After Galaxy took the Mark of Cain, Crowley was defeated. However, the Mark had changed Galaxy. It had turned him into a demon, and his wife is scared. Now on the run with his psychotic brother, Comet and Galaxy must avoid capture from Princess Celestia along with Quillton and the gang. Whatever Comet's plan is, Quillton won't let it happen.

Shortly after rescuing Galaxy from being demonized, the rest of his pals help Galaxy recover. However, when Comet springs his plan into action, the consequences become deadly. Comet has found a way to travel back in time to the day Galaxy met all of his friends. So, when Comet alters Galaxy's timeline by stopping young Galaxy from meeting his friends, Quillton, Mocha, and Crystal, who are the only three that remember Galaxy apparently, must travel back in time and stop Comet from altering the past. Can they save the past, stop Comet, and save Galaxy and Crystal's future? Or will Galaxy Nebula's name vanish from Crystal's mind forever?
