Once upon a time on Earth, there was a green mask that was in a novelty shop. From there, someone bought it, and upon putting it on, he turned into a foul-mouthed, shape-shifting, killing machine. With a large green head, the person who had the mask take over their face was deemed," The Big Head Killer."

After so many vessels failing to carry out the plan of destroying everything, the Mask transported itself to a place where it would have a better chance at wrecking havoc. A land called Equestria.

This is where Hugo comes in, a disciplined stallion trying to enforce law and order to other ponies without getting involved with police. What happens when a pony like him comes in contact with the mask? Does he think to put it on? Does he even put it on to begin with?
