Samael's Mercy
Ken'ichi Sammuels seems like a normal person as long as nobody looks too closely. Those who "know" him believe that he's reclusive and a little awkward but affable otherwise, never interacting with anybody longer than required and always politely so. He has his hobbies, a very handsome yet modest house, pays his taxes on time, shops at his local farmer's market, and kills people because other people pay him to do so while going by the pseudonym "Samael, the archangel of death".
Wait, that's not normal. That's not normal at all.
Either way, all that is turned on its head some time after a botched job and a chance meeting with a red-eyed stranger.
May contain moderate to severe amounts of gun wank, ranging from realistic and researched to what one expects because movies have made reality unrealistic.
May also contain the majority of griffins featured in the story being evil and horrible beings, so if you like griffins, ye be warned.
Oh and may also contain clop at some point or another.
As an appreciator of various media, there are several influences over this story in particular. I am just very enamored with the John Wick universe, the idea that assassins have their own sort of union and rules. I'll be dropping various hints of other universes as well as John Wick's, but not enough to warrant a crossover tag because none of the related characters will appear except as references.
I will also say that a great deal of inspiration for the inner workings of how this story will work came from axel106106, so shoutout to him.
Varying species of the MLP universe will be addressed as they appear, but to start: the ponies are anthro with muzzles, tails, hooves, and four digits per hand (thumb and three fingers).
Relationships will be herd-based.
I stopped watching long before Magical Mystery Cure, so I'm not going to even pretend to involve that or anything after unless the idea really appeals to me (like Maud or CMCs getting their marks). Just imagine a butterfly effect where the canon storyline was completely derailed when a gun-toting hitman hit the scene.
Also, a little Rule 63 never hurt nobody. ![]()
