3rd Person P.O.V.

Beads of sweat rolled down her forehead as she grabbed the scalpel to remove a bullet that had been shot close to near the heart. The pony was about to die if it wasn't removed from him soon. With a breath of relief, the metal came out of the body, clattering to the hard ground of the abandoned shelter. Using her magic, she sealed the wound. The stallion nodded his head and paid her the caps and the bottle of Sparkle Soda before trotting off into the fallout wilderness. Her friend, a unicorn, looked at the bullet and gasped.

"It's... not made out of anything I've seen before!" He said as he tried to figure out what material the bullet was made of. Ruby frowned and trotted over. Before the fallout, her friend had been a metal inspector, and if her friend couldn't figure it out... Well, maybe no one could. She looked at it, and saw... a swirling vortex. She looked at it a bit closer and screamed as it pulled her into who knows where.

She landed on a hard, checkered floor right next to a clean bed. She had never seen a clean item before, besides her guns and tools. Looking up, she saw a confused nurse, wearing a clean, white outfit. In fact, her fur was white as snow too. The nurse seemed surprised to see such a dirty looking pony in her hospital. Then she looked at the pony's cutie mark. It was a lot like hers. Too much like hers. But she shrugged it off.

"Who are you?" Nurse Redheart spoke.

"My name is Ruby Starlight."

The nurse nodded and contacted the Princess, alerting her of perhaps another OC.

The Princess was dozing off in another boring 'conference' when she felt the message.

'Princess, I've found another OC I believe. She doesn't look to be from our time period.'

The alicorn stood up abruptly, as the council members stared at her in question and scolding matter. Celestia looked at Twilight and nodded, allowing the purple alicorn to leave the meeting room. Twilight teleported herself to the hospital where a dirt-caked, red pony was staring at the hospital like it was gold.

"Who are you?" The red pony was up in an instant, her horn aglow. "My question is who are you? Alicorn." The unusual mare spat out.

"My name is Twilight Sparkle. Are you from this time period?" The unicorn lowered her attack stance, but still held the magic in her horn to a high power standard.

"Time period? I'm from the Fallout. Why is everything so clean? Why are you not trying to kill me for supplies?" Twilight took in the information and frowned. Kill her? She didn't want that.

Ruby Starlight's P.O.V.
"What's your name?" 'Twilight' had asked her. What was your name? "..." Thoughts ran through her mind. Twilight was the head of the Ministry of Arcane Science, and she had died.

"You're dead. You aren't supposed to be here. You... You're Twilight Sparkle. You... You... You're supposed to be a unicorn." Ruby couldn't comprehend everything at once and backed up, hitting some pony else. A pink pony with poofy hair. The pony looked like a statue of one of the Ministries. She shook her head. It wasn't real. They were dead. Then she saw one pony that she was calm in.

"Fluttershy, my teacher! Why are they still alive? Am I looking at a memory orb?" Her 'teacher' looked confused and nervous.

"I... I don't know you..." Ruby became more confused. What is her teacher talking about? She only caught the eyes of a concerned bunny before the world turned black.

"Oh how ironic. The healer needs healing." That made Nurse Redheart more confused as she stared at the unconscious dirt caked pony. That dirty thing, a healer? She couldn't imagine what dimension 'Ruby Starlight' came from.

Hours later, Ruby woke up with a pounding headache. Or rather, a pounding on the head from a rabbit. "Angel...? Is that you?" The rabbit nodded and gestured to the room. She looked around and realized that she was no longer in the clean hospital, but in a much nicer version of her shelter.

"Oh, you're awake! Angel dearie, don't bully the poor unicorn." The yellow mare clopped (Dirty people... Bad minds.) into view and placed a steaming wet cloth on Ruby's forehead. She closed her eyes and let the darkness take over again, hoping that there wouldn't be a monster from the Fallout to kill her. Oh how wrong she was.

She opened her eyes and her ears flicked up, hearing the sounds of arguing. Gently getting off the beautiful furniture, she poked her head into the other room, where she saw a draconicus flapping over Fluttershy, glaring at her mentor. Then her heart stopped as she saw it scratch Fluttershy's wings, making them flayed and useless. He shook his head as he looked at what he had done, then he flew off. Coward. She thought as she rushed over to Fluttershy's side, ready for healing duty.

Ruby quickly scanned Fluttershy, and got to work quickly, summoning bandages and splints out of nowhere. Soon, Fluttershy was able to hover over the ground once more. Ruby explored the house and noticed a beautiful red gem in the shape of her cutie mark. She saw Angel staring at her, eyebrow raised. She blushed and walked to Fluttershy. Ruby then sighed, glancing at Fluttershy at sometimes, averting the eyes of her 'mentor'.

"Ruby, what is it? Why are you so nervous?" Ruby scuffled the ground as Angel pulled on her tail, nodding his head. Ruby glanced at the bunny, then sighed.

"As much as I love the cleanliness of this world's Ponyville, I have to get back to my friend. He's waiting for me, and he can't heal anyone. Please, send me back!" Starlight's voice rose higher and higher as she told Fluttershy what was bothering her. Fluttershy nodded, then indicated for the red mare to follow her. Ruby kneeled down and let Angel hop on. They rushed to Twilight's castle, where she told the alicorn about her question. Twilight nodded and teleported all four of them to Celestia's throne room, where at first Ruby was suspicious and didn't trust the ruler of the lands. After all, she had been the start of the demise of Equestria.

After being assured, Ruby told Celestia of her problem. Celestia, as impassive as ever, brought the red unicorn to a room which had hundreds of portals, all in unusual forms. There where some hoof held mirrors, goblets, and a black, square object that had little squares in it. It had been glowing. Ruby wondered what it was. While she was pondering, she crashed into the tall alicorn's long legs.

In front of her was the same bullet that had brought her to this dimension. Nodding her thanks, she looked into it again. The last thing she saw was a bunny, waving goodbye.

3rd Person P.O.V.

"OOF! Get OFF YOU RAIDER SCUM-" Her friend paused as he looked at who landed on top of him. Worried sick, he had closed down the hospital, and continued to try to understand what the bullet was made of.

"RUBY STARLIGHT! Where have you been?!" Shaking her head, she looked at the destroyed remains of Fluttershy's cottage. Taking the bullet, she put it into a glass case that had remained unbroken through the war. He looked at her in confusion, but didn't question it. She smiled and flipped the sign to 'Open'. One mare slowly walked in with something on her back. The mare looked up and smiled as the 'thing' hopped off her back.

"Fluttershy! I haven't seen you in a long time!" Ruby went to greet the old mare when she noticed the bunny covered in soot. He held something and offered it to her. It was the red cutie mark gem. Her eyes widened and she allowed a smile to cover her face, and carefully placed the gem into an unbreakable box.

"Angel insisted on coming to see you. I'm glad to see you again, my student." Angel left to a small tunnel. He pulled out a small device and turned it on. Nodding to the image, he smiled.

"Good job, my agent."

Since you said you were obsessed with Fallout Equestria, I decided I should research on the subject. Pretty good parody! I tweaked it a bit though, please forgive me.
