"So...Osiris," The guy kneeling next to Sunset started "Who was that girl you were with today?"

Sunset was sat on the ledge of a building over looking Canterlot. She turned her head slightly and glanced up at him. He had dark brown hair that stopped at the back of his neck,the fringe slicked back into a quiff . He had stubble plastered across his jawline with some growing around his mouth. He also had some mutton chops that he insisted were 'cool' and 'the fashion'. He was slightly shorter than herself which she constantly mocked him for but what he lost in height he made up for in build. Sunset shrugged before looking back at the skyline.

"She's a friend,"

"Is that how she wants it to be or how you want it to be?"

"Does it matter,Fox?"

"In order to keep this converstion going and stop me from killing myself from how bored I am then yes," Fox spoke with a smile. Sunset raised both her eyebrows slightly and let a small, sarcastic smile form across her lips.

"I mean I wouldn't hate if you did kill yourself right now," Sunset commented.

"Bitch,"

"Cunt,"

"Prick,"

Sunset let out a chuckle,waving a hand before leaning back on both hands "I don't know what I want from her. But I won't force her into anything,"

Fox stared at her for a few seconds then stood up and streched with a slight grin.

"So what you're saying is that I can go for her?"

"No."

"But you said-"

"I will cut your dick clean off," Sunset growled,flicking her wrist and holding the now exposed hidden blade to Fox's crotch. Fox froze up and paled,gulping slightly as he practically shot backwards to cover his junk.

"Message recived..." He spoke shakily,looking at her. Sunset was looking at him over her shoulder with narrowed eyes before she flicked her wrist inwards,putting the blade back in its holster. She lowered her hand to her side and looked down at the city below her before a voice spoke into her ear piece.

"Osiris, Fox. Templars have been spotted at Canterlot library. They must be looking for the scroll. Stop them." The voice stopped after that. Sunset stood up and streched until she heard a click,flipping her hood up and spinning on her heel to look at Fox.

"Ready?" She asked only to see a smirk under his hood.

"Always."

"Boss said it would be here, keep lookin' " One of the Templar goons said with a grumpy tone.

"You know its wrong to steal!" Sunset called out,sitting on a chair in the darkest corner of the Libary.

"You heard the lady. Now leave before you fella's get hurt," Fox spoke from the other end of the Libary,though he stepped out into the light to provide a distraction. The Templar's looked at each other and just laughed,all 8 of them looking at Fox with huge,smirks.

"You think a couple of Assassin's can stop us? You are so-" The man who was clearly the group leader stopped as a blade stuck out between his eyes. He started to splurt out blood before he vomited up what seemed like a whole litre and collapsed to the floor. The rest of the goons let out a cry before forming a circle,whipping out guns from the holisters attacted to the side of their chests.

"C-come out!" One of the goons spoke shakily,taking a few steps back only to collide with something that he was certian wasn't a bookcase. He gulped and turned around slowly,coming face to face with Sunset. The only thing he could see was her devious grin from under her hood before she flicked both her wrists past the goon's throat,the skin on his neck splitting open and gushing out blood like a fountian. She stepped to the side slightly as his body collpased to the floor and looked towards the 2 other goons at were with the one she just killed. She had noted that they didn't notice their colleague and took them out quickly with two throwing knives straight through their heads like she had done with their boss.

She let out a short,low laugh at them and looked up only to go pale as she saw one sneaking up behind Fox.

"Fox look out!" Sunset yelled which became both a curse and a blessing. Fox heard her and was able to counter the sneaky bastard but she had caught the attention of one lone Templar who had been hiding this whole time. Sunset was so focused on Fox that it was too late for her to react the lone Templar whipping out a long knife and slashing her diagonally across her chest.

Sunset let out a loud cry as she collasped backwards,hunching forward and gripping her chest in agony. She quickly snapped out of her pain induced trance as she heard footsteps walking towards her. Scrambling around,she managed remove the gun from the holster on the side of her hip in time to aim up,see it wasn't Fox and fire one shot that travelled straight through the lone Templar's head. She let out a shaky breath and dropped the gun as the guy fell backwards,now lifeless. Sunset looked around to find Fox but he was nowhere in slight. Thats when it clicked and Sunset felt anger overflow inside her.

"That fucking asshole let me to die to save his own skin!" Sunset thought to herself as she tightened her hand into a fist.

"Fuck!" She screamed into open air,picking up the gun and throwing it across the Libary although instantly regreted it as the excruciating pain came back. She hissed and placed a palm on her chest only to grimace at the sight she saw when she removed her hand. Even on her gloves the red liquid showed up boldly. She knew she couldn't go to the hosptial. What would she say? The firey haired girl thought for a moment then it came to her. Twilight! She lived near the Libary! Sunset knew that by going to Twilight she'd have to tell her,her secret but it was either that or she bled out so she went with the former and started to pull herself up,using a bookcase for support. She took a deep breath and began to slowly but surely make her way to Twilight's.

Sunset stopped in front of Twilight's house and knew damn well that there was no way she could just waltz in through the front door. Keeping a hand on her chest, Sunset made her way around the left side of the house and saw the metal stairwell on the outside. She looked up and saw a light on so that would mean Twilight was still awake.

"Good. Progress," Sunset spoke to herself before looking around with slightly narrowed eyes, her eyes setting back on Twilight's bedroom window "Thank god noone heard that,"

Sunset did her best to be quiet as she made her way up the stairwell until she finally stopped in front of the window at the top,looking inside to see Twilight resting her head on the palm of her right hand and spinning a pen around the thumb of her left hand. Sunset couldn't help but smile at the sight but shook her head and removed her hood,focusing on the whole reason she came here. She breathed in and knocked gently on the window.

Twilight jumped slightly at the noise and spun her chair to look at the window to see a waving Sunset outside. Twilight tilted her head,her mouth slightly open in shock.

"Please let me in," Sunset mouthed from outside,her face screwing up in pain which didn't go unnoticed by Twilight,who quickly rushed over to the window and opened it,looking at Sunset with concern. Sunset gave her an awkward smile.

"I can explain. But you gotta help me first," Sunset spoke,her words wobbling slightly as she removed her arm from her chest to reveal the massive wound that cause Twilight to gasp in horror.

"Jesus christ,Sunset!" Twilight shout whispered,slipping Sunset's right arm around her own shoulders. The bookworm managed to get Sunset into her room without making too much noise,setting Sunset on a arm chair by her bed. Twilight started breathing heavily in exhaustion before glancing at Sunset who was looking at the ceiling as if it was the most intresting thing on the planet right now.

"I can feel you staring at me," Sunset said after a few seconds,bringing her head down to look at Twilight who was still staring but also listening "I said I'll explain everything after you help me cause honestly I'm starting to feel really tired and thats not good,"

"R-right! Helping..." Twilight said jumping to attention but still kind of nervous,confused and scared. None the less she walked into the bathroom that was connected to her room and came out about 10 seconds later with a bottle of water and a a couple of face cloths.

"Okay,Sunny I need to remove your.." She paused for a moment to look over Sunset's outfit "..outfit,"

Sunset just nodded and pushed herself up,wobbling slightly but managing to keep on her feet. She removed the coat that was now ripped and let it drop,carefully removing the waistcoat she wore under the jacket then finally she tore off the bloodsoaked button up top that was underneath as it was pointless keeping it now. Sunset stood in her boots,bottoms and bra,which was cut down the middle but help up,in front of Twilight. Twilight tried to fight the blush that was rising to her cheeks as she pushed Sunset gently back down onto the arm chair. Twilight noticed the arm brace on her arm and raised an eyebrow as she saw metal on the otherside of it but elected to asked about that along with everything else later on. Pulling a stool over,Twilight sat down in front of Sunset and began wetting one of the cloths with water from the bottle then got to work,dabbing the wound gently which earnt a wince and a loud hiss from Sunset. Sunset gripped the arm chair tightly as she let out a breath of relief,closing her eyes and sinking into the chair slightly.

Twilight glanced up at from what she was doing to look at Sunset,biting her lip. The moonlight shone through the window and gave Sunset a slight glow.

"Do you like what you see?" Sunset spoke with her eyes still closed. Twilight snapped out of her thoughts when she heard Sunset and let out a small sigh.

"Why wouldn't I? You're attractive," Twilight responded cooly. This got Sunset's attention and she opened one eye slightly to look at Twilight,who was back to focusing on her wound.

"You think?"

"I know now be quiet I need to concentrate,"

"But thats so bor-" Sunset got cut off when Twilight put her free hand over Sunset's mouth,glaring at her tall friend. Twilight stood up off the stool and sat on Sunset's lap all the while keeping her hand over Sunset's mouth. Sunset eyes widened and she felt heat rising to her cheeks from the position they were in. Twilight however was no longer giddy but quite annoyed.

"I said be quiet." Twilight said firmly,removing her hand from Sunset's mouth finally and getting back to work cleaning Sunset's injury. Sunset had to chew on her lip as she was both uncomfortable and slightly turned on by how forward Twilight was being. For the sake of her life she obeyed Twlight's wish and kept quiet besides the odd noise of distress and pain she made here and there.

"So you want to explain how this happened?" Twilight asked,wetting a clean cloth and putting the bloody one aside. When she didn't get an answer straight away she looked up to see Sunset staring out the window while biting her lip. She raised an eyebrow then remebered what she had said "You can speak now,"

Sunset turned her head to look at Twilight and instantly felt a pang of gulit and uncertianty tug at her heart when she looked into her friends violet eyes. They always held a sense of peace and happiness in them even since the friendship games which only made this whole situation harder because she didn't want them to lose that feature. But she had made a deal and intended to keep her end.

"I'm Osiris." Sunset said flatly with a blank expression. Twilight looked at her with her mouth in an 'o' shape before letting out a loud laugh.

"I may be going insane but I just heard you say you were Osiris," Twilight contiuned to laugh,holding her sides. It wasn't until Twilight looked up at Sunset and saw her emotionless expression that her laughter died down and she went pale.

"You...you aren't kidding...are you?"

"No," Sunset responded calmly before contiuning "And now that you know that you can't tell anyone and I mean that Twilight. Not Shining,not Cadence,not your parents, not even the girls. Nobody."

Twilight didn't know how to feel and just looked at her with shock and hurt. Twilight put the wet cloth and bottle of water on the table by Sunset and got up off of the assassin's lap,turning her back to her. Twilight slipped her left hand to her mouth and covered it with the sleeve of her jumper,the other hand making its way around her stomach to grip the elbow of her left arm. Sunset looked on at Twilight before speaking.

"You wanted an answer,Twilight and I gave you one. I was fighting against an evil organisation in Canterlot Libary so they couldn't get their hands on a scroll that could complete destroy Canterlot as we know it,"

That last part got Twilight's attention. She turned slightly to look on at Sunset as the firey haired girl contiuned.

"Believe it or not Twi, I'm part of the good guys. It may not seem like that but I am," Sunset spoke again,starting to push herself up. Twilight started to walk over to help her but Sunset stopped her by putting her hand up,standing up fully. Once she was sure she was balanced, Sunset placed a hand over her heart.

"I promise you,Twilight. I promise on my life that I am doing whats right and for the good of the people no matter what the media says about me," Sunset said shakily,her voice wobbling as tears began to appear around the brim of her eyes. This didn't go unoticed by Twilight. The purple haired girl turned full to face Sunset and walked up to her. She looked up before gently enveloping her taller friend in a hug. Sunset was caught off guard by the hug but was quick to return it,placing a hand on Twilight's head that now rested on her chest. Ignoring the rising pain in her chest,Sunset rested her chin atop of Twilight's head before her hand moved down and rest on the bookworms back.

"I'm sorry,Sparky..." Sunset whispered,closing her eyes as she let a few tears drop. Twilight didn't seem to mind,removing her head from under Sunset's chin to look up at her and cupping her cheek,her thumb rubbing her skin softly.

"It's okay,Sunny. I-I understand," Twilight replied as her own tears began to fall.

After the heartfelt moment both girls pulled away and looked away with their faces slightly red. Sunset was about to say something but her stomach let out a loud growl. Twilight let out a small giggle before looking over to Sunset once again.

"Ugh I could eat a small village right now,"

"Would you like something to eat?"

"Please Twi,"

Sunset was stuffing in all different types of snacks at once and Twilight could only watch on it shock and slight digust.

"So um.." Twilight stopped talking when Sunset,cheeks full to the brim of food,looked up at her with a curious look "..you going to tell me more about this organisation you're in?"

Sunset chewed a bit more and swallowed what food she had in her mouth,looking down at what was left and shuffled through the selection before giving a reply.

"Twilight. If its not on a plate,it can wait,"

"...I don't even know how to respond to that," Twilight said mostly to herself with a very quizzled look. Twilight opened the bag she used to smuggle all the food up to her room in and took out a roll of bandage "When you're done eating I'll help you put this on,"

Sunset was about to open another packet of food but put it done when she saw the bandage in Twilight's hand "Lets just do this now,"

Turning so that her back was to Twilight she unclipped her bra and let it fall to the floor. Twilight was too invested in Sunset's wellbeing now that she didn't even care if Sunset was bare breasted.

"I'm going to put them from shoulder to hip on each side then around your breasts is that alright?"

"So quick to make the first move,Twi. I haven't even taken you out to dinner yet," Sunset replied sarcasticlly with a grin. Twilight however, was not in the slightest bit amused.

"You know I could just as easily let you bleed out again and let you die," Twlight said firmly only to know she'd gotten through to Sunset when she heard the firey haired girl gulp.

"Y-yeah that'll do j-just fine..." Sunset stuttered in responce before Twilight got to work on patching up her friend.

"Can't believe it. I fight corrupt,weapon weilding bad guys on a regular basis and I get scared into shape by a bookworm," Sunset commented as Twilight had finally finished wrapping Sunset in bandages.

"I know, that's gotta blow," Twilight laughed as she flopped back on her bed,putting her hands behind her head "Also tomorrow at school, would it kill you to maybe get along with Flash?"

"it probably would kill me yes. You know I hate him with a burning passion. I'm gonna-"

"Sunset no," Twilight cut her off,pushing herself up and leaning back on her arms as she looked at Sunset with an unamussed look.

"You didn't even know what I was gonna say!"

"Yeah I'm sticking with no,"

"You're a bitch,"

"Yeah but a bitch who just saved you from dying," Twilight smirked,doing a little sarcatic wave "You're welcome,"

"Blow me,Sparkle,"

"Practically impossible,"

"For fuck sake," Sunset groaned,rubbing her temples before flopping onto the next which Twilight did as well once again. Sunset looked over to Twilight,who felt her gaze and turned her head as well.

"Thank you,Twi," Sunset said softly,leaning forward and placing a gentle kiss on Twilight's forehead. Twilight shot up and went bright red,covering her face,as best she could with her glasses on,with her sleeves. Sunset let out a low chuckle at this and pushed herself up,standing finally after a while and streching until she heard Twilight mumble something into the cotton of her jumper.

"What was that,Sparky?"

"What...what was that for..? The kiss...?" Twilight asked carefully after removed the sleeves from her face,peering over the rim of her glasses at Sunset. The firey haired girl just shrugged as she started to put her waistcoat and jacket back on.

"My way of saying thank you for basically saving my life tonight. Don't think too much into it,"

"Well now that you've said that I'm going to think too much into it!"

"Nerd," Sunset mumbled but still loud enough that Twilight could hear. The purple haired girl just shot Sunset a bored look and Sunset just gave her a shit eating grin. After finally getting all her clothes back on,Sunset started to make her way to the window but stopped when two arms around around her midsection from behind and she felt two breasts press into her back. Sunset's arms dropped to her side as turned her head as much as she could to try and look at her short friend.

"Be safe,Sunset," Twilight spoke into her back loud enough so that Sunset could hear. Sunset let a small smile curl onto her lips as she placed her hands over Twilights and leant back into her slightly.

"I will,Twi. For you,I promise I will,"

I was gonna extend this chapter more but decided that the last line here was a good finishing point.
