Discord groaned, sitting up in bed and opening his eyes, looking into the void of the black hole all around him "Hmmm... Looks like this universe is approaching its end" he yawned, getting out of the bed and forming a door in front of him, opening it as it formed a simple door to the outside of the black-hole, shouting "Toodles~!" into the endless black expanse surrounding him before walking out, shivering "Brrr... The void's sort-of cold on my paws today, what year is it?" he questioned, raising his lion-paw and drawing a watch onto it, before gasping, his eyes widening "Heat-death already? Well, that'd explain the strange lack of any light or stars!" he exclaimed, before blinking, squinting and putting his eagle-claw above his eyes, forming a spotlight shining down onto him from above "But... Wait... Is that a ship I see?"

Ark sighed, adjusting her camera-lenses. 10,000 years... 10,000 years supplying food and energy to these apes... But I don't know how much longer I can manage it... This black-hole's almost spent, and then what? It's the last...  she thought, changing her view to the multiple cameras throughout the ship, its lights dimmed as the remaining humans ate from their limited nutrient-paste supply ...No. There has to be a way. I cannot let it end like this... They built me, and with the void as my witness, I will not let them die.

The AI sighed in her thoughts, readjusting her view to look at the black hole, fine-tuning her energy-harvesting equipment There has to be a way. Another dimension, anythi-- she paused, her cameras focusing on a single point, a spotlight visible shining down on a strange creature ...What? A complex biological organism in space... and actually surviving? Beyond that, he's managing to remain utterly still when next to a black-hole... How is it... I have to get its attention. she concluded in the space of miliseconds, etching an image of the being eating something coming from the ship - an almost universal sign of friendship - into one of her energy-harvesting devices, and releasing it from the ship with a momentary flash of red light ...I hope this is worthwhile. she thought, watching the being for its next move.

Discord blinked as he saw a red light coming from the ship, before gasping as he noticed an image on it, teleporting over and gripping the device "...Hmm? Trying to be friendly, are you?" he smirked "...Well, fine, lets pay them a visit. This universe may need a reset... But I don't see why I can't have a bit of a play before then"
