In the far, dying future, humanity discovers... Something... Strange, floating through space. The galaxy's scientists are excited, and the entity is amused. Their meeting will, however, have reprocussions that neither side foresaw.
In the far future, in the final years of the heat-death of the universe, one of Humanity's last ships discovers something strange. A being, with fantastical abilities. They attempt to discover the root of its powers, with the hope of saving their universe, while it humors them, doubting their abilities.
Their meeting will, indeed, change the universe… But perhaps not in the way that either side expected.
