It was another calm and beautiful day in Equestria and Leo is just now waking up to the sound of someone talking and laughing. "Yeah. I saw him hang out with at least six of them. When do you think he is going to introduce us?" Said a whispering Axel. After that Leo fully woke up and asked.

"Um guys what are you talking about?" After that Axel emidiately stopped talking about that and said.

"Oh nothing important Leo." After that Bill said.

"He was telling your parents about you having a heard." After that Leo went through two fazes. The first one was embarrassment. His cheeks turned a bright red and he started to hide behind the couch. After that the second faze followed. Anger. When it did he launched himself at Axel and stated to wrestle him. After a couple of minutes of them fighting. Leo twisted one of Axels claws so that it was behind his back. When he did that Axel asked.

"Hey what was that for?"

"Your lying now tell me what you told my parents or I'm not letting you go. Or do you want me to embarrass you even more in front of your children." That point was then emphasized by the two babies laughing and giggling like mad.

"Okay. Okay. I give. I was telling your parents about you having a heard now could you please let go of my claw. It's kinda getting sore." Whined out Alex. After he said that Leo let go of his claw and jumped off of him. Then Zyon stepped forward and said.

"Okay now that you finished that how about we go and eat our breakfast. It's going to get cold soon and its your favorite Leo." After that Leo smelled the air and sure enough the smell of eggs was in it. After that he bolted for the table and patiently waited for all of his family to sit down with him. After they did, midnight placed an egg, some hash browns and some freshly squeezed orange juice in front of each off them including herself and said.

"Alright everybody dig in." And with that they started eating.

After everybody finished breakfast everyone went outside except for Axel and Leo. Leo wasn't to pleased with him at the moment. "What do you want?" Alex flinched back a little by the harshness in his tone, but continued with what he wanted to say.

"Look Leo I'm sorry about earlier. I didn't mean to tell them, I just slipped really and when I did they wouldn't stop pressuring me. Can we please put this behind us and be friends again." He said while holding out a claw. Leo thought about and after a solid minute he put his hand into his claw and said.

"Okay I'll give you one more chance, but if you botch it, you are not getting another one." He said while also pointing at him.

"I wont let you down." With that they both made their way out of the cave and got outside. When they did Amelia stepped up to Axel and handed him the babies.

"You watch over them while I go and fly Leo to school and for the love of the elder dragon keep them away from the gems, or we wont have any for later." Axel simply saluted and walked of to his cave with the babies waving at Leo and Amelia from his back. "Well then Leo are you ready to go?" Leo thought about it and then he said.

"Just let me change out of these clothes and get on a fresh pair, because these ones are starting to reek." After that he ran inside and put on the other blue jeans and red T-shirt with the flaming jacket and fedora on. When he finished he ran back outside and said. "Okay I'm ready. Let's go." After that he climbed onto Amelia and they were off flying towards the school.

On the way there nothing interesting happened so they quickly got to the school and landed. When they did Leo jumped off and said. "Thanks for the ride Amelia."

"No problem Leo now make sure that you have fun and to thank that girl for giving you that nice outfit. See ya later." After that Amelia flew off and Leo then made his way to in front of the school. When he did who should he find, but his only male friend Flash. Since he didn't have anything to do he walked up to him and said.

"Hello there Flash. Are you ready to lose?"

"Not likely, but it's nice to see you as well Leo. How are you today?" He said with a grin.

"Oh it couldn't be better, but that's besides the point. So do you have anything planed or do you just laze around and wait for the first class to begin?" Asked Leo with a raised eyebrow.

"Nah I'm not lazing around I'm waiting for my other friends to arrive so that we can go practice a bit before school starts." After that he snapped his fingers and said. "You should totally join us."

"No I don't even now how to play any instruments. Well at least not any that would be connected to your type of music." Said Leo while shaking his head.

"Oh that doesn't matter any instrument you play we can back up and besides if it's something of the wall then it could at least give us some inspiration for next years talent show. So which instrument do you play?" Said Flash and after he did Leo sighed.

"I'm not getting out of this am I?" Flash only shook his head in denial. "Fine I may have dabbled in playing the violin from time to time. So am I still in?"

"After we see how good you are then yeah. Now we just wait for my band buddies to arrive." After that he saw someone behind Leo and said. "Speaking of friends here they are." After that Leo turned around and saw two people walking up to them. The first one was bit had a little bit more muscle on his bones that he also had a pale yellow skin colour and a blueish-green hair colour.

The other one was a bit more to flashes built, maybe a little shorter he had a light purple skin colour and black hair with two streaks of white going through it he also had blue sunglasses and a little bit of a mustache.

After they walked up to them Flash introduced them "Hello guys this is Leo the newest member of our band. Leo these are Brawly Beats." He said while pointing to the big guy.

"Sup Leo." He extended his hand and then Leo shook it. After that Flash said.

"And that is Ringo." Ringo simply nodded in approval and also extended his hand to shake. Leo of course shook it and said.

"Well it's nice to meet you both and I hope that we can work well together." After that Brawly beats said.

"Of course we are, but first you need to pass our test. Now lets go to our music room so that we can properly initiate you into our band. Ain't that right Ringo." Ringo then simply nodded and pointed behind himself after that he started walking towards the school. On the way there Leo leaned over to flash and asked.

"Is he usually this quiet or is that just me?" Flash then answered.

"Nah he just prefers to be quiet. That's all. If he needs to speak he speaks, but if it's not required then he just stays quiet. Does that answer your question?" Leo simply nodded and continued to follow them to the music room. When they finally arrived Brawly said.

"Okay then Leo pick up your instrument and we can get started." After that Leo went around the room to find himself a violin. When he did he picked it up and brought it to the guys. "A violin no wonder Flash wants you to join hey Ringo why don't you get on the piano and then you can play When can I see you again. Ringo simply nodded and walked over to the Piano and started to play.

After the intro was done Leo quickly got into the bit and started to play along. After the song finished Flash said. "That was very good. Now lets try something a little bit more difficult. Brawly go pick up a cello for me would you?" Brawly simply nodded and went to grab it. After he returned and gave it to Flash he went behind the drums. "Okay then guys let's play Wake me up. Do you know that song Leo?"

"Do I know it of course I do it was actually one of the first songs that I ever learned to play, but I might be a little rusty. I hope you can forgive me for that." He answered.

"Of course now let's get started." With that said Brawly started up the beat and we started into the next song.

After about a minute into the song Leo started to glow and change. First he sprung horns from his head after that his skin started to become cowered with scales that were the same colour as his skin. After that he sprouted two black dragon wings and a pair of staffs appeared on his back one a blue colour and the other grey. After that he also sprouted a black and grey lizard tail.

Leo didn't notice these changes and neither did Flash, Brawly and Ringo. After the song finally finished they all noticed it and started staring at Leo. When Leo noticed this he asked. "What do I have something on my face?" Then Ringo decided to speak.

"Dude you grew horns, wings, a tail and are cowered in scales. How are you able to do that?" After Ringo said that Leo started checking himself out. After he finished he asked.

"How did this happen?" He asked to seemingly nobody and then Bill decided to speak up.

"It was you playing the song. It ignited a fire inside of you and that fire then spread to your magic making you grow these things. I think I know how to open and close this power of yours. Just give me a second, in the mean time explain this to your new buddies." Leo simply nodded and then explained.

"Well you were bound to find this out sooner or later. I can use magic. I guess the magic around this school also affects me like it does did to Rainbow dash at that gym." After that Flash stepped up and gave him his hand. When Leo shook it he said.

"Welcome to the team Leo. Your in."

"Yeah you play awesomely." Said Brawly. Ringo simply gave a small smile and a thumbs up. After that Flash said.

"Just make sure that you get that power under control. We wouldn't want another fall formal to happen." After that Bill did something and Leo reverted back to normal.

"I'll do my best. Now if you excuse me I need to help out Sunset and her friends before they get killed by Rarity. See you all at the friendship games." Then he started to walk out, but before he did he turned around and said. "Oh yeah and flash don't forget about our bet." After that he disappeared.

"What bet?" Asked Brawly. After that flash explained everything that happened between them yesterday.

After his little band practice Leo decided to look for his friends after some time he heard some music coming from somewhere. He followed it and found Sunset and her friends practicing. They were all in there ponied up forms. After the song completely finished Leo started to clap. "Bravo guys that was a pretty nice song you've played." After that Sunset said.

"Oh hello Leo. How long have you been standing there?"

"I just heard the finale. Why were you practicing anyway? Were you just wasting time until the games begin?" Asked Leo.

"No. We were actually practicing for the games. I really hope that there's a music competition, because we would totally rock it." She emphasized that point by playing a cord on her guitar. After that Sunset said.

"Um, we're supposed to keep magic out of the Friendship Games, remember?" Rainbow just scoffed at that and then Rarity spoke up.

"Easier said than done, darling. I'm sure in Equestria, magic does whatever you want. But..." After that Sunset sighed and said.

"This isn't Equestria." After that Applejack spoke up.

"Well, when it comes to magic, I'm sure you'll figure it out." She said while patting her on the back and then Rarity spoke up again.

"And while Sunset works on keeping the magic out of the games, I've been working on what to put in!" After that she giggled. Then Applejack asked.

"Rarity, what'd you go an' do?"

"Well, I had a little time on my hands, and since we don't know what the Friendship Games' events are, I made a few options for uniforms!" She said and after she did she pulled out for hangers of clothes out from behind some curtains.

"You really didn't have to do that." Said Rainbow dash, but Rarity ether didn't care or was too excited to hear, because she said.

"I know." After that Applejack two of them off of the hangers and said.

"No. You really didn't have to." Rarity again answered the same way.

"I know!" After that Leo started backing out, But sadly Rarity noticed and said. "Oh where do you think your going Leo. Even tho you are not participating I still made some new outfits for you." After that Rarity grabbed him and pulled him back into the room, but not before saying.

"Somebody please help me."

"No can do dragon boy. Now turn around and take this challenge like a man." With that said Leo was dragged inside and was starting to get tortured by Rarities fashion.

After about fifteen minutes of non stop dressing up Applejack asked. "Uh, Rarity, these outfits are great, but why would you put so much time and effort into clothes we might not even wear? You're gonna exhaust yourself before the games even start." After that Rarity looked shocked and said.

"Oh, pff. Kch. Fff. Ts! Don't be silly, darling! Putting effort into clothes is what I live for, and spending time on my friends fills me with energy!" After that she ponied up and everyone in the room looked amazed after that Sunset and Leo said in unison.

"And magic, too, I guess." After that Leo noticed something weird happening with Rarities magic. It started to leave her body and go towards the door. After the magic was completely drained out of Rarity she said.

"Actually, Applejack, now that you mention it, I suppose I could use a tiny break." After that she fell and fainted, but was thankfully caught by Applejack. Then Leo whispered to Bill.

"Did you see that?"

"Yeah I did and I don't like it." He answered.

"I want you to lock down my magic we may have a magic stealer at the school."

"Consider it double done." After that Bill went to lock down the magic. Right after that conversation the doors opened to reveal a very beautiful girl. Well at least to Leo. She had a purple skin colour and dark blue hair with two streaks in her hair. One was a hot pink and the other one was a dark purple. She was also wearing glasses which he found extremely attractive.

After that everyone in the room said "Twilight?" After that the now named Twilight said with a raised eyebrow.

"Uh, yes?" Then Applejack said.

"Well, I'll be. You shoulda told us you were comin'." After that Rarity took a good look at her clothes and said.

"Darling, those glasses. What are you wearing? It's so... severe." After that Twilight took a look at herself.

"My uniform?" She asked and after that Fluttershy spoke up.

"Your uniform for what?" After that she hesitantly said.

"For... Crystal Prep. But why does everyone at this school know who I am?" She asked.

"Yeah why does everyone know who she is and why doesn't anyone of you introduce me to her." Said Leo. After Twilight saw him she started to blush.

"Oh sorry Leo. This is Twilight Sparkle. Twilight this is our newest friend Leo." Said sunset and after she did Leo stepped up to her and stretched out his right hand for a handshake. Twilight did the same and she said.

"I-I'ts nice to meet you Leo." She said after she shook his hand she let it go and started avoiding eye contact with him. After that they all heard barking. Then a purple and green dog popped his head out of her backpack.

After that Fluttershy and Rarity said. "Spike!" Then they both went up to the dog and started to pet him. After that twilight snapped out of her stupor, gasped and said.

"You know my dog's name, too?" After that both of the principals started to come down the hall, because they heard Celestia say.

"And our music program has especially taken off." After that she noticed Twilight and gasped. "Twilight?" Twilight then quickly put Spike and said.

"This is getting ridiculous." After that a mean looking woman said.

"I must apologize for the curiosity of my prized student." After that Celestia said in a surprised tone.

"Your student?" The other woman simply ignored her and said.

"The smart ones are always curious. I'll return her to check in with the rest of her classmates." After that she herded twilight out of the room and towards the front door.

"I didn't know Twilight had a twin sister." Said Celestia. After That Pinkie stepped forward and said.

"She doesn't! That Twilight is obviously the Twilight from this world since it couldn't possibly be the Twilight from the pony world since the Twilight from the pony world doesn't go to Crystal Prep or wear glasses." After that Leo said.

"That actually makes allot of sense. With that done lets get ready for the greeting party." With that said Leo and his friends got ready for the greeting party.

After they were finally ready they made their way towards the gym. On the way there Rarity said. "I can't believe our world's Twilight goes to Crystal Prep!" After that Rainbow Dash asked.

"You're saying that Twilight's gonna play against us? She'd never do that!" After that Fluttershy decided to speak up.

"Our Twilight wouldn't." After that Sunset had enough and said in an angry tone of voice.

"Our Twilight is a princess in Equestria and an expert in friendship magic! And if she was here, we'd have already figured out why magic is randomly popping up during pep rallies and costume changes." Then she took in a deep breath and continued. "Sorry. I'm just frustrated that I haven't heard back from her." After that Leo placed his hand on her shoulder and said.

"She's a princess in Equestria. She probably has her own problems to deal with." After that rarity said.

"Yeah like Leo said and besides we certainly can't expect her to drop everything and pop through the portal whenever. Especially if it's to deal with something as minor as a few random pony-ups." After that Sunset said.

"But they aren't minor! Magic came into this world when I stole Twilight's crown. It's taken a lot for me to earn everyone's trust. If we have to forfeit the games because I can't think of a way to keep it under control..." After that Fluttershy said.

"Oh, Sunset, I'm sure you'll be able to figure things out." After that Applejack decided to cheer her up.

"You're the one who helped us understand what was goin' on with the sirens. Remember?" After that Leo asked.

"Sirens?" Then Pinkie stepped in front of him and started to explain.

"The sirens were three creatures that were booted from Equestria and after that they used there evil powers to make everybody at each other, so that they could suck up all of the negative energy. Thankfully we and the Twilight from the other side defeated them so now we are all happy again." After that Leo said.

"Okay then thank you for the update." After that Pinkie returned back to her spot. "Sorry for that interruption please do continue."

"Okay then." Said sunset to Leo and after that she turned to Applejack and continued. "I guess. But Twilight was the one who really figured out what we needed to defeat them." But then Rarity said.

"But don't you remember, darling? What we needed to defeat them was you." Then Sunset sighed and said.

"All right." After that they all cheered excluding Leo. After that Rainbow Said.

"Come on, guys! Let's see if we can find any info about the events and come up with a strategy. You comin', Sunset?" After that Sunset said.

"I'll... catch up with you guys in a bit." With that she left while Leo and the rest went towards the gym.

After some time of hunting for information Leo and the gang made their way towards the gym once there Leo said. "I'm going to go and meet some Crystal prep students to see if I can make some new friends." And right when he was about to walk off Rainbow stopped him.

"Wait there hot shot why would you want to do that?"

"Well I'm doing this because first they are guests here at the school and it's only polite and second I'm actually really interested in meeting new people. With that said if you can excuse me?" After that he walked off to meet one of the students Chrystal prep. The first one that he went up to was a blue skinned girl with light blue hair and wearing an orange pair of glasses.

When he got up to her he said. "Hello there my name is Leo and welcome to Canterlot high. What's your name?" After that he extended his hand and waited for her to shake it. After a minute he said. "Well now don't be rude. I'm just extending the hand of friendship." After that she answered in a monotone voice.

"What are you doing here aren't we enemies. You only want to befriend us so that we would go easy on you at the games making us lose." After that Leo only looked shocked, but he didn't lower his hand. After a minute he snapped out of it and then he said.

"That couldn't be further from the truth." After that she wanted to speak but Leo stopped her. "Let me finish. First of I'm not competing in the games and second I'm new at this school. I've been going here for like four days. Now could you please tell me your name?" After a moment of hesitation she finally shook his hand and said in the same tone of voice.

"My name is Sugarcoat. It's nice to meet you. Can I ask you something?"

"You just did, but yeah." Said Leo with a sly smirk. Sugarcoat then also smiled.

"Wise guy, but seriously why are you talking to us? Didn't you hear that we always beet you at everything?" She asked.

"Well if I'm perfectly honest. I do know about that, but I just don't care. I rather make friends and enjoy the competition. Which leads me to my next question. Are you competing?" After that she answered.

"Yes I am actually and I really can't wait to start. Well now if you excuse me I'm gonna go and get myself something to drink." After that she started to go towards the drink table.

"It was nice to meet you. Now who do I want to meet next?" With that he searched the room for his next target. After some time of searching he found one.She was a pink skinned girl with two shades of green in her hair. She was also wearing a pair of pinkish-red headphones which she was using by the looks of it, since she was boobing her head up and down to some sort of music.

With his target in sight he made his way over to her. When he did he tapped her on the shoulder to get her attention. After he did that she turned around and put down her headphones. When she did Leo said. "Hello there and welcome to CHS. My name is Leo what's yours?" He said while extending out his hand. She shook it and said.

"My name's Lemon Zest nice to meet you Leo. So what's it like going to this school?"

"It's quite nice, but then again I have been going to this school for like four days, so I guess I can't say too much about that." Answered Leo.

"Oh so you are a new guy. That explains why you are not giving us the stink eye. Hey do you like music?" She asked.

"Yeah I do. Why?" He asked after that she placed her headphones on his ears and started to play a song.

Leo was bobbing his head to the song and when it finally finished he gave her back her headphones and said. "Nice I definitely like it. You have great taste in music."

"Thank you I don't get allot of people telling me dad. You know what? You're cool Leo. Let's meet up again after the games." She said while raising her fist for a fist bump. Leo bumped it and said.

"Definitely, now I'm going off to mingle with some other students." He said.

"Okay then see you later." After that she put her headphones back on and continued to listen to her music. When she did Leo checked around for another target. She had a light blue skin colour with purple and faded pink hair. She was also wearing some weird bracelets that looked like small computers.

With his target in sight he walked over. He tried to introduce himself but was immediately stopped by her saying. "Wow those are some nice clothes where did you get them." Since he thought that that was a trick question he answered.

"These old rags. Well this was made by my mother. She's quite the designer. By the way my name is Leo."

"Well it's nice to meet you Leo. My name is Sunny Flare and tell your mother that she has created quite the ensemble and that she should really think about starting in the clothing business."

"Thanks I will. Hey may I ask what are those things on your wrists?" After that she looked at them and said.

"Oh these these are my computers. I made them myself and they have a couple of pretty nice features and they are also fashionable." After that she showed him some features off her wrist computers. After she finished she left to go and get herself something to eat. Leo then looked for the next person that he was going to talk to. After some time he found one and started to walk over to her. She had a slightly faded peach coloured skin with three different shades of blue in her hair.

When he got to her he said. "Hello there. How are you enjoying your stay at CHS?" After that she turned around and asked.

"Who wants to know?"

"Oh just little old me. My name's Leo and I'm the new guy of CHS. And you are?" After that she smiled.

"I like you Leo you are at least willing to talk to us. My name's Indigo Zap its nice to meet ya." After that she raised her hand for a fist bump. Leo bumped it and then she asked. "Hey you are the guy who has been talking with us aren't you? look what you did. You broke the ice and now everyone is talking with each other. This is awesome." After that Leo looked around and sure enough everyone was talking with each other.

"Well I guess being the new guy has some benefits doesn't it?"

"Yeah it sure does. Now if you excuse me I'm going to go out and mingle. It was nice meeting you and I hope to see you later." With that she left and Leo was again on his own.

"Okay then, one more and then I'm going to go and find Twilight." With that he again checked for students that he could talk to. After some time he found another girl. She had a yellow skin colour and pink hair with a green streak going through it. She also had freckles on her face.

With her in sight he made his way towards her. When he arrived he said. "Hello there. My name's Leo and welcome to CHS." After that she put on a smile said and said in a sweet tone of voice.

"Oh hello there Leo my name is Sour Sweet." After that her face turned serious. "Now please leave me alone." Leo flinched, but didn't go away.

"Well that's a bit rude do you greet all people like that, because it isn't very nice." He said while crossing his arms.

"Sorry about that. I'm a little bipolar. I really hope you can forgive me. I try to keep it under control, but it sometimes slips away."

"Don't worry about that. It takes allot more then a couple of insults to deter me from making a friend." Said Leo.

"Okay then It was nice to meet you Leo. I Hope to see you at the games." After that her face again turned angry. "So I can rub the trophy in your face." Leo just kept on smiling.

"Yeah I hope to see you as well." After that Leo walked off to find Twilight. When he found her she was looking at a device around her neck walking into a couple of people. Then Bill decided to speak up.

"Hey Dragon boy. You see that device around her neck?" Leo looked and then nodded. "Well that device is what is stealing all of the magic. You might want to keep her distracted so that she doesn't steal even more."

"Well then that's good then, because I was planing on having a conversation with her. Now with that said if she is stealing magic then make sure that my doesn't get stolen." And with that said Leo walked over to Twilight to ask her for a dance. While he was doing that Pinkie decided to spice up the party so that it was more fun and just as he was about to ask her, Celestia stepped on stage and started talking.

"Hello, everyone! I'd like to take this opportunity to greet all of our visitors from Crystal Prep Academy and welcome them to CHS and before I get this started, I would like to recognize the twelve students that CHS has elected to compete. I don't think we could have chosen a better group to represent the excellence, sportsmanship, and friendship the games stand for." After that Leo heard a small explosion and after that confetti and better music started to play. With all that behind him he walked up to Twilight.

"Hello there Twilight. So how are you enjoying your stay here?" When she heard his voice she quickly turned to him and started to blush again.

"Oh h-hello there Leo. It's been quite nice. Even tho all of the people somehow know my name. Do you know anything about that?"

"No sorry I Really don't know. I've been going to this school for about four days, so I guess I wasn't in on the joke or I'm missing something." He lied. After that her necklace started to glow again and then he asked. "Hey what is that?" After that she picked it up and answered.

"It's sort of a spectrometer. I built it to track EM frequencies, but it can also contain anomalies."

"Well that definitely explains why you look so distracted all the time." After he said that Twilight looked completely shocked.

"Wait you actually understood what I said?" Leo simply smiled and said.

"I may not look like it, but I actually do have quite the big vocabulary so yeah I did understand."

"Oh well I've newer meet another student from a different school that actually understood me without me dumbing it down." After that Leo said in a british accent.

"Well then you can call me lord Leo and bow down, because it looks like my smarts are above yours." He finished off that statement by twirling an imaginary mustache Twilight only chuckled at his small joke. After that someone tapped on the microphone causing it to feedback. Then the music stopped and the mean woman stepped up to the microphone and said.

"I'd like to thank Principal Celestia for her unconventional welcome. It's been four years since the last Friendship Games, but it feels as though nothing has changed. Canterlot High continues to pick its competitors in a popularity contest and Crystal Prep continues to field its top twelve students. It is a comfort to know that even after so many years of losses, your school remains committed to its ideals, however misguided they may be. I wish you all the best of luck, regardless of the inevitable outcome." After that she let the stage and everything went back into the swing of things. After that Leo asked.

"Who is that woman?" Asked Leo.

"That is principal Cinch. She is the principal of Crystal prep."

"Well if she is then your school must be a pretty boring and very very strict. That is definitely not a place that I would like to go even though I was eligible to go there." He said.

"Wait you were eligible to go to crystal prep then why didn't you go?" She asked in a shocked voice.

"Well Twilight as much as that school would be perfect for me, but when I saw the rule book, and I emphasize the book part of it very strongly, I simply picked it up and threw it out the window. Then I went and searched for a different school. And when I did check over it just for the heck of it I saw that it was a school of only work and no play." After that Twilight stopped him.

"Okay okay I get it we have to many rules at our school, so I guess I can understand. The school is not for everyone." After that all of the students started to leave the gym and going to the main hall. "Well it looks like the games are starting. Will I see you again after the first event?" She asked. Leo then simply smiled and said.

"Yes you will. See you then." With that Twilight left the gym. After some time Sunset tapped him on the shoulder.

"Well looks like someone has a crush." She said with a smile.

"Is it that obvious?"

"It's mostly the smile, but yeah it is and it looks like she has a crush on you as well. You two would make a really cute couple."

"You really think so?" He asked.

"Sure just keep on doing with what you are doing. Now let's go to the main hall before we are late." With that said they both left the gym.

When they arrived at the main hall all of the students were again separated by their school title and conversing with them selves. After about ten minutes of that principal Celestia, vice principal Luna and dean Cadance walked up to all the students and after that Luna started to speak. "Good morning, students. I'm sure you're all thrilled to start the first day of the Friendship Games. Our competitors will face off in every aspect of the CHS curriculum, culminating in the elimination equation finale." After she said that Cadance stepped forward and said.

"Welcome to the first event, the Academic Decathlon! You'll be scored on chemistry, home-ec and everything in between. But remember, only the six students from each team with the most points will move on to event number 2. Good luck!" With that all of they all went to the first classroom with all of the contestant following behind them. After they all left Leo said.

"Well I don't have anything else to do. Lets go to the library and go on one of those computers. What do you think Bill?"

"Eh I don't have any problems with that. Lets go!" He said while shrugging. With that said they both made there way to the library.

After about three hours of doing research, looking up things on Youtube and playing a couple of games Leo heard vice principal Luna talking over the intercom. "All students, if you can please make your way to the gym where you can watch the final competitions. That will be all." After that her voice cut out.

"Well dragon boy are we going?" Asked Bill. After that Leo shut down the computer and packed up all of his books and said.

"Yeah we're going. Might as well see whats going on there." After that Leo got up and made his way to the gym. After he got there he saw all of the students sitting in the chairs while all off his Canterlot and Crystal prep friends are on a stage waiting for the competition to begin. With his observations made he went to the front row and sat down. When his friends noticed him they all nodded he nodded back and then vice principal Luna said.

"Okay students this competition is going to be a spelling bee. This is also going to be an elimination round. We are going to be asking you to spell out words that we are going to be giving you and we are going to be doing this until only two of you remain. Those final two are then going to be doing the equation finale. With that said would the first contestant please step up to the microphone." When she said that Pinkie stepped up to the microphone.

"Okay Pinkie spell apprise." Said Cadance.

"Okay apprise a-p-p-r-i-s-e. Apprise."

"Okay then point to Canterlot." Said Luna. After that Pinkie returned to her seat and Lemon Zest stepped up to the mic and the process repeated. The competition went off for the next half an hour and to be perfectly honest it was extremely boring, because Leo almost fell asleep. Right before he would he heard Cadance say.

"Okay then here are our final contestants." That woke Leo right up and he said.

"I'm up. I'm up." After that he heard Sugarcoat say.

"No you weren't. Now be quiet." Leo simply saluted and continued to listen. While this little exchange was going on two students brought out two blackboards with the same equation on them. After that Cadance continued.

"Okay so the two contestants are Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle. Now everybody else please take a seat on the chairs and let them work." With that said everyone besides Twilight and Sunset left the stage. "Now you two are going to have an equation in front of you. I want you to solve them as fast as possible and finish off with the correct answer. After you are done principal Cinch is going to check them and that is going to be the deciding point for who wins the first event. With that said are you two ready?" They both picked up their own pieces of chalk and nodded. "Okay then. Get ready. And. Go!" After that was said they both went to work on solving the equation. They were both going very quickly and after three minutes they were both finished. Then principal Cinch stepped up on stage and looked at their work. After a minute she pointed to Sunsets and said.

"Incorrect!" After that Luna said.

"That means the winner of the Friendship Games' first event is Twilight Sparkle and Crystal Prep!" After that the students from Crystal Prep sighed and started to slowly applause, but not Rainbow Dash and the rest of Sunsets friends. They all got up from their seats and ran over to Sunset to congratulate her. Leo then followed behind in a more subdued way.

"That was awesome!" Said Rainbow.

"Truly amazing!" Added Rarity.

"But we didn't win!" Said Sunset. After that Leo stepped up to her and said.

"Well as long as you had fun. Does it really matter and besides we still have two more events to go through, so we can still win this." After that Sunset smiled and Rainbow said.

"Yeah we can still win this." After that Cadance walked up to the microphone and said.

"After a careful tally of the points, we'd like to present the students moving on to the Friendship Games' second event." After that all of the contestants that participated at the spelling bee stepped forward. After that Leo stepped up to Twilight and said.

"Congratulations! You were really great!" He said. Twilight again blushed and said.

"Thank you Leo." After that the device around her neck started to glow and she said. "Hold that thought." After that she picked up the device and started to follow it. Leo wanted to stop her, but was stopped by Celestia.

"Hey um Leo. Could you come over here? I need your help with something." Leo wanted to say no, but then his conscious got the better of him and said.

"Sure what do you need me for?"

"I heard that you also have these special powers that some of our students have. Could you please make sure that nothing magical happens for the rest of the games?"

"Sure I can. Now if you excuse me I need to be somewhere." After that he ran off after Twilight.

After some time of searching the school Leo said. "Fuck it I don't know where she is and I can't find her." After that Leo heard Principal Cinch talking to Twilight.

"I dunno. Spying feels kind of... wrong." Said twilight.

"Well, it's your decision, Twilight. It's not as if your application hangs in the balance. On second thought, yes, it does." After that principal Cinch left the corridor. Leo quickly hid inside a locker and waited for her to leave the place. After she did Leo stepped out of the locker and walked to Twilight who was currently holding Spike.

"Hey there Twilight. Spike." After that Spike started to talk.

"Oh hello Leo. How are you doing?"

"Pretty good. Hey since when can you talk?" Asked Leo.

"I could always talk. The only difference now is that you can understand me." He answered.

"Okay then next question. What just happened with you and principal Bitch. Oh sorry Cinch." Said Leo while his eyes turned slightly lizard like.

"Oh nothing major. She is just forcing Twilight to do what she..." After that Twilight covered Spikes mouth and Twilight smiled.

"That is exactly what I needed to hear. Now if you excuse me I need to burn a principal." And after that he wanted to go after her, but was stopped by Twilight grabbing onto his hand.

"No please don't. Don't do anything to her. She is only trying to keep up appearance of the school. Please don't hurt her."

"But she is forcing you to spy on your new friends to do it and that is not the way to do it. Whatever that application is can not be worth you mentally snapping. Now please let go off my hand and let me do what I have to." But she only clung tighter.

"No please don't do it. I'm not going to spy on anybody just please don't hurt her. Please." She said with some tears in her eyes. When Leo saw that his anger completely disappeared and his eyes turned back to normal. Then he sighed.

"Okay Twilight I wont hurt her. Just please stop crying and don't let her dictate your life." After that she wiped away her tears and said.

"Thank you and I'll try." After that Leo smiled and said.

"Now lets go to the next event an again don't let her dictate your life it's just not worth it. It can't be worth this much." After that she also smiled. Picked up Spike, placed him in her backpack and then they went off to the next event.

After a minute of searching they finally got to the outside track. Twilight and Leo were completely shocked at finding what they saw there. "Well Twilight good luck. Now go to your team and get ready I'll be routing for you."

"Thanks Leo." After that Twilight smiled and went to her team while Leo went to the tribunes to take a seat. After about five minutes dean Cadance stepped up on a stage and started to talk.

"Welcome, everyone to the Friendship Games Tricross Relay!" After that was said every student started to cheer. When they calmed down she continued. "In this event, our qualifying competitors will face off in archery, speed skating, and finally, motocross." After that everyone got ready. When they were she said. "So if the competitors are ready..." After that she blew an air horn and the competition began. Sour Sweet and Applejack were up first. First they jumped over two hay bales and after that they jumped on a row and swung on it after that they picked up a bow and quiver and started to shot at the targets. "Each competitor must hit a bullseye before their teammates can start the next leg of the relay." After that they both hit a bullseye and then Twilight and Fluttershy repeated the actions. Fluttershy finished first starting of Pinkie and Rarity, while Twilight was still trying to hit the bullseye. After pinkie and Rarity did about five laps Applejack had enough and went over to her and started helping her out.

"Ugh! I can't take anymore! Ya have to stop aimin' at the target." After that Sour Sweet said in a sarcastic voice.

"Oh, that makes perfect sense! Don't aim at the target! Thanks so much!" Applejack ignored her and continued.

"Ya have to stop aimin' at where the target is an' aim at where the target's gonna be." Then Sour Sweet said.

"Yeah! Definitely take advice from the person you're competing against!" She shouted out the last part in her angry voice. Applejack again ignored her and said.

"Do you wanna hit the bullseye or not?" She nodded. "Then trust me and take a deep breath." Then she took that breath and lined up her shot. "Let the arrow go... riiiiight.... now!" Right after she said that she shot the arrow and it hit the bullseye. After she did Crystal prep started at the skating ring. "See? I was tellin' ya the truth." After that Applejack ponied up, but that didn't last long because Twilight device activated and started to drain her magic. "Eh... what... are... you... doing?!" She asked.

"I don't know!" After that the device closed and it flew off across the track. Then Cadance said.

"Canterlot only has two laps to go! But it looks like Crystal Prep is making up for lost time!" That sure enough was true. when they finally caught up to them they both crossed the finish line starting the third section of the race. After that happened portals started to appear around the course and out of them some sort of plants started to appear.

"Oh no. I'm not letting them eat my friends or anyone for that matter. Flame on!" After that Leo breathed out a stream of flames on himself turning into his dragon form. "Now lets cut some overgrown weeds and you Bill make sure that device doesn't start to suck up our magic."

"Consider it done." After that he grabbed the two spears from his back and launched himself at one of the plants that was about to hit Sunset. He stabbed it with his spear burning it to ash. After that he went for the next one. While he was fighting the plants Rainbow also ponied up and started to help as well. With both of their efforts combined they managed to clear a path for the racers to pass. When they did the renegade plants started to retreat into the portals and then they closed behind them. Then Cadance said.

"Canterlot wins!" And after a round of applause she said. "Now if everyone could please proceed to the gym." After that all of the students left the course except for Sunset, Leo, Twilight and her friends. Leo made sure that before he stepped up to her that he powered down or else risk losing his magic like it happened to Applejack. Of course Rainbow dash didn't do that so her magic got stolen as well. After that happened Twilight said.

"I'm sorry! It just started absorbing energy on its own! But I'm not sure how!" Then Sunset said.

"What do you mean you don't know how?! You don't even understand it what do you even think you are doing?!" After that Leo put his hand on her shoulder and said.

"Okay Sunset calm down." Then she stopped him and said.

"And you. You have a dragon form. Why didn't you tell us?"

"Look that doesn't matter now. Now we need to get rid of that device before it causes some more trouble." Then he turned to Twilight. "Could you please give that device?" He asked while extending his hand.

"But, but. This could advance science by at least fifty years."

"And yet it caused all of this. Now please Twilight." After that she reluctantly gave the device to Leo. "Thanks Twilight you'll see that this is for the best. Now lets go to the gym before we get in trouble." With that said Leo pocketed the device and they made their way towards the gym, but what they were not aware was that principal Cinch was listening in on their conversation. After that she saw the device and went over to it. She picked it up and got an idea. After that she went to the gym as well.

After a little conversation about what happened outside. The principal redirected all of the students to the front courtyard where the final event is going to take place. After Leo sat down Cadance started to talk. "Since the score's tied, the final event will determine the winner of the Friendship Games." After her vice principal Luna said.

"Somewhere on campus, a pennant from each school has been hidden. The first team to find their school's flag and bring it back wins." She said while holding the two pennants in her hand for all to see. After that Cadance continued.

"And as soon as our teams are ready, we'll begin."

"Okay lets win this." Said Rainbow.

"Yeah lets show them what CHS is made out off." Said Applejack. The rest of them agreed and while that conversation is going down principal Cinch was talking to Twilight.

"I know I'm asking you to beat a team that isn't playing fair, but Canterlot High must be made to understand that even with magic at their disposal, beating Crystal Prep is simply not an option." Then Sugarcoat said.

"What if they grow wings again?"

"A fair question. Though I believe we can now fight fire with fire. I've seen what your device can do, Twilight. Containing magical energy is fine, but have you considered releasing it?" She said while pulling out the device. Twilight looked shocked and then she asked.

"Where did you get that?"

"That doesn't matter Twilight the only thing that does matter is that you do as I tell you to. Your application to Everton is on the line. Now take this device and release the magic.

"If all of the students are ready." Both Luna and Cadance said. While Twilight and Sunset started to walk closer to each other. When Leo noticed the device he quickly searched his pockets and when he didn't find it he yelled to Twilight.

"Twilight don't do it." After that Luna and cadance said.

"Then begin." After that Leo jumped of the tribune and ran towards Twilight to stop her, but sadly he was to late, because Luna and Cadance said. "Now." After that an explosion happened blasting both Sunset and Leo backwards. Twilight then dropped the device and started to float up in front of the ball of magic. When Leo got to he said.

"Bill what the fuck is happening to her."

"She is absorbing the magic and she can't handle it so it's corrupting her turning her insane."

"That is what I was afraid of." After that the magic ball disappeared leaving behind a magic charged Twilight.

When the magic ball completely disappeared Twilight opened her eyes, looked at herself and after that she started to laugh. After the laugh she turned to Sunset and said. "You were right! I didn't understand magic before, but I do now!" After that she blasted the statue destroying it and creating another portal. When Sunset saw what was inside it she said.

"Equestria!" After that the ground started to crack and fall off making all of the students back away from it. After that Leo got up and said.

"Flame on!" After that he again turned into his dragon form and when he finished he flew up to Twilight and said. "Twilight please stop all of this. You are going to lose your self to the magic."

"Oh what do you know. It's not hurting me."

"Yeah it's not hurting you physically, but it is hurting you mentally. Now please stop before you get hurt." After that Twilight had enough and blasted him into the school.

"Shut up! You know nothing!" She said. After that she continued her destruction.

"Okay then, if I can't talk some sense into you then I'll smack some into you."He said to himself. After that he launched himself at her delivering a hay maker to her face. That punch sent her flying across the street and into the ground. That angered her so she tried to blast him with her magic. Leo dodged the attack and blew a torrent of flame at her. It struck her leg which made her scream. When she finished, she felt him grabbing her by his wings. After that he threw her into the ground. While this fight was going on Zyon was flying over from the cove, because he felt a large amount of magic coming from it.

"Leo please be okay." After he finally arrived he started to circle over the school sadly Twilight saw him.

"Ohh a dragon huh? I need to get his magic I need to understand it all!" After that she started flying towards him while also shooting magic at him. Leo flew after her and grabbed her by her leg. When he did he yelled.

"Zyon! Fly away let me finish this and after that we'll talk. Now please fly away as fast as you can!" After that he launched Twilight straight into the ground, while zyon quickly obeyed and flew away. After that Twilight charged up a giant attack when she finished she flew up behind Leo and blasted it at him, launching him straight into the school where he was now unconscious.

"Welp that is done now back to gathering up magic." After that she created another portal. After that Sunset said.

"This isn't the way! I know you feel powerful right now, like you can have everything you want! I've been where you are, I've made the same mistake you're making! I put on a crown and, just like you, I was overwhelmed by the magic it contained! I thought it could get me everything I wanted!" After that the device, which she picked up started to glow.

"Oh, you're wrong. Unlike you, I can have everything I want!" Said Twilight. When she did all of Sunsets friends started to glow. After that Sunset said.

"No, you can't. Even with all that magic and power, you'll still be alone! True magic comes from honesty! Loyalty! Laughter! Generosity! Kindness! I understand you, Twilight, and I want to show you the most important magic of all..." While she said each element. One of her friends which represent it started to levitate. When they started to float, the device started to gather up all of the magic. When it finished she closed it and said. "...the Magic of Friendship!" After that she threw the device on the ground which released another ball of magic which started to transform Sunset. When it finished she looked very similar to Twilight only that her wings were made out of light.

After that she closed all of the portals and then Twilight and Sunset clashed together into a magic off. At first they were equal, but then Twilight started to get stronger. Thinking that she had won she started to laugh, But then spike ran up to her and called out to her. "Twilight!" That then snapped her out for a bit giving Sunset the opportunity to win. When Twilight was able to see again she was in a white void the only other person there being Sunset. She floated over to her and extended her hand.

"Take my hand, Twilight. Let me show you there's another way... just like someone once did for me." At first Twilight looked scared and reluctant, but after a while she gave her her hand and then they both started to turn back to normal. Once the transformation finished they were back on the ground in their human forms. After that Twilight said.

"I am so sorry... I didn't mean for any of this to happen..." She said while dropping a couple of tears.

"I know. And going by my own experiences, they'll forgive you." Said Sunset. After that Spike jumped into Twilights arms while holding her glasses in his mouth. She giggled, but then she remembered something.

"Where's Leo?" After that Twilight ran off to where she thought she blasted Leo. Sunset wanted to check on him as well, but in the end she decided against it. When Twilight found Leo he was still unconsciously laying on the ground she quickly ran over to him and started to shake him. When he didn't move she started to cry. "Leo please wake up. Please. I need you to be here for me now more then ever. So please wake up." After that she started to cry on his chest. After around a minute of that she felt someone touch her hair. She looked up and sure enough it was Leo.

"What did I say about you and crying?" Twilight was overjoyed to see him up. So overjoyed that she kissed him. After she realised what she's done she quickly broke the kiss up and started to apologise.

"I'm so sorry Leo I didn't know what I was doing and I probably took away your first kiss and hmph." But her statement was cut off by Leo kissing her two. After they finished he said.

"I love you two. Now lets get out of this rubble so that I can burn Principal Bitch." With that he got up and started to walk over to the principal still in his dragon form.

"What are you going to do to her?"

"Did you ever hear about the saying rake someone across the coals." She nodded and then it clicked.

"Ohh got ya." With that said they both arrived to hear the end of the conversation between the principals.

"Oh, and the portals to different dimensions." Said Luna.

"And don't forget to tell them about the talking dog." Said Cadance. After that principal cinch wanted to walk away but was stopped by a literal fire wall.

"Where do you think your going?" Said Leo while manipulating the fire to form a cage for her.

"What is the meaning of this release me now you freak." Leo only smiled.

"Or what you are going to call the cops on me. What are you going to tell them that a dragon boy burned you." After that his face turned serious and he pulled out his spear. "No my dear you are not going to do anything to me, because if you do I have prof that you manipulate your students for your own gain and she is standing right next to me." He said while pointing to twilight. After that the principal Cinch looked shocked.

"You wouldn't. That would ruin Crystal prep for ever."

"Well I guess that is for Twilight to decide." Then he turned to her and asked. "So twilight what is your decision?" After that Twilight stepped forward.

"You may have manipulated me and probably a couple before me, but I am not going to be the one to destroy your 'reputation'." She said with a smile, but then her face turned serious. "But if you do this again I will send him after you." Then he turned to Leo and said. "Now let her go." Leo did as he was asked and after that she ran away.

"Is that true Twilight?" Asked Cadance.

"Yeah sadly it is, but I don't care about that school anymore. I think I'm going to start going to this one instead. Everton may have a good solo program, but I think I want to learn more about friendship instead." After that Cadance smirked.

"And it surely has nothing to do with that boy over there." She said while pointing at Leo who was currently talking to Rainbow. Twilight only blushed. Telling Cadance all that she needed to know. "Okay then I'll make sure that you get transferred here." With that said Cadance left Twilight alone to talk to the principals. With nothing else to do she walked over to Leo who has already turned back to normal. She tapped him on the shoulder and said.

"Hey there Leo can I ask you something in private?" Leo nodded and she led him away to a more private place.

"What do you want to know?"

"Um I don't remember it clearly, but I think I saw a dragon and I also remember you giving it a name Zyon if I remember correctly. So I guess my question is why did you know his name." At first he looked a little scared, but then he sighed and said.

"Well if we are going to be a couple might as well show you. Please follow me." With that Leo led Twilight to behind the school. When they were at the spot where Leo gets home he called out. "Zyon please come out I have someone here that I want you to meet." After that Zyon came out of the bushes and showed himself. Twilight was completely scared and she was going to scream, but thankfully Leo stopped her by placing a hand over her mouth. "Don't worry he is not going to hurt you. Now please calm down." After that Twilight calmed down and said.

"Okay I'm calm now please continue." Leo simply nodded and said.

"Okay then Zyon meet my new girlfriend Twilight and Twilight meet my adoptive father Zyon." After that Zyon extended his front right claw and said.

"Nice to meet you." But the only thing that Twilight could hear was quiet roaring. Twilight then shook his claw and said.

"Nice to meet you." But then something clicked in her head. "Wait did you say father." After that Zyon said.

"Yes he is we found him in the forest and took him in as our own." But again the only thing that Twilight heard was Zyon growling at her.

"Um Leo are you sure he is not going to hurt me, because he keeps growling at me."

"What do you mean he's not growling? He just explained to you how we are related." Asked Leo in a confused tone then Zyon turned to him and said.

"Maybe she can not talk in dragon."

"That would definitely explains this." Then he turned to Twilight and said. "I'll guess I'll have to translate. He said yes he is we found him in the forest and took him in as our own."

"Okay then this explains why you turned into a half dragon. Next question are there more of you?"

"Yes there are there's my wife two friends and their two children." Leo forwarded the message to Twilight.

"Wow there are more of you. This is amazing I need to tell this to Spike." After that she wanted to run off to tell him, but Leo stopped her.

"Before you do that. You need to promise me that you are going to tell only him and nobody else. If your first reaction is anything to go by then they are not going to react in a rational way. So please keep this between you, me and Spike." After that Zyon pokes him. Leo nodded and turned to Twilight. "And could you please tell the others that I went home." Twilight then nodded and said.

"Okay Leo and I promise to keep this a secret." Then she stepped up to him and kissed him. Leo then smiled and climbed on Zyon.

"Alright then Twilight see you tomorrow." After that Zyon took off and Twilight was left alone.
