CHS vs CPA vs MHS:Battle of the Bands story

After their accident meet up in Sugarcube Corner, the Rainbooms were practicing for the second round. When they were done, Sunset was the first to say.

"Girls, I'm a bit worried." She said with a worry face.

"What's wrong, dear?" Rarity asked.

""Are you worried about the competition?" Fluttershy said.

"You kidding? Sunset's never worried about the competition." Rainbow Dash complimented, trying to cheer Sunset up who gave her a weak smile.

"It's not that, there's something suspicious about that group. Especially the two siblings." Sunset replied.

"Are you worried that they might be evil like those siren who tried hypnotizing the school with their singing, that they might be from Equestria. Is that the reason why your worried?" Pinkie Pie spatted out in one breath. They were shocked at what Pinkie said. Sunset was the first from the shock.

"How did you know?" She asked.

"Just a hunch." Pinkie replied with a huge grin.

"Of course." Sunset said while rolling her eyes.

"Wait, so your meaning to tell me, that Moonlight and Ember might be from Equestria?" Applejack asked in confusion. Sunset nodded.

"How do you even know?" Rarity asked.

"Wait a minute, so you didn't feel their magic?" She asked. Everyone except for Twilight, shook their heads.

"That's weird, if you guys didn't feel them. Then why is that Twilight and I felt them?" She asked again.

"No clue." Rainbow Dash replied.

"They must have put a spell so that no magical creatures can feel their magic, but then again why did we feel them?" Sunset said.

"Ah' have no idea, but ah' guess we should figure that out after the second round." Applejack suggested.

"Your right. We already have our hands full in the competition, we should at least focus on making the final. After that we'll try and find out more about them." Rarity agreed. Which everyone nodded in agreement as well.

As they were about to part ways.

"EVERYBODY WAIT!!" Pinkie shouted. Getting their attention.

"What is it Pinkie?" Twilight asked. They grouped back at the statue.

"I think we should have another slumber party at my house just like last time. Except Twilight here is our new member.

"Oh right. Princess Twilight is the one who knows where Pinkie live." Sunset realized.

"Sure, I don't mind." Twilight agreed. Then she was in Pinkie's bone crushing hug.

"This is gonna be so much fun!!" She screamed excitedly before letting go of Twilight.

The Rainbooms were having a slumber party again at Pinkie's house. Rainbow and Applejack are playing on Pinkie's video game. Sunset, Fluttershy, and Rarity took pictures of them. Rarity was shock and furious at Spike, who she spotted in the picture behind them eating some dog treats. Pinkie was using her laptop to go to her social media. Twilight however, was nowhere to be found in the room. Sunset noticed this and asked.

"Hey you guys know where Twilight is?"

"I think she's in the living room doing something." Pinkie replied. Sunset walked out of the room and headed downstairs. There she saw Twilight, who was doing something important.

"Hey Twilight." Sunset greeted.

"Oh, Sunset. Hi." She replied and greeted. Sunset walked near Twilight and sat down next to her.

"What are you doing?" Sunset asked. She spotted the device Twilight onced used in the Friendship Games to store their powers and turned into Midnight Sparkle.

"Since were going to look for their portal, I made a device that will easily track any kind of magic." Twilight replied.

"I took some parts from the necklace and combined them from the tracker I used when I was inspecting the portal once." She added.

When she was done, she turned on the device and it worked perfectly. It was now tracking the magic of her friends.

"Now all I need to do is to change the settings to track the magic of the portal and were ready." Twilight said with a smile.

The doorbell rang and Pinkie rushed towards the front door, when she opened she saw a guy who is believe to be the pizza delivery boy. He handed the pizza to Pinkie and she paid him for the pizza. She closed the door ran towards the kitchen counter and opened the pizza. She then walked towards the living room where Sunset and Twilight is and said.

"Pizza's here guys. Help yourselves." She said with a smile and ran upstairs towards her room and said.

"pizza's here." She said. Then everyone inside her room ran downstairs and towards the kitchen counter and took a slice of pizza. After their enjoyable dinner, they walked back upstairs and started getting ready to call it a night.

When everyone were asleep, Twilight was still awake and carefully tiptoed out of the room without waking everyone else.

She was at the kitchen counter, with the small lightbulb as her only light source. She was adding the final touches on her magic tracking device.

"Hey Twi." Twilight jumped when she heard Sunset, who was leaning her shoulder on the wall. "Your up late." She added with a small smile.

"Just adding some finishing touches on the magic tracker. Then all we have to do is get in the school. But how?" She replied then asked Sunset who was now leaning on refrigerator, holding a can of whipped cream.

"That's a question that I don't have an answer." Sunset replied while spraying a thumb full of whipped cream.

"Where did you get that can of whipped cream?" Twilight asked in confusion. Sunset let out a small smile and said.

"The refrigerator's full of it." Sunset replied. Then she opened the refrigerator and Twilight's jaw dropped when she saw it was full of cans of whipped cream. She closed her mouth before she opened them and said.

"Who could possibly need that much whipped cream?" She asked, still in disbelief.

"That's what I asked once." Sunset said before letting out a small giggle. Twilight let out a small smile and giggled as well.

After their small conversation, Sunset let out a small yawn and said.

"Well, I'll see you tomorrow Twi. Good luck on getting that ready." She said before letting out another yawn and walked back to her bed.

Twilight stayed at the counter, looking at the device before she let out a yawn of her own and walked out of the room and returned to her bed. The stars were shining brightly that night as the friends slept on the rest of the night.
