My Grave Error
Chapter 3 - Kissing THE Night
Previous ChapterNext ChapterLuna Slept that night, having pleasant dreams. She couldn't thank Pony Ville and her sisters' protege Twilight Sparkle, for helping banish the tantabus. She woke the next morning, fresh as a blooming flower in spring, which, was a coincidence since it was spring. Luna prepared for the day, she had one objective, that objective was to ask Dave out on a date.
A date already? Well, what did Ponies call these formal introductions to each other? Formal introductions to each other? Luna scoffed, purely at her naiveness and her rushing the relationship. But then, Luna had come up with a plan. A glint of sparkle appeared in her eyes... She would tour Dave across the grand city and invite him to her favourite restaurant.
Luna used her magic to teleport to the phone and call in for a reservation to the place. The stallion who talked over the phone had a gruff voice, deep tone and sounded bored, but after hearing the tab and money being put on Princess Luna's credit tab made him jump up in surprise, or so Luna thought.
Luna met Dave at the breakfast table, and Dave smiled.
"Hi, Luna!" Dave said. Luna guessed he was in a happy mood from the peachiness of his voice.
"Greetings, Dave," Luna said, formally and in a prim tone.
"Well, let's dig in!" Celestia said from across the table. Both Humans and Alicorns started munching, and eating, and chewing and doing things you do when you eat.
"Dave, have you wandered around Canterlot yet?" Luna asked.
"No, actually I haven't," Dave replied.
"Very well, I shall tour you!" Luna said.
"But Luna, what about your royal duties?" Celestia asked.
"Completed today's last night!" Luna said, with a tinge of pride in her voice for being advanced and 'Punctual' like her sister keeps on complaining about.
"Very well then," Celestia said, very knowing with her sister's lust filled intentions.
"So we're gonna walk?" Dave asked
"Of course, it makes it more fun!" Luna said.
"Okay, well, what are we waiting for? Let's go!"
The pair hurried out of the castle before Celestia could utter a single word.
Luna had shown Dave the Canterlot Gardens and showed him how much effort the staff and especially Celestia had put into the gardens, and how they looked spectacular. A particularly brisk breeze made all the flowers and orchids sway into a mass flurry of colours, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet. It was all amazing and had Dave awestruck, as he stood, jaw partially dropped.
"So... Beautiful..." Was all Dave could manage to speak
"Dave, that's not all. You haven't seen the garden of Nights." Luna said.
"Show me!" Dave asked.
Dave followed Luna as she showed him the garden of nights, a spectacular flower bed, with the colours of Luna's mane and the starry night sky.
"Wow, Luna it's pretty..."
Luna smiled...
"Pretty, just like you," Dave said.
Luna Locked eyes with Dave as they stared into each other's soul, seeing love, they leant in for a kiss, which, felt like it lasted for an eternity. Their tounges moved into each others' mouth, breaking the kiss first, was Luna. The only things keeping them together was a string of saliva.
"Wow, that was great Luna," Dave said quieter.
"I agree, but I must show you to My favourite restaurant," Luna said, still feeling his breath and his tongue wrestling hers in their locked mouths, gaining for ownership.

Both Luna and Dave entered the restaurant, it had a posh and formal atmosphere, and the waiter wore a prim tuxed, similar to Dave's except smaller and more... Pony like.
"Princess Luna of the Night I presume?" The waiter asked.
"Indeed, but Princess or Princess Luna is fine," Luna said.
"Wow so... So... formal!" Dave said.
"Dave, you've yet to try their food, it's magnificent!"
"Even slightly better than the royal staff's," Luna whispered
Dave's mouth watered, as the waiter ushered them towards their respective seats. It was situated outside, in a white framed gazebo, with a dinner table and a large candelabra stood in the middle of the table, to illuminate both their food and the night. Maybe even for effect.
The waiter arrived with their food, a banquet of roast vegetable, salads, tofu meats, omelette du fromage. Simply amazing and mouth watering. Both parties happily dug into their food, chatting between spoonfuls (or forkfuls) of food and delicacies. Dave finally broke an awkward eating silence with some speech.
"Luna, there's something I need to tell you..." Dave said, with a pause.
Luna had stopped munching on some omelette du fromage and perked her ears as if it enhanced her hearing, which it did.
"I love..." Dave said as that very same glimmer appeared in her eyes, from the morning.
"Your hair, how did you get it like that? Is it a hologram?" Dave asked intrigued.
Luna's ears fell down, saddened.
"I'm just kidding! Luna, I think... I... Love you," Dave said with a smile.
Luna had finished eating her salad and looked towards Dave.
"I love you too."
As they leant in for a short kiss.
The night went on, both Dave and Luna had broken out of their shells and knew each other on a more personal level (perhaps intimate) and headed back for the castle.
"No, but seriously Luna, how do you get your hair like that?"
"It just happened after I became an alicorn and did my princess like deed! Why you don't have it back on earth?"
"No, the closest thing you could get was waking up from bed after a hang over." Dave chuckled, along with Luna.
They got back to the castle, and the moon was already settled, seemed like Celestia had already done the task.
Dave followed Luna to the throne room and smiled.
"You don't have to do courting do you?" Dave said to Luna.
"Nope, not at all," Luna said. They kissed again and went their ways.
Halfway to her quarters, Celestia Joined in with Luna's stride.
"So, how did it go?" Celestia asked with a big grin.
"It went great!" Luna said
"Also looks like you met each other on a more intimate level..." Celestia said with an even bigger grin.
"What! How did you know?!" Luna looked at her sister.
"Two things, 1, being, it's okay. 2, my quarters overlooks the castle gardens, Luna."
Luna's mouth gaped. "Just don't tell Dave!" Luna was panicking.
"Don't worry Luna." Celestia said with a sisterly smile, "Still it was pretty hot, nice tongue action,"
"SISTER!" Luna groaned.
