sight, a metal hand reached from above and immediately plunged itself into Twilights stomach. Twilight could only spaz out from the pain again as her body kept on moving frantically. As the metal hand slowly moved inside, it quickly grabbed onto Twilights intestines and started pulling it out leaving a bloody mess it its wake. As Twilight kept screaming she could feel the life force being taken away from her, soon she would die and it would all be over. As Twilight screamed at the oncoming sight the hand removed the last bit of intestine before a circular saw appeard in front of her. The saw started spinning wildly and began moving closer to Twilights right hoof.

As Twilight tried to move her hoof away from the saw, she knew it was hopeless and braced for the oncoming pain. Twilight screamed in utter terror as she felt her right leg dissapear and a fountain of blood was gushing from her right area where her leg once was. She trembled as the blood kept on flowing out of her body and she started to see blackness. Just as she was about to pass out the remaning knives all simultaneously stabbed her dying body which caused Twilight to fade into blackness as the knives continued to stab her spazzed out body before going limp.

Twilight awoke with a heavy start. She looked at her surroundings and noticed she was still in the hospital with Dash. Only this time she was in a bed.

"It was just a nightmare" sighed Twilight as she rubbed her forehead.

"I am not experiencing that again" thought Twilight as she laid back down on the bed and continued to stare at the white ceiling.

"Just a nightmare" she said as she continued to calm herself down,"just a nightmare" as she drifted off to sleep again.

I just had too do it. Well decide thats what the gore tag should stand for. This is also a insight on what the pony world would be if the Monitor would turn against them. I might be uplodaing another chapter later so stay tuned folks.
