My Brave Pony Starfleet Magic The New Member: Season 2

It was a bright and beautiful morning in New Canterlot and Jewel was in the throne room with Rainbow, the girls, Lighting and all his friends. She got into the air and was flapping her wings softly. “You got to flap them harder.” Rainbow said. Jewel nodded and flapped her wings a little harder and she steadied herself.

“Good.” Rainbow praised. “Now, let’s work on landing. Just slowly flap you wings softly and you’ll ease your way to the ground.”

“Okay.” Jewel took a deep breath and slowly flapped her wings softly. She bagn decending slowly to the ground and soon her boots her touching the ground. “Looking good up there, Princess Jewel.” Applejack praised.

“Applejack, you know you have to call me that.” Jewel said.

“Why do you protest so?” Rarity asked. “You’ve already given up wearing your crown all the time. The least you can do it embrace your new title.”

“If ponies want to address me that way, then that’s fine. But not my friends, it just doesn’t feel right.” Jewel replied. Since she became a princess, she’s been getting a lot of attention from ponies; everybody calling her “Princess Jewel” instead of just “Jewel”

It really was difficult for her to get used to. “I’m gonna go for a fly.” she spread her wings and slowly took off and flew into New Canterlot Village.

“Poor darling.” Rarity said.

“Seems like this princess thing is getting to her.” Fluttershy added.

“Well, it does come with a lot of responsibilities.” Lightning stated. “But I think she’ll be fine.”

The others hoped Lightning wa correct.

Meanwhile, Jewel was walking through the village. She was just thinking about everything that’s happening to her. ”Now I’m a Princess of United Equestria. I hope I can fulfill my role.”

Her train of thought was interrupted when she heard a small cry. “Spheal.”

“Huh?” Jewel turned around looking for the source but did it see anything. “Spheal” she heard the cry again and looked down. There in front of her was a chubby, spherical, seal-like pokémon with a short, flat tail. Its plushy fur is light blue with several white spots of various sizes on its back. It has black, circular eyes, small tusks protruding from its upper jaw, and small, rounded ears. Its stubby flippers and its underside are both beige.

However, this Spheal was a lot smaller than normal Spheal, meaning it was a baby Spheal. Jewel picked up the little seal. “Awww, What’s a baby’s pokémon like you doing here all by yourself?”

Spheal rubbed against Jewel’s neck crying, “Spheal, Spheal.”

“You just hatched in an alleyway and you saw me thinking I’m your mother?” Jewel translated. Spheal nodded. “Well... okay.” Jewel replied. “I can’t wait to show you to my friends.”

Suddenly, the sky turned black as night and lightning crashed from above. The villagers were whimpering in fear.

Just then dinosaurs came down from the sky. A Spinosaurus, T-Rex and Saichania.

Then four people appeared in front of them.

Zander: a male looking to be about thirty or thirty one years old with black hair. He was wearing black glasses.

Ursula a female around twenty eight years old. She had hazel eyes and green hair.

Ed a twenty four year old man with purple hair and brown eyes.

And finally, Dr. Z a man with white hair and gray eyes.

“Ahh, You you’re the one we’ve been looking for.” Dr. Z said.

“What do you want with me?” Jewel asked.

“Why else, to take back the dinosaur cards you stole from me.”

“Stole? I found them.”

Dr. Z scoffed. “Yeah, right. Since you won’t give them up willingly, I’ll just have to take them by force. Ursula! Zander! Ed!”

“Terry, Spiny, Tank, go get that pony!” The three dinosaurs roared and charged Jewel. Jewel ran away from the trio of dinosaurs with Spheal in her arms.

She kept running until she tripped and fell to the floor. She looked behind her and saw the dinosaurs. “AAAAAHHHH!” she screamed. Suddenly, Blitz, Blaze and Blossom, I’m their battle mode, came out of nowhere and rammed the trio away from their owner.

“Blitz! Blaze! Blossom! You saved me.” The three dinosaurs nuzzled their owner. “But who’d you know I was in danger?”

“You can thank us for that.” Jewel turned around and saw all her friends including their majesties. “Guys!” Jewel rushed towards them and they all hugged her. “Are you okay, sugarcube?” Applejack asked.

“Yeah. I’m okay.”

“Get back in there you three!” Dr. Z cried. “Get those cards from that pony!”

The three dinosaurs charged again. “I think y’all be needing this.” Grand Ruler said, gaming Jewel her animal staff. “Right.”

She turned towards the battle and took out three cards. She called out her dinosaur friends attacks.

“Blitz! Electric Charge!”

“Blaze! Volcano Burst!”

“Blossom! Emerald Garden!”

The three dinosaurs launched their attacks and they hit the dinosaurs full force and they turned back into cards much to the villains horror. They quickly ran and grabbed their cards.

“Who are you anyway?” Lightning called.

“Yeah. And what do you want with our Jewel?” Pinkie added.

“We’re the Alpah Gang. You’re friends stole some dinosaur cards from us.” Ursula said.

“I found them!” Jewel yelled.

“Anyway, we want them back. Staring with those three.” Zander added, pointing to Blitz, Blaze and Blossom, who were growling angerily at them. The ponies could tell they didn’t not like them at all.

“We’ll be back and you will give us those cards.” Dr. Z said. He and the Alpha Gang ran away and Jewel turned her dinosaur friends back into cards. She swiped the cards and put them in their chibi mode.

“Looks like we at at war again.” Jewle said.

Everybody agreed with that statement. “But what did he mean by you stole the cards?” Buddy asked.

“I don’t know, but my dinosaurs obviously don’t like him at all.” Jewel said. Blitz, Blaze and Blossom growled in agreement.

“I wonder why?” Luna said.

Suddenly, Twilights spirit appeared. “Twilight?” Jewel cried. “What are you doing here?”

“I came to warn you Jewel.” she said.

“Warn me? About what?”

“The Alpha Gang is planning something big but they need a lot of dinosaurs to do. They are scattered all over United Equestria. You must gather all of them before the Alpha Gang gets them.” Twilight explained.

The ponies could tell from her tone this was serious. “Don’t worry, Twilight. Well save the dinosaurs from the Alpha Gang.” Jewel vowed.

Twilight smiled. “Thank you.” With that, she vanished in bright flash. Jewel tuned to her friends. “Looks like we have a refuge mission as well.” she said. “Everybody ready?”

“Yeah!” All her friends cried. Jewel smiled. Now it a race to gather all the cards and save the dinosaurs.

But first, Spheal needed introducing.

Fluttershy pet Spheal and it cried by happily. “It sooo cute!” She cried. Spheal nibbled her fingers and Fluttershy laughed.

“Well... looks like you’ve found a new friend, Jewel.” Celestia said. Spheal leaped out of Jewel’s arms and bounced over to their majesties. “I think somebody like you.” Jewel teased.

Spheal bounced up and down in front of their majesties. Celestia picked up the little seal pokémon. “Aren’t you cute.” she cooed. Spheal clapped its flipper together and accidentally sent s stream of water into Celestia’s face. Everybody gasped while their majesties just looked surprised at the smiling seal.

“Pffft. That was unexpaected.” Celestia said. Her husband handed her a handle and she whipped her face off. Spheal then bounced into Grand Ruler’s arms. “Uhhh... hi.”

Spheal then sent a small flurry of snow into his face freezing his mane. “What the-!” Lightning cried.

“It used Powder Snow and Water Gun.” The twins gently used their fire powers to melt the snow of his majesty’s mane. “Thank you boys.” he said.

Spheal leaped out of his arms and into Jewel’s. “Aren’t you a naughty Spheal.” Jewel teased. The Spheal then yawned and curled up against Jewel’s chest and fell asleep. “Awww... isn’t it adorable?” Jewel asked.

Everybody smiled nervously at her statement.

The next day, Jewel brought Spheal to the training dojo. “Okay, Spheal, Water Gun!”

Spheal fires at the target, breaking it in half. “Now, Body Slam!” Spheal bounced towards another target and body slammed it, smashing it to pieces. “Good work.” Jewel praised. Spheal clapped otsnflippers together.

That’s when their majesties came in. “How’s Spheal’s training going?” Grand Ruler asked.

“Great.” Jewel replied. “She’s coming along fine, aren’t you?”

Spheal cried happily and unleashed Powder Snow on Jewel, accidentally freezing her face. Their majesties wince whole Spheal laughed. Their majesties used their magic to break the ice. “Thanks.”

“So about her naughty behavior?” Celestia asked.

“She’ll learn, eventually.” Jewel replied. “Now I have to train her and find the dinosaur cards.”

Their majesties nodded and Jewel’s goals. They too and the others would help her collected all the cards before the Alpha Gang.

In our next episode; Jewel meets a creepy Pokémon that creeps the ponies out and they want her to get Rodney of it. However, Jewel doesn’t want too and she claims that it’s not scary.

Can Jewel prove that the pokémon is not scary and make the ponies accept it?
