Leo is the newest student in Canterlot high and he is an old friend of Sunset Shimmer. After their initial reunion Sunset starts to notice that there is something off about him. She starts to notice that he can do magic and after he confirms her suspicions they go on a little bit of an adventure. An old evil that was defeated in another dimension has returned to the Everfree forest and it is up to him, Sunset and her friends to take care of things before they spiral out of control.
