It has been an hour, Shining Armor and Aks should have meet at the airport, but Shining Armor was late. Oh this isn't the terminal, this is the private jet housing. Aks was waiting outside the hanger, he was leaning back on the metal hanger out of boredom, though on good side, his driver had already started the plane.

Aks was about to call Shining until he heard his car drive up. His driver opened the back door and Shining stepped out, the driver opened the trunk and grabbed two giant bags, each weighing about 35 pounds each, I think, maybe heavier?

"Sorry I'm late, traffic in here is ridiculous at this time, so where is this jet?"

Aks pushed the button he was leaning next to and the doors slowly opened to reveal a nice brand new sonic jet, the newest of he new, it was pure white, the two engines on the back were well, about the size they are now. Except there are two more jet engines on the wings of the craft allowing it to go through the portal to Earth.

"What are we waiting for, get your bags on there and lets shove off, we gotta talk about my fee though." Said Aks.

"Fee?"

"It's not much, but with me doing all this for you I would like you to help me on this."

"Alright lets get on the plane and talk about it."

10 minutes after takeoff:

The interior of the plane was gorgeous, I man it was exactly like the standard jet with a giant bar at the back of the plane. Aks was behind it mixing some drinks while Shining was sitting on some nice clean cloth chairs, not the ones in coach, but ones that make your bed jealous.

"What would you like to drink Shining?"

"Um, I think I'm good for now, but thanks."

"No problem." He said bringing a bottle of Jack Daniels. After Aks sat down Shining asked.

"So, what was that price for getting my wife back?"

"Oh yes, don't worry it's not anything illegal, yet."

"What do you mean yet?"

"I really wish you'd ignore that, the deal is for one favor of anything, hiding, weapons, a body bag? All of that crap, and I need this second part."

"What is it already?!"

"Alright, alright, chill dude, it's. You get me a date with dragon lord Ember."

"Wait, what?"

"I like her very much, plus with my coolness I think I would stand a chance at getting her, even though I'm a human I think it could work, especially with the favor I am gonna ask of you later."

"What's the favor then?"

"I'll tell you when we get Cadence back."

"Oh, okay? I think I can put in a word to Twily, she'll love to see how you two would turn out."

"Really?"

"Really."

"Thank you so much dude, you know what, I'm so happy I'll let you pull the trigger of the guy who actually took your wife, just point him out before I do my final run."

"Okay?" Aks lifted his bottle and drank out of it, he chugged it all down, not in one gulp, but the bottle was gone in 30 seconds, after a few minutes Aks was drunk as hell, he said.

"Ya are mah... urp best friend, good night." And he fell asleep for the rest of the 3 hour flight.

They were in a nice Lamborghini aventador, it was solid black and Aks was not as hung over as you would think. He was driving down a nice long New York street with almost no traffic, strangely.

"Hey Shining, how fast do you think this thing can go?"

"Um, I think 200 maybe?"

"On the face value, I modified this bad boy to go 275 miles per hour, I used to do minor street racing, I would still be street racing if I didn't become an assassin."

"Isn't that still illegal?"

"It's less legal then putting a gun to someone pleading for life and pulling the trigger."

"True."

"Well, our stop is like a block away, let me do all the talking okay? You don't know these people like I do."

"Alright, after we get a room how long until we can get my wife?"

"Relax, they don't know I'm on their trail yet, I got the location and two tickets to go to her auction."

"Auction?! My wife!"

"Yes, there are many who would pay top dollar for her to be, well a pet and maybe more, some dark things I don't want you to have to think about."

"I will kill them if they put one hand on my wife!"

"Calm down, they won't do anything until she has been bought, by then I should have killed all the guards and slit the throats of a few high value targets, I could make a bit more money in this, this's the hotel."

He points to a giant 30 story building, it was all glass on the higher floors, though the first floors had beautiful stone carved in saying the "Continental Hotel."

"You can relax in here, all the people here obey the rules and if they don't, well they're already dead." He pulled up in front of the hotel and a valet opened Aks's door, another one opened Shining's door.

"Take good care of her." Aks handed the keys to the young man, two men wearing suits and black sunglasses walked from the top on the small set of stairs and took the bags in.

Aks and Shining Armor entered the luxurious building, the lobby was absolutely stunning, the floor was solid quartz with a nice red carpet leading to the stairs, elevators, and the concierge (the one you talk to to get your room if you didn't know)

There were chairs and tables set up on the right side of the hotel, each was nice comfy leather, the tables were also quartz and they looked like they were coming out of the floor. The concierge desk was rounded with solid spruce wood carved to an almost angelic pattern.

The top part was covered by metal bars with a hole where the concierge could do business. The left had a set of stairs if you didn't want to use the elevators

The hotel had a very nice smell to it, it was lavender mixed with a hint of cinnamon.

Aks walked up to the concierge followed by Shining Armor, the man was black, he was about 30 or so, maybe younger, he had brown eyes and was bald. He also wore a suit, he wore glasses and had a nice smile.

He said in a nice calming voice, "Welcome back mister Sandman, are you here on business, or pleasure?"

"Business, I am here with my friend to get some business done."

"Do you want your personal suite sir?"

"Yes I do Shawn."

(It's pronounced John, because he is from a french family so he says it differently)

"Alright, here is your key, and might I ask if you are coming out of retirement? You were so good, what happened?"

"Well, I just didn't like the life I was living, and I'll tell you if I'm coming back after I finish this job. Oh thank you for the key, now how is the club these days?"

Aks slid Shawn a gold coin.

"I have to say the club is doing wonderfully, visit it anytime you wish sir."

"Thanks, have a good one Shawn."

"Same to you sir." Aks and Shining walked over to the golden elevators, one opened up right as they got up there, Aks and Shining entered the elevator and went up to Aks' personal suite.

The elevator doors opened to expose a big hallway, the walls were gold plated and there was a red carpet down the center of it. "My suite is at the end." They started to walk down it, Shining Armor asked.

"So, when is this auction?"

"It's tomorrow night at a giant mansion, lots of guards, and soon to hold lots of bodies."

"I still find it weird that you are an assassin, the Sandman none the less."

"Heh, it took a lot to get that name and you have only known me for a year or so, now after we relax in the room I will go to the club."

"Where is it?"

"You are asking a lot of questions, well it is in the basement of this hotel, and don't worry, our id's for the party aren't as a gay couple.

He was gonna give me some as if we were a couple, but I shot the man struggling to escape and he gave us ones that state we are friends, our files say we are going 'stag' on this party."

"What is stag?"

"I think it's, I don't know, it's nothing gay, and I wanted to sound.... Hip if you will."

"I hear you, I wonder what's happening to my wife right now? I hope she is okay."

"Don't worry, I worked with these people a couple of times, and I know they will not hurt the quote merchandise, she will be okay, for now."

"For now?"

"Until someone buys her, in that case, we both are dead."

"Um, alright? I think."

"This's the room, don't worry, I'll take the couch."

"The couch?"

"Ya, I assumed that when we free her she will wanna fuck and it's better on a giant bed then a little couch, well little in terms of little, but big in terms of couch."

"What?" Asked Shining.

"Never mind, it's easier to see. Speaking of, we've been at my door since I said, you are asking a lot of questions."

He swiped the key card and a green light flared up on the door handle signaling it's okay to open, Aks opened the door and to Shining's surprise it wasn't at all small.

The room was huge, the walls were velvet, the floor was a nice dark red and felt pleasing to the foot, or hoof. The first part of the room had a couch in front near the door, a tv in front of the couch, and a table in front of the couch before the flat screen plasma tv, it had a goody basket with assorted stuff, none of it illegal.

The second part was a bedroom, the room had two openings, though you could see over the bed, it was a round bed with the finest white covers, and a 20,000 dollar mattress, there was a bathroom to the right side of the bed and the whole front of the bed was facing the wide open window, it had a nice view, you could see down it and felt like you're on a cloud.

Shining was stunned, it was bigger then his den, Shining asked.

"So, this is your suite?"

"Yep, I paid over the phone 750,000 dollars just to get it, that tip I gave him was about 200 dollars, remember, I'm rich as hell! Now how's about room service? They make a gourmet salad, made from the finest ingredients, what'd ya say mate?"

"hmm, I am pretty hungry."

"I'll go call them. Oh and don't touch the goody bag, that thing's mine."

Aks walked to the bedroom while Shining went to the bathroom. Aks quietly says, "I really hope we can get her back, nobody takes my friends away from me, nor my other friends like Shining, why am I still talking, heh you all don't care anyway."

"Uh oh, I guess his neck was weaker then I thought, it'll take some time to fix him, so the next chapter will take a bit longer then usual. Sorry."
