Queen Chrysalis just flew away at the end of the Season 6 finale. She lost her army, but does this really mean she's not a threat anymore?

After Twilight expresses her concerns about what she might do, the Mane 6, Starlight, and Discord rush to face Chrysalis and defeat her once and for all. But Chrysalis is more powerful than she was when she flew away, and makes use of her transformation that has never been seen before. Who will come out on top?

This story will ignore my previous story. It can fit in with it if you want it to, but like the show, as far as this story's concerned, this is the same Chrysalis from ACW.

It seems unlikely she will return in the show, but if she does, I'd have to either put this story out of headcanon or Discontinuity her return season (the former, if the season and her return are good enough).

May contain mild violence, but nothing worse than is seen in the show. Audiences might have a bigger problem with somewhat ridiculous physics, though...

A second chapter, that is more likely to have actually happened in the show, has been written now, if the first seems too much of a stretch.
