Ancient Elements has been sent through out the multiverse since the beginning of civilization. They or it will offer the chosen ones immortality and exotic abilities that the element has but, they must carry the responsibility of ensuring safety towards multiple worlds and dimensions. Of course some will say yes, and some will don't. but if they do say yes, then they will be called Carriers. there's also three types of Carriers.

First, is someone that would live out their normal lives while keeping the responsibility and abilities a secret (it won't go well i thought, so i declined that method).

Second, is someone that use their abilities in public intentionally or accidentally (depending on the situation) and ending up getting the "super hero" title (i don't like attention so..).

Last one, is they would literally leave their own lives behind and travel around the multiverse like a stray animal while doing the weekly tasks or missions that is given by the elements. I am one of those people, with my own reasons. Finding a safe home was hard back then, until these ponies came into my life. Not that i haven't met them before, but every alternate universe is different.
