As it is I King Sombra and you should know your place here,worm.And Bow to me!!"I replied with the classic samurai insult"I shall not bow to you as I no longer bow to anyone who does not even have a shred of honor,you inhonorable dog!"This made him more angrier and shot a shard of those strange rocks again.Really!?These beings really love this rock.Now back to the story.I sliced it in half with ease with my daisho.With that,he was shocked to anyone slicing crystal with ease and knowing this will not be an easy fight.He summoned his weapon and came charging.I easily dodged his attacks as his weapon is heavy but strong which made him harder to walk and his strikes slow like a no-dachi.Knowing of this,I trying to be careful and try to find any exposed areas to strike.Fortunately,there were a lot of striking points and I can use as my advantage.Another swing came, I countered that and used this oppotunity to strike at his head.In just two swift strikes, I know the duel has been won.As Sombra's body laid on the floor sucessfully decapitated from its body,I sheathed my daisho thinking that they gave Heaven honor for killing this barbarian.Just as I realised there was someone needing help,I quickly rushed to his side.As Sombra died the black rocks in the room exploded,leaving behind,a bright and shining room.Not thinking of it,I still rushed his side"So you need help?" The horse replied with"You saved us all and removed the corruption in us by killing this tyrant.Thank you." I replied with this"This was the Heaven's will who saved you and your people."

Let's see that he will live.I told the other horses to get him on a futon.They asked what is it. I answered with saying that its is what they call it a mattress.They did as they were told and brought me a thick futon.With steady hands, I carried the injured one to the futon and told the horses to inform me that he was alright. After writing,I pasted the paper onto the urn,showing the people who he really is. Our Farms have been yielding food and our food problem has been solved.I have been also teaching Bastion the ways of Bushido and buddhism and Quill calligraphy.Bastion is quite the quick learner of this new way and The Art of War.Now he can even train the weakest of ponies into warfare, and our army has been growning into the thousands.Quill is improving to in her calligraphy and even some respected her for her writing.She could even be my diplomat if she can master it. Chapter 8- ConsolidationView OnlineThe Lost Writings of Miyamoto MusashiChapter 8- ConsolidationA year,a year has passed since my arrival and the Crystal Empire is prospering.I actually decided to actually rebuild the castle into the grand tenshu in Osaka.I gave the plans to the builders and they thought it was strange too.But I assured them this will be sucessful.Within 9 months, the grand tenshu of the Crystal Empire was completed.In the honour of this day,I renamed the town to New Osaka.Forge has also been forging new weapons for the army,the first katanas are are also made ,and the army praised it for its lightness and strength.Later,she made some mangonels for our army.Weirdly,these ponies are really struggling to properly use them.I should start teaching them how to use them.The populace is really coping quite well in the conversion to the Shinto faith.Even Bastion is coping quite well too,and even flock to Ishiyama Hongan Ji weekly to pray for prosperity and longevity for his family.Apparently,this temple has been quite popular among the locals,they even added rock gardens,meditation halls and a noh theatre for entertainment. Finally,I had some monks to recruit.The first monk I recruit was Tsentze,that's what he called himself. Firstly,I ordered him to convert the populace further to buddhism.Secondly,I ordered him to inspire our troops to boost their morale in case of a sudden battle.Thanks to this change, nobody has been stealing because they heed the saying'As you give someone else a gift,you are giving a part of your spirit to them.If you are stealing,it is considered you are stealing a part of their spirit to yourself,making your spirit malicious.' The farmers have been terrance farming due to the abundance of hills in the area,increasing our food supply a lot,but not using the wheat well.Time to change that. I have also teached them to flood empty fields with water from the melting snow in the area,and then place the young rice saplings in the water as rice needs needs a lot of water to grow.Making rice the ideal staple for the ponies here.I aslo thought them how to use wheat to not only make bread,but also noodles like udon,soba and ramen to even increase our food supply even more. Now with more food,that means more troops for my army. Now I have to increase the economy here too.Let's start by building a market place so that ponies can buy ,barter ,sell, their crops and seafood from the nearby lake we discovered.Then,I consulted Quill about hiring a finance manager for the clan.She recomended Shining Pearl,one of the richest samurai family in the clan,one of the most serious beings I ever meet after Nobunaga.I took note of this and summoned her into the courting room. It seems you had been enslaved by an oni."He replyed and asked what is an oni.It seems he had a mind of a nanban as they never heard of us Japanese.I answered with one single word 'demon'He replyed that it is not an oni who had enslaved them ,more of it was one of them by the name 'Sombra' and he said he is a king.I was infuriated at this... this being doesn't practice the han system and of the barbaric ways.And him choosing shadow over light,a kagē follower.He must be wiped from the face of the realm and heaven.I replied to him"I will confront that barbarian and behead him for following the darkness.Where is treacherous fool?"He replied that he was in his tenshu or they call it a castle. It is time to liberate this castle this kagē follower and show the light of Amaterasu to these oppressed beings.I started marching towards the tenshu seemingly unguarded which was tall as Mt. Yamagustake.That gave one trial to overcome first,to ascend these set of steps towards I believe to the Throne room as that is where the daimyo would hold court.As I ascended I saw ukiyos of him a horse with a red cape and demon looking horn and sharp fangs,there were even statues of him using those strange rocks again but more dark.As I let thoughts wander,I reached as it seems the throne room of that wretched kagē follower.Calmly,I stepped inside....
