MLP: The Purge

9:15pm......

"Well guess what, Suri?" Rarity snarled as she lifted her sniper rifle up to her right shoulder with her right hoof. "If it's the dresses you want, you'll never find any of mine here or at my Fashion Boutique in Manehattan because I already ordered the staff there to ship them out away from this city and put them all into storage!!!"

"It's not about the dresses anymore, Rarity!!" Suri snarled as she pointed her chainsaw at the unicorn fashionista. "The only thing I want right now is YOUR BLOOD!!!"

"Like that's ever going to happen," Rarity said defending as she pointed her sniper rifle at the raging female earth pony. "If you don't leave right now, I'll blast your face off with this badass babe right here. We already have this entire hotel secured for tonight's purge. So, what are you going to do about it now, huh?!"

"Don't get cocky, Rarity!!!" Suri snarled. "As soon as I break through your flimsy barricades, I'll........."

*BANG!!!*

In an instant, Suri's speech was interrupted when Rarity fired a warning shot with her sniper rifle. The bullet only hit the pavement a feet feet away from where Suri is standing at. Despite hearing such a loud noise coming from Rarity's rifle, it made Suri even more madder than ever.

"You know what?!" Suri shrieked. "Scratch that!!! I'll be back with more support later on and as soon as I'm ready, I'll take you down before the rest of your friends will show up, ensuring that there will be no pony for them left to save!!!!"

After Suri is done shouting at Rarity, she and her gang left the area, leaving Rarity standing there speechless for a few minutes. Right after Rarity took a few deep breaths, she used her magic to grab her radio and switched it to Twilight's channel.

"Twilight darling, I've got trouble that needs to be dealt with in a hour or two back at the Manefair Hotel!!!" Rarity spoke as she held the radio up to her face.

9:27pm........

After hearing what Rarity just said through her radio, Twilight ordered her team to head back to base to drop off Babs Seed. As Twilight, her team, and Babs Seed make their way out of the Suburban Area, Babs could not help but still feel disappointed when Twilight made the most biggest mistake during her Royal Duties at Canterlot. Despite realizing how Babs hated Twilight for enacting the purge, Babs feel into utter silence for awhile, until Applejack makes a statement towards her little cousin.

"We're sorry if the purge ended up ruining your family life in Manehattan, Babs Seed," Applejack said with sympathy. "Since the Royal Sisters don't have any other options to take control of the poverty and unemployment in one of Equestria's huge metropolises, we will have no choice but to fight and defend ourselves until we can find a way to end the Purge."

"So tell me, Applejack," Babs Seed said in a depressing tone. "How's Apple Bloom doing?"

"Well sugarcube, she was worried sick about you too when the purge was enacted in Manehattan," Applejack answered. "Once this Purge night is over, we'll have you stay with us at Ponyville, along with the Orange Family until the Purge is abolished from our country."

"Ever pony quiet!!!" Twilight said while whispering orders to Applejack, Babs Seed, and Rainbow Dash. "I hear another group of purgers from around the corner."

As Twilight and her team put their backs behind a nearby building in the city streets, Twilight turned her face around the corner to see an innocent pony mare get her head beheaded on a chopping block by an executioner pony in a distance. After seeing the mare's head come off, Twilight held her hoof over her mouth to avoid vomiting on the street pavement. As she turned towards the corner, Twilight sees the purgers leave the chopping block the headed up north away from where she and her team are hiding.

"What was dat ya just saw, Twi??" Applejack asked out of curiosity.

"Let's just say that the purgers claimed another victim," Twilight explained briefly.

Along the way back to the hotel while walking down the street next to the buildings, Twilight, her team, and Babs Seed see purged victims hanged, cremated, and strapped onto walls all dead. The ponies in Twilight's team all did their best to stay quiet and not to draw any attention from the purgers that are wreaking havoc from a distance. Upon seeing all of those ponies get purged in such gruesome ways, Rainbow, Babs Seed, and Applejack all realized that they can't save every pony during the night. So, they did their best not to get involved with any pony's business for it may invoke more life-threatening risks that may spiral out of control.

Later on, Twilight and her team came across a looted grocery store that had several broken windows and a door appear before them while walking on the sidewalk. As they all hurdled up to the wall next to the store, Twilight peek around the broken window. From inside the store, Twilight sees a familiar looter trying to raid the freezer of the store's ice cream and fruit. As Twilight turned around to order her friends to keep quiet, she turned her back towards the same window that she was standing next to, only to see some that was unexpected. When Twilight turned to face the window that she peeked around at, the same looter appeared right in front of her and drew out a Barbarian Two-handed Claymore. It was Yeo Scotland and this time, he was wearing a barbute helmet on his head and raider armor covering up his chest and left shoulder. The armor was made up of metal scraps that Yeo collected when he looted several stores years earlier. Now that Yeo saw Twilight in his sights, he raised his Claymore with both of his hooves and attempted to slam his sword right on top of the purple alicorn's head. In a nick of time, Twilight unfurled her wings and flew backward, evading Yeo's sword mere inches from her muzzle. As Twilight disengaged from her flight and landed on all four hooves, she drew out her broadsword.

"Time to say your prayers, girl!!!" Yeo growled as he raised his Claymore up to the side of his face before continuing with his attacks on Twilight. "In the Purge, we can't have heroes all the time. There's always going to be devils amongst us you and I"

"You're not the devil, Yeo!!" Twilight hissed. "You're just practice!!!"

"We'll just see about that, young lady!!!" Yeo grunted as he charged forward, with his sword pointing straight at Twilight while roaring in fury. "GRRRRRRAAAAARRRRRGGGGGGH!!!"

At the same time, Twilight charged forward and clashed her sword with Yeo's blade, with Applejack helping the purple alicorn gang up on the huge earth stallion. Upon seeing Applejack attack from his side and attempted to slam her heavy flail on top of his head, Yeo jumped away from the orange earth pony, evading the flail as it slammed into the pavement inches away from where he was standing. In retaliation, Yeo swung his blade at Applejack with his sword in his mouth. Reacting quickly, Applejack lifted her riot shield up to block Yeo's blade. However, the moment the blade hit her tower shield, Applejack yelped in shock. Upon impact, the farm pony slammed the top right corner of her riot shield right into her left eye damaging it temporarily. At the same time, Applejack was flipped over to her right side on the pavement. As soon as Applejack landed on her head onto the pavement, she was groaning in pain as blood came down her skull and from her damaged eye before she fell unconscious. After witnessing such strength from a wanted earth stallion fugitive, Twilight had just realized that Yeo cannot be beaten that easily even in a team with brute strength. So, Twilight teleported Applejack away from the fight and turned her over to Rainbow Dash and Babs Seed. After that Yeo continued attacking Twilight repeatedly with his Claymore, while raising her magic shield up front.

"Rainbow!! Get Applejack and Babs Seed to the Manefair Hotel!!!" Twilight ordered her pegasus friend.

"But Twilight........" Rainbow protested in fear for the safety of Twilight.

"He's too strong for you to deal with!!!" Twilight said while persisting the light-blue pegasus to move on. "I'll be right behind you!!! JUST GO!!!!"

Not saying another word, Rainbow picked up a wounded Applejack and Babs Seed with both of her hooves as she flew as fast as a speeding bullet, leaving Twilight dealing with Yeo Scotland alone.

"HA! HA!!" Yeo cackled in a malicious tone. "So, you'd actually sacrifice yourself to save your friends, huh?! Well, too bad no pony is going to hear you out anymore, since you did sent your own people to their deaths!!!"

"I may not be perfect as a Royal Alicorn, but that doesn't mean that I can learn from my mistakes!!!" Twilight said as she raised her sword with her hoof and pointed it towards Yeo, who is 15 feet away from her. "They may have threatened me to do it and get away with it, but I swear to the name of Faust that someday, I will find a way to defeat them, undo the annual Purge and turn the tables around against them at their own political campaign."

"I could've let you die in this city and all of my problems will be over," Yeo said in a hostile tone.

"Well, that makes you ugly and stupid!!!" Twilight said as she spat on the wanted fugitive.

"Let's end this!!!" Yeo said as he glared at Twilight with hostility.

"LADIES FIRST!!!" Twilight snarled as she glared back at Yeo.

The moment they both hear the bell ring in their heads, Twilight and Yeo charged forward and unleashed various strikes and parrying against each other with their blades. However, every time Twilight blocks Yeo's Claymore with her broadsword, she could feel herself slowly losing her ground in just several minutes later. Before she knew it, Twilight was met with a strong punch in muzzle, sending her falling to her side as she dropped her sword. When Yeo grabbed her by the neck with her hoof, Twilight was met with a hard kick in the head by the raging stallion, sending her flying into a nearby brick wall of the the building behind the purple alicorn, hitting the back of her head in the process. As soon as she landed on the ground and out cold, Yeo stepped closer to Twilight readying to finish her off. However, just when he raised his sword up above Twilight's neck, something caught Yeo off guard. It turns out that Twilight's eyes turned white and before Yeo knew what was going on, he was met with a very powerful beam of energy coming out from her horn, blasting him upon impact and was sent straight into the ground. After plummeting to the ground, Yeo fell on his back on the sidewalk. The moment Yeo struggled to get up, he sees Twilight get up first and launched a sleeping spell on the earth stallion, putting him into suspended animation. After getting struck by the Twilight's spell, Yeo closed his eyes and collapsed onto his stomach while catching some Z's.

"You may be physically strong, Yeo Scotland," Twilight said as she rubbed the bruise on her face with her hoof. "But not for resisting magic!!! Despite your defeat, I'm not going to kill you; I intend to collect the bounty once I bring you into the Police station after the Purge. When I do, I'll use the collected payment to cover up all the damages done on Rarity's boutique in Manhattan."

Right after Twilight summoned some rope to tie up an unconscious Yeo and gagged him with a white fabric covering up his mouth, the purple alicorn hears her radio beeping. The moment she used her magic to take out the radio before responding, she hears Pinkie speaking from her channel.

"Twilight, you've got the Black Death gang's attention!!! They're coming to get you!!!!"

Upon hearing what Pinkie just said, Twilight hears hoof steps marching towards her position. The moment she sees the Black Death gang in her sights, Twilight grabbed the unconscious Yep with her magic and teleports herself away from the encroaching purgers.

"Damn, she got away!!!" One of the BD gangsters complained.

"DON'T JUST STAND THERE YOU FOOLS!!!" The BD gang leader roared at the top of his lungs. "Find that alicorn princess and bring her to me!!!"

"Yes sir!!!" The gangsters acknowledged as they spread out to search for Twilight Sparkle.

10:07pm.......

Somewhere in the slums of Manehattan, Twilight reappeared in between the buildings in the alleyways, along with an unconscious Yeo Scotland. As soon as she got up on her hooves, she felt head hurting a bit and her nose is bleeding from her nostrils. Before she knew it, there was blood coming down from the right side of Twilight's head and dripping down onto her neck. After realizing how much damage she received during her fight with Yeo, Twilight figured that she needs medical attention very soon back at their hotel. However, Twilight finds herself still in the middle of nowhere, with just seven hours left before the 3rd year's Purge ends.

"That crazy bucker!!!!" Twilight muttered to herself in anger as she mentioned Yeo Scotland to herself, while ignoring the pain and blood coming out from her wounds. "Looks like they didn't call him the most dangerous, wanted psychopath for nothing. I better find a way to get to the Manefair Hotel before they find me."

As she picked up an unconscious Yeo Scotland with her magic, Twilight takes out her radio with her hoof to contact Pinkie Pie.

"Pinkie, this is Twilight," the purple alicorn spoke on the radio. "I need you down here so that you can help me get Yeo to the Manefair Hotel!"

"Roger that!!!" Pinkie said through the radio with determination.

10:50pm.....

Back at the Manefair Hotel, Rarity warned Fluttershy through the radio that Suri and her gang are preparing to attack their fort during the purge. Upon hearing what Rarity just said through her radio, Fluttershy grabbed a sledgehammer and went up to the main entrance, in case Suri and her gang breached the hotel.

"Fluttershy, this is Rarity!!!" The fashionista spoke through the radio. "How are you holding up?"

"I'm shaking in fear that this may be the end for both of us!!!" Fluttershy whimpered in terror. "What if Twilight and the others don't come back for us??"

"Don't lose faith in them, Fluttershy!!!" Rarity said trying to keep the yellow pegasus' morale in check. "We'll get through this together, I promise!!!"

Before Rarity could say anymore, she sees a stagecoach being pulled by more purgers. As soon as they stopped 10 feet away from the Manefair Hotel, 7 purgers came out. When Suri came out last, she was pulling out another pony by the chains. The moment Rarity took a closer look at the pony that Suri is pulling with her hoof, her eyes widened with shock for seeing the very same earth pony that was one of her friends in Manehattan. It was Coco Pommel.

As Suri dragged Coco out into the opened, the poor earth pony mare was covered in blood and has flesh wounds on all four of her legs. Without saying another word, Coco started sniveling with tears coming out of her eyes out of fear and in pain as Suri forced her on her knees before staring up towards Rarity at the balcony of the hotel.

"Coco!!!" Rarity shrieked after seeing her earth pony friend in such a horrid state. "What in the name of Celestia happened to you??"

"RARITY, HELP ME PLEASE!!! I-I DON'T WANT TO DIE!!!" Coco wailed before she was met with a punch in the head by an angry Suri.

"SHUT THE BUCK UP YOU LITTLE WHORE!!!" Suri roared while restraining Coco against her own will.

As Coco was sobbing on the ground while Suri looked up towards Rarity before continuing her speech.

"Okay Rarity, the time has come!! You come out so that you can face me one-on-one or you can say goodbye to your friend Coco Pommel as I cut her head off with this!!!"

Before Rarity could see what was Suri talking about, the furious earth pony mare drew out a huge machete from her back and held it up to Coco's throat. Upon realizing what Suri is about to do to Coco, Rarity no long as any other choice to make.

"Okay, I'm coming out!!!" Rarity shouted out loud. "Just please, don't hurt Coco."

After Rarity left the balcony, she went down to the lobby to deactivate the security shutters in the hotel. As soon as the shutters opened up, Rarity came out of the Hotel, with Fluttershy right behind her only to see Suri's hence ponies aimed their rifles and spears directly at the unicorn fashionista and the yellow pegasus up front. Before they could come any closer, Suri ordered to them to stand down and stay right where they are.

"Now Rarity, it's time to be purged in order to fulfill my VENGEANCE!!!" Suri screeched out loud in a malicious tone.

"I know I didn't want to do this, Suri," Rarity said as she threw her sniper rifle and her Blackhawks to the ground. "But since you way to far in hurting my best friends in Manehattan, I'll have no choice but to settle this the hard way."

As Rarity approached Suri for a duel, Suri lets go of Coco while still in chains before she approached Rarity as she drew out her rapier. At the same time, Rarity drew out her rapier from her scabbard before starting their fencing duels. After few seconds at staring at each other, Suri made her first move at Rarity. As Suri jabbed her rapier at the fashionista, Rarity responded by lifter her rapier to redirect Suri's jab attack away from her face. In an instant Rarity tried to shove the tip of her rapier at Suri only for her to dodge it by an inch to her right. In retaliation, Suri swiped her Rapier at Rarity in a horizontal slash only for the unicorn to jump away from her attack. As soon as Suri made another horizontal sweep with her rapier, Rarity swung her rapier from her left, with their blades clanging into each other. After parrying against their rapiers for more than 10 times, Suri thrusted her rapier directly to Rarity's throat only for her to dodge Suri's blade mere inches from where her purple mane is at.

On the other side of the street, Rainbow Dash was carrying an unconscious, wounded Applejack towards the Manefair Hotel, with Babs Seed walking right next to her. As they got closer, Rainbow's eyes widened with shock as she sees Rarity having a fencing duel with her nemesis Suri Polomare. The next thing that the light-blue pegasus saw was Coco Pommel all covered in blood and bruises and wrapped around in chains, with Suri's minions standing by in front of their stagecoach. After looking at both the purgers and the stagecoach, Rainbow had an idea as she dropped Applejack right next to Babs Seed.

As the duel continued between Rarity and Suri, Suri was finally able to pry Rarity's rapier right out of her hooves, sending the blade up into the air and hitting the ground a few feet behind the fashionista. Before Rarity could see what was coming, Suri kicked her in the stomach, making her fall on her back. Frightened due to her defeat, Rarity tried to back away while crawling backwards from Suri. However, Rarity did not get very far because she sees Suri's rapier pointing straight at her face. The moment Rarity stared at Suri in defeat, her nemesis couldn't stop laughing after beating Rarity in a duel.

"What a pathetic display of rapier dueling," Suri said taunting the white unicorn fashionista. "It's been fun purging the night away, but it always has to end somewhere, Rarity. Now say your prayers!!!"

Before Suri was able to finish off Rarity, however, a blue bundle of swift energy came flying right past Suri in a heartbeat and slammed straight into their stagecoach. Just when Suri turned around to see what was going on, the stagecoach tipped over. As the group turned around, they all screamed in terror. In less than a second, the falling stagecoach slammed right on top of Suri's group, crushing three of them into a bloody pulp, much to the horror and confusion of Suri herself. As for the other four, Rainbow flew around them so fast, that she conjured a huge Rainbow Tornado that sent the four ponies flying into the Manehattan waterways as they screamed their heads off from a distance. While Suri was startled by the sudden defeat of her gang, Rarity swiped the rapier away from her hoof and tackled the stunned earth pony mare, pinning her to the ground. As Suri got pinned onto the pavement, she was met by multiple hoof punches to the face by Rarity, while screaming in pain. After taking several more blows to the face, Suri's face was covered up in bruises and black eyes before she collapsed. Before Rarity could do any more damage while Suri is out cold, Fluttershy and Rainbow ordered the raging fashionista to stop at once as they both held her against her own will.

"Rarity, please calm down," Fluttershy ordered the white unicorn while holding her by the hooves with Rainbow Dash's help. "We don't want to cause anymore excessive damage on our enemies like that!!!"

"Sorry about that Fluttershy," Rarity said while trying to take a breather. "Well, I'm glad that you were able to help me deal with Suri and her gang just in time, Rainbow Dash."

"Yeah, sorry were late Rarity," Rainbow Dash apologized in a sheepish tone as she and Fluttershy let go of the fashionista.

"Hold up there, darling. Where's Twilight??" Rarity asked out of concern for the safety of her purple alicorn friend. "I thought she was with you!!!"

"We ran into one of those tough-looking purgers on the way here," Rainbow Dash explained to Rarity. "Twi stayed behind to........."

"I'm right here!!!" Twilight said exhaustedly as she and Pinkie appeared on the right side of the three ponies.

Behind the alicorn and the pink earth pony, they were hauling a wagon that is carrying a sleeping Yeo Scotland, much to Rainbow's shock. As soon as Rarity and Rainbow got closer to the two ponies, they both gasped in horror upon seeing Twilight battered and bloodied from her fight with Yeo Scotland. Before Twilight could walk anymore, she felt dizzy from suffering severe blood loss and collapsed onto the pavement, much to Pinkie and Fluttershy's horror.

"OH MY FAUST, TWILIGHT!!!" Fluttershy shrieked. "Pinkie, what happened to her??"

"She almost lost to that Yeo Brute pony, after helping Rainbow and a wounded Applejack get away!!!" Pinkie explained briefly, in a horrified tone. "She and Applejack both need immediate medical attention!!!"

As Rainbow and Rarity helped Pinkie carry a wounded Applejack and a wounded Twilight inside the Manefair Hotel, Babs Seed was able to release Coco Pommel from her chains before they all headed inside to recover from the three hour fiasco. When all eight ponies went inside with two of their prisoners, Rarity reactivated the security shutters to seal off the hotel's main entrance once again.

11:46pm.....

Meanwhile, on the other side of the suburban, Scorpion and his remaining paramilitary soldiers rearmed themselves before they continued to pursue Princess Twilight and her friends in the city of Manehattan. Unfortunately, due to their humiliation defeat when trying to bait them into rescuing Babs Seed went sour, Scorpion got scolded by an angry Caleb Williams for his failures while being spoken on his radio. So, he ordered Scorpion to hunt down the alicorn princess instead of trapping her during the Purge night.

"Man, that politician is such a pain in the flank," Scorpion muttered to himself as he and his men scoured the city to search for Princess Twilight. "All right men, sweep the area. As soon as you find the whereabouts of Twilight Sparkle, do not engage until I give the word."

"YES SIR!!!" Scorpion's men shouted as they acknowledged his orders before moving on.
