The Spread of Corruption - Part 1
It was becoming desperate. Samus' corruption levels were at 95%, the rouge Aurora Unit was ready to finish Samus off. If she made one muck-up, the galaxy would be nothing but a solar system of Phaaze. As one desperate final move, Samus charged her Hyper Beam to it's limits and jumped up using her Space Jump Boots. The AU's head chamber opened, and Samus unleashed her Hyper Beam, as well as 5 Hyper Missiles, into the AU's brain, defeating the Aurora Unit instantly. The organic supercomputer crumbled away, shriveling up and disappearing into dust. Dark Samus was revealed, crying out in agony as she died. She turned to Samus. "I'll return one day...I..will...AGH!!!!" Dark Samus then exploded, becoming nothing more than dust particles.
The Phazon within Samus began to disappear too. She was finally cured of her corruption. But she couldn't celebrate, the entire planet began to crumble! Samus rushed to her ship, and took off before the planet exploded. She escaped through an inter-dimensional portal, while the Federation fleet escaped through the wormhole the Leviathan ship created. Samus was surrounded by a blinding light for a few seconds before arriving at...a high school?
"You have GOT to be kidding me.."

The Humane 6 Meets Samus Aran
Samus took a quick look outside. Everybody had worn items that made them stand out. Her Zero Suit, which could run on mental focus, could take on the form of just about any clothing item. She focused her mind and, as if by magic, her Varia Suit was gone and she was now wearing her old Federation uniform, and she was positive she would fit in just fine. Samus stepped outside, and set up a security perimeter around her Gunship, and turned around, only to be greeted by an unfamiliar smile.
"Are you an alien?"
Samus was now face-to-face with a young, curly-haired girl drinking some chocolate milk. "Well...not physically.." she replied.
"So...you aren't an alien?" the girl asked.
"Well...I have alien DNA within me. It helps me to survive on other worlds, increases my athletic abilities and gives me mild psychic abilities."
The girl stared at Samus for a while, and seemed to believe what she was saying. Samus was shocked at this.
"You...do you believe me?"
"DUH!!! Of course I do! Otherworldly things happen here, like, all the time!"
"Really?"
The girl grabbed Samus' hand and rushed her over to a statue, where a group of girls had congregated. The girl said cheerfully "Hey girls! We have a new friend! This is...uh, what's your name?"
Samus suddenly became awkward and uncomfortable around these girls. "Um...m-my name is...uh..Samus Aran."
The girls smiled and asked Samus to sit down with them.

Samus sat down with the rest of the girls, who began introducing themselves one by one.
"Hey Samus, I'm Pinkie Pie." said the girl who saw Samus and her Gunship.
"Howdy pardner, I'm Applejack!" said the girl wearing a cowboy hat.
"Um...I'm...Fluttershy" said the girl holding a bunny. Samus took notation of how shy she was.
"I'm Rainbow Dash. Or Miss. Awesome!" said the rainbow-haired one. Samus rolled her eyes, obviously realising how cocky Rainbow Dash was.
"Hello Darling, I am Rarity" said the girl with the clothes rack. Samus was pretty shocked at this.
"I'm Twilight Sparkle, nice to meet you" spoke the girl with glasses. She probably knew a lot.
Finally, the girl with red and yellow hair spoke out. "And I'm Sunset Shimmer."
Samus was deciding which girl she should interact with first. Sunset Shimmer seemed to be the group's leader, so she was the most logical option.
"So...Pinkie said otherworldly things happen here. Can I ask what kind of stuff?"
Sunset looked up at Samus. "Oh you know. Evil sirens causing disharmony throughout the school, all-powerful demons tearing open interdimensional rifts in the sky. The usual. So...what happens with you?" Sunset asked.
Samus looked down "You know...parents killed, saving entire civilisations from my old enemies, blowing up entire planets, having alien DNA infused with my own. That kind of thing."
The others girls' jaws had dropped. They couldn't believe it anymore. Pinkie in particular was quite intriged by Samus' story. She moved next up to her and had a pretty curious look on her face.
"Do you have a spacesuit or something cool? You have a spaceship after all!"
Samus took an annoyed glance at Pinkie. Luckily, she managed to silence her. The other girls all stared at Samus with wide-eyed looks. Samus rolled her eyes and eventually closed them. She focused with the thought of her wearing her Varia Suit and, sure enough, it materialised onto her. The girls around her applauded, and Samus decided to explain the suit.
"This is a Varia Suit. It is genetically attached to me through alien Chozo DNA. It comes on through intense mental concentration. It functions are to allow space and underwater travelling, and I am also able to combat enemies via the rm Cannon on my right arm."
A bell rang, signalling the school to go to their classes. Samus followed Sunset and Twilight, since she had nowhere else to go.
