Your Human and You: Adventures of the Griffon Girl
Bonding with New Aunts
Previous ChapterNext ChapterAnnoying sounds echoed through the marble hallways. I could barely think past each thunk of each hoof-step, followed by the sounds of grunting. Humans wearing suits and collars made me get a slow look of disgust as I growled. Seeing them treated like this, made me uncomfortable, but I was treated no better by the other races. I was looking around, trying to remember my own name from Slasher. Mikros? Yeah that's it. Dylan is Fylakas's human name. I clicked to him, and he was fluent in beak language now.
=Are you good? Nervous?=
He nodded once, making it look like more of a twitch up and down, and he was sweating now from trying now to smile.
=I'm used to being treated like a guard human, not a normal pet. This is awkward for me.=
A look of anxiety was coming onto his face as his eyes darted around, and I moved over to pat his head as we walked, and he seemed to relax. The pony guards chuckled as they glanced back at us. They were female and slim, making me believe they were fresh from some sort of training camp. This was not inaccurate, as they had the lighter starters armor. I glanced at them, and tilted my head at them. There was a second where Fylakas stopped and stood still, refusing to move. He was tearing up and beginning to sniffle and whimper. The guards both stopped, and looked at him in alarm. They readied their spells and I rolled my eyes, scrunching up my face in disgust towards them. I tugged out leashes off their hooves, and they yelped, tumpling to the floor.
"Hey!" She stumbled forwards and used the other mare to keep herself upright. I poked my scar and looed at him.
"What's wrong Fylakas?" He was sitting against the wall, and I walked over to hug him. He was crying and sobbing, attracting the attention of other ponies and human workers tasked with cleaning. Mostly young females, coming over and staring blankly and curiously.
"I... I've never been away from Lily for so long.... I was conditioned to always be with her and to always protect her and- now I can't stand being away from her. I'm terrified, what if I'm not there and her father comes back, and- and what if a guard thinks she's a trespasser and I can't be there to pick her up and take her to Metal?!" He was crying hysterically, hyperventilating, and I gave a small sigh as I rubbed his back. I was really surprised he made it this far without having a melt down.
"It's OK, it's OK. Hey- hey listen to me alright? Hyperventilating will only make you sick. It'll make you light headed. Come on, copy me OK?" I took in a deep breath as he sobbed and took in aa shaky and choked breath. I took in another breath, and he did too, this time less shaky and choked, calming down a bit. The mares were looking astounded, making it hard not to crack a smile. The other human females were copying, and a few males were walking around the outskirts. They observed with blank faces. One male, big, strong, and intimidating pushed his way through the crowd and walked up to Fylakas.
"Weak." I stood up and hissed at him, glaring angrily.
"Back up Neanderthal. He doesn't need you crowding him-" He grabbed me by the hair and lifted up, making me yell in pain. My head hurt. I screamed and kicked him in the stomach, mildly irritating him. He was getting angry, but I kept up my assault. Other females began growling angrily and protectively, they were older. I keep forgetting I'm rather young compared to these ones. They were protective.
"You weak. Alpha strong." He grabbed me by the throat, getting ready to squeeze the windpipe. I threw the one move I knew best from my years learning to take care of myself on my walks home from school. I kicked him in the groin. He shrieked and crumbled to the ground holding himself and this caused the mares to begin to giggle, and I grunted angrily as I hit the ground. I stared down at him growling dominantly, baring my teeth, mainly my canines, trying to make them gleam in the light.
"I am alpha now. You got that?! I am alpha!" I roared deeply and glared around, snarling to all those who tried to stop me. The male whimpered and slinked back into the crowd, still cradling his aching groin. The females were all mesmerized and confused, mumbling around themselves, and the males were angrily snarling.
"Now get back to your tasks from the..." I looked to Fylakas, who had cooled off and was staring in a daze at me.
"P-pony guardians..." He was now standing up, no longer crying,
"Get back to your pony guardians! NOW!" My voice echoed, and they all screed and ran, scurrying off behind their handlers and hiding. I grunted and turned to the mares. "Some help you two idiots were!" They froze when I looked at them. I walked up to them, and quickly found the spears at my throat, and I gently pushed them to the side. I walked up and gently stroked behind their ears, earning a satisfied purr from them both. One human copied on her pony, and this earned the same reaction. I looked back at Fylakas.
"These things are the dorkiest two ponies I have ever met." He nodded and I walked down the hall, glad the horrible moment was over. I continued walking down the hall holding my leash off the floor and holding it through the handle at arms length to look like I was walking myself.
"Remind me not to get on your bad side..." He sounded disturbed. The mares were quick to follow after I poked my throat. I heard chatter from the human handlers about the fight, and how I single handedly took down the strongest human in the castle. This was going to get a tad annoying.

After I had finally found my way to a room that I was originally being guided to, I plopped down on the bed and curled up with my head on a pillow. The guards swatted me though, pushing me off the bed and making me growl. I obeyed though, and sat on the carpet next to the bed, closing my eyes. I realized though, that the reason I wasn't allowed on the bed was because.. I smelled. A horrid oder reached my own nose from my own body, making me gag. I stood up and marched to the bathroom in the room. The ponies were surprised by this, and I motioned Fylakas in after me. He followed, looking wary.
=We smell like trash, and they won't let us on the beds unless we're washed. I'll take the tub, you shave with the closest thing you can find to a razor. Be careful.= He nodded once, and I started up the warm water and pulled off my poncho. I threw it in the water below me, deciding to wash it with myself included. I pulled down the shampoo and looked in the fogless mirror. Impressive. I saw the two faded scars on each side of my jaw line, and the little slash marks from all my scuffles. I saw the delicate skin of my more tender parts of my body. This was strange. I hadn't seen myself in a while. My how the African goddess from beginning had matured, her eyes still twinkling with mirth. They showed more wisdom than before too, and they showed the pain of almost six months. Six months away from home. Away from mama and Popi. Mother and Father. The aging goddess, seemed to age more and more with each second, and I held myself higher up and closed my eyes. I began to wash my hair, and wash the poncho below me at the same time. There was a faint banging on the door, and Fylakas locked the door. The ponies were frantic with the sounds they heard. I washed the faded belt until it gleamed, and washed the faded greenish blanket what was my poncho for so long. I couldn't even think of what I would do if I were to have gone all winter without any type of insulator. This would have gone terribly.
There was a massive bang from the door, and I jumped, not stopping from my self deep cleanse. I finished myself, and jumped out of the water, allowing Fylakas enough time to look away from me and take off his own loincloth shorts, and wash them in the bathtub after I had emptied it. I set mine up to dry, and began to work on shaving my underarms and parts of my nether regions. Fylakas had used hot steaming water to heat the blade to cut smoothly, but all I needed was a few inches gone. A little gross to say, yes, but you're probably a big boy/girl.
Another loud bang, and this time I let out a loud snarl at the door, causing a yelp from the other side. Finally, they backed the fuck off and let us be for a few minutes. Fylakas had worked hard for the next few rushed minutes, scrubbing his every inch of skin and his feet. He scrubbed his hair, legs, nether's and back with every inch precision. It was well passed time for a thorough scrubbing.
There was a gentle knock from the other side of the door, and a soft voice. I realized the voice was familiar, and panicked slightly. It was Celectia. She was cooing something softly from the other side of the door, and there was a golden aura on the lock. It snapped open. I locked the door again, right as the doorknob went to turn. She let out a confused 'huh?' and tried again. I locked it again, and giggled, this becoming a game for the next few minutes until Fylakas's clothes dried. He took up the game so I could get dressed, and I took the game back over so he could get dressed, and soon there was a bluish aura in the room. It was accumulating near the leashes, and I freaked out as they began to come to life. I dried my hair and made it frizz, I loved the look of it while its frizzed. I did the same to Fylakas as his hair spiked up instead at the uneven haircut. It suited his style. I opened the door before the leashes could come close.
"MIKROS!" Before I could register the thought, the little Griffon was crying and clinging to me, holding on tightly and purring into my newly cleaned poncho. "I cannot believe YOU! What have I told you about bathtubs?! No! Bad!" She winked slightly, hiding it well, and I let out a small fake whine as I carried her to the bed. She had gotten bigger since last month, and this startled me. Growth spurt's were expected, I suppose, but this was unexpected. She was a little taller than my waste now, and my eye's widened. I was surprised I could even carry her. I suppose se had only matured physically, but mentally she was still my little fluffy griffon smol. She giggled and nuzzled me, and I nuzzled back.
=Do the princesses speak beak language?= Fylakas clicked as he threw himself onto the bed next to us, watching the heartwarming reunion. Claw and Talon were here, smiling their broad smiles. She looked stunned for a sec before squawking and responding.
N-no... I don't think so.= She just stared at Fylakas with a dropped jaw, making me grumble and bury my face in her feathers so I could properly smile. Rue jumped into Fylakas's lap, mumbling and sniffling.
"Dylan smells like flowers."
This made everyone laugh and I too, inserted my own chuckle too. There was a moment of remembrance where I recalled the princesses being in the room. I was quickly levitated up, and she looked me over, gawking at me with wonder in her eyes.
"A... A brown human? Where does one find such a human?" I could hear the curiosity in her voice. This would later spark something larger than expected to happen with a purple Alicorn.
The princess looked at me, and I looked at her, and she set me down. She looked to Fylakas, and I hovered just in front of him, protectively. He didn't seem to pick up on the excitement.
"Let's go get some food my new nieces." She cracked a smile, and changed the focus off us. Slasher pranced around the room squealing in excitement as Rue clipped the leash to Fylakas. I was extremely excited, and it was getting hard to contain my own smiles, but I still managed. This was going to be fun!

Have you ever tried to carry a baby Griffon that weighs as much as a barbell weight on your back, down several halls, AND carry a filly at the same time?
It's hard. Really hard. Especially when the other human next to you could have easily carried his own owner. I poked my throat and passed by the humans from earlier.
"Having fun there Bala?" Fylakas was staring blankly, but his eyes were showing his true emotions.
"Fuck... You... Fy." I groaned out.
"Alpha carry pony guardian? And big bird?" A young female was walking next to me, and I grunted for a moment.
"Yes." I could only muster one word responses due to my immense load of weight.
"Me help alpha?" She was seeking approval from me, and I grunted, and was going to say 'no' and trudge past, but she took my grunt as yes and began to help me lift Slasher making her squawk and her crest fluff up.
I poked my throat, and she looked down at me.
"What are you doing?! Let me g-O!" She was cut off by the large male from earlier helping me to lift her, he looked at me warily, and I growled assertively. He cringed and I pat his head. He seemed satisfied with the sense of general approval.
"Interesting. Veeeeery interesting..." Celectia was smiling amusedly, making me glare and growl. She glanced back with a raised eyebrow. We were almost to the cafeteria in the garden. This made me give a sigh of relief.
As soon as we were out in the garden I grunted and the other two set Slasher hind quarters down, and I crouched to set her front down without hurting Rue. Rue was giggling wildly at the situation involving the other humans. I plopped her down on the floor and dropped to my hands and knees, whining at the feelings around my arms and legs. That was the most strenuous activity of my life. I was weak, and the other humans were tracked down by their handlers and dragged back to their tasks.
Celectia laid down under a tree on a blanket and Slasher laid with her, and Rue between the princesses front hooves.
"You have suffered much, my little filly... But you are a survivor. You and your human." Fylakas was wondering around, following a butterfly stupidly.
He quickly was enveloped in a golden aura, and sat down with the little Filly in his lap just in front of Celectia between her forelegs.
=Awww... That's adorable. Fy got his snuggles in for today after all.= He flushed and responded with an angry retort.
=Shut it you plucking ass hat!= Before I could respond I was surrounded in the same aura and dropped in Slasher's front legs, making me raise my eyebrows in confusion. She nuzzled Celectia and then me, and Rue did the same with Fylakas and Celectia.
Karma isn't as cruel as I thought it'd be.
