Two months after the Alliance of Darkness incident, the Guardians of Equestria decided to take a vacation to the Human Island. After they arrive the Human Island, they find a town with people that seem to know about the Guardians' culture, suddenly reuniting with the Order of the Stone and Sunset Shimmer, and Rainbow Dash tells the Order about an old Alliance of Darkness member that hasn't been seen for years.

The Guardians' vacation went smoothly until one day, something strange happened. The Order now has these strange powers that they can't control, but Pinkie Pie believes that their powers have something to do with the prophecy Ivor showed them two months ago. But fortunately, Twilight Sparkle believes that their powers can be used to protect their own kind from extinction, which means the Order have to learn how to control their new powers for a big threat that is coming to get them.
