Party Time!

Vinyl Scratch looked at Octavia feeling shocked and yet happily surprised, "Your kidding me?"

Octavia smiled at the white unicorn while lightly shaking her head, "No my dear Vinyl this is no joke?" the gray earth pony answers sounding quite smug.

Vinyl smiles at her best friend pulling her into a tight hug, "Ah Sweet! Thanks Octy, so whose the client?"

Octavia looked at her musical counterpart with sly look, "Oh its just Pinkie Pie."

The white unicorn nodded her head remembering the name, "Sweet! I've worked with her before. So whose birthday is it?"

"Oh just Princess Celestia's" Octavia answers nonchalantly.

The party unicorns mouth dropped open wide, "Buck off!"

Octavia flashed big grin at her friends reaction, "No im serious."

Vinyl jumped up and down like an excited school filly, "Do you know what this could do for my carer?"

"Yes that's why should head to sugar cube corner and let Pinkie know you'll take the job!" Octavia told her.

"Buck your right. I'll make it up to you later I promise." Vinyl dashed off with out hearing Octavia's response.

"You better!" Octavia called out.

Pinkie sighed in relief as she saw Mr and Mrs Cake enter Sugarcube Corner, "Thank Celestia your back!"

Mr and Mrs cake both wore apologetic similes "We're so sorry pinkie we know how important this is to you, but we couldn't miss this appointment." Mrs cake apologised.

"Its okay Miss cake but there so much to do in such a small amount of time!" Pinkie took of her apron and galloped upstairs grabbing her notepad and gummy putting both into her mane before head back down galloping to wards the front doors. "Im waiting for dj-pon3 to arrive so if-" Pinkie stopped talking seeing the white party Unicorn in front of her. "Never mind!" Pinkie shouted out to the Cakes who shrugged in confusion.

"Hey Pinkie, Octavia said that you have a job for me?" Vinyl asked with a slight disbelief in her voice.

"Yeah will you be free after tomorrow?" Pinkie asks hopeful

"Yes!" Vinyl answered a little to forcefully.

"Great! The jobs yours. Ill let you know then times closer to the time." That sentence made pinkie chuckle to her self. "Now id love to stay and chat but I gotta go." And with that Pinkie burst off leaving behind a very happy DJ.

The Pink Earth Pony arrived at Twilights Castle In matter of seconds at speed Rainbow would of been proud of while she gathered what decorations she needed . Pinkie let her self in calling out her friends name "Twilight?"

"Im in the library!" Twilight shouted back leading to Pinkie following the voice to the library.

"Sorry to bother you to Twilight." Pinkie apologised seeing her reading a book.

"Its okay I was just reading a story. what did you need?" The purple alicorn asks while trying to hid the book.

"Can use your castle for Celestia's birthday party?" Pinkie asks use her big puppy eyes Hoping

"Of course you can Pinkie. We'll use the main hall its nice and large!" Twilight smiled brightly.

"Thanks Twilight, now I got to go and talk to Applejack." Pinkie began to leave the library when Twilight called her back.

"Do you need any help?" Twilight asks smiling.

"Nah its okay twilight I don't want to interrupt your Fifty Shades of Hay, your probably in the middle of something." With that Pinkie left a very embarrassed Alicorn Princess and headed towards Sweet Apple Acres.

In a blink of an eye Pinkie was at Sweet Apple Acres in a Speed that was not possible for an earth pony, Pinkie even left scorch marks behind her. Gummy hanged his head out the Pink Ponies curly pink mane, looking a darker shade of green then. "Why did she bring me with her? Couldn't I of just stayed at the bakery? At least I could of done some good, like sleeping. Then hopefully Mrs Cake would think I was dead and flushed me down the loo, all the way back to my home where my wife and kids are waiting."

"Im sorry that was such a rough ride for you gummy but mummy needs to get these plans done. I Promise ill treat you to what ever you want after all of this done." Pinkie rubbed the top of the lizard's head, leading to gummy entering the hair again.

The party pony turned around and rapidly knocked on the door of the main house. Applejack soon open the door shortly after. "What is all this raucous going on out here? Pinkie? What's wrong?"

Pinkie "IMSORRYTOWORRYYOUBUTCANYOUBAKESOMEOFYOURTASTYAPPLETREATSFORCELESTIA'SBIRTHDAYPARTY?"

Applejack stood there for a minute going over Pinkies request in her head before giving a response she was happy with. "Sure I can sugar cube just leave it with me!"

"Great! Now I have to go bake my own treats and make my own decorations!" Pinkie wiped the sweat off of her fore head before smiling again.

"Do you need me to do anything else for ya? Ya seem mighty Busy?" Applejack asks worried that the work maybe too much, even for Pinkie Pie.

"Nah, its fine. Its not like the writer is going to do anything as bad as last time. I hate that I remember all the others from the last one." Pinkie let out a sad sigh before smiling again.

"I don't think follow hun." the orange earth pony tell the party pony.

"Don't worry your little applely head about it." Pinkie ruffled the farmers hat. "Now I must go décor to make and Cakes to bake." In a blink of an eye the pink mare was gone, off back to Sugar Cube Corner.

Applejack just stared at the spot where pinkie once stood. "I don't think ill ever understand that mare." But with a shake of her head and a readjustment of her Stetson, Applejack went into her house to start on the apple goods for the party.

On the way back to Sugar Cube Corner, Pinkie stopped off at the market stalls to collect what she needed to decorate the party for. but she couldn't start on the décor yet she had to cakes first. when she entered the café she found empty not even the cakes were there. But when the pink mare went into the kitchen she found the table was full of baked cakes, cookie and other tasty treats. A note was left a top of the peanut butter cookies, pinkie picked up the note and began to read it.

Dear Pinkie

We decided shut the café early today and we wanted to show our gratitude for all that you've done for us so we bake all of the cakes you need to make for party. Now all you need to do is make those decorations that you do. And if you wondering where we are were out at the park with pound and pumpkin so you have the whole place to your self.

"aww they're so good to me!" Pinkie picked gummy up and wiped her eyes before looking at him. "But now's not the to cry we have work to do. COME ON GUMMY!" Pinkie galloped straight up stairs with Bummy holding on for dear life.

"Why wont she stop!" Gummy sighed.
