Adventures in Equestria: My Perspective

Twilight was just walking out of the library, saddlebags on.

Off into the distance, you can see me, running at a fast rate, running towards you know who.

As Twilight sees me running fast up to her, she quickly looks around, seeing nopony around her. (Well except some orange, curly purple hair pony sitting on a park bench.)

      As I neared her with a big smile (think Smile Hd big.), I jump onto the top of her, making her fall on her back, both of our hooves touching. Now I'm just staring at her, eyes and smile getting even bigger.

“Geez, did Pinkie offer you some of her ADHD to you?” Twilight asks me, but I still just stare at her.

“Uh... so, what’s up?” She asks with a cautious smile.

After about five minutes of Me and her just staring and smiling at each other, I say something: “Oh, it’s just so good to see you.” I start hugging her tight.

“Yeah, It’s good to see you too. But um.. what's this about?” She asks me while still being hugged.

I separate my hooves from her, getting off of her, and regaining my balance on all four hooves. “It’s just..” My eyes start tearing up, then hugs her again. “I love you so much.”

She pats me on the back. “I love you too. But it’s just Princess Celestia-”

My eyes quickly open wide hearing this. “NO!” I interrupt her. “You are not leaving me! I want you to stay with me forever!” I shout loudly to her.

Ok, we should talk about this first.

When did Celestia tell Twilight about her studies?

It couldn’t have been this far back. Had to happened like, around story 3.

I just don’t know.

I do know that Me and Celestia are gonna have to have a talk.

After my latest interruption, Twilight sloughes her head down, eyes becoming tears-filled, then hugging me back. “I know. I want to be with you too. But the Princess...”

“I know. So I think I’m gonna need to have a chat with her.” I say confidently, making Twilight a little worried.

“Objection! I refuse to let you do so.” I say to Celestia angrily, pointy my front hoof to her.

We were all in the throne room, me and Twilight looking up at her.

“I know that this can be hurtful to you, but I just think that Twilight needs to learn more of relationships in order to be in a successful one.” She says back to me calmly.

Twilight’s already a good friend and maybe one day, future wife.

“Why? Are you sure? Do you not want us to be together?” I say, looking and pointing over at Twilight.

Celestia gives a sigh, then saying: “Twilight, can you leave us two alone.... in private?”

“Sure thing.” Twilight says back.

As she leaves, she looks at me worriedly, giving me a slight smile as she leaves the room.

As Twilight leaves, Celestia says to me, “I get that you like Twilight enough that you would do anything to keep her by your side. I understand but-”

“But what?! Am I not perfect enough for her?” I interrupt her.

She gives another sigh, then turning her back at me. “Can I ask you a question?” She asks me.

What? I don’t know.

“Um.. ask away.” I say confused, and a little nervous.

“You see, I have looked into your world. And well, I’ve seen some... things.”

“And what do you mean by things?” I ask her.

“Um... you know.” She takes one of her hoof, then rubs it with her other.

My face blushes a little. “Oh.”

“And well, from looking at this world, I’ve started to wonder. Am I, sexy?”

What the buck. Why me?

No, you can do it.

“Uhhhhhhhhh......... “ I continued on for a minutes. “I mean, your like, cute and such but um, maybe a little.” I say to her.

Celestia grows a frown, looking at me serious like.

“Hey, you ever possess a high school back where I’m from. Name’s Portage Central and...” I see her looking not amused.

I give a big smile.

“So, about Twilight?” I say after a minute of silence.

“Yes. Now tell me something. How much do you love Twilight Sparkle?” She asks me.

“How much? Like Pinkie Pie and candy level of love.”

A smile appears on her face. “Indeed. And she has talked to me about you.”

Wait what. “She tells you about me?” I ask her.

“Why yes. She sounds quite happy being with you.”

My face blushes a deep red, smiling.

“So, about this... learning bit.” I ask her.

“Hm, well I do want her to be happy, but to not upset you, and for her to learn about relationships.” She puts her hoof to her chin, then a smile appears. “So it is with my decree that I, Princess Celestia makes you Twilight’s own personal relationship advisor.”

What. No. No no no. I’m not doing it.

“What? You mean like, I should teach her?”

“Yes.” She smiles.

“Yeah, sorry but no. I love Twilight, but there’s no way I could teach her. It’s like teaching a really smart kid math he already knows.” Assuring Twilight knows much of relationships. “I don’t think I can do it.” I say.

Celestia walks over to put a hoof on my shoulder. “Don’t worry about it. If you need any help, just ask me.” She says comforting.

“You think I can do it.” I ask, seeing her give another smile.

Well, wanna do it?

I shake my head yes. “I’ll do it.”

Celestia’s smile gets bigger, putting her hoof around my neck as we walk out of the room to go see Twilight.

Twilight, being busy pacing back and forth, looking the more worried each second until when me and Celestia come through the door, her hoof around my neck still, and us both laughing.

“Why are you laughing?” Twilight says to either one of us a little confused.

“Oh, it’s just that you're coltfriend here just told me the funniest knock knock joke I’ve ever heard.” Celestia says while in a laughing fit.

“So yeah, that was my meeting with royalty.” I say, shrugging her hoof off my neck.

After Celestia stops laughing, she instantly returns back to her normal composure.

“So, what’d you talk about?” Twilight ask us both.

Oh right. Better tell her the news.

“Twilight.:” I say to get her attention, succeeding in doing so. “Pack up your books and such.” I see her start to get a sad look. “I’m about to be your teacher.” Then it turns into a  confused look.

“What?”

“Yes. Instead of making you leave to be taught, I’ve made this young stallion be your teacher so you two can be happy together.” After that, Celestia walks back into the throne room, closing the door.

“So, what ya wanna do now?” I ask Twilight.

“I. Don’t. Know.” Twilight says dramatically.

“Why you say it like that?” I ask her.

Me and Twilight walk through the halls of the palace, neither speaking a word to each other.

I say something as we exit out the place. “Ya wanna talk about this? I know that you feel... weird about all of this but don’t worry, I got it.”

She gives a sigh. “It’s just, I’m happy you're still gonna be with me but.” Twilight takes a short pause.

“But what? What you got to say?”

“Well, you're not exactly the teacher type.”

My face goes into shock, then inhaling and exhaling. “Yeah, but that’s future me’s problem.” I smile at her, Twi doing the same.

There I was, lying in bed.

Under the covers, head propped up on pillow, sleeping peacefully until my alarm goes off.

I rub my eyes with my hooves, getting all the sleepiness out of me, yawning continuously.

I step out of bed, walking towards the bathroom, seeing my face in the mirror.

“Hey you.” I say to myself in the mirror, then looking back to my bed, noticing something pink there. But not something, somepony.

“Hey you. That sure was great last night.” I hear a Pinkie Pie like voice say to me, appearing to see me in the bathroom.

“Uh, what are you doing here?” I ask her as I walk back in the room.

Then all of a sudden, I see Pinkie start floating in mid air, floating over to me.

“Wha.. am I dreaming?”

“I don’t know.” Pinkie says as she gives me a kiss, then smacking me in the face with her hoof, causing me to black out.

Epilogue

I immediately wake up, heart pounding, sweating.

“Woah, ok what was that?”

“I don't know. How about you explain to me?” A voice from behind me speaks loudly.

I look behind me, seeing Celestia walking up to me, looking mad.

She lowers her head to meet mine. “I’ve heard from Twilight that you haven't been properly teaching her.” I then start to act worried and feel nervous, sweat coming down my face, then making a straight face.

“Yeah, and...”

“And I have no choice but to make Twilight leave you. She'll be leaving for the Crystal Empire first thing tomorrow morning.”

“What!” I grab onto one of her hooves while she walks away towards the door. “But, but I haven't even gotten a chance to do so. I..”

“I'm afraid it's too late.” Celestia interrupts me, freeing her hoof from me and walking out the door, slamming it loudly.

Right when the door closes, everything around me turns black.

I start running one direction, seeing to be coming towards a light.

As I get closer to it, an image appears, showing Twilight at the train station, bags packed, and appearing to be crying.

Seeing this, I immediately make a right turn from it, only to go to another image, showing Twilight in the Crystal Empire, walking with a familiar looking orange pegasus, both looking happy.

I look disgusted at the sight.

I make another turn from it, going to a different image, this however showing me. Looking all lonely, and sad.

At the sight of this, I curl up altogether, then crying from what I’ve seen.

“What do you want from me?” I say quietly.

“I don’t know. What do you want?” A strange voice says to me.

Instantly, a dark blue bubble appears, floating down closer to me before popping, revealing Princess Luna before me.

“I know how you feel. When you love somepony so much that it pains you of them leaving.” She says to me comforting.

I wipe away the tears from my eyes, getting up to meet her. “It’s just... I don’t wanna leave Twilight forever. I love her, and can’t imagine her not by my side. I already know what it’s like, and I don‘t wanna relive that.” I say to her while in a sad mood.

Luna gives a sigh, walking me over to a wall of darkness, light showing from it.

“As I’ve said, I too have experience what you’ve went through.” As she says this, an image appears of the crystal empire, looking as when Sombra was ruler. “There was somepony special that I loved then, and I still feel sad about it today.” Instantly, Sombra appears while looking out at the city, looking not too evil yet. Then walking up behind him being a young Luna. Both looking happy. “You see, I loved Sombra, and I always thought we’ll be together forever.” The two start walking back into the palace. “Then however, his evil side started to show. I’ve tried to convince him enough that it wasn’t the way to go, but he never listened.” On the image now shows Sombra looking like his evil self, showing Luna also there, seeming to argue with him. “As you can guess, me and my sister had to rid of him. It wasn’t easy for me, but I did what I thought was right. And you should do the same.” On the image, Celestia and Luna both are shown banishing him to the frozen north, Luna looking quite sad however while doing it. Then the picture goes back to darkness.

Me and Luna walk away from it, and the area around us turning into the interior of the golden oak library. We can see Twilight crying while magically packing away her things.

“Wait, I’m here for you Twi annnnnd you can’t hear and see me can you?” I look to Luna, seeing her give a yes. “What do I do now?” I ask her.

“Do what you do. It’s all about you you know.” Luna says to me before she starts disappearing into thin air.

“Wait! Don’t leave me. Tell me what else I should do?” I say as I grab onto her, soon holding just air.

Then the library vanishes, turning back into darkness before a large rock hits my head.

I see myself in my bed, head feeling a bit woozy. (Probably the rock that hit me.)

I see a rock laying by my side, then looking to see there’s a broken window.

I get up to look through the broken window, seeing both Snips and Snails outside. “Uh sorry, can we have our rock back?” Snips says as I float it back over to them.

I then jump back onto the bed, laying on it.

“I know what to do.”

“So what now?” Twilight says to me.

“I’m gonna be your teacher, and I’m gonna do a good job at it.” I say confidently.

“You sure you wanna go through this?” She says worriedly.

“If I can time travel just for you, then I think I can teach you a little something.” I say again confidently.

“You sure?” She says worried.

I shake my head yes.

Twilight gives a slightly worried, but happy smile.
