Serious Sam - My Little Encounter

„So,” said Twilight, „what have you learned about friendship today?”

“Come on,” Sam replied, “do you really have to stick a lesson into all this?”

“No, I don’t have to. But honestly, would you have been able to do all this by yourself?”

“Of course, I always have!”

“Oh really? Have you ever freed anyone, with encouraging speeches?”

“Well no...”

“So what do you say? Was friendship necessary to win the war?”

“I guess so…”

“Can friendship bring the mayhem?”

Sam thought for a moment. “Yeah, friendship is serious!”

The time-lock has been activated. The bright light appeared in its middle. It was ready to bring Sam back to his own time.

“Off to fight another war?” Said Twilight.

“Nah, this was enough for a while.” Sam replied.

“So, what are you going to do? Celebrate with your friends and family?”

“I think I’ll just take a nice, relaxing bubble bath… and watch My Little Pony, apparently.”

They stopped in front of the time-lock’s light. They turned to each other.

“Thank you for everything you’ve done for us.” Said Twilight.

“It was a pleasure fighting alongside you!” Sam responded.

They saluted at each other. Sam turned back at everyone who helped him win the war. They all saluted and Sam saluted back. He turned to Twilight and they had a little fist-hoof bump. Sam then stepped into the light and disappeared as the time-lock winded down and deactivated.

Twilight stared at the silent machine for a minute, then turned to the rest of Equestria.

“Alright everypony, it’s time to wrap this bloody mess up!”
