Unexpected Desires Become Reality

As Starlight followed Twilight up to her bedroom, she was in a state of shock. Never in her life did she imagine that she would have anypony admit that she had special feelings for her, especially not a pony that who at one time was her sworn enemy. Once they arrived in her bedroom, Twilight pointed at her bed and ordered, "Starlight, sit down so we can talk."

Starlight did as ordered and Twilight sat down next to her. She put her wing around her and placed her hoof on her leg, bringing a huge blush from Starlight. Twilight blushed as well and asked, "I take it this is something you never expected?"

Starlight put her hoof around Twilight and replied, 'N-no, I never expected this!"

Twilight began to massage Starlight's shoulder and began, "Starlight, I really want to go more in depth with you about my feelings." She took a deep breath before continuing, "I know at one time that you and I were adversaries and I know that after our first meeting that you utterly despised me."

Starlight hung her head down and sighed, "Yes Twilight, I did and I know I shouldn't have. I should have known what you did was right."

Twilight looked her straight in the eyes and said, "I am glad that you realize that and I certainly hope that you know what you did with the time travel spell was a bad thing too."

Starlight replied, "Believe me, I know it was bad and I'm sorry I did that. I'm just glad that you gave me a second chance."

It was all Twilight could do to stop herself from kissing Starlight at that point but she wanted to finish her mare to mare talk. She continued, "With many ponies, I would have thrown them into Tartarus or had Celestia banish them to the moon but I could sense that there was good in you, I could sense that you could change and you have changed, a lot. You have changed so much that I think of you in a completely different way."

Starlight asked, "As in what you admitted earlier?"

Twilight pulled her closer and replied, "Yes and I feel a true connection between us. Yes sometimes you get a bit reckless with your magic but we have powerful magic in common, we get along very well" she blushed deeply and continued, "and I think you are really, really sexy!"

Starlight's eyes grew wide when she heard this. Never had anypony even thought she was remotely attractive, much less told her she was sexy. She knew that this was the time to tell her how she felt too. She replied, "I'm going to admit something to you, even when I was a horrible pony, I did find you attractive and once you helped me see the importance of friendship, I have found you so so sexy!"

They pulled one another close and began to kiss. Their first kiss felt wonderful but once they had expressed their feelings, the kiss felt much more pure, it had much more meaning. They broke the kiss and Starlight continued, "Twilight, ever since you took me in as your student, I have dreamed of this day. I have dreamed of the day that you would show feelings like this for me."

Twilight was truly shocked when she heard this, especially given how Starlight had been behaving the whole time that she was dropping subtle hints. She asked, "Starlight, if that is the case, then why did you keep acting oblivious to the subtle hints I dropped you?"

Starlight replied, "Because I was scared of how you would react. I didn't want you to think I wanted something that you didn't and I didn't want you to think I wanted to be with you because you are a princess."

Twilight laid down and pulled Starlight on top of her. She wrapped her legs around her and asked, "Now that we have expressed our feelings for one another, I want to know something, would you be my marefriend?"

When Twilight asked her this, Starlight became ecstatic. It was one thing when she expressed her feelings for her but this question was so shocking that she didn't even know how to react. Twilight could see this and continued, "Starlight Glimmer, I know this may truly shock you but I love you, I truly love you. I have never had feelings for anypony before but I feel a true connection with you so I'm going to ask you again, would you be my marefriend?"

Starlight was looking deep into her eyes and could tell that she was telling her the absolute truth. She dreamily replied, "Yes Twilight, yes I will be your marefriend."

The two again engaged in a passionate kiss before Twilight broke it and begged, "Take me then Starlight, please take me! Make me yours forever!"

Starlight gave her a look of uncertainty and asked, "Take you, how would you want me to take you?"

Twilight leaned up, licked her horn and begged, "Run your horn up in me, penetrate me, make me yours forever!"

While Starlight thought that sounded like a wonderful idea, she didn't want to rush things nor did she want to deny them the pleasure of experiencing new things as they moved forward. She replied, "Twilight, I would love to but I think it would make our relationship much more special if we took things slow." She saw Twilight's face drop as she said this and continued, "Don't worry Twilight, the time will come when I penetrate you" she then licked Twilight's horn and continued, "and you penetrate me but I think it will be more special if we take things slow."

Twilight sighed, "I can understand where you are coming from but I still want you to make me yours forever so much."

Starlight pointed up towards the pillows and asked, "What do you say we lay down where we will have more room." She crawled up and continued, "Twilight, I think us making each other ours forever is much more about how we feel emotionally than the acts of intimacy we engage in."

Twilight's face lit up when she heard this. It hit her that Starlight was right and that love was far more about emotions than it was acts. She crawled up with Starlight and confirmed, "You're right Starlight, it is a lot more about emotion and the love we share."

Starlight began to crawl under the covers and was quickly joined by Twilight. They snuggled under the covers, wrapped their bodies tightly together and gazed deeply into one another's eyes. Starlight pulled Twilight's face close to hers and said, "I love you Twilight and I hope that our love can be forever."

Before pulling Starlight in for another kiss, Twilight asked, "Starlight, do you think that we could start sleeping together?" She then began to giggle, "In the book it said that a couple will grow so much closer if they do that!"

When Twilight mentioned the book and what it said in there, Starlight couldn't help but laugh, "Of course we can Twilight, I wouldn't want it any other way!"

The two began to kiss passionately and wrapped their bodies together tightly. For both mares this was a moment of pure bliss. For their whole lives, neither had been loved like this before nor did they ever have a mare to call their own. Now things were different, they had each other and that was what truly mattered.
