IntroView OnlineA Snowflake During TwilightIntroSnow Flake sat on his bed thinking about the day to come. He would be heading to Pony Land tomorrow Ponyville. The stallion had just moved to the small yet active town with his friend Orange Pop. They were both rooming together in a small apartment in the center of Ponyville. Snow walked over to the mirror and saw the exciting white coat pony with a royal blue mane. He had a short tail, like most stallions, and a medium sized mane. He was lost in thought as he gazed into the mirror but was broken up by an orange pony. It was Orange Pop, he was acting wild as usual. Pop was about the same size as Snow, only his coat was a deep orange and his mane was fire red. If anyone was to stand out in a crowd it would be him. Orange came running into the bathroom where Snow was gazing at himself. Pop yelled "Cmon Snow! We've got to get to Sugarcube Corner, I'm starving!" Snow responded by saying "Alright,alright I'm coming." And with that the two were off to Sugarcube Corner, in hopes of filling their stomachs and making some friends.The walk there took about 15 minutes from their apartment and when they arrived the place seemed to be alive with enthusiasm. Little did they know the party was for them, Ponyvilles two newcomers. They rushed inside were music was being played and other ponies were dancing and having a great time. They were greeted by a pink, hyperactive pony. "Hi, how are you guys, oh you must be the new ponies around here! I bet I'm the first to meet you right, at this party! Oh yea this party, for the both of you! By the way I'm Pinkie Pie!" the new, strange pink pony said so fast it was almost incomprehensible. Orange was the first to respond "Hey! It's great to meet you. I'm Orange Pop, and this is my friend Snow Flake." "Follow me i will introduce you." Pinkie said grabbing both Orange and Snow at the same time. She pulled them up onto a stage where she grabbed a microphone. She tapped it a couple of times and said "Hiya everypony, these are our new friends staying in Ponyville with us. And i want you guys to give them a big, friendly welcome!" Everypony stood up and gave a couple of claps for the two new residents of Ponyville. Orange Pop was starstruck by all the mares focusing in on him and his friend. Snow was also very surprised, but he was focusing on a purple unicorn. He too was a unicorn, unlike his winged friend Orange. The second Snow looked upon this beautiful unicorn he knew he had to talk to her. After the applaud Snow went to talk to Orange. He said " Orange I'm going to go formally introduce myself, I would suggest you do the same." Orange nodded at him and trotted off towards the pink pony they first met. He went over to the table where he saw this purple unicorn only to find her with two others. One was a white unicorn that had kept her mane especially neat and clean. The other was a yellow pegasus with a pink mane who looked very shy.He took a seat right next to the pegasus and introduced himself. "Hey I'm Snow Flake." trying his best to direct the comment to the whole table. "Hello darling, I am Rarity, fashion expert." said the white coat unicorn. "Hi, I'm Twilight Sparkle, student of Princess Celestia." Said the purple unicorn in a somewhat shy tone. The yellow one just sat over to the side with her head slightly down. "That is Fluttershy, she is somewhat shy, but anyways where are you two from?" Rarity said. "Well me and Orange Pop are from Manehatten. We both wanted a more quiet life so we moved here and now we are rooming together." Snow explained. Twilight continued to stare at this new white unicorn named Snow Flake. She did not know what to make of him as he continued his conversation with Rarity. She could not help but find herself somewhat attracted to him. But she was Caramel's girlfriend. Although they never really did anything. They had been together for about three months now and hadn't even kissed. Twilight couldn't say much though as she had never kissed a stallion before. She would have to investigate this new unicorn more over the night. The conversation went on for most of the night. Snow still had so much interest in Twilight, but the time had come for the party to end. Everypony was going home now and Snow was about to miss his shot. He mustered up all of his courage and started towards Twilight and said " It is getting pretty dark outside, do you mind if i walk you home?" Twilight's face turned a shed of pink for a few moments when she said " Well... I guess that would be fine." She was actually really hoping he would ask her but she felt like she was cheating on Caramel. She already had thoughts about this young unicorn but to actually set things in motion, she could not let happen. They started towards Twilight's house when Snow asked "So Twilight, are you going to Pony Land tomorrow?" Twilight quickly responded by saying "Yes, I am going with my boyfriend, Caramel." No! Twilight thought to herself, why did I say that? "Oh, of course a beautiful mare like you would be taken." Snow said in a very depressed tone. "Well, it's really nothing serious, we haven't even done anything." Twilight explained. She could kick herself for saying that too. After a long awkward walk back to her house they arrived. Twilight stood at her door and looked at Snow hoping he would say something. " Well Twilight I had a great time here on my first night in Ponyville." Twilight took a heap of courage and looked at Snow and said with an unsteady voice " It's freezing outside, why don't you come inside here and get a cup of hot chocolate." It was quite cold outside and could use some rest after that terrible walk to Twilight's house. So he nodded and walked inside. He sat very idle on the couch as Twilight started to make the drink. Twilight yelled out " I have a pet baby dragon named Spike. He's probably asleep right now but don't be frightened if he comes in. He's harmless" This gave Snow a chuckle as Twilight brought in the hot chocolate. "Here you go." Twilight said with a smile as she handed Snow a cup. Twilight then bolted onto the couch right next to Snow. He sipped at his drink as he watched Twilight pick up a book and flip through the pages. "What are you reading there?" Snow asked Twilight. "Oh just a book about the great wizard Grandhallf and his friend Robin Hoof. They both used their powers steal from the greedy rich and give to the innocent poor. Grandhallf was a powerful unicorn like me and you. But Robin Hoof was a pegasus like your friend. Snow had heard the story before, Orange and Snow used to pretend to be the characters from the book and play outside like that. He wasn't going to tell her that though, he would let her unleash that bit of geek inside of her, though it was actually quite cute. She went on for what seemed like hours talking about all of her books and other stories. She didn't say anything else about her and a stallion though. Snow thought he would go a bit deeper into her personal life now. "So you said you had a boyfriend, right?" Snow asked. "Yes but like I said, we haven't really done anything yet." Why do I keep saying that, she quickly thought. "So what do you mean you guys haven't kissed?" Snow proceeded "Well... we actually... no." Twilight responded. "Have you ever kissed a stallion before?" Snow Flake asked putting all of his courage int it. "...no" Twilight said almost ashamed. hen Snow slowly looked down at Twilight's lips, then back up into her eyes. She was giving him those giant very anxious eyes. Both of their breaths had gotten extremely heavy and their hearts were beating fast. Snow started to close in very close to Twilight's lips. Then Twilight finished off the last bit of space between them. They both held the kiss for about 30 seconds and Snow pulled away slowly. He then pulled Twilight into his hooves and close to his body where he lied down next to her on the couch. They both fell asleep there in each others arms dreaming of the big day tomorrow going to Pony Land, together.
The AwakeningView OnlineA Snowflake During TwilightThe AwakeningSnow Flake was awoken by the sound of birds chirping at the windows. It must have been early because the sun had barely risen yet. He rubbed his eyes thinking of the night before, hoping it wasn't a dream. He soon figured out it was all real when he noticed Twilight laying on top of him. He then lied backwards onto the edge of the couch thinking how lucky he was to be with her. He never thought he would be laying there with her last night. He knew what he could do for her, he would make her breakfast! Snow had not really been a big cook but he figured he could do it, for her. Snow slowly sat up from the couch, making sure not to wake Twilight. he carefully put he head back down upon the pillow. She was still asleep, Snow sent up a prayer of thanks for that. He sneaked into the kitchen where he began to make pancakes and eggs. Snow thought to himself, I've ate them a thousand times, how hard could it be? Snow began to pour the pancake mix in when Twilight walked in behind him. She was rubbing her eyes as she had just woken up. "Um... surprise?" Snow said in a shocked sort of tone. Twilight looked in the direction of the food being cooked and said "You were making me breakfast? That's so sweet of you Snow! Caramel would've never done anything like..." She trailed off as she saw the disappointment in Snow's face. "No! Snow Flake I didn't mean to, he's just been on my mind a lot. I mean I haven't broken up with him so I do feel like I'm cheating." She said. Snow still looked saddened by her comment about her stallion friend. "It's fine, really don't worry about it." Snow said halfheartedly. Twilight new she must have somewhat hurt him by saying this. "Snow I am going to break up with him today, but first i going to Sugarcube Corner because our breakfast is burning." Twilight said with a little laugh. Snow saw the smoke pouring out of the pan and jumped up to put it out. Twilight said with a giggle as she walked outside "I'll get pick you up something while I'm there." Twilight then rushed out of the house in hopes to soothe her appetite. After a walk to Sugarcube, she made her way inside to find her friends Rarity and Applejack sitting at a table. She then walked over to the table and sat down to talk to her friends. "Hey Rarity, hello Applejack." Twilight said in a kind voice. "Hello" Rarity and Applejack said together. "Darling, I must know. What happened between you and that stallion named Snow Flake last night? I saw him ask to walk you home last night." Rarity said, sounding very intrigued. "Wait just one cotton pickin' minute, Twilight let a stallion besides Caramel walk her home?" Applejack interrupted. Twilight answered "Girls! Nothing happened, he walked me home and it was cold outside so he came in for just a cup of hot chocolate when he..." Twilight trailed off. "He what? He didn't touch you in any kinda' way did he now?" Asked Applejack. Twilight took a moment to gather her words "Well he just... just... We kissed alright!" Twilight yelled. The two ponies looked dumbfounded as they both knew that Twilight had never kissed anypony. She hadn't even kissed Caramel since they started dating. Twilight ordered her food as Rarity and Applejack thought about what Twilight had just said. After the waiter left, Rarity was the first to respond. " So Twilight how was he? Was he soft and gentle or was he more aggressive?" Twilight blushed at this, she had never talked about such things even with her friends. "Well, it was really gentle, like he truly wanted to make it special. I felt like I had never felt before when he pressed his lips against mine." Twilight explained. "Darling, I think you might truly like this pony Snow Flake." Rarity explained. Twilight would admit she did have feelings for this white stallion. She really wanted to head home and talk to him about some of these things with him but first she had to end the thing with her and Caramel. Twilight scarfed down her food and headed towards Caramel's house. Twilight arrived at Caramel's house at about noon. She knocked on the door and was answered by Caramel. "Hey baby, I didn't talk to you all day yesterday. You must have been really busy. Well hey come inside." Caramel said and ushered Twilight inside his house. She went inside and sat down next to Caramel in his living room. "Caramel we need to talk. Lately we haven't done anything in our relationship, and I don't see it going anywhere." Twilight started "And I think maybe we should just be friends." This really shocked Caramel, he seemed extremely sad at first but, then it all turned to anger. "Are you seeing that new white coat stallion that just moved here? I heard he was walking home with you which i figured was a lie but now!" Caramel was yelling at Twilight now, which really started to frighten her. "I... I only walked back home with him." Twilight tried to explain but was cut off by Caramel "You whore! You cheater!" He was now starting to really go ballistic and flip things like his table. Twilight was so scared that she bolted straight for the door and didn't stop running. Twilight arrived back at her house which now housed the white stallion and his orange friend. She was panting because she had ran all the way back. Snow broke the silence of her arrival by asking " Did you bring me back something?" The food, Twilight had so much on her mind at that time that she had forgotten to pick him up something. She simply shook her head no and Snow knew something was wrong. "Twi, whats wrong?" Snow asked. Twilight said "It was nothing major, lets just say my thing with Caramel is over now." Snow still knew something was wrong but he would lay off the topic. Orange spoke for the first time she arrived."Hi, I'm Orange Pop, Snow and I room together but, as I can see here I don't know how long that will last now." Snow and Twilight both started to blush when he said this, but the silence was broken up by a little dragon named Spike that was just now waking up. He came in and said "Hey Twilight, who are these guys?" Orange was again the first to answer for the both of them. "Hi I'm Orange Pop and this is Snow Flake." Spike simply nodded and went back to his room, obviously not interested. After a while of them exchanging stories, Orange decided to go home." Hey Snow you coming back tonight?" Orange asked. "Probably." Snow said sheepishly. "Alright well you'll have to tomorrow, remember Pony World and everything." Said Orange. "Ok!" Said Snow loudly, hinting for him to leave. With that Orange pulled the door to behind him and Snow and Twilight were finally alone, well except for Spike. Twilight started "Snow, I really have had a lot of new things introduced to me in just a day, but I can already tell there is something between us that is special." Snow understood, he couldn't get her out of his head. The whole time she was gone he was thinking about her. Everything around him made him think of her, he truly couldn't get this mare off his mind! "And all day I just wanted to come back home, see your wonderful smile and relax in your arms." He couldn't think of anything better himself, so he motioned for her to follow him onto the couch, which she did. He extended his arms out and she fell into them where they proceeded to cuddle really close. He started to kiss up and down her neck until he reached her mouth. Her breath was hot as she was very nervous. He planted a kiss right on her lips and stayed there for about ten seconds. He then pulled back and she said "Snow Flake, I... I really think I love you." It was those three words that Snow had waited to hear all day. It brought the biggest smile ever right to his face. He looked at her and said "Twilight, I love you too." He then squeezed her in tight and proceeded to kiss her even more. Snow thought to himself this would be the night him and Twilight made love. They were on the verge of starting in when they heard a loud knock on the door and the sound of Caramel's voice at it.
The Crushing BlowView OnlineA Snowflake During TwilightThe Crushing BlowCaramel's voice came through the door. "Twilight, can we talk for a little bit." More knocking stated to flood through the house. They both knew Caramel wouldn't leave without talking to Twilight. Twilight jumped off of Snow as she was startled by this unexpected visitor. She smiled sheepishly and said "I'll be back in just a second." She trotted into the living room where she could answer the door. She opened the door in the middle of one of Caramel's frantic knocks. "Twilight." Caramel said unexpectedly. "Caramel what are you doing here, I thought we made this clear." Twilight said almost annoyed. "Twilight, I want to talk about that stallion you've been seeing." said Caramel as he barged in and took a seat on the couch. Twilight took a seat near, but not next to him. "Caramel I think I can see anypony I w..." Twilight was cut off by Caramel. "You just met him! You barley even know him, unlike me. We've been together for so long and you start doing this." Caramel said raising his voice. "Don't say that Caramel! I've been with him for two days and we've done more than me and you have ever done!" Twilight yelled. Caramel was getting frustrated, and started yelling. "You little slut! You dump me and then say you two have more than we ever had!" Caramel jumped up and got into Twilight's face. He was about to continue when a white stallion crept from the shadows. "You best get out of her face right now!" Snow Flake demanded. Caramel laughed. "This is him? This is the majestic stallion that is far superior to me?" He laughed some more. "Look buddy, I think we both know it would be best if you left right now." Snow Flake said trying to control his temper. "Really? Your the one I'm supposed to be scared of?" Asked Caramel in a bit of hysteria. Caramel approached the white unicorn and sized him up. Snow Flake did not want to engage as he was not one for violence, but if things got bad he would use a bit of magic to level the playing field. Snow locked eyes with this stallion and noticed that they were about the same size in muscle build. So he added in his magic and Snow Flake did have the upper hand. But, as he was studying him he caught a right hoof to the jaw. "That's for stealing my girl!" Yelled Caramel. Snow Flake was trying to recover from the sucker punch when he started to taste blood come to his mouth. He then looked up and saw Twilight crying and screaming as Caramel mounted Snow Flake. He Started to deliver blow after blow of his powerful hooves on Snow's face. Snow started to feel a sudden dizziness com to him, he knew he was about to go out. He started telling himself to block in his mind, so he used his magic and sent Caramel flying into the ceiling, which shook the house a bit. Caramel fell back to the ground and Snow Flake used all of his strength to get back on his feet. Caramel didn't seem very faced by Snow's attack, so he leaped up and resumed his fighting position. Both stallions heard Twilight screaming in the back, yelling for them to stop. Caramel looked toward her and it was Snow Flake's turn to do some damage. He put all of his strength into a blow with his elbow to Caramel's head. Caramel fell backwards as the blow hurt him this time. He fell on the floor and Snow jumped on top of him, but was met by the hooves of Caramel right in his stomach. This knocked the wind out of Snow and he fell backwards on the floor. Caramel again jumped onto Snow Flake and started pounding on him. Snow could feel himself drifting out when he saw out the corner of his eye a bright orange pony walking inside. The pony yelled out "Sorry guys I forgot..." but was cut off when he saw Caramel on top of Snow Flake. "Hey, get of my buddy like that!" The pony yelled which made Caramel direct his attention towards this orange pony. At this moment Snow Flake discovered it was Orange Pop. Pop flew through the air and directed about six quick jabs into Caramel's face. Now Snow Flake could return the sucker punch. With his last bit of strength he reached up and grabbed Caramel and started to put him into a head lock. He was very deep in the head lock, as there was no escape from this move. Snow Flake reared backwards and held on. Pop had stopped hitting him at this point and the room was pretty quiet except for the occasional grunt or two. Twilight screamed through her tears. "Snow, let him go! Please!" Snow then let go, as hearing the mares voice, but it was too late. Caramel was already knocked out, and not dead. Twilight then trotted over to the couch bawling and sat down. Snow whispered to Orange. "Thanks for the help, I probably would be the stallion knocked out right now if you hadn't shown." Pop sighed and whispered back "No problem bud, just don't get yourself killed. I'm going to take sleeping beauty here to the nurse." Snow didn't like Caramel at all, but he sure didn't want him dead. Snow was about to walk over to Twilight when he stopped and asked Pop. "Hey, does my face still look alright?" Snow said jokingly. He always tried to find the silver lining in things. Pop giggled a bit and said "Yea, yea your good." He really wasn't that bad off except for the gash across his left cheek and a couple bruises. The blood wasn't looking good on his snow white coat either. The two brohooved and went their separate ways. Snow trotted toward Twilight and sat down next to her teary, deep, purple eyes. She looked back into his ice blue eyes, but shook her head. "Snow, this has gone by so fast. I just met you and we were just about to have sex. I hardly know you except this urgent feeling I get in my gut that I need to be around you. I mean that has to mean something but. I think we need to take some time." Twilight said through the sobs. That hurt Snow more than any of the punches Caramel had thrown because this one hit him, right in the heart. "Twilight, the first time I saw you I knew there was something there between us." Snow was cut off by Twilight. "Snow, I am not denying that, I am only saying give me some time, To find out if this is truly love. I do feel something for you, I just don't know what it is." Twilight finally stopped. Snow countered by saying "You told me you loved me though." But as quick as he said it Twilight was also there to say. "I guess I just took it as love when it may have been something else." Snow was heartbroken. "Twi, what's making you say this now?" Snow said now starting to shed some tears himself. "It's just Caramel coming here telling me I don't know you has really gotten to me. Like I said I just need time." Twilight said then started into a whimpering cry. Snow had heard enough, he had to go home. "Maybe i'll see you around" Snow said starting to cry deeply. He looked at Twilight in a hugging motion but she just shook her head. This made the tears roll, he walked out of the house and down the road back to his apartment. The whole walk home he thought about what exactly had just happened. It hadn't entirely hit home that Snow's marefriend had pretty much just said they shouldn't see each other anymore. He walked up the steps to his apartment and unlocked the door to find Pop sitting on the chair watching television. "Hey Snow, how'd things go between you and Twi?" Pop asked still focused on the screen. After a few moments he looked at the unresponsive Snow. He saw the tears welling in his best friends eyes. Now Pop was a very touchy kind of stallion so he hopped up and grabbed his friend in a deep bro hug. Normally this would embarrass Snow, but he needed that at the moment. "Bro..." Was all that Pop was able to say. Pop looked his friend in the eyes and said "Everything is going to be alright." At that moment it started to sink in what had just happened. Snow then went in his room and cried himself to sleep.
The Next DayView OnlineA Snowflake During TwilightThe Next DayThe next morning, Snow Flake awoke to the smell of food cooking. He tried to force himself out of bed but remembered the night before. He tried to pass it off as just a horrible dream, but could not as he knew what had happened was real. He truly felt horrible this morning as he was beaten and bruised yesterday. He did, however get out of bed and head into the bathroom. He opened the door to the bathroom and locked it, as his orange friend had a tendency to come in uninvited. Snow looked horrible, his left eye was black, the right side of his face had a red stain on it, and to add to his shame, there were dried tears on his cheeks. This just furthered him to believe what had happened last night was real. His marefriend had dumped him and he was beaten and sore. Snow turned the shower on and stepped inside. He knew this may make him feel better and he could wash off some of the blood. He washed his face too get of the blood and hopefully get his eye to look a little more normal. He started to think about his ex while he was washing, he thought about her majestic eyes and beautiful voice. She could be a little geeky at times but it only added to her cuteness. He remembered the time they read together and cuddled. These thoughts nearly brought him back to tears but he held them back this time. He finished washing his other areas and got out of the shower. He stepped back towards the mirror and looked at himself. He was looking normal besides the cut on his face and a black eye. Snow dried off his mane and trotted out of the bathroom. He was greeted by the smell of muffins his Orange friend was cooking. He made his way to the kitchen and greeted his friend "Hey Orange, what are you cooking?" Orange bolted around and faced Snow "Well buddy, I thought with you having a bad night I would make you some muffins for breakfast, blueberry your favorite!" This made Snow a little more happy so he proceeded to lay on the couch. He heard the ding of the oven and he saw Orange pulling out the tray. Orange pulled out two muffins and hurried into the living room. He tossed one to Snow and jumped onto the couch beside him. Snow was not in the mood for Orange's games."Stop! Chill out for five minutes!" Snow yelled at his friend. Orange knew something was wrong with his friend and he said "Snow, your never like this are you still upset about last night. I mean I've had my share of bad breakups but your looking way down Snow." Snow responded taking a bite from his muffin "Yea I am upset, I really liked her. Orange I have never felt this way for another mare. The first time I even looked at her I knew we had something." Orange thought for a couple of seconds and asked "Snow, you were only with her for about two days, how could you have bonded that much?" Snow thought for a minute and responded "Have you ever held your breath for a really long time and knew you had to get air?" "Of course." Orange said. Snow responded by saying "Well that's how I'm feeling right now, without Twilight I feel like I haven't got any air. I think that's what love feels like, like you need that person and without them it's just like any other necessity you will die. I feel like without her I'm missing apart of me, and it may have only been two days, but those days were the best of my life." The room fell silent for a couple of minutes then Orange spoke "Well I can't say it'll help but we have to get you out of this house today." Snow nodded his head in approval. They both finished their muffins then went outside to explore more of Ponyville. They started by walking by Sugarcube Corner were they saw the pink pony named Pinkie Pie. "Hey you guys! I remember seeing you two the first day you were here. Are you two settling in alright?" Pinkie Pie asked quickly. Orange responded "Yea we're both doing alright but my friend here is off to a rough spot" Orange then moved in closer "He doesn't want to talk about it" Orange whispered. Pinkie laughed a little. "So how have you been... Pinkie Pie! That's your name!" Pinkie blushed a little which was very unusual of her "Oh I'm doing absolutely great!" Pinkie giggled. "Well I'm trying to get Snow here to see a little more of Ponyville so any places we should check out?" Orange asked. "You both should go over to Sweet Apple Acres and see my friend Applejack." Pinkie said. "Alright we will go check that out. Thanks!" Orange said. "Don't be afraid to come back cutie!" Pinkie yelled as they were trotting away. Orange blushed bright red and looked over at Snow as they went towards Sweet Apple Acres. "You think she liked me?" Orange said with a laugh. "Yea, she's just your type." Snow responded. They both shared a laugh which was surprising to both of them. They made there way to this new place and didn't talk much on the way. They arrived and were met by a big stallion who was plowing a field. "Hi there, is Applejack here?" Snow asked. The big stallion motioned towards the barn. The two both headed towards the big barn and Orange proceeded to knock on the big doors. They were greeted by a yellow earth pony with a western hat. "Well, howdy you two." The yellow pony said. Orange was the first to speak "Hey, my friend here is a little down and I'm trying to cheer him up." Applejack looked over Snow "Well what's the matter?" she said. "He's having a little relationship problem." Orange responded for him. "Well when I'm down in the dumps I always get a sweet glass of cider!" Applejack said. Snow looked a little suspicious as the pony raced over and fixed a glass of cider for him. She trotted a little more slowly back towards him with the cider. She put it down on a little table and motioned for Snow to drink it. He proceeded to do so, and it tasted great. Its also made him feel much better after about two or three glasses. After a couple more glasses of cider Snow told Applejack the story. "I just don't know why she said she dumped me." Snow said. "Well I think your taking this way to hard, she really never did, she just said she didn't know you that good is all. So if you really want her back stay by her side this whole trip!" Applejack explained. Snow had forgotten about the trip tomorrow. He would just talk to her and get to know her better the whole trip, it was genius. A smile instantly popped onto Snow's face at the thought of his plan. "Applejack that would work!" Snow yelled in excitement. "Well I try my best to help with everponies problem." Applejack said in self admiration. Snow knew what he would have to do tomorrow so he would try and enjoy the rest of his day. "Thanks so much Applejack, by the way are there any other places we could visit?" Snow said "Y'all are welcome and you may want to see my friend Fluttershy, she deals with the animals." Applejack pointed the way and they headed off to Fluttershy's house with a new found joy. Snow and Orange arrived after about 15 minutes of walking. Snow would be the first to knock on the door. A timid, yellow pegasus answered the door. "Hey, I'm Snow Flake and this is Orange Pop. We heard you took care of the animals." Snow said. Fluttershy looked down and in a muffled tone said "H-h-hi." Fluttershy only talked to stallions if she absolutely had to and she was extremely nervous around these two new guests. Snow heard her timidness in her voice "Hey, you were at Sugarcube Corner that one time right?" Snow said trying to make small talk. "Y-yes" Fluttershy responded. As Snow could see small talk was not working, she was only giving generic replies. Orange did not notice her shyness, so he was going to talk to her like he talked to all other mares. Orange pushed past Snow and looked at Fluttershy "Hey, my names Orange, how are you?" Orange said."I'm g-g-good." Fluttershy responded. Orange thought he would play around and flirt a little with her. "Hey I really like your mane Fluttershy, along with your coat." Fluttershy rarely received compliments, especially from colts. She looked up at Orange and she saw his figure. She reluctantly looked into his red eyes and blushed incredibly bad. Fluttershy thought he was really cute, but she would never tell him that. Orange saw she was blushing and thought he would cool it. Snow moved back in front of Orange. "Sorry about that, anyway we just wanted to spend the rest of the day with the animals and we were told to talk to you about it." Snow explained. Fluttershy nodded and lead them into the field were animals could be found. Orange chased after the bunnies while Snow watched the birds overhead. Fluttershy eventually started talking to Snow and explaining about the types of birds, though she still couldn't gain enough confidence to go talk to Orange. They played until it was nearly nightfall, then they both said there goodbyes. They had a huge day ahead of them so they both needed there rest. Snow and Orange headed home were they landed on there beds awaiting the big day. But, what Snow didn't know was that the day was going to be much bigger than he originally thought.
