The Pinkie Pie Parable

Shock, frozen solid, Pinkie found herself unable to move for the longest time. But as she regained her wits, she got up from her desk and walked out of the office.

Pinkie stood by her office door. Taking one last look at her office.

Yes…Her beautiful office…It was quite something.

Pinkie walked towards her door and closed it.

“No.” She said.

“Maybe my co-workers are just late?” She thought, but then bigger fears came upon her.

“What if I have to do something? What if I had to make a decision?” The pressure was too much for her. So she curled up in a ball and sat down.

So she waited, hours, days, weeks? She was unable to tell. But she didn’t care. She didn’t want to explore the actual story when she could be safe here. She was safe here, she was happy.
